A novel two-dimensional supramolecular complex [Mn(phen)(DPZDA)(H2O)]·2H2Ohas been synthesized by the reaction of Mn(CH3COO)2, 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and H2DPZDA (3,5-dimethyl-pyrazine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid). Elemental analysis, IR spectra and X-ray singlecrystal diffraction were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure of the title complex. Crystal data: triclinic system, space group P-1, a = 7.7474(13), b = 9.3381(15), c =15.146(3)(A), α = 93.872(3), β = 102.451(11), γ = 105.261(11)°, C20H20MnN4O7, Mr = 483.34, Z = 2,F(000) = 498, V = 1023.2(3)(A)3, Dc = 1.569 g/cm3, μ = 0.697 mm-1, -9≤h≤9, -11 ≤k≤ 10, -18≤l≤12, R = 0.0365 and wR = 0.0901 for 3585 independent reflections (Rint = 0.0165) and 2923observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Structural analysis indicates that Mn(Ⅱ) adopts a distorted octahedral geometry. The 2-D framework supramolecular structure of the title complex is constructed from hydrogen bonds and π…πinteractions.  相似文献

T A dinuclear cadmium complex[Cd2(phen)2(C14H11O3)4(CH3CH2OH)]·(CH3OH)·(H2O)has been synthesized with benzilic acid and 1,10-phenanthroline by hydrothermal method.The crystal structure was determined bv X-ray diffraction with crystal parameters as follows:triclinic system with space group P-1,α=1.21298(10),b=1.32586(1 1),c=2.4815(2)nm,α=76.2630(10),β=81.4500(10),γ=69.1700(10)°V=3.6143(5)nm3,Dc=1.438g/cm3,Z=1,F(000)=1600,the final GOOF=0.937,R=0.0521 and wR=0.1328.In the title complex,the dinuclear structure is defined by carboxyl oxygen atoms adopting a monodentate bridged coordination mode.The coordination environment of Cd(Ⅱ)ion is CdO4N2,giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry.TG analysis shows that the title complex is stable under 140℃.  相似文献

The coordination polymer {[Co(phth)(phen)(H2O)]·(C2H5OH)}n (phth = phthalate, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) with formula C22H20CoN2O6 (Mr = 467.33) was synthesized by the solvothermal method under low temperature, and its crystal structure was determined by singlecrystal X-ray diffraction. The complex belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a =12.7352(16), b = 8.8125(11), c = 18.677(2) (A), β = 102.633(2)°, V = 2045.3(4) (A)3, Z = 4, Dc =1.518 g/cm3,μ = 0.882 mm-1, F(000) = 964, S = 1.053, the final R = 0.0401 and wR = 0.0984 for 3135 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Single-crystal X-ray analysis revealed that the Co(Ⅱ) ion is six-coordinated. The cobalt complex forms a one-dimensional chain structure via phthalate bridging ligand. In the cobalt complex, a 3D network structure is formed by π-π stacking interaction of 1,10-phenanthroline as well as intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

Crystals of Ca[CoII(Nta)]2· 6H2O (I), where Nta3–is a nitrilotriacetate ion, were synthesized and studied using X-ray diffraction analysis. They were found to be monoclinic: a= 6.991(1), b= 10.031(1), c= 16.238(3) Å, = 98.50(1)°, V= 1126.2(3) Å3, space group P21/n, Z= 2, R 1= 0.0241, wR 2= 0.0636, GOOF = 1.050 (for 3132 reflections with I> 2(I)). Structure Iis composed of {[Co(Nta)(H2O)]}1anion chains united by Ca2+cations into a three-dimensional framework. The coordination polyhedra of Co and Ca atoms are distorted octahedra. The Co(II) atom environment includes atoms N(1), O(1), O(3), and O(5) of one Nta3–ligand, a carbonyl O(2)" atom of the neighboring anion fragment, and an O(w1) atom of the water molecule. The shortest bond is formed by the Co atom with the bridging O(2)" atom in trans-position relative to atom N(1). The Co–O(2)" distance (2.029 Å) is noticeably shorter than the other bond lengths, Co–O(Nta) (2.069–2.103 Å), Co–O(w1), and Co–N(1) (2.155 and 2.177 Å, respectively). Cations Ca2+are located in the inversion centers and involve in their coordination atoms O(4), O(6), O(w2), and the oxygen atoms symmetrically bond to them and arranged at 2.271(1), 2.420(1), and 2.351(2) Å, respectively. The structural formula of the title compound is {Ca(H2O)2[Co(Nta)(H2O)]2}3· 2H2O.  相似文献

A one-dimensional bimetallic compound {[CuCd(pba)(H2O)3]·2H2O}n in which pba was propylenebis (oxamic acid), was prepared. Crystal structure of the title compound was determined. It belongs to orthorhombic system, molecular formula CuCdC7H16N2O11, Mr=480.17, space group Pnma(#62), a=12.953(2), b=21.626(6), c=5.253(3)(A), V=1471(2)(A)3 and Dx=2.17g/cm3 for Z=4. The structure was solved by direct methods with final R=0.052 and Rw=0.063 for 1055 observed reflections with I>3σ(I). Two nitrogen atoms and two oxygen atoms from the oxamide and a water molecule coordinated to the CuII ion forming a square pyramidal geometry. Four oxygen atoms from the oxamide and two water molecules coordinated to the CdII ion forming an elongated octahedral geometry.  相似文献

A novel bimetallic porphyrin complex salt, {[MnTPP(CH3OH)2]3Fe(CN)6}·13H2O (TPP = tetraphenylporphyrin), has been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of trigonal, space group R-3 with a = b = 31.0618(10), c = 11.8366(8) (A), Z = 3, V = 9890.3(8) (A)3, C144H134FeMn3N18O19, Mr = 2641.36, Dc = 1.330 g/cm3, μ(MoΚα) = 0.463 mm-1, F(000) = 4131, R = 0.0525 and wR = 0.1382 for 3045 observed reflections (I > 2((I)). The title complex is composed of one [Fe(CN)6]3- anion, three [MnTPP(CH3OH)2] cations and thirteen water molecules, which are connected by multiform hydrogen bonds leading to a 3D supramolecular network structure.  相似文献

The coordination compounds [Cd(CH3COO-κO 1,O 2)2(phenanthroline-kN 1 N 2)(H2O)] · H2O (1) and [Cd{μ-(CH3CH2COO-κO 1,O 2)}2(phenanthroline-κN 1,N 2)]2 · 2CH3CH2COOH (2) were synthesized and characterized by elemental and thermal analysis and IR spectroscopy. Crystal and molecular structures of both compounds were determined. The complexes are air stable and fairly soluble in water. In both compounds the cadmium is seven-coordinate and contains chelating phenanthroline and two chelating carboxylate groups in the inner coordination sphere. The seventh coordinating oxygen belongs to water in 1 and to bridging carboxylate in 2. All carboxylate groups are bonded unsymmetrically to the central atom. The coordination polyhedra can be described as distorted pentagonal bipyramid (compound 1) and distorted capped tetragonal bipyramid (compound 2). In the structure of 1 intermolecular O(water)–H ··· O (water/carboxylate) hydrogen bonds create a two-dimensional net along the crystallographic a0c plane. Each molecule of 2 is connected to two propionic acid molecules via hydrogen bonds. In both compounds exist π-stacking interactions.  相似文献

The title compound {[Zn(NIT4Py)(fum)(H2O)2]·H2O}n, where N1T4Py=2-(4'-pyridinyl)-4,4,5,5-tetra-methylimidazoline-l-oxyl-3-oxide and rum=fumarate, has been prepared and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a =6.9533(9), b=9.805(1), c=15.248(2)A, a=94.608(2), β=92.328(2),γ=105.840(2)°,C16H24N3O9Zn, Mr=467.75, V=994.8(2) A3, Z=2, Dc=1.562 g/cm3,μ(MoKa)=1.289 mm-1,F(000)=486, the final R=0.0243 and wR=0.0622 for 3505 independent reflections with Rint=0.0125. The Zn(Ⅱ) adopts a distorted five-coordinate triangle bipyramidal geometry. The basic framework structure of the complex is a 1-D chain. The intrachain hydrogen bonds are helpful to stabilize the 1-D chain structure. Furthermore, the chains are connected by O-H…O hydrogen bonds to give a 2-D double-layer network.  相似文献

A new complex [Zn(OH2)(HDPA)2]·3H2O 1 (H2DPA = 2,6-pyridine-dicarboxylic acid) has been prepared at room temperature from the reaction of zinc(II) chloride and 2,6-pyri- dine-dicarboxylic acid in mixed solvent of H2O and EtOH with pyridine, and characterized by X-ray analysis and thermal analysis, exhibiting that the coordination geometry of Zn(II) ion is an octa- hedron. A novel three-dimensional coordination polymer, {[Ca3(μ5-OOCCH2OCH2COO)3(H2O)4]·4H2O}n, has been synthesized with oxydiacetate as bridge ligand and structurally determined by X-ray crystallography. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 17.805(2), b = 9.3923(12), c = 17.255(2)(A), β = 107.838(5)°, V = 2746.8(6) (A)3, Mr = 660.58, C12H28Ca3O23, Dc = 1.597 g/cm3, μ = 0.695 mm-1, Z = 4, F(000) = 1376, GOOF = 1.027, R = 0.0303 and wR = 0.0660. In the complex there are two coordination modes for Ca(Ⅱ) ions, one coordinated by three μ5-OOCCH2OCH2COO2- bridge ligands together with two H2O molecules, and the other by five μ5-OOCCH2OCH2COO2- bridge ligands. In both coordination modes each Ca(Ⅱ) ion assumes a distorted dipentapyramidal CaO7 geometry; whereas each oxydiacetate is coordinated with five Ca(Ⅱ) ions and acts as a pentdentates bridge ligand.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(phen)2(SO4)(H2O)]·0.5C4H4O4·7H2O (phen = 1,10-phe-nanthroline and C4H4O4 = fumaric acid), has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P with a = 11.4827(2), b = 11.9086(2), c = 13.77350(10)(A), α = 80.6830(10), β = 66.6480(10), γ = 64.0480(10)o, V = 1554.63(4) (A)3, Mr = 722.17, Z = 2, Dc = 1.543 g/cm3, μ = 0.845 mm-1, F(000) = 750, R = 0.0349 and wR = 0.0837 for 4754 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The compound contains a six-coordinated copper(II) center, which is surround by four N atoms of two phen ligands (Cu-N distances in the range of 1.997(2)~2.225(2)(A)), one sulfate O atom (Cu-O = 2.0037(17) (A)) and one water O atom (Cu-O(5w) = 2.719(2) (A)) in a distorted octahedral geometry. Extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions are involved in water molecules, ligated sulfate anions and fumaric acid molecules. In addition, π-π interactions via aromatic nitrogen-containing ligands are also discussed. The combination of non-covalent interactions leads to the formation of a 3-D network structure.  相似文献

One novel complex [Co(p-MBA)2(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)]·(H2O) has been synthesized by the reaction of p-methylbenzoic acid with 2,2'-bipyridine in the solvent mixture of water and methanol. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P-1 with a=0.70479(14), b=1.1211(2), c=1.6718(3) nm, α=103.806(3), β=90.795(3), γ=104.207(3)°, V=1.2399(4) nm3, Mr=512.41, Dc=1.373 g/cm3, Z=2, F(000)=532, μ=0.733 mm-1, R=0.0432 and wR=0.0957. The crystal structural analysis shows that the cobalt atom is coordinated with three oxygen atoms from two p-methylbenzoic acids and one water molecule and two nitrogen atoms from one 2,2'-bipyridine,forming a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetry behavior of the complex is also reported.  相似文献

The 1-D chain coordination complex of {[Mn2(HCAM)3(H2bipy)]·5H2O}n(H3CAM=4-hydroxypyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid,bipy=4,4′-bipyridine) has been synthesized by the reaction of 4-hydroxypyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid,4,4′-bipyridine and manganese carbonate under hydrothermal conditions,and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method.The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system,space group P21/n with a=10.110(2),b=20.159(4),c=17.861(4) ,β=99.67(3)°,V=3.5884(12) nm3,Mr=901.47,Z=4,Dc=1.669 g·cm-3,μ=0.798 mm-1,F(000)=1840,the final R=0.0713 and wR=0.1853.The complex forms a 1-D chain bridged by HCAM,protonated 4,4-bipyridines link the 1-D chains to construct 2-D networks via N-H…O hydrogen bonds,and networks are further extended via π-π stacking and hydrogen bonds into 3-D supramolecular framework.  相似文献

Weak coordinate bond is formed between oxygen atom in DMSO and Pb(Ⅱ ). There are also weak interactions, such as π-π interaction, hydrogen bonds and so on, among the complex molecules.  相似文献

[Pt3S2(P(CH2OH)3)6](PF6)(OH)·H2O (1) is obtained by a reaction of [Pt3S2(P(CH2OH)3)6]Cl2 with NH4PF6. The crystal structure of 1 was determined by a single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis (space group R{ie638-1}c, a = 12.0042(2) Å, c = 52.6879(11) Å, V = 6575.2(2), Z = 6, C18H57F6O20P7Pt3S2, d x = 2.385 g/cm3, T = 150 K, R 1 = 0.044 for 2123 F 0 > 4δ(F) until 2θmax = 63°). The cations contain a {Pt33-S)2}2+ core with nonbonding Pt…Pt distances of 3.1536(6) Å. The Pt atoms are in a square planar environment; the Pt-S and Pt-P bond lengths are 2.3586(16) Å and 2.260(2) Å respectively.  相似文献

Reaction of a freshly prepared Ni(OH)2?2 x (CO3) x ·yH2O with maleic acid in H2O at room temperature afforded [Ni(H2O)6][Ni(H2O)2(C4H2O4)]·4H2O, which consists of [Ni(H2O)6]2+ cations, [Ni(H2O)2(C4H2O4)]2? anions and lattice H2O molecules. Ni atoms in cations are octahedrally coordinated and Ni atoms in anions are each octahedrally coordinated by bidentate chelating maleato ligands and two water molecules at trans positions. Cations and anions are interlinked by hydrogen bonds to form 1D chains, which are hexagonally arranged and connected by the lattice water molecules. When heated in a flowing argon stream, the compound decomposes, with complete dehydration being followed by dissociation of nickel maleate into NiO and maleic anhydride.  相似文献

After a short survey of what is the present state of the cyclophosphates associated with the organic molecule NH2(CH2)4NH2, we report chemical preparation and crystal structure for a new example of such compounds. [NH3(CH2)4NH3]2P4O12.2H2O is monoclinic (S.G. : P21/n), with Z = 2 and the following unit-cell parameters : a = 7.6728(8) Å, b = 18.962(3) Å, c = 7.9789(9) Å β = 111.751(9)°. Bidimensional layer arrangement of P4O12 rings connected to the water molecules thanks to weak H-bonds run parallel to the ab plane. The organic groupements located between these inorganic planes perform the three-dimensional cohesion by NH····O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The static magnetic susceptibility of Fe(III) complex [Fe13O4F24(OCH3)12]5– was measured in the temperature range 2–300 K. The structure of the complex consists of four triangular Fe3 fragments interacting with a central Fe atom. By disregarding weak exchange interactions through F bridges, an analytical solution of the exchange Hamiltonian was obtained with Nf 1.3 × 1010 levels. This made it possible to perform quantitative interpretation of the temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility. The obtained exchange parameters of the best approximation are –2J 1 = 43 cm–1, –2J 2 30 cm–1. The ratio J 2/J 1 0.70 suggests that the Fe13 ground state has the spin of the ground state 23/2 or 15/2.  相似文献
