Nine organotin fluorocarboxylates RnSnO2CRf (n = 3, R = Bu, Rf = CF3, C2F5, C3F7, C7F15; R = Et, Rf = CF3, C2F5; R = Me, Rf = C2F5; n = 2, R = Me, Rf = CF3) have been synthesized; key examples have been used to deposit fluorine‐doped SnO2 thin films by atmospheric pressure chemical vapour deposition. Et3SnO2CC2F5, in particular, gives high‐quality films with fast deposition rates despite adopting a polymeric, carboxylate‐bridged structure in the solid state, as determined by X‐ray crystallography. Gas‐phase electron diffraction on the model compound Me3SnO2CC2F5 shows that accessible conformations do not allow contact between tin and fluorine, and that direct transfer is therefore unlikely to be part of the mechanism for fluorine incorporation in SnO2 films. The structure of Me2Sn(O2CCF3)2(H2O) has also been determined and adopts a trans‐Me2SnO3 coordination sphere about tin in which each carboxylate group is monodentate. Di‐ and triorganotin(IV) carboxylates, RnSn(OCOC(R2)=CHR1)4–n (n = 2 and 3; R = Me, Et, n‐Bu, Ph; R1 = 3‐CH3O‐4‐OHC6H3, R2 = C6H5) were prepared by reacting the corresponding organotin(IV) chloride with the silver salt of the (E)‐3‐(4‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxyphenyl)‐2‐phenylpropenoic acid. The title compounds were investigated and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared (FT‐IR), multinuclear (1H, 13C, 119Sn) NMR, and mass spectrometry, and possible structures were proposed. The complexes and ligand acid ( HL ) have been evaluated in vitro against various bacteria and fungi. The results noticed during the biocidal activity screenings proved their in vitro biological potential. They were also tested for cytotoxicity.  相似文献

Four novel organotin complexes of two types—[R2Sn(o‐SC6H4CO2)]6 (R=Me, 1 ?H2O; nBu, 2 ) and {[R2Sn(m‐CO2C6H4S)R2Sn(m‐SC6H4CO2)SnR2]O}2 (R=Me, 3 ; nBu, 4 )—have been prepared by treatment of o‐ or m‐mercaptobenzoic acid and the corresponding R2SnCl2 (R=Me, nBu) with sodium ethoxide in ethanol (95 %). All the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, FT‐IR and NMR (1H, 13C, 119Sn) spectroscopy, TGA, and X‐ray crystallography diffraction analysis. The molecular structure analyses reveal that both 1 and 2 are hexanuclear macrocycles with hydrophobic “pseudo‐cage” structures, while 3 and 4 are hexanuclear macrocycles with double‐cavity structures. Furthermore, the supramolecular structure analyses show that looser and more intriguing supramolecular infrastructures were also found in complexes 1 – 4 , which exist either as one‐dimensional chains of rings or as two‐dimensional networks assembled from the organometallic subunits through intermolecular C? H???S weak hydrogen bonds (WHBs) and π–π interactions.  相似文献

The potential energy surfaces of both neutral and dianionic SnC2P2R2 (R=H, tBu) ring systems have been explored at the B3PW91/LANL2DZ (Sn) and 6‐311+G* (other atoms) level. In the neutral isomers the global minimum is a nido structure in which a 1,2‐diphosphocyclobutadiene ring (1,2‐DPCB) is capped by the Sn. Interestingly, the structure established by X‐ray diffraction analysis, for R=tBu, is a 1,3‐DPCB ring capped by Sn and it is 2.4 kcal mol?1 higher in energy than the 1,2‐DPCB ring isomer. This is possibly related to the kinetic stability of the 1,3‐DPCB ring, which might originate from the synthetic precursor ZrCp2tBu2C2P2. In the case of the dianionic isomers we observe only a 6π‐electron aromatic structure as the global minimum, similarly to the cases of our previously reported results with other types of heterodiphospholes. 1 , 4 , 19 The existence of large numbers of cluster‐type isomers in neutral and 6π‐planar structures in the dianions SnC2P2R22? (R=H, tBu) is due to 3D aromaticity in neutral clusters and to 2D π aromaticity of the dianionic rings. Relative energies of positional isomers mainly depend on: 1) the valency and coordination number of the Sn centre, 2) individual bond strengths, and 3) the steric effect of tBu groups. A comparison of neutral stannadiphospholes with other structurally related C5H5+ analogues indicates that Sn might be a better isolobal analogue to P+ than to BH or CH+. The variation in global minima in these C5H5+ analogues is due to characteristic features such as 1) the different valencies of C, B, P and Sn, 2) the electron deficiency of B, 3) weaker pπ–pπ bonding by P and Sn atoms, and 4) the tendency of electropositive elements to donate electrons to nido clusters. Unlike the C5H5+ systems, all C5H5? analogues have 6π‐planar aromatic structures as global minima. The differences in the relative ordering of the positional isomers and ligating properties are significant and depend on 1) the nature of the π orbitals involved, and 2) effective overlap of orbitals.  相似文献

Eight tri‐ and diorganotin(IV) carboxylates with general formulae R3SnL and R2SnL2 (where R = CH3, n‐C4H9, C6H5, C7H7, and L = 2′,4′‐difluoro‐4‐hydroxy‐[1,1′]‐biphenyl‐3‐carboxylic acid) were synthesized and characterized by UV–vis, IR, conductance, multinuclear (1H, 13C, and 119Sn) NMR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry. The crystal structure of [(CH3)3Sn(C13H7O3F2)] indicates that the tin atom in the asymmetric unit exists in a trigonal bipyramidal geometry having a space group Pbca with an orthorhombic crystal system. These complexes were also screened for their antibacterial and antifungal activities. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A number of alkyltin(IV) paratoluenesulfonates, RnSn(OSO2C6H4CH3‐4)4?n (n = 2, 3; R = C2H5, n‐C3H7, n‐C4H9), have been prepared and IR spectra and solution NMR (1H, 13C, 119Sn) are reported for these compounds, including (n‐C4H9)2Sn(OSO2X)2 (X = CH3 and CF3), the NMR spectra of which have not been reported previously. From the chemical shift δ(119Sn) and the coupling constants 1J(13C, 119Sn) and 2J(1H, 119Sn), the coordination of the tin atom and the geometry of its coordination sphere in solutions of these compounds is suggested. IR spectra of the compounds are very similar to that observed for the paratoluenesulfonate anion in its sodium salt. The studies indicate that diorganotin(IV) paratoluenesulfonates, and the previously reported compounds (n‐C4H9)2Sn(OSO2X)2 (X = CH3 and CF3), contain bridging SO3X groups that yield polymeric structures with hexacoordination around tin and contain non‐linear C? Sn? C bonds. In triorganotin(IV) sulfonates, pentacoordination for tin with a planar SnC3 skeleton and bidentate bridging paratoluenesulfonate anionic groups are suggested by IR and NMR spectral studies. The X‐ray structure shows [(n‐C4H9)2Sn(OSO2C6H4CH3‐4)2·2H2O] to be monomeric containing six‐coordinate tin and crystallizes from methanol–chloroform in monoclinic space group C2/c. The Sn? O (paratoluenesulfonate) bond distance (2.26(2) Å) is indicative of a relatively high degree of ionic character in the metal–anion bonds. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A new series of diorganotin complexes of the type R2SnL (L1: N‐(2‐hydroxy‐5‐chlorophenyl)‐ 3‐ethoxysalicylideneimine, R = Me, (Me2SnL1), R = n‐Bu, (n‐Bu2SnL1), R = Ph, (Ph2SnL1), L2: N‐(2‐hydroxy‐4‐nitro‐5‐chlorophenyl)‐3‐ethoxysalicylideneimine, R = Ph, Ph2SnL2, L3: N‐(2‐hydroxy‐4‐nitrophenyl)‐3‐methoxysalicylideneimine, R = Me, (Me2SnL3), R = n‐Bu, (n‐Bu2SnL3), L4: N‐(2‐hydroxy‐4‐nitrophenyl)‐3‐ethoxysalicylideneimine, R = Me, (Me2SnL4), R = n‐Bu, (n‐Bu2SnL4)) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared (IR), 1H, and 13C NMR mass spectroscopic techniques, and electrochemical measurements. Ph2SnL1 and Ph2SnL2 were also characterized by X‐ray diffraction analysis and were found to show a fivefold C2NO2 coordination geometry nearly halfway between a trigonal bipyramidal and distorted square pyramidal arrangement. The C Sn C angles in the complexes were calculated using Lockhart's equations with the 1J(117/119Sn‐13C) and 2J(117/119Sn‐1H) values from the 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra. Biocidal activity tests against several micro‐organisms and some fungi indicate that all the complexes are mildly active against Gram (+) bacteria and the fungi, A. niger and inactive against Gram (−) bacteria. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. High‐temperature gas‐phase, solvent‐ and catalyst‐free reaction of naphthalene with an excess of RFI reagent (RF?CF3, C2F5, n‐C3F7, and n‐C4F9) was used for the first time to produce a series of highly perfluoroalkylated naphthalene products NAPH(RF)n with n=2–5. Four 95+ % pure 1,3,5,7‐NAPH(RF)4 with RF?CF3, C2F5, n‐C3F7, and n‐C4F9 were isolated using a simple chromatography‐free procedure. These new compounds were fully characterized by 19F and 1H NMR spectroscopy, X‐ray crystallography (for RF?CF3 and C2F5), atmospheric‐pressure chemical ionization mass spectrometry, and cyclic and square‐wave voltammetry. DFT calculations confirm that the proposed synthesis yields the most stable isomers that have not been accessed by alternative preparation techniques.  相似文献

The dissolution of (perfluoroorgano)difluoroboranes RFBF2 in anhydrous HF (aHF) resulted in equilibrium mixtures of the starting borane and different kinds of acid‐base products: [H2F] [RFBF2(F · HF)] (RF = C6F5, cis‐C2F5CF=CF, trans‐C4F9CF=CF) or [H2F] [RFBF3] (RF = C6F13). In aHF the aryl compounds C6F5BF2 and K [C6F5BF3] showed two parallel reactivities with XeF2: xenodeborylation (formation of the [C6F5Xe]+ cation) and fluorine addition to the aryl group. In aHF perfluoroalk‐1‐enyldifluoroboranes RFBF2 as well as potassium perfluoroalk‐1‐enyltrifluoroborates K [RFBF3] (RF = cis‐C2F5CF=CF, trans‐C4F9CF=CF) underwent only fluorine addition across the carbon‐carbon double bond under the action of XeF2. Potassium perfluorohexyltrifluoroborate K [C6F13BF3] did not react with XeF2 in aHF.  相似文献

Molybdenum(VI) bis(imido) complexes [Mo(NtBu)2(LR)2] (R=H 1 a ; R=CF3 1 b ) combined with B(C6F5)3 ( 1 a /B(C6F5)3, 1 b /B(C6F5)3) exhibit a frustrated Lewis pair (FLP) character that can heterolytically split H−H, Si−H and O−H bonds. Cleavage of H2 and Et3SiH affords ion pairs [Mo(NtBu)(NHtBu)(LR)2][HB(C6F5)3] (R=H 2 a ; R=CF3 2 b ) composed of a Mo(VI) amido imido cation and a hydridoborate anion, while reaction with H2O leads to [Mo(NtBu)(NHtBu)(LR)2][(HO)B(C6F5)3] (R=H 3 a ; R=CF3 3 b ). Ion pairs 2 a and 2 b are catalysts for the hydrosilylation of aldehydes with triethylsilane, with 2 b being more active than 2 a . Mechanistic elucidation revealed insertion of the aldehyde into the B−H bond of [HB(C6F5)3]. We were able to isolate and fully characterize, including by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, the inserted products Mo(NtBu)(NHtBu)(LR)2][{PhCH2O}B(C6F5)3] (R=H 4 a ; R=CF3 4 b ). Catalysis occurs at [HB(C6F5)3] while [Mo(NtBu)(NHtBu)(LR)2]+ (R=H or CF3) act as the cationic counterions. However, the striking difference in reactivity gives ample evidence that molybdenum cations behave as weakly coordinating cations (WCC).  相似文献

The hydrodeboration of the (fluoroorgano)trifluoroborates K [RFBF3] [RF = C6F5, XCF=CF (X = F, cis‐ and trans‐Cl, C3F7O, cis‐C2F5, trans‐C4F9, ‐C4H9) and C6F13] and of the organotrifluoroborates K [RBF3] (R = C6H5, cis‐ and trans‐C4H9CH=CH, C4H9 and C8H17) with CH3CO2H (100 %), CF3CO2H (100 %), aqueous HF and anhydrous HF was investigated. In the alkenyltrifluoroborates K [R'CF=CFBF3] the formal replacement of BF3 by a proton occurred stereospecifically under retention of the configuration. The 19F NMR spectra of K [RFBF3] in acids indicate strong interactions of the BF3 group with protons or acid molecules.  相似文献

Five new organotin(IV) complexes, [(R3Sn)(O2C15H13)] n (R?=?Me: 1; nBu: 2), [RSn(O)(O2C15H13)]6 (R?=?Ph: 3), [(R2Sn)2(O2C15H13)2(μ 3-O)]2 (R?=?Me: 4), and [(R2Sn)(O2C15H13)2] (R?=?nBu: 5), have been prepared by the reaction of 2,3-diphenylpropionic acid and the corresponding organotin chloride with sodium ethoxide in methanol. All the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, NMR (1H, 13C, 119Sn) spectroscopy, TGA, and X-ray crystallography. The structural analyses reveal that 1 and 2 are 1-D infinite polymeric chains with Sn in syn–anti conformation. Complex 3 has a drum structure with six Sn centers. Complex 4 has a supramolecular chain-like ladder through weak intermolecular Sn?···?O interactions. Complex 5 is a monomer, connected into a 1-D polymer through intermolecular C–H?···?O interactions. Complexes 1 and 5 crystallize in the orthorhombic space groups P212121 and P21212, which are chiral space groups.  相似文献

Reactions of di‐n‐butyltin(IV) oxide with 4′/2′‐nitrobiphenyl‐2‐carboxylic acids in 1 : 1 and 1 : 2 stoichiometry yield complexes [{(n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′/2′)}2O]2 ( 1 and 2 ) and (n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′/2′)2 ( 3 and 4 ) respectively. These compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectroscopy. The IR spectra of these compounds indicate the presence of anisobidentate carboxylate groups and non‐linear C? Sn? C bonds. From the chemical shifts δ (119Sn) and the coupling constants 1J(13C, 119Sn), the coordination number of the tin atom and the geometry of its coordination sphere have been suggested. [{(n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′)}2O]2 ( 1 ) exhibits a dimeric structure containing distannoxane units with two types of tin atom with essentially identical geometry. To a first approximation, the tin atoms appear to be pentacoordinated with distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry. However, each type of tin atom is further subjected to a sixth weaker interaction and may be described as having a capped trigonal bipyramidal structure. The diffraction study of the complex (n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′)2 ( 3 ) shows a six–coordinate tin in a distorted octahedral frame containing bidentate asymmetric chelating carboxylate groups, with the n‐Bu groups trans to each other. The n‐Bu? Sn? n‐Bu angle is 152.8° and the Sn? O distances are 2.108(4) and 2.493(5) Å. The oxygen atom of the nitro group of the ligand does not participate in bonding to the tin atom in 1 and 3 . Crystals of 1 are triclinic with space group P1 and of that of 3 have orthorhombic space group Pnna. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A series of group 4 metal complexes bearing amine‐bis(phenolate) ligands with the amino side‐arm donor: (μ‐O)[Me2N(CH2)2N(CH2‐2‐O‐3,5‐tBu2‐C6H2)2ZrCl]2 ( 1a ), R2N(CH2)2N(CH2‐2‐O‐3‐R1‐5‐R2‐C6H2)2TiCl2 (R = Me, R1, R2 = tBu ( 2a ), R = iPr, R1, R2 = tBu ( 2b ), R = iPr, R1 = tBu, R2 = OMe ( 2c )), and Me2N(CH2)2N(CH2‐2‐O‐3,5‐tBu2‐C6H2)(CH2‐2‐O‐C6H4)TiCl2 ( 2d ) are used in ethylene and propylene homopolymerization, and ethylene/1‐octene copolymerization. All complexes, upon their activation with Al(iBu)3/Ph3CB(C6F5)4, exhibit reasonable catalytic activity for ethylene homo‐ and copolymerization giving linear polyethylene with high to ultra‐high molecular weight (600·× 103–3600·× 103 g/mol). The activity of 1a /Al(iBu)3/Ph3CB(C6F5)4 shows a positive comonomer effect, leading to over 400% increase of the polymer yield, while the addition of 1‐octene causes a slight reduction of the activity of the complexes 2a‐2d . The complexes with the NMe2 donor group ( 2a , 2d , 1a ) display a high ability to incorporate a comonomer (up to 9–22 mol%), and the use of a bulkier donor group, N(iPr)2 ( 2b , 2c ), results in a lower 1‐octene incorporation. All the produced copolymers reveal a broad chemical composition distribution. In addition, the investigated complexes polymerized propylene with the moderate ( 1a , 2a ) to low ( 2b‐2d ) activity, giving polymers with different microstructures, from purely atactic to isotactically enriched (mmmm = 28%). © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Four new chiral triorganotin(IV) carboxylates, [(R3Sn)(O2C13H17)] n (R?=?Me 1, Ph 2), [(R3Sn)(O2C13H17)] (R?=?n-Bu 3), and [(R3Sn)(O4C9H9)] n (R?=?Me 4), have been synthesized by reaction of (S)-(+)-2-(4-isobutyl-phenyl)propionic acid and (R)-(+)-2-(4hydroxyphenoxy)propionic acid with triorganotin(IV) chloride in the presence of sodium ethoxide. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR, NMR (1H, 13C, and 119Sn) spectra, and X-ray crystallography diffraction analyses. Structural analyses show that 1 has a 1-D infinite chiral zigzag chain structure. Complexes 2 and 4 have a 1-D spring-like chiral helical chain with a channel, while 3 is a monomer. Antitumor activities of 14 have been studied.  相似文献

Two highly fluorinated bipyridine derivatives, (4,4′‐bis(RfCH2OCH2)‐2,2′‐bpy) {Rf = n‐C10F21 ( 1a ), n‐C10F23 ( 1b )}, have been synthesized starting from 4,4′‐bis(BrCH2)‐2,2′‐bpy and the corresponding fluorinated alkoxides. The fluorine contents of ligands 1a‐b are 62.3% and 63.3%, respectively, both being white solids, virtually insoluble in CH2Cl2 or DMF and highly fluorophilic with a partition ratio between DMF and n‐C8F18 less than 1:1000. The reaction of ligands 1a‐b with [Pd(CH3CN)2Cl2] results in novel Pd complexes [PdCl2(4,4′‐bis‐(RfCH2OCH2)‐2,2′‐bpy)] where Rf = n‐C10F21 ( 2a ), n‐C10F23 ( 2b ), respectively. The Pd complexes 2a‐b are pale yellow solids, soluble only in fluorinated solvents. The Pd complexes 2a‐b have been satisfactorily tested for Mizoroki‐Heck arylation under fluorous biphasic catalysis conditions in that the Pd complexes 2a‐b are easily recovered and maintain good catalytic activity after 8 consecutive cycles (> 90% yield). The TGA studies indicate that the Pd complexes 2a‐b are thermally stable up to 300 °C.  相似文献

The diorganotin(Ⅳ) complexes of N-(3,5-dibromosalicylidene)-α-amino acid, R2Sn(2-O-3,5-Br2C6H2CH= NCHRCOO)(where R=H, Me, i-Pr, Bz; R'=n-Bu, Cy), were synthesized by the reactions of diorganotin dichlorides with in situ formed potassium salt of N-(3,5-dibromosalicylidene)-α-amino acid and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR (^1H, ^13C and ^119Sn) spectra. The crystal structures of n-Bu2Sn(2-O-3,5-Br2C6H2CH= NCHRCOO)(R=i-Pr, Bz) and Cy2Sn(2-O-3,5-Br2C6H2CH=NCHRCOO)(R=Me, Bz) were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction and showed that the tin atoms are in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry to form five- and six-membered chelate rings with the tridentate ligand. Bioassay results indicated that the compounds possess better in vitro antitumour activity against three human tumour cell lines, HeLa, CoLo205 and MCF-7, than cis-platin and moderate anti-bacterial activity against two bacteria, E. coli and S. aureus.  相似文献
