Tin dioxide (SnO2 ) nanoparticles efficiently catalyzed unsymmetrical four-component Hantzsch condensations of various aldehydes, dimedone, ethyl acetoacetate, and ammonium acetate to form polyhydroquinoline derivatives in excellent yields. This novel method offers several advantages over the traditional method of synthesizing these compounds, including safety, mild conditions, short reaction times, high yields, and an easy workup.  相似文献

A microwave-assisted sol-gel method was employed for the preparetion of nano-sized MgO particles using Mg(NO 3)2·6H2O as precursor and deionized water as solvent.The sample calcined at 500℃ had a high specific surface area of 243.2m2/g and particles sizes from 9.5to10.5nm.For comparison,MgO nanoparticles were also synthesized without microwave irradiation.X-ray diffraction (XRD) characterization showed the formation of smaller particles after microwave irradiation.The structure and morphology of the MgO particles were analyzed by N2 adsorption-desorption,XRD,scanning electron microscopy,and transmission electron microscopy.Their catalytic behavior was studied with the one-pot synthesis of Hantzsch1,4-dihydropyridines from the reaction of aromatic aldehydes,ethyl acetoacetate,and ammonium acetate.The MgO nanoparticles have high catalytic activity and gave the desired products in good to high yields.The catalyst can be easily recovered by filtration and was used at least three times with only a slight reduction in its catalytic activity.  相似文献

A straightforward and general method has been developed for the synthesis of C5-unsubstitiuted 1,4-dihydropyridines by a reaction using dimedone, acetophenone, aromatic aldehydes, and ammonium acetate in the presence of a catalytic amount of Co nanoparticles as a heterogeneous and eco-friendly catalyst with high catalytic activity at room temperature under solvent-free conditions. This catalyst is easily separated by magnetic devices and can be reused without any apparent loss of activity for the reaction. In addition, it is very interesting that when using Co nanoparticles as a catalyst, spatially-hindered aldehydes such as 2-methoxy-, 2-fluoro-, and 2-chloro-aldehydes are suitable for this reaction.  相似文献

Porous Ag2S sensitized TiO2 catalysts were synthesized by the hydrothermal process.The crystallization and porous structure of the Ag2S/TiO2 composite photocatalysts were investigated by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive X-ray analysis,UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy,and N2 adsorption.The Ag2S/TiO2 composites were mainly composed of anatase TiO2 and acanthite Ag2S.The absorption edge wavelengths of TiO2 and the Ag2S/TiO2 composite prepared with 3 mmol Na2S.5H2O were 400 and 800 nm,respectively,that is,the absorption edge of the composite had a pronounced red shift.The photocatalytic activity under visible light was investigated by the degradation of methylene blue with a UV-Vis spectrophotometer.The photocatalytic activities under visible light of the Ag2S/TiO2 photocatalysts were much higher than that of TiO2.  相似文献

3-Methyl-1-sulfonic acid imidazolium hydrogen sulfate has been used as an efficient, halogen-free,and reusable Brnsted acidic ionic liquid catalyst for the synthesis of ethyl-4-aryl/heteryl- hexahydro-trimehtyl-5-oxoquinoline-3-carboxylates via the one-pot condensation of dimedone with aryl/heteryl aldehydes, ethyl acetoacetate, and ammonium acetate under solvent-free conditions. This method has the advantage of being clean and simple, as well as providing the desired product in high yield over a short reaction time. Furthermore, the catalyst could be recycled and reused four times without any discernible reduction in activity.  相似文献

对以芳香醛、乙酰丙酮及碳酸氢铵为原料,苯甲酰胺吡咯烷为催化剂,合成1,4-二氢吡啶的反应进行了研究。考察了催化剂、溶剂、温度、时间和氮源对产率的影响。结果表明,反应温度70℃,芳香醛、乙酰丙酮和碳酸氢铵的摩尔比0.5∶1∶0.5,催化剂Ⅳ的用量10(mol)%时,产率最高,可达93%。催化剂循环使用3次,产率基本不变。该反应具有催化剂经济易得、反应条件温和、环境友好和操作简单等优点。  相似文献

Brnsted acidic ionic liquids, namely 2-pyrrolidonium hydrogen sulfate, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidonium hydrogen sulfate, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidonium dihydrogen phosphate, (4-sulfobutyl)tris(4-sulfophenyl)phosphonium hydrogen sulfate, and triphenyl(propyl-3-sulfonyl)phosphonium toluenesulfonate, catalyzed efficient Pechmann condensation of phloroglucinol with β-keto ethyl/ methyl esters. 5,7-Dihydroxy-4-methylcoumarin and 5,7-dihydroxy-4-phenylcoumarin were prepared in good to excellent yields under mild, ambient, and solvent-free conditions. Pyrano[2,3-h] coumarins were then prepared by one-pot three-component reactions of 5,7-dihydroxy-4-subsituted coumarin, malononitrile, and aldehydes in the presence of catalytic amounts of Br nsted basic ionic liquids, namely 2-hydroxyethylammonium formate, 3-hydroxypropanaminium acetate, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydroxide, pyrrolidinium formate, and pyrrolidinium acetate, under thermal solvent-free conditions. The catalysts are environmentally benign and can be easily prepared, stored, and recovered without significant loss of activity.  相似文献

L‐Proline efficiently catalyzed the multi‐component Hantzsch reaction in EtOH at 60°C under ultrasound irradiation to afford the corresponding 1,4‐dihydropyridine and polyhydroquinoline derivatives in high yields. Hantzsch 1,4-dihydropyridines and polyhydroquinoline derivatives were synthesized in good yields by PEG-mediated, catalyst–free synthesis under solvent-free conditions. The products were directly recrystallized from hot methanol. The reaction gave excellent yields with low- as well as high-molecular-weight polyethylene glycols.  相似文献

A variety of Hantzsch 1,4-dihydropyridines were oxidized to the corresponding pyridines catalyzed by a catalytic amount of ferric perchlorate. The reaction was carried out in ionic liquid at room temperature, and the products were isolated in good to excellent yields. 汉斯酯(Hantzsch Esters)在1881年被合成以来一直被用作还原剂参与加氢还原反应, 近年来科学家发现4-取代的汉斯酯可以发生碳碳键断裂而发生烷基迁移反应. 随后大量以4-取代的汉斯酯类化合物作为烷基化试剂的反应被报道出来, 科学家发现这类烷基化反应的历程主要是烷基自由基的迁移历程. 随着近年自由基化学的快速发展, 为这类新型烷基化试剂的应用发展提供了有力基础. 本文按照该烷基化试剂参与的反应类型分类, 进行简单介绍.  相似文献

In this work, green synthesis of cobalt doped titanium dioxide (Co‐TiO2) has been carried out in aqueous medium using gelatin. The Co‐TiO2 particles have been characterized using transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive X‐ray (EDAX), FT‐IR spectroscopy and voltammetry techniques. XRD results show pure Co‐TiO2 and TiO2 powders with average crystallite size about 12 nm and 15 nm, respectively. Co loaded in TiO2 hasn't influence crystalline structure. Moreover, efficient Co‐TiO2‐based anode was fabricated by casting of the Co‐TiO2 solution on glassy carbon electrode (Co‐TiO2/GCE). The electrocatalysis of oxygen evolution reaction (OER) at Co‐TiO2/GCE has been examined using linear scanning voltammetry (LSV) in alkaline media. The OER is significantly enhanced at Co‐TiO2/GCE, as demonstrated by a negative shift in the LSV curve at the Co‐TiO2/GCE compared to that obtained at the unmodified one. The value of energy saving of oxygen gas at a current density of 5 mA cm?2 is 12.6 kW h kg?1. The low cost as well as the marked stability of the modified electrode make it promising candidate in industrial water electrolysis process.  相似文献

Magnesium oxide nanopartticels in average size between 35–120 nm were prepared by sonochemistry method. Synthesis of polyhydroquinoline derivatives using MgO nanoparticles from the reaction of dimedone, benzaldehyde, ethyl acetoacetate and ammonium acetate under solvent‐free conditions is reported. Easy handling, reusability, thermal stability and non‐toxicity of the catalyst make the present protocol as an eco‐friendly and economically acceptable method for synthesis of these heterocycles.  相似文献

A facile and efficient synthesis of new 1,4‐dihydropyridine derivatives was reported via Hantzsch three‐component condensation reaction of aldehydes or formylphenylboronic acids, ethyl acetoacetate, and ammonium acetate in the presence of a catalytic amount of triethylamine under solvent‐free conditions.
