This paper describes a method for determining naringin in Fully Hair Regenerator by reversed-phaseHPLC with a 150mm×4.6mm i.d.YWGCis column.It is eluted with methanol-acetic acid-water(20∶ 4∶76)mixture at a flowrate of 1.0mL/min and detected at 283 nm.The coefficient of variation was less than1.0%,and the recoverv was more than 97.4%.The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and of excellent pre-cision. 相似文献

采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定柚皮中柚皮甙和橙皮甙的含量。色谱条件:μ-BondapakC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%乙酸溶液(V/V=38/62);流速为0.8mL·min-1;检测波长为283nm,柱温为25℃。柚皮甙和橙皮甙的线性范围分别为20-60mg·L-1和10-30mg·L-1。柚皮甙和橙皮甙的平均回收率分别为99.3%和97.8%。该方法具有快速,结果准确等优点。 相似文献

建立了高效液相色谱法测定电子烟烟液及气溶胶中茄尼醇的含量。电子烟气溶胶中的茄尼醇使用剑桥滤片捕集,烟液及滤片分别经甲醇振荡萃取后,直接进行高效液相色谱测定。结果表明:茄尼醇在0.016~8.11μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.9993),烟液及气溶胶在3个加标水平的回收率在97.06%~104.39%之间,相对标准偏差不高于1.06%,检出限为0.010μg/g。实际样品测试表明:电子烟烟液中的茄尼醇含量在0.014~25.67μg/g,检出率为64.21%;在一定的抽吸模式下,对于茄尼醇含量为25.67μg/g的烟液,8种电子烟产品抽吸150口的气溶胶茄尼醇释放量为2.62~10.12μg。 相似文献

A rapid and simple HPLC method was developed for the quantitative analysis of gliclazide in humanserum. After being extracted with benzene, gliclazide was analyzed by reversedphase HPLC colurnn (YWG-C(18)H(37)) and UV-detector(229nm) with tolbutamide as internal standard. The mobile phase was a mixture ofmethyl alcohol and 0.2%glacial acetic acid solution(5: 4 ) at a rate of 1mL/min. 报道了高效液相色谱法测定血浆中表阿霉素浓度的实验方法。采用μBondapakC_(18)色谱柱,正磷酸、甲醇、乙腈、异丙醇为流动相。荧光检测器检测,激发波长为450nm,发射波长为530nm。血浆经离心后,取血清,用甲醇沉淀蛋白。方法的平均相对回收率为99.4%±4.6%,日内和日间平均RSD小于5%和6%。最低检测限为3ng。本方法快速、准确,灵敏度高。 相似文献
