A novel series of pyrrolidine-based chiral pyridinium ionic liquids (ILs) have been developed by using commercially available (S)-(2-aminomethyl)-1-N-Boc-pyrrolidine. These chiral ILs have been found to be recyclable and efficient organocatalysts for the asymmetric catalytic Michael addition reactions of ketones to nitroolefins with high yields, high enantioselectivies, and diastereoselectivies.  相似文献

In this investigation, chiral thiophosphoramide 3d was easily prepared from chiral (1R,2R)-1,2-diphenylethylenediamine and then applied as an efficient chiral ligand in the catalytic asymmetric arylation reactions of various aromatic aldehydes. The corresponding diarylmethanol products were produced with good to excellent yields (up to 98%) and enantioselectivities (up to 94%). The recovery of chiral ligand 3d could be as high as 96%.  相似文献

Highly enantioselective Rh-catalyzed partial hydrogenation of unprotected simple 2-alkyl-5-aryl-disubstituted pyrroles has been successfully developed, generating a series of chiral 1-pyrroline derivatives generally with excellent results (95%–99% yields, 91%–96% ee). Moreover, 2,5-aryl-1H-pyrroles were hydrogenated well in high yields and good enantioselectivities. This efficient protocol features easily accessible substrates, wide substrate scope, well functional group compatibility, commercially available rhodium precursor and chiral ligand. It provides a versatile route to access chiral 1-pyrroline derivatives that are of great importance in organic synthesis and pharmaceutical chemistry.  相似文献

We describe a deuterium 1D and 2D NMR study of cis-decalin in various chiral and achiral polypeptide oriented solvent systems and the effect of the acquisition temperature. Organic solutions of poly-γ-benzyl-l-glutamate (PBLG) or poly-ε-carbobenzyloxy-l-lysine (PCBLL) in dichloromethane or chloroform allow the chiral invertomers of cis-decalin to be differentiated at low temperature. At high temperature, it is possible to distinguish between deuterium nuclei of the molecule which become enantiotopic under rapid kinetic averaging. The results obtained illustrate the capability of such polypeptide liquid-crystalline solvents to enantioselectively interact with unfunctionalised chiral cycloalkanes and highlight the analytical potential of NMR analysis in chiral liquid crystal based solvents in the investigation of interconverting chiral conformers.  相似文献

Enantioselective protonation of 2-methyl tetralone enolate using a stoichiometric amount of 2-sulfinyl alcohol (S,Rs)-1 as a chiral proton donor yields the corresponding chiral ketone with a high level of enantioselectivity, provided that the chiral proton donor (CPD) is regenerated with an achiral proton source (APS). In contrast, stereoselectivity was only moderate if catalytic CPD (0.2 equiv.) and an APS are used.  相似文献

Convenient enzymatic methods have been developed for the preparation of chiral 1- and 2-hydroxyalkanephosphonates bearing a trifluoromethyl moiety with high enantiomeric excess via Candida antarctica lipase B-, Mucor miehei lipase-catalyzed alcoholysis and C. rugosa lipase-catalyzed hydrolysis in organic media. The enantiomeric excess of such trifluoromethylated carbinols was determined using quinine as a chiral solvating agent. The catalytic preference was assigned according to the Kusumi-Ohtani method.  相似文献

A series of novel well-defined chain-end-functionalized polystyrenes having 2, 4, 8, and 16 chiral ephedrine moieties dendritically distributed at their hyperbranched chain-ends were quantitatively synthesized. Their well-defined architectures were fully confirmed by elemental analysis, FTIR, SEC as well as by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopies. These polymers were precisely controlled in the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution as well as well-defined in chain-end-functionalities. These dendritic chiral polymers serve as highly enantioselective chiral ligands in the enantioselective addition of diethylzinc to a series of N-diphenylphosphinoyl arylimines. Among them, chiral dendrimer having eight ephedrine moieties at the chain-ends afforded the corresponding enantiomerically enriched phosphinoylamides in good to high yields with enantioselectivities up to 93% ee. The obtained enantioselectivities are comparable with those obtained by using N-benzylephedrine and its corresponding copolymer as chiral ligands.  相似文献

Optically active axially chiral 2,6-disubstituted benzamides and anilides were stereoselectively prepared by utilizing planar chiral (arene)chromium complexes. Nucleophilic addition to enantiomerically pure planar chiral tricarbonyl(N,N-diethyl-2-methyl-6-formyl- (or 6-acyl)benzamide)chromium complex gave axially chiral 2-methyl-6-substituted N,N-diethyl benzamide chromium complexes with high selectivity. An alternative method for the preparation of axial chiral benzamides or anilides is an enantiotopic lithiation at the benzylic methyl of prochiral tricarbonylchromium complexes of N,N-diethyl-2,6-dimethylbenzamide and N-methyl-N-acyl-2,6-dimethylaniline with a chiral lithium amide followed by electrophilic substitution. The resulting axially chiral chromium-complexed benzamides and anilides were oxidized in air to give chromium-free axially chiral benzamides and anilides in enantiomerically enriched form without axial bond rotation at room temperature.  相似文献

(−)-(1R,2S,5R)-Menthyl (SS)-p-toluenesulfinate and its enantiomer are a common source for a chiral sulfoxide group in organic synthesis, by means of nucleophilic substitution. The replacement of the menthyloxy group, with complete inversion of configuration at the sulfur center of the chiral sulfoxide, allows the inclusion of this organic function into numerous substrates, with defined stereochemistry and high enantiomeric purity. Nine C3-substituted, enantiomerically pure, 2-sulfinylfurans were prepared by this synthetic methodology with moderate to high yields. These enantiopure C3-substituted 2-sulfinylfurans can be used as chiral dienes for [4+3] cycloaddition reactions and in other chemical transformations, in which π-facial selectivity should be induced in order to obtain enantioselective reactions.  相似文献

Axially dissymmetric chiral salen-type ligands 14 and 7 were prepared from the reaction of (R)-(+)-1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-diamine with 2,6-dichlorobenzaldehyde, 2,3-dichlorobenzaldehyde, 3,4-dichlorobenzaldehyde or salicylaldehyde in high yields, respectively. The catalytic asymmetric aziridination of alkenes has been examined using these novel chiral ligands. Excellent enantioselectivity in the aziridination of cinnamates has been achieved using the C2-symmetric chiral ligand 1.  相似文献

Cyano-functionalized allylic phosphine substrates containing the ortho-metalated (R)-(1-(dimethylamino)ethyl)naphthalene as the chiral auxiliary were synthesized from bromoacetaldehyde dimethylacetal via a one-pot process. The diastereoselective hydrophosphination reactions of the cis- and trans-allylic phosphine substrates gave the cyano-functionalized chiral 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane products with high yield and stereoselectivity. The subsequent organic transformation reactions of the cyano-substituted products chemoselectively afforded the formyl- and hydroxyl-functionalized chiral 1,2-diphosphine complexes with retention of stereochemistry. The coordination properties and absolute configurations of the novel 1,2-diphosphine complexes were established by single crystal X-ray crystallography. The optically pure 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane ligands with cyano-, formyl- and hydroxyl-functionalities could be liberated in high yields from the corresponding dihalo palladium complexes by treatment with aqueous potassium cyanide.  相似文献

A new class of C1-symmetric bisphosphine ligands with three hindered quadrants have been obtained through facile synthesis from chiral BINOL derivatives. Their rhodium complexes have exhibited high enantioselectivities (up to 98% ee) in the asymmetric hydrogenation of various unsaturated prochiral olefins, providing an efficient catalytic system for the enantioselective synthesis of chiral amino acids and amines.  相似文献

Treatment of optically active 1-chlorovinyl p-tolyl sulfoxides, which were synthesized from symmetrical ketones and (R)-(−)-chloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide in three steps, with lithium enolate of carboxylic acid tert-butyl esters gave optically active adducts having a substituent at the α-position with high 1,4-chiral induction from the sulfur chiral center in high yields. The adducts were converted to optically active esters and carboxylic acids having a chiral center at the α-position. When this addition reaction was carried out with the ester enolate generated from excess carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester with LDA in the presence of HMPA, the diastereomer of the adduct was obtained. By using the two reaction conditions for the generation of the ester enolates, a new method for asymmetric synthesis of both enantiomers of carboxylic acid derivatives having a substituent at the α-position from the one chiral source, (R)-(−)-chloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide, was realized.  相似文献

α,β-Unsaturated hydroxamates derived from the ‘chiral Weinreb amide’ auxiliary (S)-N-1-(1′-naphthyl)ethyl-O-tert-butylhydroxylamine consistently adopt a defined conformation and undergo highly diastereoselective conjugate addition reactions with lithium amide reagents. The configuration of the N-1-(1′-naphthyl)ethyl group dictates the position of the O-tert-butyl group and also the configuration adopted by the pyramidal nitrogen atom via a ‘chiral relay’ effect. Conjugate addition of lithium amide reagents to these substrates proceeds on the face opposite to both the O-tert-butyl group and nitrogen lone-pair with high levels of diastereoselectivity.  相似文献

Several chiral diastereoisomerically pure epoxy alcohols were prepared diastereoselectively in high yields after epoxidation of allyl and homoallyl alcohols containing the 1R-fenchone skeleton with VO(acac)2/t-butyl hydroperoxide. The configurations of some of the new chiral compounds were determined by NMR methods. A new class of chiral eighteen-component three-dimensional supramolecular entities has been assembled in toluene and chloroform from twelve zinc porphyrin-appended 2-(ethylamino)- pyrimido[4,5-b][1,8]naphthyridin-4(3H)-one monomers and six chiral bipyridyl compounds. The heterocyclic segments form two C6-symmetric cyclic hexamers, which are stabilized by a well-established DDA-AAD hydrogen bonding motif, while the six chiral bispyridine ligands are coordinated to the corresponding zinc porphyrin units to give the two-layered architectures. The structures have been characterized by the 1H NMR, UV-vis and circular dichroism experiments, which also reveals that, when the concentration of the monomers is high enough, the chiral supramolecular entity can be formed exclusively.  相似文献

The multicomponent synthesis of diarylmethylamines, 1,2-diarylethylamines and β-arylethylamines has been undergone starting from aryl- or benzylzinc reagents, aldehydes, and primary or secondary chiral amines. Good to high diastereoselectivities have been obtained from both l-proline ester derivatives 1 and (±)-trans-1-allyl-2,5-dimethylpiperazine (4). The use of R-(+)-1-phenylethylamine (7) provides important diastereoisomeric excesses (∼60%) in conjunction with very high chemical yields. This work constitutes a preliminary entry to the intended development of a more flexible reaction system, involving easily cleavable chiral amines.  相似文献

We herein report the synthesis of a chiral phosphonium salt, {[(4S)-4-methyl-2-oxo-1,3-oxazolidin-4-yl]methyl}(triphenyl)phosphonium iodide 13 to provide a new Wittig reagent for the general method of synthesizing α-substituted alaninol derivatives. Our method described here is widely applicable to reactions with various types of aldehyde to afford olefin products with high E-selectivity, enabling us to provide a new approach to the synthesis of chiral S1P1 agonists including our key intermediates, and of the trace amine-associated receptor 1 (TAAR1) agonist.  相似文献
