Four salen‐type lanthanide(III) coordination polymers [LnH2L(NO3)3(MeOH)x]n [Ln = La ( 1 ), Ce ( 2 ), Sm ( 3 ), Gd ( 4 )] were prepared by reaction of Ln(NO3)3 · 6H2O with H2L [H2L = N,N′‐bis(salicylidene)‐1,2‐cyclohexanediamine]. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis revealed that H2L effectively functions as a bridging ligand forming a series of 1D chain‐like polymers. The solid‐state fluorescence spectra of polymers 1 and 2 emit single ligand‐centered green fluorescence, whereas 3 exhibits typical red fluorescence of SmIII ions. The lowest triplet level of ligand H2L was calculated on the basis of the phosphorescence spectrum of GdIII complex 4 . The energy transfer mechanisms in the lanthanide polymers were described and discussed.  相似文献

The title ionic compound, (C7H8N3)2[Ho2(C4H5O2)8], is constructed from two almost identical independent centrosymmetric anionic dimers balanced by two independent 2‐amino‐1H‐benzimidazol‐3‐ium (Habim+) cations. The asymmetric part of each dimer is made up of one HoIII cation and four crotonate (crot or but‐2‐enoate) anions, two of them acting in a simple η2‐chelating mode and the remaining two acting in two different μ22 fashions, viz. purely bridging and bridging–chelating. Symmetry‐related HoIII cations are linked by two Ho—O—Ho and two Ho—O—C—O—Ho bridges which lead to rather short intracationic Ho...Ho distances [3.8418 (3) and 3.8246 (3) Å]. In addition to the obvious Coulombic interactions linking the cations and anions, the isolated [Ho2(crot)8]2− and Habim+ ions are linked by a number of N—H...O hydrogen bonds, in which all N—H groups of the cation are involved as donors and all (simple chelating) crot O atoms are involved as acceptors. These interactions result in compact two‐dimensional structures parallel to (110), which are linked to each other by weaker π–π contacts between Habim+ benzene groups.  相似文献

By using the node‐and‐spacer approach in suitable solvents, four new heterotrimetallic 1D chain‐like compounds (that is, containing 3d–3d′–4f metal ions), {[Ni(L)Ln(NO3)2(H2O)Fe(Tp*)(CN)3] ? 2 CH3CN ? CH3OH}n (H2L=N,N′‐bis(3‐methoxysalicylidene)‐1,3‐diaminopropane, Tp*=hydridotris(3,5‐dimethylpyrazol‐1‐yl)borate; Ln=Gd ( 1 ), Dy ( 2 ), Tb ( 3 ), Nd ( 4 )), have been synthesized and structurally characterized. All of these compounds are made up of a neutral cyanide‐ and phenolate‐bridged heterotrimetallic chain, with a {? Fe? C?N? Ni(? O? Ln)? N?C? }n repeat unit. Within these chains, each [(Tp*)Fe(CN)3]? entity binds to the NiII ion of the [Ni(L)Ln(NO3)2(H2O)]+ motif through two of its three cyanide groups in a cis mode, whereas each [Ni(L)Ln(NO3)2(H2O)]+ unit is linked to two [(Tp*)Fe(CN)3]? ions through the NiII ion in a trans mode. In the [Ni(L)Ln(NO3)2(H2O)]+ unit, the NiII and LnIII ions are bridged to one other through two phenolic oxygen atoms of the ligand (L). Compounds 1 – 4 are rare examples of 1D cyanide‐ and phenolate‐bridged 3d–3d′–4f helical chain compounds. As expected, strong ferromagnetic interactions are observed between neighboring FeIII and NiII ions through a cyanide bridge and between neighboring NiII and LnIII (except for NdIII) ions through two phenolate bridges. Further magnetic studies show that all of these compounds exhibit single‐chain magnetic behavior. Compound 2 exhibits the highest effective energy barrier (58.2 K) for the reversal of magnetization in 3d/4d/5d–4f heterotrimetallic single‐chain magnets.  相似文献

The title compound, {(C8H20N)[CdFe(CN)6(C2H8N2)2]·4H2O}n, was isolated from the aqueous system Cd2+/ethylenediamine (en)/[Fe(CN)6]3− in the presence of [Et4N]Br. The crystal structure is dominated by a one‐dimensional motif, viz. a negatively charged 2,2‐CT (cistrans) [–Cd(en)2—NC—Fe(CN)4—CN–]nn chain. The Cd and Fe atoms of the anion and the N atom of the cation all lie on twofold axes. The ethyl groups of the cation are equally disordered over two orientations. The cationic building block of the chain consists of a CdII atom coordinated by two chelating en ligands, and the distorted octahedral coordination is completed by two bridging cyano ligands in cis positions. The anionic building block is an [Fe(CN)6]3− anion in which the FeIII atom is octahedrally coordinated by six cyano ligands; two of the cyano ligands, in trans positions, are bridging. The uncoordinated water molecules link neighbouring chains through O—H⋯N and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Tetraaqua(18‐crown‐6)cerium(III) hexacyanoferrate(III) dihydrate, [Ce(C12H24O6)(H2O)4][Fe(CN)6]·2H2O, and tetraaqua(18‐crown‐6)neodymium(III) hexacyanoferrate(III) dihydrate, [Nd(C12H24O6)(H2O)4][Fe(CN)6]·2H2O, are isomorphous and isostructural in the C2/c space group, where the cations, which contain ten‐coordinate lanthanoid centres, lie across twofold rotation axes and the anions lie across inversion centres. In these compounds, an extensive series of O—H...O and O—H...N hydrogen bonds links the components into a continuous three‐dimensional framework. Triaqua(18‐crown‐6)lanthanoid(III) hexacyanoferrate(III) dihydrate, [Ln(C12H24O6)(H2O)3][Fe(CN)6]·2H2O, where Ln = Sm, Eu, Gd or Tb, are all isomorphous and isostructural in the P space group, as are triaqua(18‐crown‐6)gadolinium(III) hexacyanochromate(III) dihydrate, [Gd(C12H24O6)(H2O)3][Cr(CN)6]·2H2O, and triaqua(18‐crown‐6)gadolinium(III) hexacyanocobaltate(III) dihydrate, [Gd(C12H24O6)(H2O)3][Co(CN)6]·2H2O. In these compounds, there are two independent anions, both lying across inversion centres, and the lanthanoid centres exhibit nine‐coordination; in the crystal structures, an extensive series of hydrogen bonds links the components into a three‐dimensional framework.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[Sm(4‐pya)3(H2O)2]·2H2O}n [4‐pya is trans‐3‐(4‐pyridyl)acrylate, C8H6NO2], each SmIII atom is ten‐coordinated and has a bicapped square‐antiprismatic coordination geometry. There is a crystallographic center of symmetry at the mid‐point of the Sm⋯Sm line within each [Sm(4‐pya)3(H2O)2]2 dimer. Each dimer is interconnected by two pairs of bridging 4‐pya ligands to form a one‐dimensional chain. Neighboring chains are connected via hydrogen bonds to form a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

Eight isomorphous metal‐organic frameworks: [Ln2(TATAB)2(H2O)(DMA)6]·5H2O (Ln = Sm ( 1 ), Eu ( 2 ), Gd ( 3 ), Tb ( 4 ), Dy ( 5 ), Er ( 6 ), Tm ( 7 ), Yb ( 8 )); TATAB = 4,4′,4″‐s‐triazine‐1,3,5‐triyl‐p‐aminobenzoate, DMA = N,N‐dimethylacetamide), were synthesized by the self‐assembly of lanthanide ions, TATAB, DMA and H2O. Single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography reveals they are three dimensional frameworks with 2‐fold interpenetration. Solid‐state photoluminescence studies indicate ligand‐to‐metal energy transfer is more efficient for compounds 2 and 4 which exhibit intense characteristic lanthanide emissions at room temperature.  相似文献

The cyanide building block [FeIII(pzphen)(CN)4] and its four lanthanide complexes [{FeIII(pzphen)(CN)4}2LnIII(H2O)5(DMF)3] · (NO3) · 2(H2O) · (CH3CN) [Ln = Nd ( 1 ), Sm ( 2 ), DMF = dimethyl formamide] and [{FeIII(pzphen)(CN)4}2LnIII(NO3)(H2O)2(DMF)2](CH3CN) [Ln = Gd ( 3 ), Dy ( 4 )] were synthesized and structurally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Compounds 1 and 2 are ionic salts with two [FeIII(pzphen)(CN)4] cations and one LnIII ion, but compounds 3 and 4 are cyano‐bridged FeIIILnIII heterometallic 3d‐4f complexes exhibiting a trinuclear structure in the same conditions. Magnetic studies show that compound 3 is antiferromagnetic between the central FeIII and GdIII atoms. Furthermore, the trinuclear cyano‐bridged FeIII2DyIII compound 4 displays no single‐molecular magnets (SMMs) behavior by the alternating current magnetic susceptibility measurements.  相似文献

Solvothermal combination of trivalent lanthanide metal precursors with 1, 2, 4, 5‐cyclohexanetetracarboxylic acid (L) ligand has afforded the preparation of a family of eight new coordination polymers [Ln4(L)3(H2O)10] · 7H2O (Ln = Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb) ( 1 – 8 ). Structural analyses reveal that the 1, 2, 4, 5‐cyclohexanetetracarboxylic acid ligand with e,a,a,e (LI) conformation displays a μ4‐(κ3O, O, O5)(κ2O2,O2)(κ2O4,O4)‐bridging mode to generate 3D frameworks of complexes 1 – 8 and the α‐Po topology with the short Schläfli symbol {412.63} could be observed in complexes 1 – 8 . The near‐infrared luminescence properties were studied, and the results have shown that the HoIII, ErIII, and YbIII complexes emit typical near‐infrared luminescence in the solid‐state. Variable‐temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements of complexes 2 – 7 have shown that complex 2 (Gd) shows the ferromagnetic coupling between magnetic centers, whereas the complexes 3 – 7 show the antiferromagnetic coupling between magnetic centers. Additionally, the thermogravimetric analyses were discussed.  相似文献

Cyanide as a bridge can be used to construct homo‐ and heterometallic complexes with intriguing structures and interesting magnetic properties. These ligands can generate diverse structures, including clusters, one‐dimensional chains, two‐dimensional layers and three‐dimensional frameworks. The title cyanide‐bridged CuII–CoIII heterometallic compound, [CuIICoIII(CN)6(C4H11N2)(H2O)]n, has been synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis, magnetic measurement, thermal study, vibrational spectroscopy (FT–IR) and scanning electron microscopy/energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (SEM–EDS). The crystal structure analysis revealed that it has a two‐dimensional grid‐like structure built up of [Cu(Hpip)(H2O)]3+ cations (Hpip is piperazinium) and [Co(CN)6]3− anions that are linked through bridging cyanide ligands. The overall three‐dimensional supramolecular network is expanded by a combination of interlayer O—H...N and N—H...O hydrogen bonds involving the coordinated water molecules and the N atoms of the nonbridging cyanide groups and monodentate cationic piperazinium ligands. A magnetic investigation shows that antiferromagnetic interactions exist in the title compound.  相似文献

Three series of copper–lanthanide/lanthanide coordination polymers (CPs) LnIIICuIICuI(bct)3(H2O)2 [Ln=La ( 1 ), Ce ( 2 ), Pr ( 3 ), Nd ( 4 ), Sm ( 5 ), Eu ( 6 ), Gd ( 7 ), Tb ( 8 ), Dy ( 9 ), Er ( 10 ), Yb ( 11 ), and Lu ( 12 ), H2bct=2,5‐bis(carboxymethylmercapto)‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole acid], LnIIICuI(bct)2 [Ln=Ce ( 2 a ), Pr ( 3 a ), Nd ( 4 a ), Sm ( 5 a ), Eu ( 6 a ), Gd ( 7 a ), Tb ( 8 a ), Dy ( 9 a ), Er ( 10 a ), Yb ( 11 a ), and Lu ( 12 a )], and LnIII2(bct)3(H2O)5 [Ln=La ( 1 b ), Ce ( 2 b ), Pr ( 3 b ), Nd ( 4 b ), Sm ( 5 b ), Eu ( 6 b ), Gd ( 7 b ), Tb ( 8 b ), and Dy ( 9 b )] have been successfully constructed under hydrothermal conditions by modulating the reaction time. Structural characterization has revealed that CPs 1 – 12 possess a unique one‐dimensional (1D) strip‐shaped structure containing two types of double‐helical chains and a double‐helical channel. CPs 2 a – 12 a show a three‐dimensional (3D) framework formed by CuI linking two types of homochiral layers with double‐helical channels. CPs 1 b – 9 b exhibit a 3D framework with single‐helical channels. CPs 6 b and 8 b display visible red and green luminescence of the EuIII and TbIII ions, respectively, sensitized by the bct ligand, and microsecond‐level lifetimes. CP 8 b shows a rare magnetic transition between short‐range ferromagnetic ordering at 110 K and long‐range ferromagnetic ordering below 10 K. CPs 9 a and 9 b display field‐induced single‐chain magnet (SCM) and/or single‐molecule magnet (SMM) behaviors, with Ueff values of 51.7 and 36.5 K, respectively.  相似文献

In the title compound, [RuII(C10H8N2)3]2[FeIII(CN)6]Cl·8H2O, the [Ru(bpy)3]2+ (bpy is 2,2′‐bipyridine) cations and water molecules afford intriguing microporous honeycomb layers, while the [Fe(CN)6]3− anions and the remainder of the water molecules form anionic sheets based on extensive hydrogen‐bonding networks. The cationic and anionic layers alternate along the c axis. The Fe atom in [Fe(CN)6]3− lies on an inversion centre and the axial cyano ligands are hydrogen bonded to the water molecules encapsulated within the micropores [N⋯O = 2.788 (5) Å], giving an unusual interpenetration between the cationic and anionic layers. On the other hand, the in‐plane cyano ligands are relatively weakly hydrogen bonded to the water molecules [N⋯O = 2.855 (7) and 2.881 (8) Å] within the anionic sheets.  相似文献

Four 3D lanthanide organic frameworks from potassium pyrazine‐2, 3, 5, 6‐tetracarboxylate (K4pztc) or potassium pyridine‐2, 3, 5, 6‐tetracarboxylate (K4pdtc), namely, {[KEu(pztc)(H2O)2] · H2O}n ( 1 ), {[KTb(pztc)(H2O)2] · 1.25H2O}n ( 2 ), {[KLn(pdtc)(H2O)] · H2O}n [Ln = Gd ( 3 ), Ho ( 4 )], were synthesized by reaction of the corresponding lanthanide oxides with K4pztc or K4pdtc in presence of HCl under hydrothermal conditions, and characterized by elemental analysis, TGA, IR and fluorescence spectroscopy as well as X‐ray diffraction. In complexes 1 and 2 , the dodecadentate chelator pztc4– links four LnIII ions and four KI ions. The coordination mode of the pztc4– ligand is reported for the first time herein. Complexes 3 and 4 are isostructural with earlier reported Nd, Dy, Er complexes. Moreover, the EuIII and TbIII complexes exhibit the characteristic luminescence.  相似文献

In the title polymeric heterometallic compound, {[Cu3Gd(C6H4NO2)3Cl3(H2O)2]·0.5H2O}n, comprising copper(I) and gadolinium(III) cations bridged by nicotinate (nic) ligands and chloride anions, the GdIII centers display a bicapped trigonal prismatic geometry, defined by six carboxylate O atoms and two water molecules. For copper(I), one Cu center is three‐coordinated by three chloride ions and displays a trigonal–planar geometry; the other two Cu centers are four‐coordinated and display a very distorted tetrahedral geometry. The chloride anions act in μ2‐ and μ3‐bridging modes, linking the CuI ions into an infinite chain. The nic ligand exhibits a tridentate coordination mode, with the carboxylate O atoms linking to two GdIII ions and the N atom linking to one CuI ion. Thus, a novel three‐dimensional heterometallic coordination polymer is constructed from Gd–carboxylate subunits and Cu—Cl chains. In addition, intra‐ and intermolecular O—H...O and O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds are also observed within the three‐dimensional structure. Topologically, the framework represents an unusual 3,6‐connected (4.82)3(410.65) net.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [CoCl(C18H37N4O2){ZnCl3}], has been determined by X‐ray diffraction.Cmeso‐5,5,7,12,12,14‐Hexamethyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane‐N‐acetate acts as a bridging ligand to coodinate with CoIII and ZnII ions. The CoIII ion is six‐coordinate in a nearly octahedral environment provided by one Cl atom, four N atoms of the bridging ligand, and one O atom. The ZnII ion is four‐coordinate in a distorted tetrahedral environment completed by three Cl atoms and an O atom of the bridging ligand.  相似文献

A new cyano‐bridged binuclear 4f‐3d complex Sm(DMSO)4‐(H2O)3Cr(CN)6 was synthesized and characterized by single crystal structure analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21 with a=0.9367(2) nm, b = 1.3917(3) nm, c = 1.1212(2) run, β = 99.88(3)° and Z = 2. In this binuclear complex, Sm atom is eight coordinated and linked to the Cr atom by a cyano bridge. The molecules packs to form 3D structure due to the hydrogen bonds among them. [K3(18‐C‐6)3(H2O)4]Cr(CN)6·3H2O (18‐C‐6 represents 18‐crown‐6‐ether) that was synthesized as a byproduct in the preparation of a Gd—Cr complex is also structurally characterized. Crystal data: triclinic, space group P‐l with a = 1.0496(7) nm, b= 1.1567(14) nm, c = 1.3530(13) nm, a = 94.15(9)°, β = 96.04(8)°, γ = 95.25(9)° and Z = l. [K3(18‐C‐6)3(H2O)4]‐Cr(CN)6·3H2O consists of ionic [K3(18‐C‐6)3(H2O)4]3+ and [Cr(CN)6]3‐ pairs, of which the [K3(18‐C‐6)3(H2O)4]3+ ion is a trinuclear duster connected by water, and K atoms are eight coordinated by eight oxygen atoms of one 18‐C‐6 and two water molecules.  相似文献

The title complex, catena‐poly[[[(2,2′‐bipyridine‐1κ2N,N′)tris(methanol‐2κO)(nitrato‐2κ2O,O′)‐μ‐cyanido‐1:2C:N‐cyanido‐1κC‐iron(II)neodymium(III)]‐di‐μ‐cyanido‐1:2′C:N;2:1′N:C] methanol solvate], {[FeIINdIII(CN)4(NO3)(C10H8N2)(CH3OH)3]·CH3OH}n, is made up of ladder‐like one‐dimensional chains oriented along the c axis. Each ladder consists of two strands based on alternating FeII and NdIII centers connected by cyanide bridges. Furthermore, two such parallel chains are connected by additional cyanide cross‐pieces (the `rungs' of the ladder), which likewise connect FeII and NdIII centers, such that each [Fe(CN)4(bipy)]2− unit (bipy is 2,2′‐bipyridine) coordinates with three NdIII centers and each NdIII center connects with three different [Fe(CN)4(bipy)]2− units. In the complex, the iron(II) cation is six‐coordinated with a distorted octahedral geometry and the neodymium(III) cation is eight‐coordinated with a distorted dodecahedral environment.  相似文献

Three ion-pair Ln-Cr complexes [Sm(DMA)4(H2O)3][Cr(CN)6] · 2H2O, [Gd(DMA)3(H2O)4][Cr(CN)6] · 2H2O and [Er(DMA)3(H2O)4][Cr(CN)6] (DMA = dimethylacetamide) have been synthesized. X-ray structure analyses of the title complexes revealed that there is a hydrogen-bonding network through CN groups and H2O molecules. Variable temperature magnetic susceptibilities indicate weak antiferromagnetic interactions between cation and anion pairs moderated through the hydrogen bonding network.  相似文献

The NdIII coordination compounds [Nd(4‐pytza)3(H2O)2] · 2H2O ( 1 ) and [Nd(4‐pytza)2(H2O)4]Cl · 2H2O ( 2 ) [H4‐pytza = 5‐(4‐pyridyl)tetrazole‐2‐acetic acid] were synthesized by reactions of K4‐pytza and NdCl3 · 6H2O at different pH values. Single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that 4‐pytza ligands in 1 in a μ1,3‐COO synsyn or μ1,1,3‐COO bridging mode coordinate to two central NdIII atoms to display a dinuclear unit, which is connected by one of these 4‐pytza ligands acting in end‐to‐end bridging mode to form a 1D ladder‐like chain. Different from 1 , each 4‐pytza in 2 with a μ1,3‐COO synanti bridging mode coordinates to two NdIII atoms to display a 1D zigzag chain. Furthermore, the luminescence properties of 1 and 2 were investigated at room temperature in the solid state.  相似文献

Three FeIII2LnIII2 tetranuclear heterometallic clusters, [H4LGd(H2O)Tp*Fe(CN)3]2·8H2O·2MeOH (1) and [H4LLn(MeOH)Tp*Fe(CN)3]2·6MeOH·2MeCN (Ln?=?Tb and Dy for 2 and 3, respectively, H6L = N,N′-(2,6-pyridine-dicarboxyl)-disalicylhydrazide, Tp* = hydridotris(3,5dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-borate), were synthesized by use of the [(Tp*)Fe(CN)3]? unit as a metalloligand toward LnCl3 and H6L species. Structural analyses reveal that FeIII and LnIII ions in all complexes are connected to each other by one cyanide to form a heterobinuclear unit of [Ln(H4L)][(Tp*)Fe(CN)3], which is dimerized through Ln–N–C?=?O–Ln interaction. Magnetic susceptibility measurements show weak antiferromagnetic interactions between cyano-bridged FeIII and GdIII ions and amide-bridged GdIII ions are operative. Complex 1 displays the magnetocaloric effect with ?ΔSmmax = 12.70 J·kg?1·K?1 at 4.0 K for ΔH?=?7 T. No single-molecule magnetic properties are observed for 2 or 3 down to 1.8 K.  相似文献
