One-dimensional Co(dien)2(VO3)3·(H2O) was prepared from the hydrothermal reaction of NH4VO3, Co2O3, diethylenetriamine (dien) and H2O at 130 °C. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a=16.1581(6) Å, b=8.7006(3) Å, c=13.9893(4) Å, β=103.1483(11)°, V=1915.13(11) Å3, Z=4, and R1=0.0268 for 3060 observed reflections. Single crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that the structure is composed of infinite one-dimensional chains formed by corner-sharing VO4 tetrahedra with Co(dien)3+ complex cations and crystallization water molecules occupying the interchain positions, which are held together to a three-dimensional network via extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions. The compound, with a new zig-zag conformation of metavanadate chains, is the first example of vanadium oxides incorporating trivalent transition metal coordination groups. Other characterizations by elemental analysis, IR and thermal analysis are also described.  相似文献

Refinement of the X-ray crystal structures of Pr[M(CN)6] · 5H2O (M = Cr, Fe, Co) enables their space group to be reassigned to P63/mmc. Spectral characteristics are reported for M = Cr and the distinction between the pentahydrate and tetrahydrate series is clearly made from assignments of the infrared spectra.  相似文献

New compounds of the type M2(H2F3)(HF2)2(AF6) with M = Ca, A = As and M = Sr, A = As, P) were isolated. Ca2(H2F3)(HF2)2(AsF6) was prepared from Ca(AsF6)2 with repeated additions of neutral anhydrous hydrogen fluoride (aHF). It crystallizes in a space group P4322 with a = 714.67(10) pm, c = 1754.8(3) pm, V = 0.8963(2) nm3 and Z = 4. Sr2(H2F3)(HF2)2(AsF6) was prepared at room temperature by dissolving SrF2 in aHF acidified with AsF5 in mole ratio SrF2:AsF5 = 2:1. It crystallizes in a space group P4322 with a = 746.00(12) pm, c = 1805.1(5) pm, V = 1.0046(4) nm3 and Z = 4. Sr2(H2F3)(HF2)2(PF6) was prepared from Sr(XeF2)n(PF6)2 in neutral aHF. It crystallizes in a space group P4122 with a = 737.0(3) pm, c = 1793.7(14) pm, V = 0.9744(9) nm3 and Z = 4. The compounds M2(H2F3)(HF2)2(AF6) gradually lose HF at room temperature in a dynamic vacuum or during being powdered for recording IR spectra or X-ray powder ray diffraction patterns. All compounds are isotypical with coordination of nine fluorine atoms around a metal center forming a distorted Archimedian antiprism with one face capped. This is the first example of the compounds in which H2F3 and HF2 anions simultaneously bridge metal centers forming close packed three-dimensional network of polymeric compounds with low solubility in aHF. The HF2 anions are asymmetric with usual F?F distances of 227.3-228.5 pm. Vibrational frequency (ν1) of HF2 is close to that in NaHF2. The anion H2F3 exhibits unusually small F?F?F angle of 95.1°-97.6° most probably as a consequence of close packed structure.  相似文献

A novel compound, [HN(C2H4)3N][(VO)2(HPO3)2(OH)(H2O)]·H2O, was hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. This compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system with the space group C2/c and cell parameters a=11.0753(3) Å, b=17.8265(6) Å, c=16.5229(5) Å, and β=92.362(2)°. The structure of the compound consists of vanadium phosphite layers which are built up from the infinite one-dimensional chains of [(VO)(H2O)(HPO3)2]2− of octahedral VO5(H2O) and pseudo pyramidal [HPO3], and bridging binuclear fragments of [VO(OH)]2. Thermogravimetric analysis and magnetic susceptibility data for this compound are given.  相似文献

VOx·nH2O (2.0?x?2.5) nanoribbons have been synthesized by direct hydrothermal processing of the aqueous solution of NH4VO3 and polyethylene glycol 400 (PEG-400) at pH 3.5-5.5. Techniques of XRD, SEM, TEM, HRTEM, ED, and XPS have been used to characterize the structure, morphology, and composition of the nanoribbons. The VOx·nH2O nanoribbons are up to ∼200 μm in length, 100-150 nm in width, 20-30 nm in thickness, and grow along the [010] direction. The ratios of V4+ to V5+ in the products can be readily controlled by carefully adjusting the periods of reaction time. PEG carries the roles of both transport and reducing agent. A coordination self-assembly mechanism was proposed to elucidate the formation of the VOx·nH2O nanoribbons.  相似文献

The compound (enH2)3.5[As8V14O42(PO4)]·2H2O 1 (en=ethylenediamine) has been synthesized and characterized by means of elemental analysis, IR spectrum, ESR spectrum, XPS spectrum, TG analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group C2/c, β=105.59(3), Z=8 and R1(wR2)=0.0398(0.0885). The compound 1 is constructed from [As8V14O42(PO4)]7− anions and H2en cations linked through hydrogen bonds into a network. The [As8V14O42(PO4)]7− cluster consists of 14 VO5 square pyramids linked by 4 As2O5 handle-like units, and includes at its center an ordered PO43− anion.  相似文献

Three new hydrated scandium selenites have been hydrothermally synthesized as single crystals and structurally and physically characterized. Sc2(SeO3)3·H2O crystallizes as a new structure type containing novel ScO7 pentagonal bipyramidal and ScO6+1 capped octahedral coordination polyhedra. Sc2(SeO3)3·3H2O contains typical ScO6 octahedra and is isostructural with its M2(SeO3)3·3H2O (M=Al, Cr, Fe, Ga) congeners. CsSc3(SeO3)4(HSeO3)2·2H2O contains near-regular ScO6 octahedra and has essentially the same structure as its indium-containing analogue. All three phases contain the expected pyramidal [SeO3]2- selenite groups. 对MgSO4-NaOH-H2O四元交互体系在160 ℃水热条件下,相同物料配比,不同反应时间的晶体生长过程进行了研究,得到5Mg(OH)2•MgSO4•2H2O(简称MOS)晶须和Mg(OH)2•2MgSO4•2H2O棒状晶体两种硫氧镁化合物.通过化学分析、X-ray粉末衍射、FT-IR光谱和SEM对反应产物进行了表征.前者是该体系水热条件下介稳产物,而新的硫氧镁化合物Mg(OH)2•2MgSO4•2H2O是该体系的稳定相.  相似文献

The synthesis and crystal structure of NiMoO4·nH2O were investigated. The hydrate crystallized in the triclinic system with space group P−1, Z=4 with unit cell parameters of a=6.7791(2) Å, b=6.8900(2) Å, c=9.2486(2) Å, α=76.681(2)°, β=83.960(2)°, γ=74.218(2)°. Its ideal chemical composition was NiMoO4·3/4H2O rather than NiMoO4·1H2O. Under hydrothermal conditions the hydrate turned directly into α-NiMoO4 above 483 K, giving nanorods thinner than the crystallites of the mother hydrate. On the other hand, it turned into Anderson type of polyoxomolybdate via a solid-solution process in a molybdate solution at room temperature.  相似文献

A tin(II) squarate Sn2O(C4O4)(H2O) was synthesized by hydrothermal technique. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/m (no. 12) with lattice parameters a=12.7380(9) Å, b=7.9000(3) Å, c=8.3490(5) Å, β=121.975(3)°, V=712.69(7) Å3, Z=4. The crystal structure determined with an R=0.042 factor, consists of [(Sn4O10)(H2O)2] units connected from one another in the [101] and [010] directions via squarate groups to form layers separated by Sn(II) lone pairs. This compound presents the same remarkable structural arrangement as observed in the tin-oxo-fluoride Sn2[Sn2O2F4] inorganic compound with Sn(II) lone pairs E(1) and E(2) concentrated in large rectangular-shape tunnels running along [001] direction.  相似文献

The hierarchical metal-organic frameworks(MOFs),such as Y(BTC)(H_2O)_6,are prepared with yttrium nitrate and benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxylic acid at room temperature.The product is characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The Y(BTC)(H_2O)_6 particles are sufficiently rigid for performing solid phase extraction and they exhibit favorable selectivity toward the adsorption of hemoglobin.The adsorption behavior of hemoglobin onto the Y(BTC)(H_2O)_6 fits the Langmuir adsorption model with a theoretical adsorption capacity of 555.6 mg g 1.An adsorption efficiency of 87.7%for 100μg mL 1hemoglobin in 1 mL sample solution(at pH 6.0)is achieved with 0.40 mg Y(BTC)(H20)6.77.3%of the retained hemoglobin is readily recovered using a 0.5%(m/v)SDS solution as the stripping reagent.Circular dichroism spectra indicated that the conformation of hemoglobin is maintained during the adsorption-desorption process.The MOFs material is applied for the isolation of hemoglobin from human blood and the purity of the obtained hemoglobin is further verified by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE).  相似文献

Employing 4,4′-bipyridine as a bridged ligand, a new three-dimensional (3-D) hybrid zinc phosphate [Zn2(HPO4)2(4,4′-bipy)]·3H2O has been prepared under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. This compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c, with cell parameters, , , , β=90.21(3)°, and Z=4. The connectivity of the ZnO3N and HPO4 tetrahedra results in a 2-D neutral layer that with interesting 4,82 net along the bc plane. Furthermore, the 4,4′-bipyridine molecule links the 4,82 net into a 3-D structure. The water molecules sit in the middle of the channels and interact with the framework via hydrogen bonds. The compound exhibits intense photoluminescence at room temperature.  相似文献

The compound [Zn(H2O)4]2[H2As6V15O42(H2O)]·2H2O (1) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, ESR, magnetic measurement, third-order nonlinear property study and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The compound 1 crystallizes in trigonal space group R3, a=b=12.0601(17) Å, c=33.970(7) Å, γ=120°, V=4278.8(12) Å3, Z=3 and R1(wR2)=0.0512 (0.1171). The crystal structure is constructed from [H2As6V15O42(H2O)]4− anions and [Zn(H2O)4]2+ cations linked through hydrogen bonds into a network. The [H2As6V15O42(H2O)]6− cluster consists of 15 VO5 square pyramids linked by three As2O5 handle-like units.  相似文献

Reacting a series of the bicylic Phoban-Q (9-Q-9-phosphabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane and 9-Q-9-phosphabicyclo[4.2.1]nonane) derivatives (Q = alkyl, cyclo alkyl, aryl) with KSeCN results in the formation of the corresponding phosphine selenides. The first order phosphorus-selenium coupling constants, 1JP-Se, ranges from 682 to 689 Hz for the [3.3.1] isomers and from 703 to 717 Hz for the [4.2.1] isomers indicating the former to be significantly more electron rich. The crystal structures of Se = Phoban[3.3.1]-Q (Q = CH2CH3, C3H6Ph, Cy, and Ph) and Se = Phoban[4.2.1]-Q (Q = Cy and Ph) are reported and reveal PSe bond distances ranging from 2.1090(9) to 2.1245(7) Å. For Q = Cy and Ph the two isomers ([3.3.1] and [4.2.1]) co-crystallise in the same crystal enabling the determination of the molecular structures for both from the same data collection. The cone angles for all ligand derivatives were determined according to the Tolman model but by using the actual P-Se bond distances and were found to be virtually identical ranging from 165° to 175°. Changes in the Q substituent have a minor effect on the overall steric and electronic properties of the Phoban family of ligands and can be used to manipulate physical properties without changing the chemical properties significantly.  相似文献

The hydrothermal syntheses, single crystal structures, and some properties of Ba2MnIIMn2III(SeO3)6 and PbFe2(SeO3)4 are reported. These related phases contain three-dimensional frameworks of vertex (FeO6) and vertex/edge linked (MnO6) octahedra and SeO3 pyramids. In each case, the MO6/SeO3 framework encloses two types of 8 ring channels, one of which encapsulates the extra-framework cations and one of which provides space for the SeIV lone pairs. Synthesis and structural characterization of distorted pentagonal bipyramidal Co(II), pseudo-octahedral Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes of the type [ML(NO3)2], {L = N-(2-pyridylethyl)pyridine-2-methylketimine} are reported. Characterization includes elemental analysis, spectral, magnetism, and X-ray crystallographic studies. In case of cobalt (1) both the nitrates coordinate in bidentate fashion resulting overall distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. In nickel (2) and copper (3) complexes, bivalent metal ion is coordinated by the three nitrogen atoms of the tridentate L with two pyridine-N occupying trans positions and amongst the two nitrates one coordinates in a bidentate fashion while other adopts a monodentate fashion. All the complexes exhibit d–d transitions in the visible region. Complex 1 is high-spin in nature and the X-band EPR spectra of 1, and 3 at room temperature and 77 K are reported.  相似文献

Syntheses of complexes of the type [ML(NO3)2], where M = Co(II), Ni(II), and Cu(II), L = N-(2-pyridylethyl)pyridine-2-carbaldimine, a tridentate ligand, are described. They were characterized by elemental analysis, spectral, magnetic, thermal studies, and X-ray crystallography. In the cobalt (1), nickel (2), and copper (3) complexes, the bivalent metal ion is coordinated by the three nitrogen atoms of the tridentate L with two pyridine-N groups occupying trans positions. Amongst the two nitrates one coordinates in a bidentate fashion while the other adopts a monodentate fashion. The X-band EPR spectra of 1, 2, and 3 in the polycrystalline state and in acetonitrile solution at 77 K are reported. Room temperature vibrating sample magnetometer data of 1, 2, and 3 afforded μeff values respectively of 3.928, 3.897, and 1.952 BM. The thermal stability order is 1 > 2 > 3, showing a reverse Irving-Williams trend.  相似文献

A new sodium hydroxygallophosphate, Na3Ga4O(OH)(H2O)(PO4)4·H2O, has been prepared by hydrothermal synthesis. Its structure has been determined from a single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. It crystallizes in the P21/c space group with the cell parameters a=9.445(2) Å, b=9.028(1) Å, c=19.209(3) Å, β=102.08(2), V=1603.4(4) Å3. Its three-dimensional framework can be described from PO4 monophosphate groups sharing their apices with original Ga4O16(OH)(H2O) tetrameric building units, which result from the assembly of one GaO4 tetrahedron, one GaO5 trigonal bipyramid and two octahedra: GaO5(OH) and GaO4(OH)(H2O). The sodium cations and one water molecule are located in tunnels running along b.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of vanadium oxide starting materials with divalent transition metal cations in the presence of nitrogen donor chelating ligands yield the bimetallic cluster complexes with the formulae [{Cd(phen2)2V4O12]·5H2O (1) and [Ni(phen)3]2[V4O12]·17.5H2O (2). Crystal data: C48H52Cd2N8O22V4 (1), triclinic. a=10.3366(10), b=11.320(3), c=13.268(3) Å, =103.888(17)°, β=92.256(15)°, γ=107.444(14)°, Z=1; C72H131N12Ni2O29.5V4 (2), triclinic. a=12.305(3), b=13.172(6), c=15.133(4), =79.05(3)°, β=76.09(2)°, γ=74.66(3)°, Z=1. Data were collected on a Siemens P4 four-circle diffractometer at 293 K in the range 1.59° <θ<26.02° and 2.01°<θ<25.01° using the ω-scan technique, respectively. The structure of 1 consists of a [V4O12]4− cluster covalently attached to two {Cd(phen)2}2+ fragments, in which the [V4O12]4− cluster adopts a chair-like configuration. In the structure of 2, the [V4O12]4− cluster is isolated. And the complex formed a layer structure via hydrogen bonds between the [V4O12]4− unit and crystallization water molecules.  相似文献
