基于Pancharatnam-Berry相位原理, 设计了一种宽带圆极化反射聚焦超表面并将其应用到提高天线增益中. 首先提出了一种变形十字超表面单元, 在11-16 GHz频带范围内能够实现高效同极化转换, 并基于该单元构建了宽带反射聚焦超表面. 仿真结果表明, 垂直入射的右旋圆极化平面波宽带聚焦效果明显. 然后利用单向阿基米德螺旋天线对超表面进行照射, 其辐射的球面波经超表面反射后得到了近平面波, 有效地提高了天线的增益. 最终对所设计的天线系统进行加工并测试, 结果表明系统的-1 dB增益带宽达到25% (12.5-16 GHz), 在该频带范围内峰值增益均高于19 dBc且轴比小于3 dB. 此外, 在12-15.5 GHz范围内天线口径效率均超过50%.  相似文献

A new method to design an ultra-thin high-gain circularly-polarized antenna system with high efficiency is proposed based on the geometrical phase gradient metasurface(GPGM).With an accuracy control of the transmission phase and also the high transmission amplitude,the GPGM is capable of manipulating an electromagnetic wave arbitrarily.A focusing transmission lens working at Ku band is well optimized with the F /D of 0.32.A good focusing effect is demonstrated clearly by theoretical calculation and electromagnetic simulation.For further application,an ultra-thin single-layer transmissive lens antenna based on the proposed focusing metasurface operating at 13 GHz is implemented and launched by an original patch antenna from the perspective of high integration,simple structure,and low cost.Numerical and experimental results coincide well,indicating the advantages of the antenna system,such as a high gain of 17.6 d B,the axis ratio better than 2 d B,a high aperture efficiency of 41%,and also a simple fabrication process based on the convenient print circuit board technology.The good performance of the proposed antenna indicates promising applications in portable communication systems.  相似文献

Two substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) cavity antenna arrays based on metasurface are proposed in this paper. By rotating the metasurface element, circularly polarized and high gain antennas are achieved respectively. Firstly, multi-mode resonance theory is employed to broaden the bandwidth of the slot antenna. And then, an SIW cavity composed of 4×4 cornercut elements is added on the top of the slot antenna to achieve the circular polarization and improve the front-to-back ratio. Thirdly, the metasurface elements are sequentially rotated and a high gain antenna with 2-dBi enhancement on average in the operation band is obtained. Based on the two antenna units, two 2×2 antenna arrays are designed. The circularly polarized and high gain antenna arrays are both fabricated to verify the correctness. Furthermore, the novel wideband phase shifter is employed in the circularly polarized antenna to obtain an operating bandwidth of 38% (4.05 GHz-5.95 GHz) and AR bandwidth of 24.9% (4.4 GHz-5.65 GHz). The bandwidth of the high gain antenna can reach 42.7% (3.95 GHz-6.1 GHz) and with the gain enhancement of 2 dBi compared with that of the circularly polarized antenna. The gain remains steady in most of operating band within a variation of 1 dBi. It is remarkable that the rotating of the metasurface element has a great influence on the antenna performance, which provides a new explication for the multi-function antenna design.  相似文献

针对超表面在透镜方面的应用, 本文设计了一种交叉极化透射聚焦超表面, 实现了将圆极化波转化为交叉极化波的同时聚焦电磁波的功能. 设计了一款旋转型单元, 单元为一层且厚度仅为1.5 mm, 分析了旋转型单元提供不同相移的原理并设计了相邻单元相移差为60°的相位梯度超表面, 在中心频率f=15 GHz附近发生奇异折射, 折射角与理论计算结果一致, 验证了设计单元的有效性, 基于该单元设计了尺寸为90 m mm×90 mm、单元数为15×15 的透射型聚焦超表面, 在中心频率f=15 GHz附近, 左旋圆极化平面波照射时, 透射波聚焦于L=40 mm 的实焦点且透射波为照射波的交叉极化波. 该超表面透镜效率高、厚度薄且为单层, 易于加工, 相对于传统透镜, 优势明显, 在操控电磁波、改善透镜性能方面有潜在应用价值.  相似文献

A miniaturized multi-frequency circularly polarized array is designed in this paper. The antenna array is composed of three independent sub-arrays employing modified quarter-mode substrate ntegrated aveguide (QMSIW) to achieve three circularly polarized frequency bands. By introducing strip-slot, the impedance bandwidth of the antenna array is broadened while the dimension is decreased by 75% to realize miniaturization. Meanwhile, metasurface causes the impedance bandwidth of the sub-array to be further enhanced. Moreover, the metal vias are employed in the antenna array design to further achieve miniaturization. The antenna array is manufactured and measured to verify the design. Both the measured and simulated results display that the array achieves the impedance bandwidths of 10%, 11.7%, and 14.8% and axial ratio bandwidths of 8.8%, 8.0%, and 8.5% at 2.5, 3.5, and 4.8 GHz, respectively. The gain is stable in the operating band within an uncertainty of 0.7 dBi. The whole dimension is 0.92λ×0.63λ×0.04λ, where λ0 is the wavelength at the lowest resonant frequency. Furthermore, the simple structure and miniaturization provides great convenience in sub-6 applications.  相似文献

针对超表面在透镜方面的应用,基于各向异性超表面单元设计了一款高极化纯度的聚焦超表面透镜,并探讨了其在高增益高极化纯度天线方面的应用.设计了一款具有极化滤波特性的各向异性超表面单元,单元对x极化波保持高透性的同时,对y极化波保持近乎为零的透射率.利用该型单元设计了焦距为30 mm、阵列大小为105 mm×105 mm、单元数为21×21的聚焦超表面透镜.根据光路可逆原理,焦点处发出的球面波被超表面透镜有效转化为平面波,从而达到提高天线增益的目标.实验中分别用不同极化形式的球面波照射聚焦超表面来研究超表面对不同极化波的控制特性.结果表明,x极化波照射时,超表面工作于透镜模式,球面波转化为平面波,天线增益大大提高;y极化波照射时,超表面类似于金属板,将入射波全部反射;x/y极化混合波照射时,天线增益大大提高,且极化隔离度高于25 dB,充分说明设计的聚焦超表面在提高x极化波增益的同时可高效滤除y极化波,达到了高增益高极化纯度的目标.  相似文献

针对相位梯度超表面在灵活操控电磁波与提高天线增益中的潜在应用,提出一种新型的宽带超表面单元,实现了在较宽频带范围内操控电磁波波前与提高天线增益.本文首先设计了一种圆环十字形对称单元来控制反射波的相移量,单元厚度为1 mm,尺寸为0.3λ_0(λ_0=20 mm),工作频段15—18 GHz,而后验证了由该单元组成的相位梯度超表面在15—18 GHz范围内对电磁波的奇异反射与聚焦特性.最后将设计的反射聚焦超表面应用于提高天线增益中,仿真与测试结果均表明,天线最高增益在15—18 GHz内平均增加了11 d B且-1 dB增益带宽为15—18 GHz(相对带宽为18.2%).由于厚度薄、重量轻、频带宽,设计的该单元拓展了相位梯度超表面在微波领域的应用,有望为高增益天线的实现提供新的方法.  相似文献

A multi-focus optical fiber lens is numerically demonstrated based on an all-dielectric metasurface structure. The metasurface consists of an array of rectangular silicon resonators with varying widths in order to obtain the required phase distribution. The core diameter of the multimode fiber is large enough to contain sufficient resonance units. The spatial distribution of the dielectric resonators is dictated by spatial multiplexing, including interleaving meta-atoms and lens aperture division, to achieve multi-focus properties. The proposed optical fiber metalens can produce two or three focal points along the longitudinal direction with high focusing efficiency. The size of every focal point is close to the diffraction limit, and the relative intensity on each focus can be controlled by adjusting the number of the respective resonators. The proposed optical fiber lens will have a great potential in the fields of integrated optics and multifunctional micro/nano devices.  相似文献

超薄银薄膜具有高柔韧性和优良的光电性能,是用于透明导电电极的潜在材料。通过电阻热蒸发技术以金属铝作为浸润层制备超薄银透明导电薄膜。引入铝浸润层降低银薄膜的阈值厚度,使银薄膜在K9玻璃基底上以尽可能低的厚度达到连续。对不同厚度铝浸润层上银薄膜方块电阻进行测试,经SEM图像验证后得出,1 nm铝浸润层对银薄膜具有较好的浸润效果。随后采用相同的工艺在1 nm铝浸润层上制备了不同厚度的银薄膜,透过率和方阻测试结果表明,1 nm铝浸润层上制备的10 nm银薄膜方阻值可达到13Ω/,其在0.4μm~2.5μm波段内透过率可达到50%以上。  相似文献

在进行高功率微波(HPM)空中辐射场测量时,由于来波信号极化角度难以确定和受空中平台姿态影响等因素,普通线极化接收天线难以确保极化匹配,天线的极化失配会进一步降低辐射场参数测量的精确性。为了降低极化失配影响,在梯形微带圆极化单元天线分析设计的基础上,采用四阵元依次旋转90°和依次移相馈电的方式组建了一种低轴比微带圆极化阵列天线,该天线采用功分器和移相器作为馈电网络,天线在9.7 GHz实测增益约为9.4 dB,1 dB波束宽度约17.4°,轴比约0.4 dB。应用该圆极化天线可将极化失配引入的不确定度降低到0.2 dB以下,可满足高功率微波空中辐射场的精确测量需求。  相似文献

设计了一种基于人工电磁材料覆层的高增益低雷达散射截面(radar cross section, RCS)圆极化微带天线. 人工电磁材料覆层是由介质板及其两侧的人工周期表面构成, 上表面是加载集总电阻的方环贴片, 具有宽带吸波特性; 下表面是开条带缝和圆环缝的金属贴片, 具有部分反射特性. 将其加载到圆极化微带天线上方, 通过覆层上表面的电阻可吸收入射的雷达波, 结合下表面与接地板构成Fabry-Perot谐振腔的多次反射, 可实现圆极化微带天线辐射和散射性能的同时改善. 实测结果表明: 加载人工电磁材料覆层后, 天线的相对轴比带宽由5.9%扩展为7.1%; 天线增益在整个工作频带内都得到了提升, 最大提高了6.61 dB; 天线RCS在宽频带宽角域内实现了明显的减缩, 在天线工作频带内也实现了3 dB以上减缩. 实测结果与仿真结果符合较好.  相似文献

本文通过设计出一种反射型极化旋转超表面,在8—12 GHz频域内实现高效的极化旋转,并将其加载于微带缝隙天线下方构成新型的极化旋转超表面天线,利用超表面的90°极化旋转效应,成功实现了天线的圆极化辐射调制.仿真与实验结果表明:圆极化天线的中心工作频率为GHz,阻抗带宽为8.3—10 GHz.当微带缝隙天线与极化旋转超表面的间距H=4.5mm时,天线在8.3—8.8 GHz频带内实现了圆极化辐射;当mm时,天线在8.8—9.3 GHz频带内实现了圆极化辐射;当=8mm时,天线在9.3—10 GHz频带内实现了圆极化辐射.实验结果与仿真结果相符,证明了此种设计方法的有效性,也为微带缝隙天线的圆极化设计提供了一种新的途径.  相似文献

应力检测对光学元件的制造和使用意义重大。基于应力双折射原理,提出了一种利用偏振相机测量应力分布的方法。根据Stokes矩阵和Mueller矩阵推导出应力值及应力方向计算公式,并对影响系统测量精度的主要误差进行了理论分析。为验证方法的可行性,搭建了一台测量应力分布的装置。使用该装置测量一块633 nm的四分之一波片,测得其误差为0.86 nm。进一步测量,得出一块车灯透镜的全场应力相位延迟量与应力方向图,利用所测相位延迟量计算出透镜中心区域的应力双折射值为9.21 nm/mm、主应力差为2.45 MPa;利用符号规则调整了透镜的应力方向,结果符合应力连续性原则。该方法测量应力分布时无需旋动光学元件,可实现应力延迟量及应力方向的实时测量。  相似文献

In this paper, a circular polarized electronically-controlled scanning microstrip antenna array is designed, which is based on composite right left-handed transmission line (CRLH TL) and is realized by varactor diodes. Proposed electronically-controlled antenna arrays till now are always linear-polarized as the axial ratio (AR) may be spoiled by the DC feed line, especially in the CRLH TL based case. A more separated CRLH TL integrated with active lumped elements is utilized to solve the problem. The antenna array is composed of the CRLH microstrip transmission line structure and circular polarized microstrip antenna. The direction of the main lobe varies from ?1° to ?20 ° by continuously modifying the varactor diodes bias voltages from 0 to 20 V with 5 V as a step. The AR remains below 3 dB in the scanning range. The simulation and experimental results show a good consistence.  相似文献

We propose a dual-polarized lens antenna system based on isotropic metasurfaces for 12 GHz applications. The metasurface lens is composed of subwavelength unit cells(0.24λ0) with metallic strips etched on the top and bottom sides of the unit cell, and a cross-slots metallic layer in the middle that serves as the ground. The multimode resonance in the unit cell can realize a large phase shift(covering 0?–360?), and the total transmission efficiency of the lens is above 80%.The feed antenna at the focal point of the lens is a broadband dual-polarized microstrip antenna. Both the simulated and the measured results demonstrate that the dual-polarized lens antenna system can realize a gain of more than 16.1 dB, and an input port isolation of more than 25.0 dB.  相似文献

We propose a method for high-density all-optical magnetic recording. Our analyses, based on the vector diffraction theory, show that owing to the inverse Faraday effect, circularly polarized laser pulses focused by a high numerical aperture (NA) lens can induce a small magnetization domain. For an example, the FWHM of the effective magnetization domain is 0.4646λ when NA=0.85. The magnetization direction is basically perpendicular to the surface of the optic-magneto film within the effective magnetization domain and the switching direction of magnetization can be controlled by the helicity of the incident circularly polarized light. These characteristics are useful to next-generation high-density all-optical magnetic storage.  相似文献

A simple incident circular polarization Raman optical activity (ICP ROA) spectrometer was constructed by applying the method of circularity conversion. The circular polarization of the incident laser light was modulated between right and left by the insertion of a half‐wave plate and not by using a Pockels cell which is usually used in ICP ROA instruments. On the basis of the concept of the virtual enantiomer (Hug, W. Applied Spectroscopy, 2003, 57, 1), circularity converters were inserted in the optical train, which could effectively compensate the systematic offset. The new instrument successfully attained photon shot‐noise‐limited conditions for all bands except for the very strongly polarized Raman band. The ROA spectra of some standard chiral samples were measured to demonstrate the performance of the spectrometer. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Polarized positrons can be generated through the electron-positron pair creation from circularly polarized gamma-rays hitting a conversion target. Laser-Compton scattering is an efficient method to generate circularly polarized gamma-rays. Simulation studies on these two processes have been done with the Monte Carlo codes, CAIN and GEANT4. Using CAIN to simulate the Laser-Compton scattering process, the energy spectrum of the generated polarized photons could be obtained. GEANT4 was used to study the yield, energy spectrum and the mean polarization of the positrons emanating from the conversion target. To increase the yield of the generated positrons, an optimization study on the thickness of conversion target was also performed.  相似文献
