The transition temperatures of Zr-Rh alloys with small amounts of Rh are essentially higher than the transition temperature of pure Zr. Rhodium is not dissolved in the Zr lattice. In the unannealed specimens Rh stabilizes the body centered cubic phase which has aT c of 6.4°K. After annealing an intermetallic compound is formed with aT c of about 12°K. This compound is also formed in the unannealed specimens at higher Rh content.  相似文献

The structure of thin polymer films formed on the wall of the discharge tube (r = 2 cm) in the region of the positive column of a low pressure glow discharge (i = 40 mA, p = 0,5 Torr) with flowing gas (mixture of Ar and HMDS, pAr/pHMDS = 10/1, v = 10 cm/s) is investigated with IR spectroscopy, elementary analysis and mass spectrometry. The IR-spectrum of the thin film is similar to the spectrum of HMDS. The increase of the ratio of the concentration of CH2- to CH3-groups with growing distance from the HMDS input indicates an increasing cross linking of the polymer film. The dissociation of the HMDS molecule in the plasma is proposed as the first step of film building reactions.  相似文献

Investigations of the Structure of Triglycinsulfate by High Resolution Magnetic Resonance in Solids Measurements were performed in the ferroelectric and paraelectric phase of TGS monocrystals with the aid of multiple pulse experiments for high resolution magnetic proton resonance in solids. The contributions to the spectra, which are to be expected theoretically from the different proton groups (NH3, CH2, OH), were calculated and compared with the corresponding experimental results. Splittings are discussed, which occur as a consequence of the 14N? 1H-interaction and indicate changes at the phase transition point. The anisotropy of the effective chemical shift tensor caused by the rotation of NH3-groups and the anisotropy of the chemical shift tensor of OH-groups were determined.  相似文献

Investigations are reported of growth rate, chemical structure (IR-spectroscopy, mass-spectrometry), thermal stability, surface structure (scanning electron microscopy) of thin polymeric films grown in a gas (Ar-hexamethyldisiloxane-mixture) discharge with a heated cathode, which is situated in the centre of a cylindrical metallic vessel (l = 50 cm, 2r = 30 cm). The discharge conditions are the following: I = 0,25 – 4 A, U = 30 – 100 V, p = 6 – 40 Pa, argon flow rate = 3,8 · 10?5 mol/min, Ar/HMDS = 1 : 0,7 – 1 : 2,4. The growth rate changes from 2 to 18 nm/min, depending on the discharge conditions. The reproducibility of the growth rate shows deviations smaller than 10%. The films consist of a highly cross linked polymeric material and are stable up to 260°C, the solubility in n-hexane being smaller than 2%. The surface of the thin film (d ~ 102 nm) is smooth. Corrosion resistance to soda lye (0,2% NaOH) has been proved.  相似文献
