A new chiral layered zincophosphate [d-Co(en)3]Zn3(H(0.5)PO4)2(HPO4)2, designated ZnPO-CJ16, has been hydrothermally synthesized by using the optically pure chiral metal complex d-Co(en)3I3 as the template. It contains 4.6-net sheets which array in a helical fashion with an ABCDEF stacking sequence along the [001] direction. The chiral d-Co(en)3(3+) complex cations reside in the interlayer regions. Interestingly, there exist symmetrical O...H...O H-bonds between inorganic sheets, which results in a pseudo-three-dimensional open-framework structure stabilized by strong H-bonds. Polynuclear Cobalt Complexes. III. On meso-[(en)2Co(OH)2Co(en)2] (NO3)4 The structure of the title compound has been determined by X-ray analysis and refined to R = 0,060. The crystals are monoclinic, space group very probably C2/m, with cell dimensions a = 16,113(3), b = 10,946(2), c = 7,193(2) Å, β = 113,22(2)° and Z = 2. The configuration of the cation is ΔΛ IR. and UV./VIS. spectroscopic data are given.  相似文献

The ligand, N,N′-bis-(4-methoxy-benzylidene)-ethane-1,2-diamine (mb2en), and its corresponding copper(I) complexes, [Cu(mb2en)2]ClO4 (1), and [Cu(mb2en)(PPh3)2]BPh4 (2), have been synthesized and characterized by CHN analyses, 1H and 13C-NMR, IR, and UV-Vis spectroscopies. The crystal and molecular structure of [Cu(mb2en)2]ClO4 (1), were determined by X-ray crystallography from a single-crystal. The coordination polyhedron about copper(I) is best described as a distorted tetrahedron. Quasi-irreversible redox behavior was observed for 1 and 2 (E 1/2?=?0.55 and 0.95?V, respectively).  相似文献

The reaction between tris(ethyl­enedi­amine)­nickel(II) cations and hexa­cyanometallate(III) anions (M = Fe, Co) yields ordered bimetallic assemblies, catena‐poly­[[tris­(ethyl­enedi­amine)­nickel‐bis(μ‐hexa­cyano­iron‐N,N′)] trihydrate] and catena‐poly­[[tris­(ethyl­enedi­amine)­nickel‐bis(μ‐hexa­cyano­cobalt‐N,N′)] trihydrate], [{Ni(C2H8N2)2}3{M(CN)6}2]·3H2O, in which both cis and trans [Ni(en)2] and [M(CN)6] moieties are linked to give S‐shaped Ni–NC–M–CN–Ni–NC–M–CN–Ni units which are cross­linked to give ribbons parallel to the b axis. The two compounds are isomorphous with mean metal–ligand distances Fe—C = 1.940 (3), Co—C = 1.844 (3) and Ni—N = 2.102 (2) Å for the iron, and 2.105 (3) Å for the cobalt compound. These compounds appear to be identical with those formulated as [Ni(en)2]3[M(CN)6]2·2H2O [Ohba, Maruona, Okawa, Enoki & Latour (1994). J. Am. Chem. Soc. 116 , 11566–11567; Ohba, Fukita & Okawa (1997). J. Chem. Soc. Dalton Trans. pp. 1733–1737] which were indexed on a smaller unit cell and described as disordered.  相似文献

Reactions of K4[SnSe4], Na4[GeS4] or Ba2[GeSe4] with different 1,2‐diaminoethane (= en) coordinated complexes of CrCl3 ([Cr(en)2Cl2]Cl or [Cr(en)3]Cl3) in MeOH or aqueous solution yielded three novel compounds that contain complexes of Cr3+ with ortho‐chalcogenotetrelate anions [E′E4]4? (E′ = Ge, Sn; E = S; Se): the crystal structures of [K6(MeOH)9][Sn2Se6][Cr(en)2(SnSe4)]2 ( 1 ), [Na(H2O)4][Cr(en)3]2[GeS3OH]2[Cr(en)2(GeS4)] ( 2 ), and [Ba(H2O)10][{Cr(en)}2(GeSe4)2] ( 4 ) have been determined by means of single crystal X‐ray diffraction ( 1 : triclinic space group ; lattice dimensions at 203 K: a = 1175.7(2), b = 1315.3(3), c = 1326.7(3) pm, α = 61.99(3)°, β = 64.05(3)°, γ = 83.57(3)°, V = 1617.4(6)·106 pm3; R1 [I > 2σ(I)] = 0.0788; wR2 = 0.1306; 2 : monoclinic space group C2/c; lattice dimensions at 203 K: a = 2445.3(5), b = 1442.5(3), c = 1579.3(3) pm, β = 94.61(3)°, V = 5552.9(19)·106 pm3; R1 [I > 2σ(I)] = 0.0801; wR2 = 0.2046; 4 : triclinic space group ; lattice dimension at 203 K: a = 1198.4(2), b = 1236.8(3), c = 1297.5(3) pm, α = 65.69(3)°, β = 63.35(3)°, γ = 81.21(3)°, V = 1565.2(5)·106 pm3; R1 [I > 2σ(I)] = 0.0732; wR2 = 0.1855). 1 and 2 show the yet unprecedented complexation of transition metal ions by non‐bridging, single chalcogenotetrelate ligands to produce dinuclear, heterobimetallic complexes. Compound 2 contains the first structurally characterized complex with an ortho‐thiogermanate ligand. The formation of these compounds, and of a by‐product of 2 , [Cr(en)3][GeS3OH]·6H2O ( 3 : monoclinic space group C2/c; lattice dimensions at 203 K: a = 2396.8(5), b = 1463.4(3), c = 1740.1(4) pm, β = 132.99(3)°, V = 4463.8(15)·106 pm3; R1 [I > 2σ(I)] = 0.0462; wR2 = 0.1058), provides some insight in fundamental differences between the reaction behavior of [SnE4]4? anions one the one hand and [GeE4]4? anions on the other hand. The crucial role of the counterion charge becomes evident when comparing the structure motifs of the ternary anions in 1 and 2 with that observed in the Ba2+ compound 4 .  相似文献

Ethylenediamine bis(triphenylphosphine) monochlororhodium has been prepared by the interaction of Wilkinson's catalyst and ethylenediamine in benzene. The complex has been isolated and characterized by conventional and spectroscopic methods. The catalytic activity of the complex was investigated for the hydrogenation of 1-octene as a model reaction at a hydrogen pressure of 1 atmosphere (101 kPa) using methanol as a solvent. The influence of various factors such as catalyst, substrate concentrations and temperature have been studied. The hydrido complex has been identified as an intermediate product by IR and NMR studies. The experimental data are in accordance with a rate expression of the form: .  相似文献

A supramolecular compound(H2en)2[Cu(en)2(H3O)2][Mo8O28](en=ethylenediamine) was hydrothermally prepared and confirmed by elemental analysis and TG analysis.Single-crystal X-ray analysis reveals that the crystal crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1 with a=9.4635(4),b=9.8645(5),c=10.9794(5),α=69.2050(10),β=72.3730(10),γ=78.4510(10)o,Mr=1559.55,V=908.24(7)3,Z=1,Dc=2.851 g/m3,F(000)=749,μ=3.350 mm-1,S=1.000,the final R=0.0217 and wR=0.0567.The compound consists of(H2en)2+,[Mo8O28]8-anion and [Cu(en)2(H3O)2]2+ cations and constructs a 3D supramolecular structure through hydrogen bonds between the nitrogen atoms from en of [Cu(en)2(H3O)2]4+ fragments and the terminal oxygen atoms from the [Mo8O28]8-polyoxoanions.The electrochemical behavior of this compound has been studied in detail based on a solid bulk modified carbon paste electrode of compound(CPE).  相似文献

Two new molecular metal chalcogenides, tris­(ethyl­enedi­amine‐N,N′)­manganese(II) tetratelluride, [Mn(C2H8N2)3]Te4, (I), and bis­[tris­(ethyl­enedi­amine‐N,N′)­iron(II)] penta­seleno­diantimonate(III), [Fe(C2H8N2)3]2(Sb2Se5), (II), containing the isolated molecular building blocks Te42? and Sb2Se54?, have been synthesized by solvothermal reactions in an ethyl­enedi­amine solution at 433 K. The anion Te42? in (I) is a zigzag oligometric chain with Te—Te bond lengths in the range 2.709–2.751 Å. There is a very short contact [3.329 (1) Å] between a pair of neighboring Te42? anions. In (II), each Sb atom is surrounded by three Se atoms to give a tripodal coordination. One of the three independent Se atoms is a μ2‐bridging ligand between two Sb atoms; the other two are terminal.  相似文献

In the structure of cubic tris(ethylenediamine)cobalt(III) hexanitrorhodate(III) hydrate, [Co(en)3][Rh(NO2)6]·3H2O, en=C2H8N2, with a=16.540(5) Å, space group Pa3 (nonstandard, reduced to orthorhombic Pcab), the complex cations, anions, and water molecules are arranged by the law of three-layered (fcc) close packing of “quasispherical” species according to two structural types, NaCl and CaF2. The packing is formed of [Rh(NO2)6]3? anions, which also fill the octahedral voids. The tetrahedral voids are occupied by the central atoms of the [Co(en)3]3+ cations, and the H2O molecules lie between the cations, performing the packing function: the Ow...Nen contacts of 3.04 Å and the Ow..ONO 2 contacts of 3.01 Å characterize weak van der Waals interactions. The values of the interatomic distances Co?N, Rh?N, N?O, N?C, and C?C are in good agreement with the known data.  相似文献

New mixed-ligand copper(I) complexes, [Cu(Phca2en)(PPh3)X], [Phca2en = N,N′-bis(β-phenylci-nnamaldehyde)-1,2-diiminoethane and X=Cl (1), Br (2), I (3), NCS (4), N3 (5)] have been synthesized and characterized by various techniques. 1H and 13C-NMR and IR spectral data of these copper(I) complexes are compared with the free ligand to elucidate some structural features. The structures of [Cu(Phca2en)(PPh3)Br] (2) and [Cu(Phca2en)(PPh3)I] (3) have been determined from single-crystal data showing that the coordination geometry around copper atom is a distorted tetrahedron. Furthermore, these Cu(I) complexes exhibit supramolecular motifs of the type multiple phenyl embraces resulting from attractive interactions between phenyl rings of PPh3 moieties. The presence of the C–H…Cu weak intramolecular hydrogen bonds, due to the trapping of C–H bonds in the vicinity of the metal atoms, is also reported.  相似文献

Preparation and Crystal Structure of Ba(en)4(SbSe2)2 The new compound Ba(en)4(SbSe2)2 can be synthesized by dissolving of Ba4Sb4Se11 in ethylenediamine. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with lattice constants see “Inhaltsübersicht”. Characteristic elements of the structure are [SbSe2?]n chains, which are formed by distorted trigonal SbSe3 pyramids connected by common corners.  相似文献

The complex of cobalt(III) ethylenediamine was synthesized, isolated and characterized by UV-Vis, IR, and 1H NMR spectral methods. The binding of the complex with calf thymus DNA was investigated by absorption and emission spectroscopy, viscosity measurements, DNA melting and DNA photocleavage. The spectroscopic studies together with the viscosity measurements and DNA melting studies indicated that the complex binds to calf thymus DNA in a nonintercalative mode. This complex is found to promote photocleavage of the DNA plasmid pBR322 and shows a cytotoxic effect against CHO cells.  相似文献

以NH4SCN,ZnCl2,乙二胺和盐酸为反应原料,采用缓慢降温法,从水溶液中生长了尺寸为11×6×3mm3新的化合物(enH2)0.5[Zn(en)3](SCN)3单晶体;采用元素分析、红外光谱、EDS、TG/DTA、粉末X射线衍射和单晶X射线衍射等手段对所生长的晶体进行了表征,结果发现,所生长的晶体分子式为:(enH2)0.5[Zn(en)3](SCN)3,属于三角晶系P-3c1空间群,晶胞参数为:a=12.0355(17),b=12.0355(17),c=17.086(3),V=2143.4(6)3,Z=4。热分析结果表明,晶体在温度达135℃具有良好的物理化学稳定性并且热分解的最终残留物是ZnS。采用重量法,化合物(enH2)0.5[Zn(en)3](SCN)3在不同温度条件下的溶解度也已测定。荧光分析表明,该固体配合物在蓝光区表现出强的蓝色发光量子效应。采用维氏显微硬度法对该晶体的力学性能进行了研究,其硬度值为56.6kg/mm2。CCDC:767781  相似文献
