1,2,3-三唑化合物具有广泛的生物活性,为了发现具有杀菌活性的新型化合物分子结构,以芳醛、硝基甲烷及叠氮化钠为起始原料,合成了11个2-取代-4-芳基-2H-1,2,3-三唑类系列化合物,目标物的收率为51%~91%。核磁共振谱、质谱和元素分析等技术手段对目标化合物的结构经进行了表征。结果表明,在25 mg/L的测试质量浓度下,大部分化合物对小麦赤霉病菌及辣椒疫霉病菌显示出初步的抑菌活性,其中,化合物3a对小麦赤霉病菌的抑制率为80. 4%,化合物3b对黄瓜灰霉病菌为78. 2%,化合物3b及3h对油菜菌核病菌的抑制率分别70. 3%和75. 9%。  相似文献

A series of potent and less toxic, 5‐{[((5‐substituted aryl)‐1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐yl) thio]‐n‐alkyl}‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole‐2‐thiol was synthesized. Each compound was evaluated for anti‐inflammatory activity by carrageenan‐induced rat paw oedema method. Compounds PS1 , PS4 , PS9 , and PS12 showed comparatively potent anti‐inflammatory activity as compared to control as well as other test compounds. These potent compounds were also tested for acute ulcerogenic activity. Results of both studies were found statistically significant.  相似文献

Benzoxazinoids (BXs), alkaloids frequently found in Gramineae species, are natural defensives that can potentially be exploited to the development of novel antimicrobial agents. Here, BXs analogs were synthesized from 2-nitrophenol (benzoxazinone series) and 3-hydroxy-2-nitropyridine (pyridoxazinone series) and tested against fungal and bacteria of medical interest. The starting materials were submitted to adequate nucleophilic substitution in order to functionalize of analogs, followed by a reductive cyclization catalyzed by palladium on carbon. Next, the biological assays showed that pyridoxazinone serie has a good antibacterial activity, especially against Enterococcus faecalis (Minimum inhibitory concentration—MIC: 7.8-15.6?μg.mL?1) and Acinetobacter baumannii (MIC 31.25-125?μg.mL?1). Antifungal activity, in turn, was related to compound 2e which showed a MIC of 62.5?μg.mL?1 against Candida albicans, Candida glabrata, and Candida tropicalis. All analogs complied with Lipinski's rules and were predicted to have a low toxicity.  相似文献

New metal complexes of (Zn(II), Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II)) based on the ligand 2-(thiophen-2-yl)-1-(thiophen-2-ylmethyl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazole] were synthesized, whose structures were determined with the different spectroscopic techniques 1H NMR,13C NMR, FT-IR, UV–Visible and by mass spectrometry. The thermal analysis was performed by TG-DTA. The antioxidant activity of the ligand and its complexes was evaluated by DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) method, in comparison with the synthetic antioxidant, ascorbic acid. The results obtained showed that the antioxidant activity of the ligand and its complexes is moderate and that the copper complex has a high activity that exceeds that of ascorbic acid. Antimicrobial activity of the ligand and its metal complexes was studied against two Gram-positive bacteria: Bacillus subtilis ILP1428B, Staphylococcus aureus CIP543154 and two Gram-negative bacteria: Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC27653, Escherichia coli CIP5412 (American Type Culture Collection)the activity data show that the metal complexes are more potent than the free ligand.  相似文献

以双炔酰菌胺为模板, 利用"基团反转"原理将酰胺中的羰基和氮原子交换位置, 设计了一系列苯乙酰儿茶酚胺类化合物. 从取代苯乙酮出发, 经过溴代、 胺化、 还原制备2-氨基-1-取代苯乙醇(6), 然后与取代苯乙酸反应制备酰胺(7), 最后经烷基化得到一系列保持氮原子位置不变的N-(2-烷氧基-2-取代苯基乙基)苯乙酰胺类化合物(8). 所有目标化合物均通过核磁共振氢谱、 元素分析或高分辨质谱确认, 并测试了其生物活性. 结果表明, 部分化合物对黄瓜霜霉病具有较好的防治活性, 化合物8k在浓度为100 μg/mL时对黄瓜霜霉防效可达75%. 研究还发现, 该类化合物均对蚜虫具有较好的防治效果.  相似文献

In this study, the copper sulfide nanoparticles (CuS‐NPs) and the zinc oxide/zinc hydroxide nanoparticles ((ZnO/Zn(OH)2‐NPs) were synthesized by a simple and low‐cost method, and the synthesized nanoparticles were characterized and identified by UV–Vis, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE‐SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X‐ray diffraction (XRD). The antimicrobial activity of the CuS‐NPs and the ZnO/Zn(OH)2‐NPs were examined by broth dilution to determine the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of antibacterial agent required to inhibit the growth of a pathogen and the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) required to kill a particular bacterium. Agar disc diffusion method was used to determine the zone of inhibition. The nanoparticles demonstrated potent antibacterial activity against Klebsiella pneumonia (ATCC 1827), Acinetobacter baumannii (ATCC 150504), Escherichia coli (ATCC 33218) and Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 25293). Antifungal activity against Aspergillus oryzae (PTCC 5164) was also obtained. The data obtained from antimicrobial activities by broth dilution and agar disc diffusion methods exhibited the CuS‐NPs were more effective than the ZnO/Zn(OH)2‐NPs. A good correlation was observed between the data obtained by both methods.  相似文献

Some 2-[(benzazole-2-yl)thio]diphenylmethylacetamide[3pc] derivatives were synthesized by reacting 2-chloroacethylaminodiphenylmethane with benzazole-2-thions. The structure elucidation of the compounds was performed by IR, 1 H NMR, and MS-FAB spectral data.

Antimicrobial activity of the compounds was examined. Some of the compounds have shown similar antifungal activities against C. albicans when compared with ketoconazole. It was also observed that some of these compounds have moderate antimicrobial activity when compared with chloramphenicole.  相似文献

为改善二氧化硅载体材料本身的生物相容性和疏水性,维持包埋生物分子的活性,本文对水解前驱体3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷进行氨基酸分子改性。具体过程包括N-Fmoc-L-缬氨酸和氯化亚砜反应生成N-Fmoc-L-缬氨酰氯,再和3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷反应生成N-(3-三甲氧基硅基)丙基-N′-Fmoc-L-缬氨酰胺后。然后去除Fmoc,得到N-(3-三甲氧基硅基)丙基-L-缬氨酰胺作为氨基酸修饰的硅源前驱体。通过IR、MS、1H-NMR等分析测试手段对合成得到的各个化合物的结构进行了表征。利用正硅酸甲酯(TMOS)和N-(3-三甲氧基硅基)丙基-L-缬氨酰胺为复合硅源,经过溶胶-凝胶过程来包埋了胰蛋白酶,研究得到最适的固定化条件为,N-(3-三甲氧基硅基)丙基-L-缬氨酰胺的含量为15mol%。在该条件下,固定化胰蛋白酶活力的绝对值是199U,游离酶的酶活力的绝对值是103U, 四甲氧基硅烷直接包埋的固定化酶活力的活性是38 U。在该条件下,杂化硅源得到的固定化酶的活性是以四甲氧基硅烷水解前驱体的固定化酶活性的5倍,杂化硅源固定化胰蛋白酶的最相比游离酶,酶的最高活力提高的几乎2倍。这些结果表明氨基酸分子对水解前驱体修饰以后,水解产生的固定化载体具有良好的生物相容性。通过改性载体制备的固定化酶,对甲醇变性剂的稳定性,对酸碱的抵抗性及热稳定性也有明显地提高。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出纳米TiO2和TiO2-Ni催化剂. 光催化降解对氯苯酚实验证明, TiO2-Ni催化剂的紫外、可见光催化活性均高于TiO2. FTIR和Raman结果表明, Ni2+离子被化学吸附在TiO2表面形成ONiOO表面物种. SPS的结果表明, TiO2-Ni表面ONiOO物种的表面态能级在价带上方2.84 eV. 该能级既能产生可见光响应, 又有效地促进了光生载流子的分离, 使催化剂紫外、可见光催化活性提高.  相似文献

Abstract

A series of 2-substituted vinylidene-1,1-bisphosphonate esters and their acids were synthesized and tested in vitro for activity against Plasmodium falciparum and Trypanosoma brucei. For each compound, % parasite viability in treated wells was calculated relative to untreated controls for both P. falciparum and T. brucei. Fifty percentage inhibitory concentration (IC50) was also determined for the compounds. Chloroquine and pentamidine were used as positive control drug standards for activity against P. falciparum and T. brucei, respectively. The esters had better antiparasitic activity compared to their corresponding acids. Some of the compounds reduced % parasite viability to as low as 24.3% for P. falciparum and down to 0.602% for T. brucei. Tetraethyl-2-(o-tolyl)-ethene-1,1-bisphosphonate (3b) recorded the best IC50 against T. brucei which was 0.0345?µmol/mL.  相似文献

Thetrans-[Pt(NC5H4C(O)NHC2H4ONO2)2Cl2] complex (2) was prepared by the reaction of nicorandyl (N-nitroethoxynicotinamide), which is widely used in cardiology, with K2PtCl4 in water. The structure of2 was established by X-ray structural analysis. This study reports the electrochemical synthesis, antimicrobial and catalytic activity of copper-arabinoxylan nanocomposite. The synthesis was achieved without use of any hazardous reducing and stabilizing agent. The spherical copper nanoparticles (size approx. 40 nm) dispersed in the arabinoxylan matrix as they formed and got stabilized. In the absence of arabinoxylan the particles rapidly converted to copper oxide suggesting a high stability for the composite. Electrolysis was carried out with copper plate as the sacrificial anode, carbon rod as the cathode and sodium nitrate (1.00 % in 1 % arabinoxylan suspension) as an electrolyte. The copper nanoparticles dispersed in arabinoxylan were characterized by surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy and zeta potential measurements. The synthesized composite exhibited good antimicrobial activity against P. aeruginosa, Staph. aureus and E. coli and a catalytic activity in conversion of CO2 to methanol.  相似文献

A series of novel 2-amino-1, 3-thiazole-4-carboxylic acid derivatives were designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by melting points, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HRMS or elemental analysis. Biological activities of all title compounds including fungicidal activity and antivirus activity were evaluated systematically. Preliminary bioassays indicated that these compounds exhibited good fungicidal activity at 50 μg/mL, compounds 4b and 4i exhibited over 50% activity against six fungi tested. Most compounds showed good activity against TMV with different models in vivo at 100 μg/mL. Compounds 4c and 4e stood out with high effects against TMV in vivo in all models tested, including protective, inactivative, curative, and inductive activities. These data demonstrate a new strategy for fungi and virus control.  相似文献

Six of N-benzyl-2-(5-substituted 1,3,4-oxadiazolyl) pyrrolidine derivatives 5(a-f) were synthesized from l-proline and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and GC–MS. All compounds were tested for antioxidant activity in vitro by the DPPH method. The decrease in absorption of the reaction mixture is considered to have strong antioxidant activity. Among the composites (2, 3, the 5 (b-f)) which bear N-benzyl-2-(5-substituted 1,3,4-oxadiazolyl) pyrrolidine moieties are the most active because they contain donor groups: -Ph-(p-NH2); -Ph-(p-F); -Ph-(p-Cl); N-Bz-Pyrrolidyl-. Antibacterial activities of the synthetic compounds assessed using the paper disk diffusion and broth dilution methods against Gram-negative bacteria: Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Pseudomonas aerugenosa ATCC 27853 and Gram-positive bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923, Enterococcus faecalis (ATCC-29212) derived from ATCC 11778 and they showed a variable effect. 以2-氨基-5-烃基-1,3,4-噻二唑和水杨醛为原料,分别用"分步法"和"一锅法"经还原中间产物Schiff碱的CN双键合成了一系列2-((1,3,4-噻二唑基)胺甲基)苯酚类新化合物,"一锅法"的产率较高,为56%~80%。产物的结构用IR、1H NMR、13C NMR和MS进行了表征。初步测试了目标化合物的杀菌活性,证明化合物对赤星病菌具有较好的抑菌活性,当浓度为25 mg/L时,化合物3i的抑制率为76%,化合物3f、3h、3k和3l的为70%。  相似文献

A new quinazolinone derivative, 3‐[1‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)ethylideamino]‐2‐phenyl‐3,4‐dihydroquinazolin‐4(3H)‐one ( LH ) was synthesized by the condensation of 2‐hydroxyacetophenone‐2‐aminobenzoylhydrazone and benzaldehyde. The cyclization to form 1,2‐dihydroquinazolinone was confirmed by IR, 1D and 2D HETCOR studies. Coordination compounds of Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) of LH were synthesized and characterized using various physico‐chemical studies like stoichiometric, conductivity, magnetic moment measurements and spectral techniques such as IR, NMR, UV‐vis and EPR spectroscopy. The elemental analysis and thermal studies suggested a general stoichiometry [M(HEPDQ)Cl] for all the complexes. A four‐coordinate geometry was assigned to all the complexes. The complexes along with the parent ligand were screened for their anti‐inflammatory activity, using carrageenan‐induced rat paw edema, and for their analgesic activity by Eddy's hot plate method. The activity of the ligand was enhanced on complexation with metal ions. This enhanced activity was attributed to the increased lipophilic nature of the complexes. Notable anti‐inflammatory activity was observed for Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) complexes. The analgesic activity of the ligand was greater than the standard at 60 min. and at a 10 mg kg−1 dose, whereas the activity of Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes at 10 mg kg−1 dose was comparable with the standard used. 本文以苯甲酸为原料,经酰氯化、酰化反应得到中间体苯甲酰基异硫氰酸酯,再与2-氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑经加成反应合成并表征了10种N-苯甲酰基-N’-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基硫脲3a-3j。初步生物活性测试结果表明:当浓度为10 mg/L时,3a~3d对小麦生根和发芽有一定的调节活性。当浓度为100 mg/L时,大部分化合物对黄瓜灰霉病菌、黄瓜炭疽病菌、水稻纹枯病菌、水稻稻瘟病菌有明显的抑制活性,而对棉花枯萎病菌的抑制活性较差。目标化合物的取代基会影响其生长调节活性和抑菌活性。结合量化计算结果讨论了化合物结构对抑菌活性的影响。  相似文献

Three imidazole hydrazone compounds, namely 2‐(4‐nitro‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)‐N′‐[1‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)ethylidene]acetohydrazide, C12H12N6O3, ( 1 ), 2‐(2‐nitro‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)‐N′‐[1‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)ethylidene]acetohydrazide, C12H12N6O3, ( 2 ), and 2‐(2‐nitro‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)‐N′‐[(phenyl)(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]acetohydrazide, C17H14N6O3, ( 3 ), were obtained and fully characterized, including their crystal structure determinations. While all the compounds proved not to be cytotoxic to J774.A1 macrophage cells, ( 1 ) and ( 3 ) exhibited activity against Leishmania chagasi, whereas ( 2 ) was revealed to be inactive. Since both ( 1 ) and ( 3 ) exhibited antileishmanial effects, while ( 2 ) was devoid of activity, the presence of the acetyl or benzoyl groups was possibly not a determining factor in the observed antiprotozoal activity. In contrast, since ( 1 ) and ( 3 ) are 4‐nitroimidazole derivatives and ( 2 ) is a 2‐nitroimidazole‐derived compound, the presence of the 4‐nitro group probably favours antileishmanial activity over the 2‐nitro group. The results suggested that further investigations on compounds ( 1 ) and ( 3 ) as bioreducible antileishmanial prodrug candidates are called for.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法以Fe3O4为磁核制备了磁功能性光催化剂,以甲基橙为模拟污染物,考察了掺杂Fe比例、催化剂煅烧温度以及煅烧时间对催化剂活性的影响.催化剂的最佳制备条件为:Fe3O4掺杂Fe含量为5%,煅烧温度为450 ℃,煅烧时间为2 h.通过TG-DTA、XRD、UV-Vis、TEM对催化剂进行了表征,结果表明:制备的催化剂具有明显的核壳结构,原Fe3O4磁核经过高温煅烧被氧化;TiO2包覆在磁核表面;催化剂的吸收带边发生红移,在可见光区的吸收强度有所增强;催化剂颗粒的平均粒径为20 nm.  相似文献
