Neutral binuclear ruthenium complexes 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 of the general formula [{RuCl26p‐cym)}2 μ‐(NN)] (NN = bis(nicotinate)‐ and bis(isonicotinate)‐polyethylene glycol esters: (3‐py)COO(CH2CH2O)nCO(3‐py) and (4‐py)COO(CH2CH2O)nCO(4‐py), n =1–4), as well as mononuclear [RuCl26p‐cym)((3‐py)COO(CH2CH2OCH3)‐κN)], complex 9 , were synthesized and characterized using elemental analysis and electrospray ionization high‐resolution mass spectrometry, infrared, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopies. Stability of the binuclear complexes in the presence of dimethylsulfoxide was studied. Furthermore, formation of a cationic complex containing bridging pyridine‐based bidentate ligand was monitored using 1H NMR spectroscopy. Ligand precursors, polyethylene glycol esters of nicotinic ( L1 · 2HCl– L4 · 2HCl and L9 · HCl) and isonicotinic acid dihydrochlorides ( L5 · 2HCl– L8 · 2HCl), binuclear ruthenium(II) complexes 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 and mononuclear complex 9 were tested for in vitro cytotoxicity against 518A2 (melanoma), 8505C (anaplastic thyroid cancer), A253 (head and neck tumour), MCF‐7 (breast tumour) and SW480 (colon carcinoma) cell lines. The synthesis and crystal structures of two dinuclear titanocene hydride complexes are reported. Both complexes, namely bis(η5‐(di‐para‐tolylmethyl)cyclopentadienyl)titanium hydride dimer, [(η5‐C20H19)2Ti(μ‐H)]2 ( 2a ), and bis(η5‐2‐adamantylcyclopentadienyl)‐titanium hydride dimer, [(η5‐C15H19)2Ti(μ‐H)]2 ( 2b ), are formed via activation of molecular hydrogen by the corresponding bis(η51‐pentafulvene)titanium complexes 1a and 1b at ambient temperatures and pressures in high yields. The hydride complexes 2a and 2b exhibit planar [Ti2H2] cores and, as a result of the heterolytic cleavage of molecular hydrogen, substituted Cp Ligands were formed during the reaction.  相似文献

The sandwich complexes bis(η6-naphthalene)molybdenum(0) ( 1 ), bis(η6-1-methylnaphthalene)molybdenum(0) ( 2 ), and bis(η6-1,4-dimethylnaphthalene)molybdenum(0) ( 3 ) are synthesized by cocondensation of Mo-atoms with the naphthalene ligands. Complexes 1–3 are also obtained by reduction of MoCl5 or MoCl4. 2THF with highly activated Mg in the presence of the naphthalene ligands. Mg was activated by sublimation of the metal in a simple rotating solution reactor. Complex 2 exists as a mixture of regio- and stereoisomers. Three regioisomers, 3a–c , are formed in reactions of Mo-atoms with 1,4-dimethylnaphthalene, whereas 3a , the isomer with the Mo-atom coordinated to the unsubstituted rings, is formed selectively via the reductive method. The ligands in 1–3 are highly labile. CO displaces both naphthalene rings in 2 and 3 to give [Mo(CO)6], while PF3, P(OMe)3, and PMe3 displace only one coordinated naphthalene in 1 to yield the [Mo(η6-naphthalene)L3] complexes 4–6 . In toluene, arene exchange is a competitive process in reactions of 1 with PF3. Complexes 5 (L = P(OMe)3) and 6 (L = PMe3) react with HBF4 to give the cationic metal hydride complexes 8 and 9 . The X-ray crystal structures of [Mo(η6-naphthalene) {P(OMe)3}3] ( 5 ) and [Mo(H)(η6-naphthalene) {P(OMe)3}3][BF4] ( 8 ) are reported.  相似文献

The title coordination polymer, poly[[aqua(μ5‐1,1′‐biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylato)bis[μ2‐1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene]dicadmium(II)] dihydrate], {[Cd2(C16H6O8)(C12H10N4)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n, was crystallized from a mixture of 1,1′‐biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylic acid (H4bpta), 1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene (1,4‐bib) and cadmium nitrate in water–dimethylformamide. The crystal structure consists of two crystallographically independent CdII cations, with one of the CdII cations possessing a slightly distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. The second CdII centre is coordinated by carboxylate O atoms and imidazole N atoms from two separate 1,4‐bib ligands, displaying a distorted octahedral CdN2O4 geometry. The completely deprotonated bpta4− ligand, exhibiting a new coordination mode, bridges five CdII cations to form one‐dimensional chains viaμ3‐η1212 and μ2‐η1100 modes, and these are further linked by 1,4‐bib ligands to form a three‐dimensional framework with a (42.64)(4.62)(43.65.72) topology. The structure of the coordination polymer is reinforced by intermolecular hydrogen bonding between carboxylate O atoms, aqua ligands and crystallization water molecules. The solid‐state photoluminescence properties were investigated and the complex might be a candidate for a thermally stable and solvent‐resistant blue fluorescent material.  相似文献

A twofold interpenetrating three‐dimensional CdII coordination framework, [Cd(C8H3NO6)(C14H14N4)]n, has been prepared and characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermal analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The asymmetric unit consists of a divalent CdII atom, one 1,3‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene (1,3‐BMIB) ligand and one fully deprotonated 5‐nitrobenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate (NO2‐BDC2−) ligand. The coordination sphere of the CdII atom consists of five O‐donor atoms from three different NO2‐BDC2− ligands and two imidazole N‐donor atoms from two different 1,3‐BMIB ligands, forming a distorted {CdN2O5} pentagonal bipyramid. The NO2‐BDC ligand links three CdII atoms via a μ1‐η11 chelating mode and a μ2‐η21 bridging mode. The title compound is a twofold interpenetrating 3,5‐connected network with the {42.65.83}{42.6} topology. In addition, the compound exhibits fluorescence emissions in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Electron attachment reactions of a series of (η6-arene)tricarbonylchromium(O) complexes have been examined in the gas phase. The electron capture process has been shown to be influenced by the structure of the η6-arene ligand and its substituents. Whereas (η6-benzene)- and (η6-mesitylene)tricarbonylchromium(O) undergo dissocative electron capture, or reductive decarbonylation, yielding [M? CO]?˙ ions of highest abundance in their negative ion mass spectra, [η6-(2,2-dimethylindan-1,3-dione)]tricarbonylchromium(O) forms a molecular negative ion which undergoes sequential CO eliminations and finally a demetallation to give the arene radical ion. A localization of charge on the coordinated arene ligand is proposed for the formation of [M]?˙ in this case. (η6-Methylbenzoate)tricarbonylchromium(O) also forms a molecular negative ion by secondary electron attachment which decomposes by simultaneous and consecutive eliminations of up to four CO molecules. The elucidation of a mechanism and sequence for these CO eliminations has been achieved by synthesizing and examining the negative ion mass spectrum of [η6-(C6H5·13CO2Me)]Cr(CO)3. The first CO loss in the principal fragmentation pathway occurs solely from the –Cr(CO)3 group of [M]?˙. The effect of para substituent groups on the stabilities of molecular negative ions and their fragmentations has been ascertained using a series of para-substituted (η6-methylbenzoate)tricarbonylchromium(O) compounds containing the groups NH2, OH, OCH3, CL and COOMe. The stabilities of the [M]?˙ ions have been rationalized in terms of the Hammett and Taft parameters σP, σI, σRP, σPO and σRO. The overall electronic substituent effect transmitted to the carbonyl groups of the –Cr(CO)3 unit involves both resonance and inductive components. In this series of compounds the stability of [M]?˙ decreases as the electron withdrawing capacities of the para substituents increase.  相似文献

X‐ray structure determinations on single crystals of (Ph4P)2[Pt(N3)6] ( 1 ) (triclinic, space group P1, a = 10.175(1), b = 10.516(1), c = 12.380(2) Å, α = 87.822(9), β = 73.822(9), γ = 67.987(8)°, Z = 1) and (Ph4As)2[Pt(N3)Cl5] · HCON(CH3)2 ( 2 ) (triclinic, space group P1, a = 10.068(2), b = 11.001(2), c = 23.658(5) Å, α = 101.196(14), β = 93.977(15), γ = 101.484(13)°, Z = 2) have been performed. The bond lengths are Pt–N = 2.088 ( 1 ), 2.105 ( 2 ) and Pt–Cl = 2.318 Å ( 2 ). The approximate linear azido ligands with Nα–Nβ–Nγ‐angles = 173.5–174.6° are bonded with Pt–Nα–Nβ‐angles = 116.4–121.0°. In the vibrational spectra the PtCl stretching vibrations of (n‐Bu4N)2[Pt(N3)Cl5] are observed at 318–345, the PtN stretching modes of (n‐Bu4N)2[Pt(N3)6] at 401–428 and of (n‐Bu4N)2[Pt(N3)Cl5] at 408–413 cm–1. The mixtures (n‐Bu4N)2[Pt(15NN2)n(N215N)6–n], n = 0–6 and (n‐Bu4N)2[Pt(15NN2)Cl5]/(n‐Bu4N)2[Pt(N215N)Cl5] exhibit 15N‐isotopic shifts up to 20 cm–1. Based on the molecular parameters of the X‐ray determinations the vibrational spectra are assigned by normal coordinate analysis. The average valence force constants are fd(PtCl) = 1.93, fd(PtNα) = 2.38 and fd(NαNβ, NβNγ) = 12.39 mdyn/Å. In the 195Pt NMR spectrum of [Pt(N3)nCl6–n]2–, n = 0–6 downfield shifts with the increasing number of azido ligands are observed in the range 4766–5067 ppm. The 15N NMR spectrum of (n‐Bu4N)2[Pt(15NN2)n(N215N)6–n], n = 0–6 exhibits by 15N–195Pt coupling a pseudotriplett at –307.5 ppm. Due to the isotopomeres n = 0–5 for terminal 15N six well‐resolved signals with distances of 0.03 ppm are observed in the low field region at –201 to –199 ppm.  相似文献

The bis‐phosphonio‐benzo[c]phospholide tetraphenylborate 4 [BPh4] reacts with CpCo(C2H4)2 to form a chelate complex [Co(η5–Cp)(κ2P2(P=C) –4 )][BPh4] ( 6 [BPh4]) which was characterized by means of spectroscopic techniques and a single crystal X‐ray diffraction study. The observed η2(π)‐coordination of the benzophospholide moiety in the cation 6 is highly unusual for aromatic phosphorus heterocycles. The structural data suggest a pronounced coordination‐induced localization of π‐electrons in the condensed ring system.  相似文献

Taking advantage of an improved synthesis of [Ti(η6‐C6H6)2], we report here the first examples of ansa‐bridged bis(benzene) titanium complexes. Deprotonation of [Ti(η6‐C6H6)2] with nBuLi in the presence of N,N,N′,N′′,N′′‐pentamethyldiethylenetriamine (pmdta) leads to the corresponding 1,1′‐dilithio salt [Ti(η6‐C6H5Li)2] ? pmdta that enables the preparation of the first one‐ and two‐atom‐bridged complexes by simple salt metathesis. The ansa complexes were fully characterized (NMR spectroscopy, UV/Vis spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and X‐ray crystallography) and further studied electrochemically and computationally. Moreover, [Ti(η6‐C6H6)2] is found to react with the Lewis base 1,3‐dimethylimidazole‐2‐ylidene (IMe) to give the bent sandwich complex [Ti(η6‐C6H6)2(IMe)].  相似文献

An unusual heterobimetallic bis(triphenylphosphane)(NO2)AgI–CoIII(dimethylglyoximate)(NO2) coordination compound with both bridging and terminal –NO2 (nitro) coordination modes has been isolated and characterized from the reaction of [CoCl(DMGH)2(PPh3)] (DMGH2 is dimethylglyoxime or N,N′‐dihydroxybutane‐2,3‐diimine) with excess AgNO2. In the title compound, namely bis(dimethylglyoximato‐1κ2O,O′)(μ‐nitro‐1κN:2κ2O,O′)(nitro‐1κN)bis(triphenylphosphane‐2κP)cobalt(III)silver(I), [AgCo(C4H7N2O2)2(NO2)2(C18H15P)2], one of the ambidentate –NO2 ligands, in a bridging mode, chelates the AgI atom in an isobidentate κ2O,O′‐manner and its N atom is coordinated to the CoIII atom. The other –NO2 ligand is terminally κN‐coordinated to the CoIII atom. The structure has been fully characterized by X‐ray crystallography and spectroscopic methods. Density functional theory (DFT) and time‐dependent density functional theory (TD‐DFT) have been used to study the ground‐state electronic structure and elucidate the origin of the electronic transitions, respectively.  相似文献

Synthesis and Properties of (Acido)(nitrosyl)phthalocyaninato(2–)ruthenium (Acido)(nitrosyl)phthalocyaninato(2–)ruthenium, [Ru(X)(NO)pc2–] (X = F, Cl, Br, I, CN, NCO, NCS, NCSe, N3, NO2) is obtained by acidification of a solution of bis(tetra(n-butyl)ammonium) bis(nitro)phthalocyaninato(2–)ruthenate(II) in tetrahydrofurane with the corresponding conc. mineral acid or aqueous ammonium salt solution. The nitrite-nitrosyl conversion is reversal in basic media. The cyclic and differential pulse voltammograms show mainly three quasi-reversible one-electron processes at 1.05, –0.65 and –1.25 V, ascribed to the first ring oxidation and the stepwise reduction to the complexes of type {RuNO}7 and {RuNO}8, respectively. The B < Q < N regions in the electronic absorption spectra are still typical for the pc2– ligand, but are each split into two strong absorptions (14500/16500(B); 28000/30500(Q); 34500/37000 cm–1(N)), whose relative intensities strongly depend on the nature of the axial ligand X. In the IR spectra is active the N–O stretching vibration between 1827 (X = I) and 1856 cm–1 (F), the C–N stretching vibration at 2178 (X = NCO), 2072 (NCS), 2066 (NCSe), 2093 cm–1 (CN), the N–N stretching vibration of the azide ligand at 2045 cm–1, the fundamentals of the nitrito(O) ligand at 1501, 932, and 804 cm–1, and the Ru–X stretching vibration at 483 (F), 332 (Cl), 225 (Br), 183 (I), 395 (N3), 364 (ONO), 403 (CN), 263 (NCS), and 231 cm–1 (NCSe). In the resonance Raman spectra, excited in coincidence with the B region, the Ru–NO stretching vibration and the very intense Ru–N–O deformation vibration are selectively enhanced between 580 and 618 cm–1, and between 556 and 585 cm–1, respectively.  相似文献

Additionally, the dissociation of p‐cymene from 2a and 3a gives dichloro{(1Sa)‐[1,1′‐binaphthalene]‐2,2′‐diyl [(1R)‐(1‐(η6‐phenyl)ethyl][(1R)‐1‐phenylethyl]phosphoramidite‐κP)ruthenium(II) ( 4a ) and di‐μ‐chlorobis{(1Sa)‐[1,1′‐binaphthalene]‐2,2′‐diyl [(1R)‐1‐(η6‐phenyl)ethyl][(1R)‐1‐phenylethyl]phosphoramidite‐κP}diruthenium(II) bis(hexafluorophosphate) ( 5a ), respectively, in which one phenyl group of the N‐substituents is η6‐coordinated to the Ru‐center. Complexes 3a and 3b catalyze the asymmetric cyclopropanation of α‐methylstyrene with ethyl diazoacetate with up to 86 and 87% ee for the cis‐ and the trans‐isomers, respectively.  相似文献

Polymeric salicylatocopper(II) complexes of unusual composition [C u(X‐ sal)2( μ‐denia)(H2O)]n [denia = diethylnicotinamide, and X‐sal = 5‐methylsalicylate ( 1 ), 3‐methylsalicylate ( 2 ), 4‐methoxysalicylate ( 3 ), 3,5‐dichlorosalicylate ( 4 ) and 3,5‐dibromosalicylate ( 5 )] were synthesized and characterized. Magnetic measurements were performed in the temperature range 1.8–300 K. The structural unit of all complexes consists of a CuII atom, which is monodentately coordinated by the pair of X‐salicylate anions in trans positions. Water and the diethylnicotinamide ligand occupy the other two basal plane positions of the tetragonal pyramid. The axial positions are occupied by a diethylnicotinamide oxygen atom of neighboring structural units, thus forming a spiral polymeric structure parallel to b axis. Magnetic measurements showed that all complexes 1 – 5 exhibit a susceptibility maximum at about 6–8 K. The obtained data fit to Bleaney–Bowers equation gave singlet‐triplet energy gaps 2J = –8.60 cm–1 for 1 , 2J = –6.57 cm–1 for 2 , 2J = –8.57 cm–1 for 3 , 2J = –6.82 cm–1 for 4 , and 2J = –6.45 cm–1 for 5 . The supramolecular structure based on hydrogen bonds [described by supramolecular synthons R22(10) and R22(12)] is the pathway for antiferromagnetic interactions of the magnetically coupled pairs of copper atoms of neighboring chains within the 2D supramolecular layers. The results of the magnetic measurements suggest involvement of the COO groups in the magnetic interaction pathway for all five complexes.  相似文献

In the title compound, poly[[triaqua{μ4‐2‐[4,6‐bis(carboxymethylsulfanyl)‐1,3,5‐triazin‐2‐ylsulfanyl]acetato}{μ2‐2‐[4,6‐bis(carboxymethylsulfanyl)‐1,3,5‐triazin‐2‐ylsulfanyl]acetato}barium(II)] monohydrate], {[Ba(C9H8N3O6S3)2(H2O)3]·H2O}n, each BaII atom is nine‐coordinated by six O atoms from carboxylate groups of four different 2‐[4,6‐bis(carboxymethylsulfanyl)‐1,3,5‐triazin‐2‐ylsulfanyl]acetate ligands and three O atoms from water molecules. The triazine ligand is partially deprotonated, as verified by intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding parameters, and adopts μ2‐η11 and μ4‐η112 coordination modes to connect the BaII centres, forming a novel double‐layered structure. Topological analysis indicates that the whole structure is a novel (4,6)‐connected net, considering the ligands and BaII centres as four‐ and six‐connected nodes, respectively.  相似文献

New complexes containing the 1,4‐bis(pyridazin‐4‐yl)benzene ligand, namely diaquatetrakis[1,4‐bis(pyridazin‐4‐yl)benzene‐κN2]cadmium(II) hexaiodidodicadmate(II), [Cd(C14H10N4)4(H2O)2][Cd2I6], (I), and poly[[μ‐1,4‐bis(pyridazin‐4‐yl)benzene‐κ2N2:N2′]bis(μ‐thiocyanato‐κ2N:S)cadmium(II)], [Cd(NCS)2(C14H10N4)]n, (II), demonstrate the adaptability of the coordination geometries towards the demands of slipped π–π stacking interactions between the extended organic ligands. In (I), the discrete cationic [Cd—N = 2.408 (3) and 2.413 (3) Å] and anionic [Cd—I = 2.709 (2)–3.1201 (14) Å] entities are situated across centres of inversion. The cations associate via complementary O—H...N2′ hydrogen bonding [O...N = 2.748 (4) and 2.765 (4) Å] and extensive triple π–π stacking interactions between pairs of pyridazine and phenylene rings [centroid–centroid distances (CCD) = 3.782 (4)–4.286 (3) Å] to yield two‐dimensional square nets. The [Cd2I6]2− anions reside in channels generated by packing of successive nets. In (II), the CdII cation lies on a centre of inversion and the ligand is situated across a centre of inversion. A two‐dimensional coordination array is formed by crosslinking of linear [Cd(μ‐NCS)2]n chains [Cd—N = 2.3004 (14) Å and Cd—S = 2.7804 (5) Å] with N2:N2′‐bidentate organic bridges [Cd—N = 2.3893 (12) Å], which generate π–π stacks by double‐slipped interactions between phenylene and pyridazine rings [CCD = 3.721 (2) Å].  相似文献

The compounds tricarbonyl(η5‐1‐iodocyclopentadienyl)manganese(I), [Mn(C5H4I)(CO)3], (I), and tricarbonyl(η5‐1‐iodocyclopentadienyl)rhenium(I), [Re(C5H4I)(CO)3], (III), are isostructural and isomorphous. The compounds [μ‐1,2(η5)‐acetylenedicyclopentadienyl]bis[tricarbonylmanganese(I)] or bis(cymantrenyl)acetylene, [Mn2(C12H8)(CO)6], (II), and [μ‐1,2(η5)‐acetylenedicyclopentadienyl]bis[tricarbonylrhenium(I)], [Re2(C12H8)(CO)6], (IV), are isostructural and isomorphous, and their molecules display inversion symmetry about the mid‐point of the ligand C[triple‐bond]C bond, with the (CO)3M(C5H4) (M = Mn and Re) moieties adopting a transoid conformation. The molecules in all four compounds form zigzag chains due to the formation of strong attractive I...O [in (I) and (III)] or π(CO)–π(CO) [in (I) and (IV)] interactions along the crystallographic b axis. The zigzag chains are bound to each other by weak intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds for (I) and (III), while for (II) and (IV) the chains are bound to each other by a combination of weak C—H...O hydrogen bonds and π(Csp2)–π(Csp2) stacking interactions between pairs of molecules. The π(CO)–π(CO) contacts in (II) and (IV) between carbonyl groups of neighboring molecules, forming pairwise interactions in a sheared antiparallel dimer motif, are encountered in only 35% of all carbonyl interactions for transition metal–carbonyl compounds.  相似文献

XCV. η5-Pentamethylcyclopentadienyl Rhodium, Iridium, η6- Benzene Ruthenium, and Phosphine Palladium Complexes of Proline Methylester and Proline Amide Proline methylester (L1) and proline amide (L2) give with the chloro bridged complexes [(η5 -C5Me5)MCl2]2 (M ? Rh, Ir), [(η6 -benzene)RuCl2]2 and [Et3PPdCl2]2 N and N,O coordinated compounds: (η5 -C5Me5)M(Cl2)L1 ( 1, 2 M ? Rh, Ir), [(η5-C5Me5) Rh(Cl)(L2)]+Cl? ( 5 ), [(η6- C6Me6) Ru(Cl)(L2)]+Cl? ( 6 ), [(η6-p-cymene)Ru(Cl)(L2)]+Cl? ( 7 ), [(eta;5-C5Me5)M(Cl)(L2-H+)] ( 9, 10 M ? Rh, Ir), (Et3P)Pd(Cl)2L1 ( 3 ), and [(Et3P)Pd(Cl)(L2)]+Cl? ( 8 ). The NMR spectra indicate that for 5 and 6 only one diastereoisomer is formed. The complexes 1, 2, 3 and 5 were characterized by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献
