It is shown that an unidentified marine demosponge of Brittany contains two unique lipids consisting of glycerol etherified by a C12 trienic linear alcohol and esterified by 4-hydroxybenzoic acid. The latter is attached to the secondary position of glycerol in bretonin A (= 3-[((4E, 6E, 8E)-dodeca-4,6,8-trienyl)oxy]-2-(4-hydroxy-benzoyl)propan-1-ol; 1a ), and to the other primary position of glycerol in isobretonin A ( = (+)-3-[((4E, 6E, 8E)-dodeca-4,6,8-trienyl)oxy]-1-(4-hydroxybenzoyl)propan-2-ol; (+) -2 ). The structures are based on NMR and MS data, including the ones of the acetylation product (?)- 1b of 1a .  相似文献

The Mediterranean stolonifer Sarcodictyon roseum (= Rolandia rosea) (Cnidaria, Anthozoa, Alcyonaria, Stolonifera, Clavulariidae) is shown to contain two novel diterpenoidic alcohols esterified by (E)-N(1)-methyl-urocanic acid (= E)-3-(l-methyl-lH-imidazol-4-yl)acrylic acid). They are sarcodictyin A ( = (?)-(4R,4a,R, 7R,10S,11S,12aR,lZ,5E,8Z)-7,10-epoxy-3,4,4a,7,10,11,12,12a-octahydro-7-hydroxy-6-(methoxycarbonyl)-1,10-dimethyl-4-(1-methylethyl)benzocyclodecen-11-yl (E)-3-(1-methyl-lH-imidazol-4-yl)acrylate; (?)- 1 ) and sarco-dictyin B (the 6-(ethoxycarbonyl analogue; (?)- 2 ). The assignment of the structures is mainly based on 1D- and 2D-NMR data, as well as on chemical transformations of (?)- 1 , such as transesterification with MeONa/MeOH giving methyl (E)-N(1)-methylurocanate ( 3 ) and the free alcohol (+)- 4 and reduction with LiAlH4 followed by benzoylation giving dibenzoate 7. Absolute configurations are based on Horeau's method of esterification of (+)- 4 .  相似文献

The ‘naked sugar’ (+)-(1R,2R4R)-2-endo-cyano-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-sn-2-exo-yl acetate ((+)- 4 ) was converted (7 steps, 45% overall) with high stereoselectivity into (?)-(4R,5S,6R)-4,5,6-tris{[(tert-butyl)dimethylsilyl]oxy}cyclohex-2-en-1-one ((?)- 11 ). Reduction of (?)- 1 with NaBH4- CeCl3 · 7 H2O, followed by deprotection of the silyl ether moieties gave (+)-conduritol F ((+)- 1 ; 47%) whose characteristics were identical to those of natural (+)-leucanthemitol. Reduction of (?)- 11 with DIBAH, followed by deprotection of the silyl ether moiety led to (?)-conduritol B ((?)- 3 ; 51 %).  相似文献

Investigation of the tubers of Eranthis hyemalis (Ranunculaceae) afforded six chromenone glycosides. Their structures have been elucidated mainly by spectroscopic (FAB-MS, 2D-NMR techniques) and chemical methods (acidic and enzymatic hydrolysis) as 9-{[(β-D -glucopyranosyl)oxy]methyl}-8,11-dihydro-5-hydroxy-2-methyl-4H-pyrano[2,3-g][1]benzoxepin-4-one ( 1 ), 9-{[(β-D -gentiobiosyl)oxy]methyl}-8,11-dihydro-5-hydroxy-2-methyl-4H-pyrano[2,3-g][1]benzoxepin-4-one( 2 ), 9-{[(β-D -glucopyranosvl)oxy]melhyl}-8,11-dihydro-5-hydroxy-2-(hydroxy-methyl)-4H-pyrano[2,3-g][1]benzoxepin-4-one( 3 ), 8-{(2E)-4-[(β-D -glucopyranosyl)oxy]-3-methylbut-2-enyl}-5,7-dihydroxy-2-methyl-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one ( 4 ), 8-{(2E)-4-[(β-D -glucopyranosyi)oxy]-3-methylbut-2-enyl}-5,7-dihydroxy-2-(hydroxymethyl)-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one ( 5 ), and 7-{[(β-D -glucopyranosy1)oxy]methyl}-2,3-dihydro-2-(l-hydroxy-1-methylethyl)-4-methoxy-5H-furo[3,2-g][1]benzopyran-5-one ( 6 ). The synthesis, absolute configuration, and olfactive evaluation of (?)-(E)-α-trans-bergamotenone (= (?)-(1′S,6′R,E)-5-(2′,6′-dimethylbicyclo[3.1.1]hept-2′-en-6′-yl)pent-3-en-2-one; (?)- 1 ), as well as its homologue (?)- 19 are reperted. The previously arbitrarily attributed absolute configuration of 1 and of (?)-α-trans-bergamotene (= (?)-(1 S,6R)-2,6-dimethyl-6-(4-methylpent-3-enyl)bicyclo[3.1. 1]hept-2-ene; (?)- 2 ), together with those of the structurally related aldehydes (?)- 3a,b and alcohols (?)- 4a,b , have been rigorously assigned.  相似文献

The sponges Raspailia pumila and ramosa (Demospongiae, Tetractinomorpha, Axinellida) from the North-East Atlantic are shown to contain a series of novel long-chain enol ethers of glycerol where the enol ether C?C bond is conjugated, in sequence, to both an acetylenic and an olefinic bond. Polar extracts give raspailynes hydroxylated at their (1Z5Z)-1,5-alkadien-3-ynyl chain, like raspailyne Al ( = (+)-(S)-3-[((1Z,5Z)-16-hydroxy-hexadeca-1,5-dien-3-ynyl)oxy]-1,2-propanediol; (+ 2 ) and isoraspailyne A ( = (+)-3-[((1Z,5Z)-17-hydroxyocta-deca-1,5-dien-3-ynyl)oxy]-1,2-[propanediol; (+)- 3 ). Less polar extracts give 3 different types of raspailynes not hydroxylated at the chain. Raspailynes of the first type have either the (1Z,5Z)-configuration in a linear chain such as raspailyne B2 (( = (?)-(s)-3-[((1Z,5Z)-trideca-1,5-dien-3-ynyl)oxy]-1,2-propanediol; (?)-4), raspailyne Bl ( = (?)-3-[((1Z,5Z)-tetradeca-1,5-dien-3-ynyl)oxy]-1,2-propanediol;(?)- 5 ), and raspailyne B ( = 3-[((1Z,5Z)-pentadeca-1,5-dien-3-ynyl)oxy]-1,2-propanediol; 6 ) or the (1Z,5Z)-pentadeca-1,5-dien-3-ynyl)oxy]-1,2-propanediol; 6 )or the (1Z,5Z)-configuration in a chain ending with an isopropyl group, like isoraspailyne Bl ( = 3-[((1Z,5Z)-12-methyltrideca-1,5-dien-3-ynyl)oxy]-1,2-propanediol; 7 ) and isoraspailyne B ( = 3-[((1Z,5Z)-13-methyltetradeca-1,5-dien-3-ynyl)oxy]-1,2-propanediol; 8 ). Raspailynes of the second type have the (1Z,5E)-configuration, like isoraspailyne Bla ( =3-[((1Z,5E)-tetradeca-1,5-dien-3-ynyl)oxy]-1,2-propanediol; 9 ) and isoraspailyne Ba ( = 3-[((1Z,5E)-13-methyltetradeca-1,5-dien-3-ynyl)oxy]-1,2-propanediol; 10 ). Raspailynes of the third type have the (1E,5Z)-configuration, like isoraspailyne Blb ( = 3-[((1E,5Z)-tetradeca-1,5-dien-3-ynyl)oxy]-1,2,-propanediol; 11 ). The marine sponge Spongia zimocca SCHMIDT , 1862, collected in front of the torrent II Rogiolo, south of Livorno, contains the sesquiterpene rogiolol acetate (= (+)-(2R,3S,6R,8R,9R)-2,8-dibromo-9-chloro-1,1,9-trimethyl-5-methylidenespiro[5.5]undec-3-yl acetate; (+)- 3a ), which represents the first chamigrane isolated from a sponge. Although compounds of this class are common in red seaweeds of the genus Laurencia, and our sponge actually contains 9-bromochamigrene and a variety of other metabolites of nearby growing Laurencia sp., (+)- 3a is unique to our sponge.  相似文献

It is shown here that the stoloniferan coral Sarcodictyon roseum of east Pyrenean waters contains four novel diterpenoids, sarcodictyin C ((?) -3 ), D ((?) -4 ), E ((+)- 5 ), F ((+)- 6 ), which are related to sarcodictyin A ( = (?)-(4R,4aR,7R,10S,11S,12aR,1Z,5E,8Z-7,10-epoxy-3,4,4a,7,10,11,12,12a-octahydro-7-hydroxy-6-(methyoxycarbonyl)-1,10-dimethyl-4-(1-methylethyl)-benzocyclodecen-11-yl (E)-N1-methylyrocanate; ((?)? 1 ), previously isolated from the same coral. Sarcodictyin C ((?) -3 ) and D ((?) -4 ) and the 3α-hydroxy and 3α-acetoxy derivatives of (?) -1 ), sarcodictyin E ((+) -5 ) is the (Z)-urocanate isomer of (?) -3 ), and sarcodictyin F ((+) -6 ) is the 1α-hydroxy-2-ene isomer of (?) -3 . In all cases, the nine-membered ring is locked, and the molecule stabilized, by the urocanic appendage; when this is removed in MeOH/KOH, the C(11)–O? function is free to attack at C(5), and retro-condensations then lead to the ring-contracted butenolides 11 (from (?) -3 ) or 10 (from(?) -1 ) with extrusion of the hydroxyfuran nucleus (Scheme 3). Under the same conditions, with (?) -3 , the C(3)-O? group competitively attacks at C(5), the hydroxyfuran nucleus is expelled, and aldehyde 14 is formed. Peculiarly, in the reaction of (?) -3 with MeOD/KOD, the ring-contracted butenolide 17 contains D at the 4′-ax position. The sarcodictyins are unique in these chemical properties, not shared by the cladiellanes which have the same C-skeleton.  相似文献

Continuing studies of the global extracts from cultures of the marine deuteromycete Dendryphiella salina have led to the isolation of novel compounds that add to the scarce list of marine fungal metabolites. Besides (22E)-ergosta-4.6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one which, though known from basidiomycetes, was unknown in the sea, they are an unusual glyceryl ester, i.e. glycer-1-yl dendryphiellale A (= (+)-(2R)-2,3-dihydroxyprop-l-yl (6S,2E,4E)6-methylocta-2,4-dienoate; (+)- 1 ), a trinor-eremophilane, i.e. dendryphiellin A1 ( = (+)-(3R*,4E,6E)-7-{[(1R*,2S*,7R*,8aR*)-1,2,6,7,8,8a-hexahydro-7-hydroxy-1,8a-dimethyl-6-oxonaphthalen-2yl]oxycarbonyl}-3-methylhepta-4,6-dienoic acid; (+)- 11 ), and two eremophilanes, i.e. dendryphiellin El ( = (+)-(1R*, 2S*, 7S*,8aR*)-1,2,6,7,8,8a-hexahydro-1,8a-dimethyl-7-(1-methylethenyl)-6-oxonaphthalen-2-yl(6S,2E,4E)-6-methyl-octa-2,4-dienoate; (+)- 13 ) and dendryphiellin E2 ( = (+)-(1R*, 2S*, 8aR*)-1,2,6,7,8,8a-hexahydro-7-isopropyl-idene-1,8a-dimethyl-6-oxonaphthalen-2-yl (6S,2E,4E)-6-Methylocta-2,4-dienoate; (+)- 14 ). Absolute configurations have been established for (+)- 1 via total synthesis and for the acid portion of (+)- 13 and (+)- 14 via transesterification in NaOMe/MeOH which gave in both cases melhyl dendryphiellate A ((+)- 16 ) of known configuration and the free alcoholic moiety of (+)- 14 , i.e. (+)- 17 .  相似文献

Apart from the well-known constituents (+)-β-selinene ( 2 ), (?)-β-elemene ( 4 ), (+)-β-costol ( 7 ), (?)-caryophyllene ( 17 ), and (?)-elemol ( 19 ) the following sesquiterpenoids have been isolated for the first time from costus root oil (Saussurea lappa CLARKE ): (?)-α-selinene ( 1 ), (+)-selina-4, 11-diene ( 3 ), (?)-α-trans-bergamotene ( 5 ), (?)-α-costol ( 6 ), (+)-γ-costol ( 8 ), (?)-elema-1,3,11 (13)-trien-12-ol ( 9 ), (?)-α-costal ( 11 ), (+)-γ-costal ( 12 ), (+)-γ-costal ( 13 ), (?)-elema-1,3,11 (13)-trien-12-al (elemenal, 14 ), (?)-(E)-trans-bergamota-2, 12-dien-14-al ( 15 ), (?)-ar-curcumene ( 16 ), and (?)-caryophyllene oxide ( 18 ). Compounds 6 , 8 , 9 , and 13 are new sesquiterpenoids. IR. and NMR. spectra of 12 sesquiterpenoids are reproduced.  相似文献

Highly regio- and stereoselective monohydroxylation of the C?C bond of (+)-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-one ( 8 ) was achieved via LiAlH4 reduction of the corresponding 5,6-exo-epoxy dimethyl acetal 9 . The reaction gave exclusively (–)-(1R, 2R, 4S)-6,6-dimethoxy-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-2-exo-ol ( 10 ) which was transformed into 2,5-anhydro-3-O-benzyl-4-deoxy-D -ribo-hexonic acid ( 15 ) and 2,5-anhydro-4-deoxy-D -ribo-hexonic acid ( 6 ) via ozonolysis of (–)-(1R, 4S, 6R)-6-exo-benzyloxy-2-{[(tert-butyl)dimethylsilyl]oxy}-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene ( 14 ). Cordycepin C ( 5 ) was derived from 6 and 4,5,6-triaminopyrimidine using CsF/DMF to generate the adenine heterocycle.  相似文献

(+)-cis-Khellactone methyl ether ( 4 ) and (?)-trans-khellactone methyl ether ( 6 ) had earlier been assigned the absolute configurations 3′-S; 4′-S and 3′-S; 4′-R, respectively, on the basis of the FREUDENBERG , rule. Both compounds together with their defunctionalised derivatives (?)- 7 and (+)- 8 (=(+)-lomatin), obtained from a mixture of (+)-visnadin ( 1 ) and (+)-samidin ( 2 ), were investigated by the HOREAU method. A conformational analytical study showed that the optical yield should rise in the order 4 < 6 < 7 , 8. This order was found and the α-phenylbutyric acid liberated was always dextrorotatory. The centre 3′ of the khellactones and their derivatives must be R-chiral and not S. Treatment of (?)- 6 with pyridinium perbromide gave (?)-trans-3-bromokhellactone methyl ether ( 11 ) as orthorhombic crystals. The X-ray crystal structure determination was made using the anomalous scattering of the Mo-K α radiation by Br. The result, — centre 3′ R-chiral (fig. g) — showed that the HOREAU method was correct.  相似文献

The Mediterranean alcyonacean Alcyonium (= Parerytkropodium) coralhides (PALLAS, 1766) is shown to contain three novel diterpenes which are of biogenetic significance: the 3,7-cyclized cembranoid Coralloidolide C ( = (+)-(6R*, 7R*, 11S*, 12aS* 3aE)-7,8-epoxy-3,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,12a-decahydro-12a-hydroxy-11-isopropenyl-1,4-dimethyl-3-oxocyciopentacydoundecene-8,6-carbolactone; (?)- 3 ), the O-bridged diketonic cembranolide Coralloidolide D (= (+)-(1R*, 2S*, 3R*, 5R*, 12S*, 8Z)-2,5-epoxy-1-hydroxy-12-isopropenyl-5,9-dimethyl-7,10-dioxocyclotetradeca-8-ene-1,3-carbolactone; (+)- 4 ), and the diketonic epoxycembranolide coralloidolide E (=(+)-(1R*, 2R*, 3R*, 12S*, 5Z, 8Z)-1,2-epoxy-12-isopropenyl-5,9-dimethyl-7,10-dioxocyclotetra-deca-5,8-diene-1,3-carbolactone; (+)- 5 ), The latter in pyridine at r. t. undergoes a double bond shift from C(4) = C(5) to C(4) = C(18) to give the isomer (?)- 7 . Structural assignments are mainly based on ID and 2D NMR and MS spectral data. Either corailoidolide A ((?)- 1 ) or the hypothetic unsaturated 1,4-diketone 9 can be envisaged as the precursors of all coralloidolides.  相似文献

It is shown here that the red seaweed Laurencia microcladia, collected off the torrent II Rogiolo, south of Livorno, contains rogiolenyne A (= (?)-(1R*,2S*,3R*,5S*,7S*)-2-(bromomethyl)-5-[(Z)-1-chlorohex-3-en-5-ynyl]-3-ethyl-4,8-dioxabicyclo[5.1.0]octane; (?)- 1 ) while the sponge Spongia zimocca, which grows in the same small area, contains rogiolenyne B (= (?)-(2R*3R*,4R*,5R*,7S*)-3-(bromomethyl)-5-chloro-7-[(Z)-1-chlorohex-3-en-5-ynyl]-2-ethyloxepan-4-ol; (?)- 4a ) and its acetate, rogiolenyne C((?)- 4b ). These structures, which are based on extensive NMR and MS data and on chemical transformation, are the first examples of branched marine C15 acetogenins. Biogenesis of (?)- 1 in L. microcladia is thought to involve C(12) extrusion form a C15 linear tetraen-1-yne precursor via H+-induced cyclopropane ring closure, followed by Br+-induced cyclopropane ring opening, aided by C–O? attack (Scheme 2). It is also proposed that transfer of (?)- 1 to S. zimocca is followed by epoxide ring opening by Cl? to give (?)- 4a and acetylation to give (?)- 4b .  相似文献

A new approach to the total, asymmetric synthesis of D -threo-L -talo-octose ((?)- 1 ) and its derivatives is presented. It is based on the chemoselective Wittig-Horner monoolefination of a 5-deoxy-D -ribo-hexodialdose derivative 4 obtained by selective reduction of (?)-5-deoxy-2.3-O-isopropylidene-/β-D -ribo-hexofuranurono-6,1-lactone ((?)- 3 ). Allylic bromination of the resulting methyl (E)-oct-6-enofuranuronate (+)- 5 followed by intramolecular nucleophilic displacement of the so-obtained bromides gave a 13.3:1 mixture of (?)-methyl (E)-l,4-anhydro-6,7-dideoxy-2,3-O-isopropylidene-β-L -talo-oct-6-enopyranuronate ((?)- 8 ) and methyl (E)-l,4-anhydro-6,7-dideoxy-2,3-O-isopropylidene-α-D -allo-oct-6-enopyranuronate ( 9 ). The double hydroxylation of the enoate (?)- 8 followed Kishi's rule and gave the corresponding D -threo-β-L -talo-octopyranuronate derivative (?)- 11 with a good diastereoselectivity. Reduction of ester (?)- 11 and deprotection led to pure (?)- 1 .  相似文献

Tetrahydrobenzo[a]pyrrolizidines (= octahydro-1H-pyrrolo[2,1-a]isoindoles) and tetrahydrobenzo[a]indo-lizidines, (= decahydropyrido[2,1-a]isoindoles) were prepared stereoselectively in four steps through an amineinduced ring-opening of 3-bromo-2,5-dimethylthiophene 1,1-dioxide ( 1 ) with L -prolinol ( 9 ), piperidine-2-methanol ( 10 ), and piperidine-2-ethanol ( 11 ), yielding the dienes (2S)-1-[(2E,4Z)-4-bromohexa-2,4-dienyl]pyrrolidine-2-methanol ( 12 ), 1-[(2E,4Z)-4-bromohexa-2,4-dienyl]piperidine-2-methanol ( 13 ), and 1-[(2E,4Z)-4-bromo-hexa-2,4-dienyl]piperidine-2-ethanol ( 14 ; Scheme2), which, after conversion into their α,β-unsaturated esters, cyclized in a TiCl4-catalyzed intramolecular Diets-Alder reaction (Scheme3). A discussion on the mechanism of the ring opening reaction including semiempirical and ab initio calculations is also presented.  相似文献

The preparation and the CD spectra of optically pure (+)-trans-μ-[(1R,4S,5S,6R,7R,8S)-C,5,6,C -η : C,7,8,C-η-(5,6,7,8-tetramethylidene-2-bicyclo [2.2.2]octanone)]bis(tricarbonyliron) ((+)- 7 ) and (+)-tricarbonyl[(1S,4S,5S,6R)-C-5,6,C-η-(5,6,7,8,-tetramethylidene-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]octanone)]iron ((+)- 8 ), and of its 3-deuterated derivatives (+)-trans-μ-[(1R,3R,4S,5S,6R,7R,8S)-C,5,6,C-η : C,7,8,C-η-5,6,7,8-tetramethylidene(3-D)-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]-(octanone)]bis(tricarbonyliron) ((+)- 11 ) and (+)-tricarbonyl[(1S,3R,4S,5S,6R)-C-5,6,C- η-(5,6,7,8-tetramethylidene(3-D)-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]octanone)]iron ((+)- 12 ) are reported. The chirality in (+)- 7 and (+)- 8 is due to the Fe(CO)3 moieties uniquely. The signs of the Cotton effects observed for (+)- 7 and (+)- 8 obey the octant rule (ketone n→π*CO transition). Optically pure (?)-3R-5,6,7,8-tetramethylidene(3-D)-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]octanone ((?)- 10 ) was prepared. Its CD spectrum showed an ‘anti-octant’ behaviour for the ketone n→π*CO transition of the deuterium substituent. The CD spectra of the alcoholic derivatives (?)-trans-μ-[(1R,2R,4S, 5S,6R,7R,8S)-C,5,6,C-η : C,7,8,C- η-(5,6,7,8-tetramethylidene-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]octanol)]bis(tricarbonyliron) ((?)- 2 ) and (?)-tricarbonyl- [(1S,2R,4S,5S,6R)- C,5,6,C- η-(5,6,7,8-tetramethylidene-2-bicyclo[2.2.2]octanol)]iron ((?)- 3 ) and of the 3-denterated derivatives (?)- 5 and (?)- 6 are also reported. The CD spectra of the complexes (?)- 2 , (?)- 3 , (+)- 7 , and (+)- 8 were solvent and temperature dependent. The ‘endo’-configuration of the Fe(CO)3 moiety in (±)- 8 was established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

An intact eremophilane, dendryphiellin E ( 5 ), and its ethanolysis product dendryphiellin F whose absolute configuration is represented by structural formula (+)- 6 are also isolated from the above extracts. Dendryphiellin E exists as an open form 5a in equilibrium with a closed form 5b . A similar equilibrium exists between the open form 8a and the closed form 8b of a non-esterified eremophilane, dendryphiellin G ( 8 ), which is isolated too from the above extracts and proves structurally related to the cyclic portion of 5 . Finally, the free, branched C9-carboxylic acids dendryphiellic acid A ((+)- 9 ) and B ((+)- 10 ) which correspond to side chains of the above esterified terpenes are also isolated from the above extracts.  相似文献

The green seaweed Caulerpa taxifolia (VAHL ) C. AGARDH (Caulerpales), which, after its recent accidental introduction, is growing in the region of Cap Martin much more vigorously than in the tropics, is shown to contain the known sesquiterpenic toxins caulerpenyne ( 1 ) – in larger amounts than in tropical Caulerpales – and oxytoxin 1 ( 2 ). Novel, potentially toxic products isolated in small amounts from this seaweed include the sesquiterpenes taxifolial A ( = (5E)-6,10-dimethyl-2-[(E)2-oxoethylidene]undeca-5,9-dien-7- yne-1,3-diyl diacetate; 3 ), taxifolial B (= (1E,6E,10E)-3-[( Z )-acetoxymethylidene]-7, 11-dimethyl-12-oxododeca-1,6,10-trien-8-yne-1,4-diyl diacetate; 4 ), 10,11-epoxycaulerpenyne ( = (1E,6E)-3-[(Z)-acetoxymethylidene]-10,11-epoxy-7, 11-dimethyldodeca-1,6-dien-8-yne-1,4-diyl diacetate; 1:1 diastereoisomer mixture; 5 ), and taxifolial C ( = (2Z,6E)-3-formyl-7,11-dimethyldodeca-2,6,10-trien-8-yne-1,1, 4-triyl triacetate; 6 ), besides, as the first example of a monoterpene from the Caulerpales, taxifolial D ( = (2Z)-3,7-dimethylocta-2, 6-dien-4-ynal; 7 ).  相似文献

Enantiospecific Synthesis of (+)-(6S,8R,E)-Methyl 2,3-Didebydrononactate (+)-(6S,8R,E)-Methyl 2,3-didehydrononactate ( 7 ) has been synthesised from (?)-(3R)-methyl 3-hydroxy-butanoate with an enantiomeric excess ≥95%. The known stereoselective hydrogenation of 7 affords (?)-(2R,3R,6S,8R)-methyl nonactate ( 8 ) as the major isomer, a chiral synthon for the synthesis of nonactin.  相似文献
