A novel method for the determination of trace elements in microliter samples using the tantalum filament electrothermal vaporization/low-pressure inductively coupled plasma (ETV/LP-ICP) atomic emission spectrometry has been developed. An improved tantalum filament ETV was directly coupled with LP-ICP system for efficient vaporization of microliter samples and further quantitative analysis. The experimental parameters including ETV current, rf power and mass flow rate of argon carrier gas were optimized using the copper emission signal produced by 5 μl of standard solution (5 μg/ml). Under the optimized condition, the analytical performances including linearity, precision and detection limit for the developed system were investigated. Absolute detection limits in the range of 22–391 pg for selected eight elements (Fe, Cu, Cr, Mn, Pb, K, Zn and Mg) were obtained with satisfactory precision (<8.9% RSD). The feasibility of the developed system has been demonstrated by analyzing wheat gluten NIST standard sample.  相似文献

A method based on supramolecular liquid phase microextraction has been developed for the preconcentration and determination of trace levels of Sudan I. 1-decanol and tetrahydrofuran were used as supramolecular solvent components. Trace levels of Sudan I were extracted into the extraction solvent phase at pH = 4.0 Analytical parameters such as pH value, supramolecular solvent volume, ultrasonication, centrifugation, model solution volume, matrix effects have been optimized. The limit of detection and the limit of quantification values for Sudan I were calculated as 1.74 μg L−1 and 5.75 μg L−1, respectively. In order to determine the accuracy of the method, addition and recovery studies were carried out to environmental samples.  相似文献

建立合并通道–原子荧光光谱法测定地表水中超痕量汞的分析方法。采用微孔滤膜过滤、盐酸酸化处理地表水,以合并通道技术提高原子化效率,研究了合并通道对灵敏度以及检出限的影响。在优化的实验条件下,汞含量在0~2μg/L范围内与原子荧光响应值呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 1,检出限为0.000 3μg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于5%(n=7),加标回收率在82.0%~110.0%之间。该法准确可靠,检出限低,可用于地表水中超痕量汞的检测。  相似文献

A method combining prior collection of gaseous products with subsequent neutron activation analysis has been developed for simultaneous determination of traces of arsenic, mercury, antimony and selenium in biological materials. The generation of hydrides of arsenic, antimony and selenium and cold vapor of mercury in the vapor generaion and collection system was investigated by the use of radiotracers of the respective elements. The result indicates that selenium and mercury can be completely evaporated from the digested sample solution in 5M HCl with the addition of 5% sodium tetrahydroborate solution, while additional reduction proces by potassium iodide and ascorbic acid is needed for complete evaporation of arsenic and antimony. The gaseous products were collected in a quartz tube for neutron irradiation. The detection limits of these elements were fount to be in the range of 10–7 to 10–8 g under the present experimental conditions. The reliability was checked with NBS standard reference materials.  相似文献

The cloud point extraction (CPE) preconcentration of ultra-trace amount of mercury species prior to reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) detection was studied. Mercury species including methyl-, ethyl-, phenyl- and inorganic mercury were transformed into hydrophobic chelates by reaction with sodium diethyldithiocarbamate, and the hydrophobic chelates were extracted into a surfactant-rich phase of Triton X-114 upon heating in a water bath at 40 °C. Ethylmercury was found partially decomposed during the CPE process, and was not included in the developed method. Various experimental conditions affecting the CPE preconcentration, HPLC separation, and ICP-MS determination were optimized. Under the optimized conditions, detection limits of 13, 8 and 6 ng l−1 (as Hg) were achieved for MeHg+, PhHg+ and Hg2+, respectively. Seven determinations of a standard solution containing the three mercury species each at 0.5 ng ml−1 level produced relative standard deviations of 5.3, 2.3 and 4.4% for MeHg+, PhHg+ and Hg2+, respectively. An adsorptive stripping voltammetric method for the determination of the pesticide dinoseb (2-sec.-butyl-4,6-dinitrophenol) at the mercury film electrode is described. The deposition of the mercury film on a glassy carbon disk electrode was optimized. The temperature, at which the mercury film was deposited, was demonstrated to have a strong influence on the stripping peaks, the first one being much more intense than the second. A systematic study of the variables affecting the stripping response was carried out by differential pulse voltammetry. The results obtained have been compared with those at the HMDE; a significant improvement in the sensitivity of the method developed with the MFE was observed. Using a 300 s accumulation time, the limits of determination and detection were 3.6 × 10–10 and 1.1 × 10–10 mol L–1, respectively. The effect of the presence of several herbicides on the dinoseb response was also tested. The method has been applied to the determination of the pesticide in spiked apple juice at two concentration levels: 12.0 and 1.2 g L–1 of juice.  相似文献

建立了超声波萃取.超高效液相色谱快速测定护手霜中5种雌激素(雌酮,雌二醇,苯甲酸雌二醇,美雌醇,炔雌醇环戊醚)的分析方法,研究了萃取溶剂、萃取时间对萃取效率的影响,确立了流动相流速及色谱柱柱温等检测条件.化妆品以乙腈和水(20:80,V:V)为提取溶剂进行超声波萃取后用C18色谱柱分离,乙腈和水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,10min内完成5种雌激素的分离与检测.方法的检出限为0.016—0.031μg/mL,相对标准偏差均小于5.0%m=3),5种雌激素的工作曲线的相关系数均高于0.992.化妆品的加标回收率在85%~95%之间.方法简单快速、灵敏度高、分离效果好,满足化妆品中雌激素分析的需要.  相似文献

A fast method for the determination of tropane alkaloids, using a portable CE instrument with a capacitively coupled contactless conductivity detector (CE-C4D) was developed and validated for determination of atropine and scopolamine in seeds from Solanaceae family plants. Separation was obtained within 5 min, using an optimized background electrolyte consisting of 0.5 M acetic acid with 0.25% (w/v) β-CD. The limit of detection and quantification was 0.5 µg/mL and 1.5 µg/mL, respectively, for both atropine and scopolamine. The developed method was validated with the following parameters—precision (CV): 1.07–2.08%, accuracy of the assay (recovery, RE): 101.0–102.7% and matrix effect (ME): 92.99–94.23%. Moreover, the optimized CE-C4D method was applied to the analysis of plant extracts and pharmaceuticals, proving its applicability and accuracy.  相似文献

A novel method for the direct determination of mercury species at the ng l–1 level in natural waters is described. Methyl-, ethyl- and inorganic mercury are preconcentrated on a sulphhydryl cotton microcolumn incorporated in a flow injection system. Retained mercury species are then eluted with hydrochloric acid solution (3 mol/l) and subjected to phenylation before determination by gas chromatography-microwave induced plasma-atomic emission spectrometry. Limits of detection for mercury species are 10 ng l–1 for methyl- and ethyl-mercury and 16 ng l–1 for inorganic mercury based on processing 200 ml of sample. Application of the methodology to waters of the Manchester Ship Canal revealed elevated levels of methylmercury and inorganic mercury.  相似文献

A fluorescence quenching method was developed for determination of microamounts of nucleic acids by using brilliant cresyl blue (BCB) as a new red region fluorescent probe. In aqueous hexylmethylene tetramine solution, BCB showed maximum excitation and emission wavelengths at 626 and 670 nm, respectively, and the fluorescence of BCB could be greatly quenched by DNA (or RNA). Under optimal conditions, the calibration graphs are linear over the range of 0.02–0.80 μg/ml for SM DNA and 0.25–1.5 μg/ml for yeast RNA. The corresponding detection limits are 7 ng/ml for SM DNA and 25 ng/ml for yeast RNA, respectively. SM DNA can be determinated in the presence of 40% (w/w) RNA, and the relative standard deviation of six measurements is 2.5% for 500 ng/ml SM DNA. The result of the determination of golden staphylococcus DNA by this method was satisfactory.  相似文献

The detection of trace aroma compounds in samples with complex matrices such as Chinese liquor (Baijiu) requires a combination of several methods, which makes the analysis process very complicated. Therefore, a headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) method coupled with two-dimensional gas chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GC×GC-TOFMS) was developed for the quantitation of a large number of trace compounds in Baijiu. Optimization of extraction conditions via a series of experiments revealed that dilution of the alcohol content of 8 mL of Baijiu to 5%, followed by the addition of 3.0 g of NaCl and subsequent SPME extraction with DVB/CAR/PDMS fiber coating over 45 min at 45 °C was the most suitable. To check the matrix effects, various model Baijiu matrices were investigated in detail. The quantitative method was established through an optimized model synthetic solution, which can identify 119 aroma compounds (esters, alcohols, fatty acids, aldehydes and ketones, furans, pyrazines, sulfur compounds, phenols, terpenes, and lactones) in the Baijiu sample. The developed procedure provided high recovery (86.79–117.94%), good repeatability (relative standard deviation < 9.93%), high linearity (R2 > 0.99), and lower detection limits than reported methods. The method was successfully applied to study the composition of volatile compounds in different types of Baijiu. This research indicated that the optimized HS-SPME–GC×GC-TOFMS method was a valid and accurate procedure for the simultaneous determination of different types of trace compounds in Baijiu. This developed method will allow an improved analysis of other samples with complex matrices.  相似文献

The sorption and determination of mercury(II) on the solid phase of a fibrous polyacrylonitrile material filled with the AV-17 anion exchanger is studied. Mercury is adsorbed in the form of the chloride complex from a solution with pH 5–7.5; it is determined on the solid phase by the reaction with dithizone either visually or by the measuring the color hue. A procedure for the test determination of mercury(II) has been developed and tested in the analysis of fresh natural waters by the added–found method. The detection limit is 0.02 mg/L. The time of analysis of 5 or 6 samples is no more than 15–20 min.  相似文献

建立了毛细管电泳同时分析5种有机酸的间接紫外检测法。优化了背景电解质溶液中表面活性剂十四烷基三甲基溴化铵(TTAB)的浓度和溶液pH。优化后的电泳分析条件如下:含0.4 mmol/L TTAB的15 mmol/L邻苯二甲酸氢钾溶液为背景电解质(pH 5.6);分离电压-15 kV;检测波长254 nm;分离温度25℃;进样压力5 kPa;进样时间5 s。在此条件下,可在6 min内完成5种有机酸的同时分离检测,线性范围为甲酸15~600 mg/L、苹果酸30~800 mg/L、柠檬酸20~700 mg/L、乙醇酸40~500 mg/L和乳酸30~5000 mg/L,线性相关系数为0.9983~0.9998;检出限为0.1~2.0 μg/g。该方法可用于检测水状、乳状、膏状3类化妆品中的5种有机酸。在3个加标水平下,有机酸分析的回收率为95.0%~101.6%,RSD在2.0%以内。该方法操作简单,分析快速,安全环保,灵敏度高,重现性好,有望用于化妆品生产和保存过程中有机酸的监测。  相似文献

An ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was developed for simultaneous determination of 10 kinds of aminoglycosides in edible parts of aquatic products. The samples were extracted with 10 mmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution, then the pH value of the extract was adjusted to neutral by sodium hydroxide. Half volume of the extract was loaded onto multiwalled carbon nanotubes cartridge. All the target compounds were separated on a mixed-mode ion exchange column and detected by ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry with electrospray in the positive ionization mode. Under optimized conditions, this method had a good linearity with a squared correlation coefficient > 0.999. For neomycin, the limit of detection and limit of quantification were 5.0 μg/kg and 10.0 μg/kg, respectively; for hygromycin B and apramycin, values were 2.0 μg/kg and 5.0 μg/kg, respectively; for the other seven kinds of aminoglycosides, values were 1.0 μg/kg and 2.0 μg/kg, respectively. The average recoveries presented 75.8%–107.2% with intra- and interday reproducibility ranging between 3.8% and 12.5%. The method was rapid with good separation and sharp peak shapes, had the characteristicsis of high accuracy and good precision, and was suitable for simultaneous determination of 10 kinds of aminoglycosides in aquatic products.  相似文献

A novel solution cathode glow discharge (SCGD) induced vapor generation was developed as interface to on-line couple high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) for the speciation of inorganic mercury (Hg(2+)), methyl-mercury (MeHg) and ethyl-mercury (EtHg). The decomposition of organic mercury species and the reduction of Hg(2+) could be completed in one step with this proposed SCGD induced vapor generation system. The vapor generation is extremely rapid and therefore is easy to couple with flow injection (FI) and HPLC. Compared with the conventional HPLC-CV-AFS hyphenated systems, the proposed HPLC-SCGD-AFS system is very simple in operation and eliminates auxiliary redox reagents. Parameters influencing mercury determination were optimized, such as concentration of formic acid, discharge current and argon flow rate. The method detection limits for HPLC-SCGD-AFS system were 0.67 μg L(-1) for Hg(2+), 0.55 μg L(-1) for MeHg and 1.19 μg L(-1) for EtHg, respectively. The developed method was validated by determination of certified reference material (GBW 10029, tuna fish) and was further applied for the determination of mercury in biological samples.  相似文献

An environmentally friendly,low power consuming,sensitive and compact mercury analyzer was developed for the determination of mercury in water samples by integrating a thin film dielectric barrier discharge induced cold vapor reactor and a dielectric barrier discharge optical emission spectrometer into a small polymethyl methacrylate plate(10.5 cm length×8.0 cm width×1.2 cm height).Mercury cold vapor was generated when standard or sample solutions with or without formic acid were introduced to the reactor to form thin film liquid and exposed to microplasma irradiation and subsequently separated from the liquid phase for transport to the microplasma and detection of its atomic emission.Limits of detection of 0.20 μg L~1 and 2.6 μg L~1 were obtained for the proposed system using or not using formic acid,respectively.Compared to the conventional microplasma optical emission spectrometry used for mercury analysis,this system not only retains the good limit of detection amenable to the determination of mercury in real samples,but also reduces power consumption,eliminates the generation of hydrogen and avoids the use of toxic or unstable reductant.Method validation was demonstrated by analysis of a certified reference material of water sample and three real water samples with good spike recoveries(88-102%).  相似文献

A sol-gel thiocyanatopropyl-functionalized silica sorbent was synthesized and employed for an automated on-line microcolumn preconcentration platform as a front-end to inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) for the simultaneous determination of Cd(II), Pb(II), Cu(II), Cr(III), Co(II), Ni(II), Zn(II), Mn(II), Hg(II), and V(II). The developed system is based on an easy-to-repack microcolumn construction integrated into a flow injection manifold coupled directly to ICP-AES’s nebulizer. After on-line extraction/preconcentration of the target analyte onto the surface of the sorbent, successive elution with 1.0 mol L−1 HNO3 was performed. All main chemical and hydrodynamic factors affecting the effectiveness of the system were thoroughly investigated and optimized. Under optimized experimental conditions, for 60 s preconcentration time, the enhancement factor achieved for the target analytes was between 31 to 53. The limits of detection varied in the range of 0.05 to 0.24 μg L−1, while the limits of quantification ranged from 0.17 to 0.79 μg L−1. The precision of the method was expressed in terms of relative standard deviation (RSD%) and was less than 7.9%. Furthermore, good method accuracy was observed by analyzing three certified reference materials. The proposed method was also successfully employed for the analysis of environmental water samples.  相似文献

Herein, a method based on selective piazselenol formation is applied for total selenium determination in biofortified Allium species. Piazselenol is formed by reacting Se(IV) with an aromatic diamine, namely 4-nitro-1,2-phenylenediamine, in acidic medium. Samples were digested in a nitric acid/hydrogen peroxide open system, followed by selenate reduction in hydrochloric acid. Reaction conditions were optimized in terms of pH, temperature, reaction time, and other auxiliary reagents for interference removal, namely, EDTA and hydroxylamine. For the extraction of the selectively formed 4-nitro-piazselenol, micro-solid-phase extraction (μSPE) was applied, and the analysis and detection of the corresponding complex was performed by HPLC coupled with DAD. An external standard calibration curve was developed (R2 = 0.9994) with good sensitivity, and was used to calculate the total selenium content from several Allium plants material, with good intermediate precision (RSD% < 16%). The accuracy of the method was evaluated using both, a comparison with an accepted reference method from our previously published data, as well as three certified reference material with recoveries between 84–126%. The limit of detection was determined to be 0.35 μg/g (in solids) and 1.1 μg/L (in solution), while the limit of quantification was 1.07 μg/g and 3.4 μg/L (in solution). Using the proposed method, selenium content can be quickly and accurately determined in several types of samples. In addition, this study present experimental conditions for overcoming the interferences that might be encountered in selenium determination using piazselenol.  相似文献

A novel method for preconcentration of methylmercury and inorganic mercury from water samples was developed involving the determination of ng l−1 levels of analytes retained on the silica C18 solid sorbent, previous complexation with ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (APDC), by slurry sampling cold vapor atomic absorption spectrometry (SS-CVAAS) in a flow injection (FI) system. Several variables were optimized affecting either the retention of both mercury species, such as APDC concentration, silica C18 amount, agitation times, or their determination, including hydrochloric acid concentration in the suspension medium, peristaltic pump speed and argon flow-rate. A Plackett-Burman saturated factorial design permitted to differentiate the influential parameters on the preconcentration efficiency, which were after optimized by the sequential simplex method. The contact time between mercury containing solution and APDC, required to reach an efficient sorption, was decreased from 26 to 3 min by the use of sonication stirring instead of magnetic stirring. The use of 1 mol dm−3 hydrochloric acid suspension medium and 0.75% (m/v) sodium borohydride reducing agent permitted the selective determination of methylmercury. The combination of 5 mol dm−3 hydrochloric acid and 10−4% (m/v) sodium borohydride was used for the selective determination of inorganic mercury. The detection limits achieved for methylmercury and inorganic mercury determination under optimum conditions were 0.96 and 0.25 ng l−1, respectively. The reliability of the proposed method for the determination of both mercury species in waters was checked by the analysis of samples spiked with known concentrations of methylmercury and inorganic mercury; quantitative recoveries were obtained.  相似文献
