A novel water-soluble hyperbranched polymer (AA/AM/SMNS) consisting of functionalized Nano-SiO2 as the core was synthesized by free-radical polymerization for low-moderate permeability reservoirs. The AA/AM/SMNS was carefully characterized by spectroscopic and electronic technologies. It was found that the microscopic structures of AA/AM/SMNS was denser and more regular in comparison to the linear polymer HPAM. The hydrodynamic radius of AA/AM/SMNS was 197 nm, less than the HPAM radius of 244 nm with similar molecular weight, so that the AA/AM/SMNS had a good matching relationship with pore throat in midpermeability reservoirs (100–500 mD). Besides, the introduction of Nano-SiO2 endowed the AA/AM/SMNS remarkable thermal stability, shear resistance and viscoelasticity. Based on core flooding experiments, the AA/AM/SMNS could build high resistance factor and residual resistance factor in the corresponding porous medium. Furthermore, the sheared AA/AM/SMNS solution of 1500 mg L–1 performed excellent oil recovery of 15.47% in the 300 mD porous medium, which suggested the hyperbranched polymer based on modified Nano-SiO2 have a valuable prospect for enhancing oil recovery in low-moderate permeability reservoirs.  相似文献

The procedures for measuring dissociation constants (pK(a)) of twenty 1-substituted pyrrolidin-2-one derivatives are described. The dissociation constants of the compounds tested were determined using potentiometric titration, reversed-phase thin-layer chromatography (RP-TLC) and calculated using Pallas and Marvin programs. It was found that the RP-TLC method of determination of pK(a) could be considered as a feasible alternative to potentiometric titration. The Marvin program is a better tool for preliminary estimation of dissociation constant than the Pallas one.  相似文献

Alkylation reactions of the nucleoside guanosine (Guo) by the α,β-unsaturated compounds (α,β-UC) acrylonitrile (AN), acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA) and acrolein (AC), which can act as alkylating agents of DNA, were investigated kinetically. The following conclusions were drawn: i) The Guo alkylation mechanism by AC is different from those brought about the other α,β-UC; ii) for the first three, the following sequence of alkylating potential was found: AN > AM > AA; iii) A correlation between the chemical reactivity (alkylation rate constants) of AN, AM, and AA and their capacity to form adducts with biomarkers was found. iv) Guo alkylation reactions for AN and AM occur through Michael addition mechanisms, reversible in the first case, and irreversible in the second. The equilibrium constant for the formation of the Guo-AN adduct is K(eq) (37 °C) = 5 × 10(-4); v) The low energy barrier (≈10 kJ mol(-1)) to reverse the Guo alkylation by AN reflects the easy reversibility of this reaction and its possible correction by repair mechanisms; vi) No reaction was observed for AN, AM, and AA at pH < 8.0. In contrast, Guo alkylation by AC was observed under cellular pH conditions. The reaction rate constants for the formation of the α-OH-Guo adduct (the most genotoxic isomer), is 1.5-fold faster than that of γ-OH-Guo. vii) a correlation between the chemical reactivity of α,β-UC (alkylation rate constants) and mutagenicity was found.  相似文献

A simple relationship between the heteronuclear diatomic force constant (K(AB)) and the homonuclear diatomic force constants (K(AA), K(BB)), which was proposed in a previous report, has been improved through the second-order perturbation theory as K(AB) = zeta3(K(AA) x K(BB))(1/2); zeta = (R(AA) x R(BB))(1/2)/R(AB) where zeta denotes the correction factor in which R(AB), R(AA), and R(BB) are the equilibrium internuclear distances of diatomic molecules AB, AA, and BB, respectively. To test the above expression, a large number of heteronuclear diatomic force constants have been calculated and compared with those obtained from normal coordinate analyses as well as ab initio quantum mechanical methods (Gaussian 98W). We have found that the above modified expression better reproduces the force constants of most heteronuclear diatomic molecules than the previous expression. It is therefore expected that the expression may also be applied to the prediction of stretching force constants between heteronuclear diatomics in various polyatomic molecules.  相似文献

Triad sequence distributions in a series of P(AM/AA) with different AA% were calculated from copolymerization reactivity ratio r_1 and r_2 based on first order Markov statistic model, and the calculated data compared with observed ones from ~(13)C-NMR spectra showed good agreement with each other. The sequence distribution in P(AM/AA) obtained under our experimental conditions fits in with first order Markov statistic model. A significant sequence structure difference was observed between P(AM/AA) and alkaline hydrolyzed polyaerylamide, ABA triad (acrylate unit center), AAA and AAB triads (aerylamide unit center) dominated in hydrolyzed ones.  相似文献

A LC‐MS/MS method was developed and validated for the determination of cyclosporine A (CsA) and its three phase 1 metabolites AM1, AM9, and AM4N in whole blood and lymphocytes isolated on the Histopaque gradient. 200 μL of whole blood was precipitated with 10 mol/L zinc sulfate in acetonitrile/methanol (40:60, v/v) and lymphocytes isolated from 1.5 mL blood were extracted with acetonitrile/methanol (40:60, v/v). The analytes and internal standard cyclosporine D were separated on RP column BEH C18, 2.1×50 mm, 1.7 μm using gradient LC‐MS/MS analysis in positive electrospray mode. Time of analysis was 5 min. Linearity in blood was 5–2000 μg/L for CsA, AM1, and AM9; 2–500 μg/L for AM4N; and 2–500 μg/L for all substances in lymphocytes. Coefficient of variations was 1.8–9.8% and recovery was 92.0–110.0%. The method was used in early and chronic renal transplant patients for therapeutic drug monitoring of CsA to compare either its share in lymphocytes as target organ or binding to one lymphocyte. The same parameters were calculated for all metabolites tested.  相似文献

采用IR,1H-NMR和13C-NMR研究了聚烯丙基氯化铵(PAAC)模板对丙烯酰胺(AM)/丙烯酸(AA)共聚产物结构的影响,发现这种模板对共聚物P(AM/AA)序列结构和分子量有重要影响.由于共聚合体系中AA单体在PAAC模板聚合物上预组装,使得模板体系共聚物比无模板体系共聚物的AA和AM序列长度显著增加.这种类似多嵌段结构得到pKa′测定的进一步验证.另外模板分子量大小,模板和AA单体摩尔比,AM和AA摩尔比对共聚物结构的影响也进行了研究.应当指出这种模板聚合产物分离模板后仍有少量不能分离掉的PAAC聚合物存在.  相似文献

采用膨胀计法研究了以过硫酸铵为引发剂,二乙基二烯丙基氯化铵(DEDAAC)在水溶液中的均聚及其与丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酸(AA)共聚动力学,测定了相应的聚合表观活化能;采用元素分析法测定了DEDAAC分别与AM和AA在低转化率下共聚物的组成,并采用氯离子选择性电极法测定了DEDAAC-AM共聚物中的氯离子含量,按Kelen-Tudos方法求得了相应的竞聚率.结果表明,DEDAAC均聚速率方程为RP=k[M]0.99[I]0.76,表观活化能Ea=77.00kJ/mol,说明链终止为单基终止和双基终止并存,引发过程与单体浓度无关;DEDAAC与AM在摩尔比为4∶1时,共聚动力学方程为RP=[M]2.53[I]0.90,表观活化能Ea=67.06kJ/mol,单体竞聚率为rDE=0.31±0.02、rAM=5.27±0.53;DEDAAC与AA在摩尔比为4∶1时,共聚动力学方程为RP=k[M]2.94[I]0.83,表观活化能Ea=70.07kJ/mol,竞聚率为rDE=0.28±0.03、rAA=5.15±0.28;DEDAAC与AM和AA等共聚为非理想共聚,得到的产物均为无规共聚物.  相似文献

The effect of magnetic field (MF) on the radical copolymerization of a series of water‐soluble and ionic monomers is presented including acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA), its ionized form acrylate (A?), and diallyldimethylammonium chloride (DADMAC). The following combinations have been studied: AM/AA, AM/A?, AM/DADMAC, and AA/DADMAC. In addition to the MF, strong electrostatic interactions are present for the majority of monomer combinations and conditions. Although the monomer consumption rate (Rp) increased up to 65% applying a MF of 0.1 Tesla, the composition of the resulting copolymers was not affected under such conditions. Despite this increase of Rp by MF, the electrostatic repulsion between ionic monomers and charged growing radicals dominates Rp and governs the copolymer composition with and without MF. The order of the experimentally obtained reactivity ratios reflects the extent of electrostatic interaction: rAM/AA (1.41) < r (3.10) < rAA/DADMAC (4.25) < rAM/DADMAC (6.95) and rAA/AM (2.20) > rDADMAC/AA (0.25) > r (0.17) > rDADMAC/AM (0.03). A monomer of the AB‐type and a bifunctional comonomer of the AA‐type containing two 2‐oxazoline rings and a biphenyl structural unit were prepared from the corresponding carboxylic acids via their esterification and subsequent amidation with an aminoalcohol. The cyclization of an amide to 2‐oxazoline structure was achieved by treatment with thionyl chloride followed by liberation of the free base with sodium hydrocarbonate in an aqueous solution. The prepared monomers were used for the polyaddition polymerization of the AB‐type monomer having a 2‐oxazoline and phenol group bound on adjacent rings of the biphenyl structure in solution. The monomer of the AA‐type was used for AA+BB‐type polyaddition reactions with aliphatic dicarboxylic acids. Both types of polymerizations have been performed in melt and in solution. The structures of the polymers were determined, and the thermal properties of the polymers were evaluated. Liquid‐crystalline (LC) structures of the prepared polymers were observed by DSC measurements and optical microscopy. The polyaddition reactions of the monomers containing a 2‐oxazoline ring and a biphenyl unit represent a new efficient way for the preparation of a biphenyl unit containing poly(ether amide)s and poly(ester amide)s. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A simple, robust, and rapid LC–MS/MS method has been developed and validated for the simultaneous quantitation of clopidogrel and its active metabolite (AM) in human plasma. Tris(2‐carboxyethyl)phosphine (TCEP) was used as a reducing agent to detect the AM as a disulfide‐bonded complex with plasma proteins. Mixtures of TCEP and human plasma were deproteinized with acetonitrile containing 10 ng/mL of clopidogrel‐d4 as an internal standard (IS). The mixtures were separated on a C18 RP column with an isocratic mobile phase consisting of 0.1% formic acid in acetonitrile and water (90:10, v/v) at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min. Detection and quantification were performed using ESI‐MS. The detector was operated in selected reaction‐monitoring mode at m/z 322.0→211.9 for clopidogrel, m/z 356.1→155.2 for the AM, and m/z 326.0→216.0 for the IS. The linear dynamic range for clopidogrel and its AM were 0.05–20 and 0.5–200 ng/mL, respectively, with correlation coefficients (r) greater than 0.9976. Precision, both intra‐ and interday, was less than 8.26% with an accuracy of 87.6–106%. The validated method was successfully applied to simultaneously analyze clinical samples for clopidogrel and its AM.  相似文献

Summary: The synergy between magnetic field (MF) and electrostatic interactions on the kinetics of radical homopolymerization of acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA), its ionized form acrylate (A) and diallyldimethylammonium chloride (DADMAC), as well as AM/AA, AM/A, DADMAC/AA, and DADMAC/AM copolymerizations was investigated. The application of MF during the polymerizations significantly increased the monomer consumption rate (Rp) of all monomers in homo and copolymerizations and the molar masses of polyAA and polyNaA. The molar mass of polyAM and the copolymer composition of any monomer combination remained unchanged by MF. The electrostatic interactions between ionic monomers and growing radicals dominate for the monomers and conditions studied here.  相似文献

A novel water‐soluble copolymer was prepared from acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA), mono‐2‐O‐(allyloxy‐2‐hydroxyl‐propyl)‐β‐cyclodextrin (O‐β‐CD) and allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (APEG), which was characterized with infrared spectroscopy, proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, 13C‐nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry and static light scattering. This new copolymer combining polyglycols and the massive hydroxyl groups and cavity structure of β‐CD was investigated for inhibiting shale hydration. Based on the salt‐tolerance test, thermogravimetric‐differential scanning calorimetry‐mass spectrometer analyses, copolymer AM/AA/APEG/O‐β‐CD has made progress in the salt and temperature resistances. Moreover, the remarkable inhibiting‐hydration performance of copolymer was found as evidenced by the reduction of interlayer spacing of sodium montmorillonite and the high retention rates of indentation hardness of shale cores. Chromium bisanthracene‐η6 complexes are considered within the framework of density functional theory using LANL2DZ and 6‐31+G(d) basis sets and B3LYP functional. The complexation with both the same types of rings of anthracene decks (AA‐ and BB‐type complexes) and with different rings (AB‐type complex) are considered. The optimized geometries and the associated quantum chemical properties are comparatively discussed for the both types of basis sets used. LANL2DZ basis set yielded some unreasonable results. B3LYP/6‐31+G(d) level of calculations yielded the stability order as AA > BB > AB. IR spectra of AA and BB‐type complexes resemble each other. The C–H frequencies are almost the same for both of the anthracene decks, whereas they differ in the case of AB‐type complex. UV/Vis spectra of the complexes all absorb above 500 nm. AA and AB‐type complexes in contrast to BB‐type display rather complex pattern. The NICS(0) values of various rings in the complexes considered are obtained and discussed.  相似文献

用激光光散射技术研究了丙烯酰胺 丙烯酸共聚物 (简称P(AM AA) )的溶液行为 .结果表明 ,纯水中P(AM AA)分子的流体力学半径Rh的分布存在 10 0~ 5 0 0nm的范围 ,与溶液中的网状结构对应 .当加入NaCl后 ,Rh 分布变窄 ,集中在 10 0nm以下的范围内 ,10 0~ 5 0 0nm这一范围消失 ,说明P(AM AA)在纯水溶液中主要以网状结构存在 ,小分子盐如NaCl的加入会破坏这种网状结构 .网状结构的破坏导致溶液稳定性下降 ,在0 1mol LNaCl溶液中 ,当c c 时 ,放置一段时间后 ,溶液中出现白色絮状沉淀 .  相似文献

The lipophilicity of a series of anticancer propargylthioquinoline derivatives has been investigated using chromatographic and computational methods. The parameters of relative lipophilicity (R(MO) and logk0) of the tested compounds were determined experimentally both by reversed-phase thin layer (RP-TLC), and high-performance liquid chromatographic methods (RP-HPLC, LiChrospher RP18 column), with mixtures of acetonitrile and water as mobile phases. Their phospholipophilicity (logk(0IAM)) was determined using immobilized artificial membrane HPLC (IAM. PC DD2 Regis column). Mobile phase acetonitrile concentrations were in the ranges 50-90% (RP-TLC), 55-90% (RP-HPLC) and 35-60% (IAM-HPLC). The R(M), logk and logk(IAM) values of the compounds investigated were linearly dependent on acetonitrile concentration. The analysis led to the calculation of R(MO), logk0 and logk(0IAM) parameter values for each of the tested compounds. Their partition coefficients (logP) were also calculated with the Pallas and CAChe programs. The obtained results indicated that, among experimental methods, both RP-TLC and RP-HPLC gave similar results, and these methods enable the determination of lipophilicity of derivatives of thioquinolines. Using the IAM-HPLC technique a simple method of estimation of phospholipoplilicity was described. The CAChe program might better predict calculated lipophilicity logP values, and therefore is a useful tool for the early stage of design of new propargyl thioquinolines.  相似文献

丙烯酰胺 (AM)和丙烯酸 (AA)模板共聚合是以聚烯丙基氯化铵 (PAAC)模板存在下 ,在水溶液中进行 ,在这体系中 ,模板PAAC和单体AA有很强的相互作用 ,而单体AM与模板则没有作用 .应用膨胀计和电导滴定方法研究了影响聚合反应速度的各种因素 ,得到的结果指出 ,在聚烯丙基铵模板作用下共聚合反应遵循Ⅰ型 (zip)模板聚合反应机制 ,速度最高值出现在模板单元T与单体AA等摩尔比 (T AA =1)处 ,这表明在反应溶液中PAAC和单体AA具有很强的相互作用 .测得它们的竞聚率分别为r1 =2 6 8(AA)和r2 =0 4 4 (AM) ,与没有模板存在时相比 ,大幅度增高的r1 值表明此共聚合反应 ,生成AA长序列结构的可能性大大增加 .同时发现聚合反应速度分别和单体浓度及引发剂浓度的 1 1和 0 83次方成正比 ,由于模板的作用数值高于常规值 .  相似文献

通过动态光散射、粘度和透光率测定,研究了聚(丙烯酰胺 丙烯酸)[P(AM AA)]/聚(丙烯酰胺 二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵)[P(AM DMDAAC)]聚电解质复合溶液的结构和性能.结果表明,P(AM AA)与P(AM DMDAAC)复合比、溶液浓度和氯化钠用量影响溶液中复合物的构象和流体力学半径.P(AM AA)与P(AM DMDAAC)分子链间适度的库仑相互作用,可形成均相P(AM AA)/P(AM DMDAAC)聚电解质复合溶液,复合物具有较伸展的构象和较大的流体力学半径,因而溶液粘度较高.P(AM AA)与P(AM DMDAAC)分子链间过强的库仑相互作用或小分子电解质的屏蔽作用,可使复合物构象卷曲,结构紧缩,流体力学半径减小,甚至产生相分离,导致溶液粘度降低.  相似文献

Chromatographic methods have been developed for the separation of the three novel biocompatible iron chelators pyridoxal isonicotinoyl hydrazone (PIH), salicylaldehyde isonicotinoyl hydrazone (SIH), and pyridoxal 2-chlorobenzoyl hydrazone (o-108) from their synthetic precursors and iron chelates. The chromatographic analyses were achieved using analytical columns packed with 5 microm Nucleosil 120-5 C18. For the evaluation of all chelators in the presence of the synthetic precursors, EDTA was added to the mobile phase at a concentration of 2 mM. The best separation of PIH and its synthetic precursors was achieved using a mixture of phosphate buffer (0.01 M NaH2PO4, 5 mM 1-heptanesulfonic acid sodium salt; pH 3.0) and methanol (55:45, v/v). For separation of SIH and its synthetic precursors, the mobile phase was composed of 0.01 M phosphate buffer (pH 6.0) and methanol (60:40, v/v). o-108 was analyzed employing a mixture of 0.01 M phosphate buffer (pH 7.0), methanol, and acetonitrile (60:20:20, v/v/v). These mobile phases were slightly modified to separate each chelator from its iron chelate. Furthermore, a RP-TLC method has also been developed for fast separation of all compounds. The chromatographic methods described herein could be applied in the evaluation of purity and stability of these drug candidates.  相似文献
