The low intensity β+/E.C. branches in the decay of45Ti to excited states of45Sc have been reinvestigated in order to resolve discrepancies in reported branching ratios. A new branch to the 974 keV level, having an intensity of 9.9±1.2×10?5/decay has been found. A previously reported branch to the 1237 keV level was found to be in error. The intensities for decay to the levels at 720, 1408 and 1661 keV levels were determined to be 154±12, 90.2±9.7 and 52.5±5.6, respectively, in units of 10?5 per decay.  相似文献

We investigated a far-field superlens operating at mid-infrared wavelength that allows resolving subwavelength features in the far-field. By utilizing evanescent enhancement provided by surface plasmon excitation of silver nanorods and Moiré effect, we numerically demonstrated that subwavelength information of an object can be converted to propagating information. This information can then be captured by conventional optical components. A simple image reconstruction algorithm can restore the subwavelength object. A sub-diffraction-limited resolution of 2.5 μm at 6-μm wavelength is demonstrated.  相似文献

根据差分相移量子密钥分发实验对高速电光调制电路的需求,利用固体开关技术和变压器隔离技术,设计出了重复频率为45kHz、输出脉冲电压达到2kV的电光调制电路,该电光调制电路由两部分组成,正负1kV高压脉冲产生电路,其中正1kV高压脉冲的上升沿为50.44ns,下降沿为44.6ns,负1kV高压脉冲下降沿为52.29ns,上升沿为50.44ns。普克尔盒调制电路与光路进行联调,光路的消光比达到23dB,完全满足了消光比为20dB的实验需求。  相似文献

Primary and secondary γ-rays from the 45Sc(n, γ) reaction were measured at four resonances, two of them of p-wave (460.6 and 1060.4 eV) and the others of s-wave (3290 and 4330 eV) character. High accuracy measurements at near the thermal region (0.14-7.65 eV) resulted in an improved set of primary γ-ray energies and level energies above 1 MeV. We obtain a neutron binding energy Bn(45Sc) = 8760.5(2) keV. Absolute intensities of primary capture γ-rays were derived by comparison to the resonance capture in gold at 4.91 eV. El and Ml radiation strengths were observed to be about equal. No correlation of any kind [either between (n, γ) or (d, p) strengths or between adjacent s- and p-wave capture] was observed. The primary γ-ray spectrum following the capture of polarized neutrons in oriented and unoriented 45Sc nuclei was studied. A combined χ2 analysis of these two experiments resulted in 21 unique spin assignments and many spin restrictions. The fraction of spin J = 3? in thermal capture was determined to be (92 + 5)%. From the observed transition rates to final states of known spin, J = 3 assignments result for the two p-wave resonances studied.  相似文献

Auger photoelectron coincidence spectroscopy (APECS) data were collected for the M45N45N45 Auger peak in coincidence with the 3p3/2, 3d3/2 and 3d5/2 photoelectron lines of Tin. Model spectra were created to fit the APECS data from sets of Gaussian curves defined by Parry-Jones et al., J. Phys. C: Solid State Physics, 12 (1979) 1587. These models were then combined using information about the relative intensities of the peaks from the aforementioned paper to produce a model of the Auger peak which proved a good comparison to high resolution AES spectra. The APECS data revealed satelite structure in the M5N45N45 peak in coincidence with the 3d5/2 photoelectron line (M5N45N45:3d5/2) due to the Mg Kα3 line of the X-ray source. There was evidence of a small Coster–Kronig component in the M4N45N45:3d3/2 data and the M45N45N45:3p3/2 data showed intensity in the M4N45N45 and M5N45N45 regions also arising from Coster–Kronig processes. The contribution of the M4N45N45 plasmon was included in each of the APECS models and was reflected in the high resolution AES spectra. Slight oxidation of the surface of the sample during each 24-h period produced a 0.7 eV shift of the singles Auger peak to lower kinetic energies. The shift was not reflected in the coincidence peak which produced a spectrum of a clean surface due to the nature of the coincidence experiment.  相似文献

The yield of γ-rays from the reaction 42Ca(p, γ)43Sc has been measured as a function of bombarding energy over the range 0.63–3.01 MeV, from 44Ca(p, γ)45Sc over the range 0.775–4.00 MeV, from 42Ca(p, p'γ)42Ca over the range 2.24–3.01 MeV, and from 44Ca(p, p'γ)44Ca over the range 1.90–5.03 MeV. The cross section of the reaction 44Ca(p, n)44Sc has been measured from threshold to a bombarding energy of 5.05 MeV by observation of the 1157 keV γ-ray associated with the residual 44Sc activity, and the cross section of the reaction 45Sc(p, n)45Ti has been measured from threshold to a bombarding energy of 4.00 MeV both by observation of the annihilation radiation associated with the residual 45Ti activity and by measurement of the total neutron yield with a wide-angle BF3 tube and paraffin detector. All these data are compared with statisticalmodel calculations and satisfactory agreement is achieved. Thermonuclear reaction rates for the (p, γ) and (p, n) reactions are calculated for the temperature range 5 × 108-1010K and the significance of these results for explosive nucleosynthesis in stars is discussed.  相似文献

The structure of the neutron-rich odd-even nuclei 37, 39 15P 22,24 and 43, 45 17Cl 26,28 nuclei has been investigated through in-beam -ray spectroscopy using the fragmentation of a 60.3 A . MeV 48Ca beam on a thin Be target. Level schemes as well as spin assignments are proposed for the nuclei studied in the present work. The experimental data are compared to shell model calculations and related to the onset of collectivity within the sd orbitals around N = 28.  相似文献

The gamma-ray decay of the 1658 keV resonance, which is a member of the isobaric analogues of the 1904 keV 3/2? level in44Ca, has been studied with a Ge(Li) detector. A number of gamma-ray transitions are described and associated with the decay of 15 levels between 1.50 and 3.05 MeV. These observations have made it possible to deduce spin and parity assignments to some of the levels. By comparing excited levels of43Sc and45Sc it has been possible to assign certain levels as members of one negative-parity band and two positive-parity bands withK π=1/2+ and 3/2+.  相似文献

Spontaneous emission of emitters governing the performance of optoelectronic devices is a fundamental phenomenon, and it has strong environment-dependent characteristics. In this article, we mainly review the experimental and theoretical progresses in the control of spontaneous emission by manipulating optical modes with photonic crystals, optical microcavities and metallic nanostructures. The spontaneous emission from emitters in photonic crystals can be modified by the local density of states, and by employing photonic crystals, the devices’ efficiency is enhanced, the angular radiation pattern can be engineered, and highly efficient optoelectronic devices are achieved through decreasing the radiative lifetime. In quantum optical devices, microcavities would alter the lifetime of an excited state through tuning the resonance in the frequency and positioning between the emitters and cavity field, and inducing the emitters to emit spontaneous photons in a desired direction. The emerging enhanced electromagnetic field near metallic nanostructures can help to control and manipulate the spontaneous emission of an emitter. The use of micro- and nano-structures to manipulate spontaneous emission will open unprecedented opportunities for realizing functional photonic devices.  相似文献

The decay of the extremely neutron-deficient isotope 45Fe has been studied by using a new type of gaseous detector in which a technique of optical imaging is used to record tracks of charged particles. The two-proton radioactivity and the $ \beta$ -decay channels were clearly identified. For the first time, the angular and energy correlations between two protons emitted from the 45Fe ground state were measured. The obtained results were confronted with predictions of a three-body model.  相似文献

In an experiment at the SISSI-LISE3 facility of GANIL, the decay of the proton drip line nucleus 45Fe has been studied. Fragment-implantation events have been correlated with radioactive decay events in a 16x16 pixel silicon-strip detector. The decay-energy spectrum of 45Fe implants shows a distinct peak at (1.14+/-0.04) MeV with a half-life of T(1/2)=(4.7(+3.4)(-1.4)) ms. None of the events in this peak is in coincidence with beta particles. For a longer correlation interval, daughter decays of the two-proton daughter 43Cr can be observed after 45Fe implantation. The decay energy for 45Fe agrees nicely with several theoretical predictions for two-proton radioactivity.  相似文献

The46Ti(d, τ)45Sc reaction has been investigated at an incident energy of 52 MeV. Angular distributions have been taken for 14 τ-groups corresponding to excitation energies below 4 MeV in45Sc. Spectroscopic factors were extracted through DWBA calculations. Spins and parities of 5/2+ are proposed for states at 1.30, 1.80, 2.91, 3.48, and 3.72 MeV. The hole state spectrum of45Sc closely resembles that of47Sc. A strong fractionation of the 1d 3/2 strength was not observed in contrast to other recent work. The data provide evidence for (1f 7/2 · 1f 5/2 1) components in the ground state wave function of46Ti, which demonstrates that such configurations are not restricted to neutron excitations.  相似文献

The influences of undercooling rate and cooling rate on the microstructural evolution of ternary Cu45Zr45Ag10 alloy using single-roller melt spinning and drop tube are investigated. The rapidly quenched alloy ribbons achieve a homogeneous glass structure. The microstructure of the droplets transforms from the Cu10Zr7 dendrites plus (Cu10Zr7+AgZr) eutectic into Cu10Zr7 dendrite with the decrease of droplet diameter. As the diameter decreases to 180 μm, the Cu45Zr45Ag10 alloy changes from crystal to amorphous structure, showing that the cooling rate is not the only influence factor and the undercooling play a certain role in the forming of the amorphous alloy at the same time under microgravity condition.  相似文献
