Total syntheses of (?)‐isoschizogamine and (?)‐2‐hydroxyisoschizogamine are described. The synthesis employs two asymmetric Michael additions to establish chiral centers at C7 and the quaternary carbon C20. Regioselective reduction of the methylthioiminium cation rather than the enamine generates an isoschizogamine‐type pentacyclic skeleton. Acidic hydrolysis of the isoschizogamine‐type intermediate in the absence of oxygen provides natural (?)‐isoschizogamine. Conducting the reaction in the presence of oxygen leads to a multistep oxidative hydrolysis cascade that affords unnatural (?)‐2‐hydroxyisoschizogamine.  相似文献

The geometries, successive binding energies, vibrational frequencies, and infrared intensities are calculated for the [Li(H2O)n]+ and [K(H2O)n]+ (n = 1?4) complexes. The basis sets used are 6-31G* and LANL 1DZ (Los Alamos ECP +DZ ) at the SCF and MP 2 levels. There is an agreement for calculated structures and frequencies between the MP 2/6-31G* and MP 2/LANL 1DZ basis sets, which indicates that the latter can be used for calculations of water complexes with heavier ions. Our results are in a reasonable agreement with available experimental data and facilitate experimental study of these complexes. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The co‐adsorption of O2 and CO on anionic sites of gold species is considered as a crucial step in the catalytic CO oxidation on gold catalysts. In this regard, the [Au2O2(CO)n]? (n=2–6) complexes were prepared by using a laser vaporization supersonic ion source and were studied by using infrared photodissociation spectroscopy in the gas phase. All the [Au2O2(CO)n]? (n=2–6) complexes were characterized to have a core structure involving one CO and one O2 molecule co‐adsorbed on Au2? with the other CO molecules physically tagged around. The CO stretching frequency of the [Au2O2(CO)]? core ion is observed around =2032–2042 cm?1, which is about 200 cm?1 higher than that in [Au2(CO)2]?. This frequency difference and the analyses based on density functional calculations provide direct evidence for the synergy effect of the chemically adsorbed O2 and CO. The low lying structures with carbonate group were not observed experimentally because of high formation barriers. The structures and the stability (i.e., the inertness in a sense) of the co‐adsorbed O2 and CO on Au2? may have relevance to the elementary reaction steps on real gold catalysts.  相似文献

A nickel metavanadate complex Ni(pz)(V2O6) (pz =?pyrazine) (1) was hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and thermal analysis. The complex was also investigated by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The three-dimensional extended structure in the crystal is constructed by corner sharing {VO3}n chains running along the b axis and two types of {Ni(pz)}n chains oriented in [0?1?1] and [0?1??1] directions, respectively. Ni is coordinated by two N atoms from two pyrazines and four O atoms from three metavanadates in a distorted octahedral geometry. The variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility of 1 was measured. The magnetic coupling parameter indicates an antiferromagnetic interaction within the {Ni(pz)}n chain.  相似文献

Cl?(H2O)n (n = 1–4) clusters were investigated using a basin‐hopping (BH) algorithm coupled with density functional theory (DFT). Structures, energetics, thermodynamics, vertical detachment energies, and vibrational frequencies were obtained from high‐level ab initio calculations. Through comparisons with previous theoretical and experimental data, it was demonstrated that the combination of the BH method and DFT could accurately predict the global and local minima of Cl?(H2O)n (n = 1–4). Additionally, to optimize larger Cl?(H2O)n (n > 4) clusters, several popular density functionals as well as DF‐LMP2 (Schütz et al., J. Chem. Phys. 2004, 121, 737) (second‐order Møller‐Plesset perturbation theory using local and density fitting approximations) were tested with appropriate basis sets through comparisons with MP2 optimized results. DF‐LMP2 will be used in future studies because its overall performance in describing the relative binding energies and the geometrical parameters of Cl?(H2O)n (n = 1–4) was outstanding in this study. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

A novel supramolecular complex {[Cu(n)(en)2·H2O]·[Cu(I)2(CN)4]}n (en = ethylenediamine), in which the cyanide‐bridged Cu(I) forms the honeycomb‐like skeleton host and the Cu(n) complex ion [Cu(en)2·H2O]2+ is encapsulated in the center of the channel cavity of the skeleton, was synthesized by two different methods. The complex was also characterized by elemental analysis, ICP analysis, IR spectra and thermal analysis. The adsorption and desorption studies of the complex indicate that H2O and NH3 can be desorbed and re‐adsorbed without collapse of the channel structure of the supramolecule.  相似文献

Three natural aromadendrane sesquiterpenes, (?)‐epiglobulol, (?)‐4β,7α‐aromadendranediol, and (?)‐4α,7α‐aromadendranediol, have been synthesized in only seven steps in 12, 15, and 17 % overall yields, respectively, from (E,E)‐farnesol by a stereodivergent gold(I)‐catalyzed cascade reaction which forms the tricyclic aromadendrane core in a single step. These are the shortest total syntheses of these natural compounds.  相似文献

The interaction of superoxide ion O2? with up to four water molecules [O2?: (H2O)n, n = 1, 2, 4] has been investigated using ab initio molecular orbital theory. The binding energy of O2?: H2O is calculated to be ?20.6 kcal/mol in good agreement with gas phase experimental data. At the MP3/6-31G* level the O2?:H2O complex has a C2v structure with a double (cyclic) hydrogen bond between O2? and H2O. A Cs structure with a single hydrogen bond is only 0.7 kcal/mol less stable. Interaction of H2O with the doubly occupied π* orbital of O2? is preferred slightly over interaction with the singly occupied π* orbital. Natural bond orbital analysis suggests that both electrostatic and charge transfer interactions are important in anionic complexes. The charge transfer occurs predominantly in the O2? → H2O direction and is important in determining the relative stabilities of the different structures and states. Singly and doubly hydrogen-bonded structures for the O2?: (H2O)2 and O2?: (H2O)4 clusters were found to be similar in stability and the increase in binding of the cluster becomes smaller as each additional water molecule is added to the cluster.  相似文献

Ab initio Hartree–Fock calculations are performed on hydrates of the F? and Cl? ions using 6-31G, 6-31G**, and 6-21G basis sets. Geometries and binding energies are obtained. An estimate of the correlation energy is provided by an MP2/6-31G (Møller-Plesset second-order perturbation) calculation. A simple and efficient enantioselective synthesis of chromene, (?)‐(R)‐cordiachromene ( 1 ), and (?)‐(R)‐dictyochromenol ( 2 ) has been accomplished. This convergent synthesis utilizes intramolecular SNAr reaction for the formation of chroman ring, and Seebach's method of ‘self‐reproduction of chirality’ should establish the (R)‐configuration of the C(2) side chain as key steps.  相似文献

A lead(II) complex with 2,3,5,6‐tetra(2‐pyridyl)pyrazine (TPPZ), nitrate, and perchlorate ligands has been synthesized and characterized by CHN elemental analysis and IR and 207Pb NMR spectroscopy. The single crystal X‐ray data of the [Pb2(μ‐TPPZ)2(NO3)2(ClO4)2] compound show that the complex is a one‐dimensional coordination polymer and that the Lead atom has a less‐common, ten‐coordinate holodirected geometry.  相似文献
