采用多周期800 nm激光组合它的27次谐波脉冲生成超短、宽频的孤立阿秒脉冲.研究表明,脉宽为1 fs的27次谐波脉冲可以有效地控制电子动力学过程.将其加入到单色激光场的特定时域,可以控制电离概率在半个光学周期内迅速提升,使得谐波的转化效率相对于单色场情形增强4个数量级,并实现单一的短量子路径选择,出现频宽为108 eV的超连续辐射谱,叠加该连续谱140次到210次谐波获得了脉宽为39as的强、短孤立脉冲.与文献[7]中采用5 fs/800 nm激光附加紫外阿秒脉冲的方法相比,该方案生成的连续谱频带增宽一 关键词: 组合激光脉冲 连续辐射谱 阿秒脉冲  相似文献

实验研究了激光脉冲宽度和脉冲个数对镍基高温合金材料去除阈值的影响,分别在290 fs,1 ps和7 ps脉宽的激光下,使用1,10,50,100,300,500和1000个不同能量的激光脉冲辐照高温合金样品表面。实验结果表明,烧蚀坑尺寸会随脉冲数的增加而增加,而脉冲宽度的增加会加大脉冲个数对烧蚀坑直径的影响。通过烧蚀坑直径的平方值与激光脉冲能量之间存在的对数关系,得到了不同脉冲宽度下镍基高温合金的多脉冲材料阈值。3种不同脉宽下的高温合金多脉冲去除阈值都存在显著的累积效应。根据去除阈值计算得到290 fs,1 ps和7 ps脉宽下的累积效应系数分别为0.88,0.86和0.78。  相似文献

A new scheme for single attosecond pulse generation from asymmetric molecules with a multicycle laser pulse is proposed. It is shown that both even and odd harmonics are generated from the asymmetric molecules, and the attosecond pulses are produced every full cycle of the driving laser field rather than each half-cycle. By filtering the harmonics in the cutoff of the spectrum, a single attosecond pulse can be obtained with a multicycle laser pulse with a duration of 2 times longer than the few-cycle pulse conventionally used.  相似文献

 基于能带理论,利用激光与光学材料相互作用的理论模型,研究了激光辐照下材料导带自由电子数密度的变化,讨论了材料损伤阈值与激光波长、脉冲宽度、材料禁带宽度之间的关系,数值分析了激光波长和脉冲宽度对损伤阈值的影响。结果表明:当脉宽小于1 ps时,材料损伤阈值随脉宽增大而减小;当脉宽大于1 ps时,材料损伤阈值随脉宽增大而增大;激光波长为10 fs~10 ns,损伤阈值随着波长的减小而减小。  相似文献

High-order harmonics and attosecond pulse generation with coherent wake emission are theoretically investigated for the effect of pulse duration and carrier envelope phase (CEP) of few-cycle laser pulse. We find that short pulse duration will cause the negative chirp for the high harmonics. When the laser pulse is shortened to a few cycles, the influence of the laser CEP on the chirp of the harmonics will also become more prominent.  相似文献

The time-energy properties of high-order harmonic generation (HHG) are calculated for a linearly polarized 7-fs laser pulse with different carrier-envelope phases (CEPs). The quantum trajectory paths that contribute to an as (1 as=10-18 s) pulse in HHG are identified. The laser-duration dependence and the CEP dependence of HHG energy property are investigated. The study shows that an as extreme ultra-violet (XUV) pulse can be selected from HHG spectrum near cut-off energy with a bandpass optical filter. The theoretical prediction of the pulse duration is proportional to bandwidth. Analysis suggests that a measured narrowband as XUV pulse may consist of instantaneous shorter pulses each dependent on laser pulse duration, intensity, and CEP. These information can be used as references for producing, selecting, improving and manipulating (timing) as pulses.  相似文献

A series of experiments aimed at determining the maximum pulse energy that can be produced by a femtosecond fiber laser is reported. Exploiting modes of pulse propagation that avoid wave breaking in a Yb fiber laser allows pulse energies up to 14 nJ to be achieved. The pulses can be dechirped to sub-100-fs duration to produce peak powers that reach 100 kW. The limitations to the maximum pulse energy are discussed.  相似文献

通过数值求解一维含时Schrödinger方程,研究了具有较长脉宽双色激光脉冲与氢原子相互作用产生的高次谐波和阿秒(as)脉冲.这里的双色激光脉冲由一束基频钛宝石主脉冲与另一束红外附加脉冲构成.研究发现,当合成脉冲的脉宽选为12 fs时, 选取合适的附加脉冲波长,合成电场的振幅在始末端时间段能被大幅抑制, 仅中间部分的电场对谐波谱平台区和截止位置起主要贡献. 通过分析合成脉冲电场始末端时间段抑制的机理,进一步扩展了合成脉冲脉宽到60 as, 并得到160 as的孤立短脉冲.这是迄今为止在孤立阿秒脉冲产生研究中所采用的最长脉宽. 该方案中的合成脉冲等效于单一5 fs短脉冲的作用, 却克服了5 fs脉冲低输出能量导致的阿秒脉冲能量低的困难.  相似文献

研究了电子在聚焦的圆偏振高斯激光束中的非线性汤姆孙散射过程,在此基础上提出了实现单个阿秒脉冲输出的新机理.通过计算机模拟,发现利用紧聚焦的激光脉冲可以有效地增大辐射脉冲链的最高峰和次高峰的峰值强度比即信噪比,从而将阿秒脉冲链变为单个阿秒脉冲输出.紧聚焦情形下,随着驱动激光强度的增大,辐射信号的脉宽变短,信噪比变大;同时当减小激光束腰半径时,辐射信号信噪比也能得到有效改善.研究还发现,利用几个光周期的极短激光脉冲与电子的相互作用也能实现单个阿秒脉冲输出. 关键词: 阿秒脉冲 紧聚焦 信噪比  相似文献

 采用两级布里渊结构压缩8ns的Nd:YAG激光,研究了基频光和倍频光的受激布里渊散射(SBS)压缩过程。实验中采用四氯化碳作为SBS介质,经第一级双池SBS压缩后,获得了1.5ns左右的Stokes 脉冲;第二级采用单池SBS压缩,分别使用基频光和倍频光作为泵浦光,获得了最短为60ps 的Stokes脉冲。实验证明,在一定条件下,利用SBS压缩脉宽可以获得比介质的声子寿命更短的脉冲。  相似文献

用数值计算方法计算了不同强激光脉冲宽度下高次谐波的产生.我们发现对于激光场强度不高,不能有效电离初态的激光场,长脉冲宽度可以更有效产生高次谐波;而对于高场强的激光场,由于它能够在几个光学周期之内把原子的初态全部电离,所以短脉冲的激光场能够更有效产生高次谐波.  相似文献

 对飞秒激光辐照下硅光电二极管损伤阈值进行了实验测量,对从1s到60fs不同脉宽激光辐照下硅光电二极管损伤阈值进行了讨论。实验数据表明,在1s到10ns脉宽范围内损伤所需能量密度近似而非严格地与脉宽的平方根成正比。信号分析表明硅光电二极管的损伤主要由热效应造成,而60fs激光辐照下的损伤阈值为0.1J/cm2,明显偏离普通温度分布预言的趋势。  相似文献

Time-resolved laser-induced incandescence (LII) signal of soot in an ethylene laminar diffusion flame was measured with varying laser pulse durations in the range 50–600 ns. This study presents original results since the majority of LII studies reported are based on 7–10-ns pulse duration. The LII signal from soot is a combination of heating and cooling processes of different time scales, and the influence of the pulse duration is therefore particularly relevant. The most striking finding is that when the pulse durations is longer than approximately 100 ns, the time-resolved LII signal reveals a rebound of the LII signal during its slow decaying part. This feature occurs preferably at high fluence and is unexpected as none of the physical and chemical processes known to control LII signal behaviour, and their models suggest such an effect. The phenomenon occurs with both top hat and near Gaussian temporal laser shapes. Inspection of the time-resolved emission spectra shows no indication of a laser-induced fluorescence effect, although gas-phase PAH generated during the laser heating of soot particles cannot be rejected. Other hypotheses are that the mechanism responsible for that behaviour is linked to a slow rate change of the soot morphological characteristics or to the generation of new particles during the long-duration laser excitation. Finally, experiments show that soot volume fraction measured by integrating the temporal LII signal is not affected by the pulse duration in any regions of the flame, implying that the LII method is applicable with long pulse duration lasers.  相似文献

采用脉冲泵浦方案,研制出了基于增益调制技术的全光纤结构高重频脉冲激光器。采用电路直接调制的激光二极管作为泵浦源,双包层光纤作为增益介质,构造了光纤光栅选模的线形腔结构。实验中通过调整泵浦光脉冲宽度和光纤激光器谐振腔长度,得到了稳定的高重频脉冲。在100kHz重复频率下,采用21W的峰值泵浦功率和2.5μs的泵浦脉冲宽度,获得了1.06μm波长,脉冲宽度247ns的稳定脉冲激光输出。脉冲峰值功率一致性好,平均功率长期功率稳定性为2%。观察并分析了由于纵模拍频在脉冲包络上产生的次脉冲特性。通过一级放大实现89.6 W输出。  相似文献

采用放电泵浦KrF准分子激光放大器放大波长为248.4nm的紫外超短脉冲激光。对于能量为0.7mJ、脉宽为550fs的输入脉冲,在光束直径保持10mm不变的条件下,能量放大到15mJ,脉宽展宽到1200fs。为了压缩输出脉冲宽度,分析了群速度色散和自相位调制效应对脉宽展宽的影响。利用棱镜对,采用4种不同的实验方案对脉冲引入负的线性频率啁啾,以补偿KrF准分子激光放大器CaF2窗镜中的群速度色散和自相位调制对脉冲引入的正的线性频率啁啾。结果表明:在放大器之前放置棱镜对的方式可以在保持输出脉冲能量为15mJ的同时,在棱镜对间距为110cm的条件下,将输出脉冲宽度压缩到370fs,输出波长为248.4nm、带宽为0.4nm。  相似文献

从调Q激光器的速率方程出发,对脉冲激光二极管泵浦的调Q激光器在不同泵浦功率及不同透过率情况下的最佳泵浦时间进行了理论分析。计算结果表明,在透过率为20%,腔内损耗为0.05的条件下,1—3倍阈值泵浦功率时,最高效率对应的最佳泵浦时间为1—1.5倍Nd∶YAG荧光寿命;7倍阈值泵浦功率及以上时,最佳泵浦时间约为荧光寿命的一半或者更短。在脉冲泵浦能量相同时,采用较短的泵浦时间(即泵浦功率较高),调Q输出的能量转换效率较高。  相似文献

The influence of the flashlamp pump current pulse shape on Er:YAG laser efficiency and laser rod thermal focusing was studied theoretically and experimentally. Two pulse shapes, PFN (Pulse Forming Network) and VSP (Variable Square Pulse), were considered. Theoretical modeling and experimental measurements show that the pump pulse shape itself does not have a significant influence on the Er:YAG laser efficiency or thermal focusing. Instead, the major parameter influencing Er:YAG laser efficiency and thermal focusing was found to be the overall pulse duration. For PFN pulses, rise and fall times directly define the overall pulse duration, and therefore do have influence on thermal focusing. By contrast, VSP pulse duration is defined by the externally controlled on-time of the switching transistor. For square shaped pulses, short rise and fall times do not have a direct beneficial influence on thermal lensing.  相似文献

A distributed feedback Ti:sapphire laser (DFTL) pumped by a 532nm Q-switched pulse is proposed for the generation of tunable picosecond pulses. With coupled rate equation model, the temporal characteristics of DFTL are obtained. The numerical solutions show that the DFTL pulse with a 50-ps pulse duration and as much as 3.SmJ pulse energy can be obtained under 40-m J, 5-ns pulse pumping. The dependence of output pulse width on the laser crystal‘s length, pumping pulse duration, and pumping rate is also discussed in detail.  相似文献

We show that in the presence of a bandwidth-limiting component intracavity selfphase modulation in high power mode-locked and Q-switched lasers is accompanied by interesting pulse-shaping phenomena. If the phase modulation is properly controlled the pulse duration can approach the limit given by the frequency bandwidth of the laser. For example, for a Nd: YAG laser our calculations predict an intracavity pulse compression by approximately a factor of ten over the typical pulse duration of conventional mode-locking.  相似文献
