The title calixarene, dimanganese thiacalix[4]arene tetrasulfonate, was prepared and its crystal structure was determined. [Mn(H2O)6]2[thiacalix[4]arene tetrasulfonate]·0.5H2O crystallizes in the monoclinic system, P2(1)/m space group, with a=13.014 (6), b=14.146 (9), c=13.184 (7) Å, β=113.307 (10)°, V=2229 (2) Å3 and Dc=1.710 gcm−3, Z=2. The title calixarene exists in the solid state as bilayer structure. The hydrophobic organic layer consists of thiacalix[4]arene tetrasulfonate in an up-down fashion, whereas, the hydrophilic inorganic layer consists of hexaaquamanganese (II) which is linked to the former through a second-sphere coordination.  相似文献

A series of new 2D-layered structural rare-earth coordination polymers with the general formal [Ln(C8H4O5)(H2O)5]·(H2O)·(C8H4O5)1/2 (Ln=Eu for (1); Gd for (2); Tb for (3); Dy for (4); and Er for (5)) have been yielded by hydrothermal synthesis. The coordination polymers crystallize in monoclinic space group C/2c with a=19.838(16), b=10.529(8), c=17.752(14) Å, β=107.503(14)° for (1), with a=19.823(7), b=10.552(4), c=17.762(6) Å, β=107.443(6)° for (2), with a=19.770(4), b=10.519(2), c=17.698(4) Å, β=107.52(3)° for (3), with a=19.632(2), b=10.492(2), c=17.617(3) Å, β=107.470(12)° for (4), with a=19.648(7), b=10.480(3), c=17.598(6) Å, β=107.502(6)° for (5), respectively. And the metal ions (Ln3+) are located in nine-member coordination environment. The carboxyl groups from 5-hydroxyisophthalate chelate the metal ions to form 1D helical cation chains. It is interesting that these helical cation chains are arranged to form 2D anion–cation layers by the uncoordinated ligands' anions as template. And the luminescence properties of the rare-earth ions are studied in the paper.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of vanadium oxide starting materials with divalent transition metal cations in the presence of nitrogen donor chelating ligands yield the bimetallic cluster complexes with the formulae [{Cd(phen2)2V4O12]·5H2O (1) and [Ni(phen)3]2[V4O12]·17.5H2O (2). Crystal data: C48H52Cd2N8O22V4 (1), triclinic. a=10.3366(10), b=11.320(3), c=13.268(3) Å, =103.888(17)°, β=92.256(15)°, γ=107.444(14)°, Z=1; C72H131N12Ni2O29.5V4 (2), triclinic. a=12.305(3), b=13.172(6), c=15.133(4), =79.05(3)°, β=76.09(2)°, γ=74.66(3)°, Z=1. Data were collected on a Siemens P4 four-circle diffractometer at 293 K in the range 1.59° <θ<26.02° and 2.01°<θ<25.01° using the ω-scan technique, respectively. The structure of 1 consists of a [V4O12]4− cluster covalently attached to two {Cd(phen)2}2+ fragments, in which the [V4O12]4− cluster adopts a chair-like configuration. In the structure of 2, the [V4O12]4− cluster is isolated. And the complex formed a layer structure via hydrogen bonds between the [V4O12]4− unit and crystallization water molecules.  相似文献

2,3,4-triphenyl-1-oxa-4-azabutadine (C20H15NO) has been studied by X-ray analysis and AM1 molecular orbital methods. It crystallises in the triclinic space group P-1 with a=9.414(3), b=10.479(3), c=8.385(2) Å, =103.31(3)°, β=97.10(3)°, γ=74.09(1)°, V=772.5(4) Å3, Z=2, Dc=1.227 gcm−3, and μ(MoK)=0.075 mm−1 and F000=300. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R=0.043 for 2672 reflections [I>2σ(I)]. The conformational analysis of the title compound were investigated by semi-empirical quantum mechanical AM1 calculations. The minimum conformation energies were calculated as a function of the three torsion angles θ1(O(1)C(7)C(8)N(1)), θ2(C(8)N(1)C(15)C(16)) and θ3(C(14)C(9)C(8)N(1)). The results are compared with the X-ray results. C=O and C=N groups are twisted about each other by 95.5(2)°.  相似文献

Nest-shaped cluster [MoOICu3S3(2,2′-bipy)2] (1) was synthesized by the treatment of (NH4)2MoS4, CuI, (n-Bu)4NI, and 2,2′-bipyridine (2,2′-bipy) through a solid-state reaction. It crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n, a=9.591(2) Å, b=14.820(3) Å, c=17.951(4) Å, β=91.98(2)°, V=2549.9(10) Å3, and Z=4. The nest-shaped cluster was obtained for the first time with a neutral skeleton containing 2,2′-bipy ligand. The non-linear optical (NLO) property of [MoOICu3S3(2,2′-bipy)2] in DMF solution was measured by using a Z-scan technique with 15 ns and 532 nm laser pulses. The cluster has large third-order NLO absorption and the third-order NLO refraction, its 2 and n2 values were calculated as 6.2×10−10 and −3.8×10−17 m2 W−1 in a 3.7×10−4 M DMF solution.  相似文献

The structure of the complex [Ni(hmt)(NCS)2(H2O)2]n, assembled by hexamethylenetetramine (hmt) and octahedral Ni(II), is reported. Crystal data: Fw 351.07, a=9.885(10) Å, b=12.06(1) Å, c=12.505(8) Å, β=114.41(4)°, V=1357(1) Å3, Z=4, space group=C2/c, T=173 K, λ(MoK)=0.71070 Å, ρcalc=1.718 gcm−1, μ=17.44 cm−1, R=0.099, Rw=0.145. The tetrahedral assembling template effect of the hmt molecule is completed by two coordination bonds and two hydrogen interactions. The UV–vis absorption spectrum of this complex [Ni(hmt)(NCS)2(H2O)2]n with a two-dimensional network is determined in the range of 5000–35000 cm−1 at room temperature. The observed spectrum is discussed and explained perfectly by the scaling radial theory proposed by us. The two-dimensional structure has no apparent effects on the d–d transitions of the central Ni(II) ion. The IR spectrum and the GT curve of the complex were also measured and clearly reflect its structural properties.  相似文献

Two novel hydrogen maleato (HL) bridged Cu(II) complexes 1[Cu(phen)Cl(HL)2/2] 1 and 1[Cu(phen)(NO3)(HL)2/2] 2 were obtained from reactions of 1,10-phenanthroline, maleic acid with CuCl2·2H2O and Cu(NO3)2·3H2O, respectively, in CH3OH/H2O (1:1 v/v) at pH=2.0 and the crystal structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. Both complexes crystallize isostructurally in the monoclinic space group P21/n with cell dimensions: 1 a=8.639(2) Å, b=15.614(3) Å, c=11.326(2) Å, β=94.67(3)°, Z=4, Dcalc=1.720 g/cm3 and 2 a=8.544(1) Å, b=15.517(2) Å, c=12.160(1) Å, β=90.84(8)°, Z=4, Dcalc=1.734 g/cm3. In both complexes, the square pyramidally coordinated Cu atoms are bridged by hydrogen maleato ligands into 1D chains with the coordinating phen ligands parallel on one side. Interdigitation of the chelating phen ligands of two neighbouring chains via π–π stacking interactions forms supramolecular double chains, which are then arranged in the crystal structures according to pseudo 1D close packing patterns. Both complexes exhibit similar paramagnetic behavior obeying Curie–Weiss laws χm(T−θ)=0.414 cm3 mol−1 K with the Weiss constants θ=−1.45, −1.0 K for 1 and 2, respectively.  相似文献

The neutral nitrogen-bidentate ligand, diphenylbis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)methane, Ph2CPz′2, can readily be obtained by the reaction of Ph2CCl2 with excess HPz′ in a mixed-solvent system of toluene and triethylamine. It reacts with [Mo(CO)6] in 1,2-dimethoxyethane to give the η2-arene complex, [Mo(Ph2CPz′2)(CO)3] (1). This η2-ligation appears to stabilize the coordination of Ph2CPz′ 2 in forming [Mo(Ph2CPz′2)(CO)2(N2C6H4NO2-p)][BPh4] (2) and [Mo(Ph2CPz′2)(CO)2(N2Ph)] [BF4] (3) from the reaction of 1 with the appropriate diazonium salt but the stabilization seems not strong enough when [Mo{P(OMe)3} 3(CO)3] is formed from the reaction of 1 with P(OMe)3. The solid-state structures of 1 and 3 have been determined by X-ray crystallography: 1-CH2Cl2, monoclinic, P21/n, a = 11.814(3), b = 11.7929(12), c = 19.46 0(6) Å, β = 95.605(24)°, V = 2698.2(11) Å3, Z = 4, Dcalc = 1.530 g/cm3 , R = 0.044, Rw = 0.036 based on 3218 reflections with I > 2σ(I); 2 (3)-1/2 hexane-1/2 CH3OH-1/2 H2O-1 CH2Cl2, monoclinic, C2/c, a = 41.766(10), b = 20.518(4), c = 16.784(3) Å, β = 101.871(18)°, V = 14076(5) Å3, Z = 8, Dcalc = 1.457 g/cm3, R = 0.064, Rw = 0.059 based on 5865 reflections with I > 2σ(I). Two independent cations were found in the asymmetric unit of the crystals of 3. The average distance between the Mo and the two η2-ligated carbon atoms is 2.574 Å in 1 and 2.581 and 2.608 Å in 3. The unfavourable disposition of the η2-phenyl group with respect to the metal centre in 3 and the rigidity of the η2-arene ligation excludes the possibility of any appreciable agostic C---H → Mo interaction.  相似文献

A series of primary amido gallium alkyl complexes that includes a base free dimer, [tBu2Ga(μ-N(H)tBu)]2 (1), Lewis base stabilized monomeric complexes, nBu2Ga(N(H)tBu)(THF) (2) and nBu2Ga[NH(2,6-Me2C6H3)]py (3) and an anionic complex, nBu2Ga[NH(2,6-Me2C6H3)]2[Li(Et2O)] (4) is reported. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1 (a = 10.265(5) Å, B = 15.752(6) Å, C = 8.932(4) Å, = 90.32(3)°, β = 105.61(3)°, γ = 88.24(4)°) with two molecules, each residing on an inversion center, in the asymmetric unit. Structural analysis revealed a planar Ga2N2 core with both the bridging N and the Ga centers in distorted tetrahedral environments (Ga---C distances 2.052(3)-2.065(3) Å and Ga---N distances 2.060(3)-2.069(3) Å). The use of excess amido ligand allowed the isolation and crystallization of 4. Complex 4 crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/n (a = 8.666(2) Å, B = 22.305(3) Å, C = 15.570(3) Å, β = 103.47(2)) with Z = 4. The pseudotetrahedral gallium center has a coordination sphere composed of two amido ligands (Ga---N1 = 2.011(8) Å, Ga---N2 = 2.006(7) Å), and two nBu ligands (Ga---C17 = 2.002(9) Å Ga---C21 = 1.985(12) Å). A bridging interaction of the lithium cation with the lone pair of electrons on each of amido nitrogen atoms generates a molecular core which is made up of a planar Ga---N1---Li---N2 distorted square (N1---Gal---N2 94.4°, Gal---N2---Lil 86.2°, N1---Li1---N2 92.2°, Gal---N1---Li1 87.1°).  相似文献

We have recently described the electrochemical oxidation of 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-25, 26-bis(diphenylphosphinoylmethoxy)-27,28-dihydroxycalix[4]arene into the corresponding diquinone 1. The solid state structure of 1 has now been determined by a single crystal X-ray diffraction study. Diquinone 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group with a=10.3507(12), b=25.219(4), c=20.2315(14) Å, β=101.166(8)°, V=5181.1(10) Å3, Z=4, and Dx=1.273 g cm−3. The calixarene skeleton adopts a partial cone conformation in which one quinone ring is anti-oriented with respect to the other three rings of the calixarene core. A variable temperature NMR study shows that 1 is dynamic in solution, each quinone unit undergoing fast oscillation about the axis that passes through the two meta carbon atoms bonded to the adjacent methylene groups. The motion of the quinone rings was confirmed by 2D NMR experiments.  相似文献

13C NMR chemical shift data for the -carbon (δ) of a variety of tungsten isopropylimido complexes indicate that the extent to which the nitrogen lone pair participates in multiple bonding to tungsten depends on the form of the complex and the ligands involved. The structures of [W(NCHMe2)Cl4]2·C6H6 (1a) and [W(NCHMe2)Cl5][NEt4] (7) which show widely different δ values, have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. Crytals of 1a are triclinic space group P , with a = 6.394(2), b = 8.890(3), c = 11.205(2) Å and = 109.95(2)°, β = 98.91(2)°, γ = 93.96(2)°; crystals of 7 are orthorhombic, space group Pnma, with a = 13.667(5), b = 15.152(2), c = 9.432(2) Å. Both structures were solved by Patterson and Fourier methods and refined to an R value of 0.050 for 1325 observed data of 1a and to an R value of 0.050 for the 1157 observed data of 7. Complex 1a is dimeric with a W---N bond length of 1.697(12) Å and complex 7 is monomeric with a longer W---N bond length of 1.763(16) Å. Comparison of the W---Cl bond lengths and correlations with π-bonding to make an 18-electron count, indicates that the W---N bond lengths differ in the two complexes as a result of overall π-bonding requirements.  相似文献

Bis[bis{(diphenylphosphinyl)methyl}ethyl phoshinate]bis(ethanol) metal(II) perchlorate complexes, where METAL = Co, Ni or Cu, have been prepared by the reaction of metal perchlorates and bis[(diphenylphosphinyl)methyl]ethyl phosphinate, (RPOEt), in absolute ethanol. The crystal structure of the copper complex is triclinic, space group P , a = 13.688(7) Å, b = 14.424(10) Å, c = 9.865(2) Å, = 110.43(4)°, β = 90.13(2)°, γ = 115.54(4)°, V = 1619.8 Å3, Z = 1 and refined to R = 0.048 (Rw = 0.057). The structure consists of complex cations surrounded by perchlorate anions. Two RPOEt ligands and two ethanols are coordinated to the copper atom situated at the centre of symmetry 0, 0, 0. The RPOEt ligand is bidentate [Cu---O distances 1.969(4) Å, 2.312(4) Å], but the third oxygen atom from phosphoryl bonds is hydrogen bonded [2.669(6) Å], to the oxygen atom of ethanol molecule coordinated to the copper at 1.988(4) Å. The conformations of the ligand and chelate rings, magnetic data, molar conductance values, infrared and electronic spectra are given.  相似文献

Reaction of [(η5-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPh3)(ClCH2Cl)]+ BF4 and pivalaldehyde gives [(η5-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPh3)(η2-O=CHC(CH3)3)]+BF4 (81%), the spectroscopic properties of which establish a π C O binding mode.  相似文献

Dibenzo[b,e]-7,7,8,8-tetraalkyl-7,8-disilabicyclo[2.2.2]octa-2,5-dienes (1: R = tBuCH2; 2: R = iPr) were prepared by the reaction of ClR2SiSiR2Cl with lithium anthracenide in 1,2-dimethoxyethane (DME) at room temperature. The structure of 1 was determined by X-ray crystallography. Crystal data for 1: monoclinic, rC2/c, A = 12.941(2), B = 14.601(1), C = 35.109(6) Å, β = 94.957(7)°, V = 6609(2) Å3, Z= 8, R = 0.048, Rw = 0.053 for 4037 reflections. Compounds 1 and 2 show the bathochromic shift of 1La and 1Lb bands in UV spectra and exhibit considerably low oxidation potentials due to effective σ-π conjugation. Compounds 1 and 2 form charge-transfer complexes with tetracyanoethylene (TCNE). In the case of 1, the charge-transfer complex (1: TCNE = 2: 1) could be isolated as crystals and the structure was determined by X-ray crystallography. Crystal data for the 1-TCNE complex: monoclinic, C2/c, A= 10.267(2), b = 36.077(4), C = 20.022(4) Å, β = 100.680(8)°, V = 7288(2) Å3, Z = 4, R = 0.045, Rw = 0.077 for 4120 reflections. The action of transition metal chlorides on 2 resulted in [4+2] cycloreversion to form CliPr2SiSiiPr2Cl and anthracene.  相似文献
