Reductive amination of 2,3,4,4′-tetramethoxtybiphenyl-2-carbaldehyde ( 4 ) with MeNH2 afforded methylamine 5 (Scheme 1), Hydroxymethylation of amine 8 , prepared similarly from 4 by reductive amination with benzylamine followed by N-methylation, afforded alcohol 12 which was converted the 5-methyl-substituted methylamine 14 by conventional chemical reactions (Scheme 2), Methylamine 14 was also obtained from ester 16 after hydroxymethylation to alcohol 17 and conventional manipulation of alcohol and ester functions (Scheme 2). Both amines 5 and 14 as well as the 2′, 5-dimethyl-substituted biphenyl 26 prepared from the dialdehyde 25 by a Wolff-Kishner reduction, did not show noteworthy activity in the tubulin binding assay or as inhibitors of tubulin polymerization (Table). However, the 2′ethyl-substituted biphebyl 11 prepared from 4 by reaction with MeLi followed by dehyderation and catalytic reduction of styrene 10 (Scheme 1) showed appreciable activity in both assays, coming close to that of known phenyltropolone models. The X-ray analysis of 14 ·HCl and 11 showed significant difference in the orientation of the rings with respect to one another (Fig.).  相似文献

The bicyclic and tricyclic meso-N-(methylsulfonyl)dicarboximides 1a–f are converted enantioselectively to isopropyl [(sulfonamido)carbonyl]-carboxylates 2a–f by diisopropoxytitanium TADDOLate (75–92% yield; see Scheme 3). The enantiomer ratios of the products are between 86:14 and 97:3, and recrystallization from CH2Cl2/hexane leads to enantiomerically pure sulfonamido esters 2 (Scheme 3). The enantioselectivity shows a linear relationship with the enantiomer excess of the TADDOL employed (Fig.3). Reduction of the ester and carboxamide groups (LiAlH4) and additional reductive cleavage of the sulfonamido group (Red-Al) in the products 2 of imide-ring opening gives hydroxy-sulfonamides 3 and amino alcohols 4 , respectively (Scheme 4). The absolute configuration of the sulfonamido esters 2 is determined by chemical correlation (with 2a,b ; Scheme 6), by the X-ray analysis of the camphanate of 3e (Fig. 1), and by comparative 19F-NMR analysis of the Mosher esters of the hydroxy-sulfonamides 3 (Table 1). A general proposal for the assignment of the absolute configuration of primary alcohols and amines of Formula HXCH2CHR1R2, X = O, NH, is suggested (see 11 in Table 1). It follows from the assignment of configuration of 2 that the Re carbonyl group of the original imide 1 is converted to an isopropyl ester group. This result is compatible with a rule previously put forward for the stereochemical course of reactions involving titanium TADDOLate activated chelating electrophiles ( 12 in Scheme 7). A tentative mechanistic model is proposed ( 13 and 14 in Scheme 7).  相似文献

An efficient route to 2′,3′‐dihydro‐2′‐thioxospiro[indole‐3,6′‐[1,3]thiazin]‐2(1H)‐one derivatives is described. It involves the reaction of isatine, 1‐phenyl‐2‐(1,1,1‐triphenyl‐λ5‐phosphanylidene)ethan‐1‐one, and different amines in the presence of CS2 in dry MeOH at reflux (Scheme 1). The alkyl carbamodithioate, which results from the addition of the amine to CS2, is added to the α,β‐unsaturated ketone, resulting from the reaction between 1‐phenyl‐2‐(1,1,1‐triphenyl‐λ5‐phosphanylidene)ethan‐1‐one and isatine, to produce the 3′‐alkyl‐2′,3′‐dihydro‐4′‐phenyl‐2′‐thioxospiro[indole‐3,6′‐[1,3]thiazin]‐2(1H)‐one derivatives in excellent yields (Scheme 2). Their structures were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses.  相似文献

A series of 7‐fluorinated 7‐deazapurine 2′‐deoxyribonucleosides related to 2′‐deoxyadenosine, 2′‐deoxyxanthosine, and 2′‐deoxyisoguanosine as well as intermediates 4b – 7b, 8, 9b, 10b , and 17b were synthesized. The 7‐fluoro substituent was introduced in 2,6‐dichloro‐7‐deaza‐9H‐purine ( 11a ) with Selectfluor (Scheme 1). Apart from 2,6‐dichloro‐7‐fluoro‐7‐deaza‐9H‐purine ( 11b ), the 7‐chloro compound 11c was formed as by‐product. The mixture 11b / 11c was used for the glycosylation reaction; the separation of the 7‐fluoro from the 7‐chloro compound was performed on the level of the unprotected nucleosides. Other halogen substituents were introduced with N‐halogenosuccinimides ( 11a → 11c – 11e ). Nucleobase‐anion glycosylation afforded the nucleoside intermediates 13a – 13e (Scheme 2). The 7‐fluoro‐ and the 7‐chloro‐7‐deaza‐2′‐deoxyxanthosines, 5b and 5c , respectively, were obtained from the corresponding MeO compounds 17b and 17c , or 18 (Scheme 6). The 2′‐deoxyisoguanosine derivative 4b was prepared from 2‐chloro‐7‐fluoro‐7‐deaza‐2′‐deoxyadenosine 6b via a photochemically induced nucleophilic displacement reaction (Scheme 5). The pKa values of the halogenated nucleosides were determined (Table 3). 13C‐NMR Chemical‐shift dependencies of C(7), C(5), and C(8) were related to the electronegativity of the 7‐halogen substituents (Fig. 3). In aqueous solution, 7‐halogenated 2′‐deoxyribonucleosides show an approximately 70% S population (Fig. 2 and Table 1).  相似文献

We describe the stereoselective synthesis of (2′S)‐2′‐deoxy‐2′‐C‐methyladenosine ( 12 ) and (2′S)‐2′‐deoxy‐2′‐C‐methylinosine ( 14 ) as well as their corresponding cyanoethyl phosphoramidites 16 and 19 from 6‐O‐(2,6‐dichlorophenyl)inosine as starting material. The methyl group at the 2′‐position was introduced via a Wittig reaction (→ 3 , Scheme 1) followed by a stereoselective oxidation with OsO4 (→ 4 , Scheme 2). The primary‐alcohol moiety of 4 was tosylated (→ 5 ) and regioselectively reduced with NaBH4 (→ 6 ). Subsequent reduction of the 2′‐alcohol moiety with Bu3SnH yielded stereoselectively the corresponding (2′S)‐2′‐deoxy‐2′‐C‐methylnucleoside (→ 8a ).  相似文献

Intramolecular cyclisation of properly protected and activated derivatives of 2′,3′-secouridine ( = 1-{2-hydroxy-1-[2-hydroxy-1-(hydroxymethyl)ethoxy]-ethyl}uracil; 1 ) provided access to the 2,2′-, 2,3′-, 2,5′-, 2′,5′-, 3′,5′-, and 2′,3′-anhydro-2′,3′-secouridines 5, 16, 17, 26, 28 , and 31 , respectively (Schemes 1–3). Reaction of 2′,5′-anhydro-3′-O-(methylsulfonyl)- ( 25 ) and 2′,3′-anhydro-5′-O-(methylsulfonyl)-2′,3′-secouridine ( 32 ) with CH2CI2 in the presence of 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene generated the N(3)-methylene-bridged bis-uridine structure 37 and 36 , respectively (Scheme 3). Novel chiral 18-crown-6 ethers 40 and 44 , containing a hydroxymethyl and a uracil-1-yl or adenin-9-yl as the pendant groups in a 1,3-cis relationship, were synthesized from 5′-O-(triphenylmethyl)-2′,3′-secouridine ( 2 ) and 5′-O,N6-bis(triphenylmethyl)-2′,3′-secoadenosine ( 41 ) on reaction with 3,6,9-trioxaundecane-1,11-diyl bis(4-toluenesulfonate) and detritylation of the thus obtained (triphenylmethoxy) methylcompound 39 and 43 , respectively (Scheme 4).  相似文献

A set of derivatives of cyclopentaneacetic acid cis-substituted at position 3 by nucleoside bases (both purines and pyrimidines) were prepared and characterized (see 11, 14 , and 23a, b; Schemes 2–4). These molecules are carbocyclic analogs of 2′,3′-dideoxy-5′-homonucleosides. In this synthesis, the skeleton was constructed from norbornanone and a novel method based on Mitsunobu chemistry used for the introduction of nucleoside-base substituents. The scope of this method was further explored via the preparation of a cyclobutyl analog of dideoxyguanosine (see 17 , Scheme 3).  相似文献

Carotenoids with 7-Oxabicyclo[2,2.1]heptyl End Groups. Attempted Synthesis of Cycloviolaxanthin ( = (3S,5R,6S,3′S,5′R,6′R)-3,6:3′,6′- Diepoxy-5,6,5′,6′-tetrahydro-β,β-carotin-5,5′-diol) Starting from our recently described synthon (+)- 24 , the enantiomerically pure 3,6:4,5:3′,6′:4′,5′-tetraepoxy-4,5,4′,5′-tetrahydro-ε,ε-carotene ( 34 ) and its 15,15′-didehydro analogue 32 were synthesized in eleven and nine steps, respectively (Scheme 4). Chiroptical data show, in contrast to the parent ε,ε-carotene, a very weak interaction between the chiral centers at C(5), C(5′), C(6), C(6′), and the polyene system. Diisobutylaluminium hydride reduction of 32 lead rather than to the expected 15,15′-didehydro analogue 35 of Cycloviolaxanthin ( 8 ), to the polyenyne 36 (Scheme 5). We explain this reaction by an oxirane rearrangement leading to a cyclopropyl ether followed by a fragmentation to an aldehyd on the one side and an enol ether on the other (Scheme 6). This complex rearrangement includes a shift of the whole polyenyne chain from C(6), C(6′) to C(5), C(5′) of the original molecule.  相似文献

The novel uncharged analog 2 of adenosine 3′,5′ -monophosphate (1) was prepared in its racemic form. To increase membrane permeability, the phosphate diester monoanion group of 1 was replaced by a dimethylene sulfone unit ( = methanosulfonylmethano group), and the 2′-OH group was removed. To decrease lability against acid-catalyzed depurination, the ring O-atom was replaced by a CH2 group. All three modifications are also expected to increase the stability of analog 2 towards enzymatic degradation. The carbocyclic skeleton of 2 was constructed from trinorbornenecarbaldehyde 3 (see Scheme 1–3), and the adenine precursor 6-chloropurine was introduced in the carbocyclic unit via an SN2 reaction based on Mitsunobu chemistry (Schemes 4 and 5).  相似文献

By automated synthesis, we prepared hybrid oligonucleotides consisting of covalently linked RNA and p‐DNA sequences (p‐DNA=3′‐deoxyribopyranose (4′→2′)‐oligonucleotides) (see Table 1). The pairing properties of corresponding hybrid duplexes, formed from fully complementary single strands were investigated. An uninterrupted ππ‐stacking at the p‐DNA/RNA interface and cooperative pairing between the two systems was achieved by connecting them via a 4′‐p‐DNA‐2′→5′‐RNA‐3′ and 5′‐RNA‐2′→4′‐p‐DNA‐2′ phosphodiester linkage, respectively (see Fig. 4). The RNA 2′‐phosphoramidites 9 – 12 , required for the formation of the RNA‐2′→4′‐p‐DNA phosphodiester linkage were synthesized from the corresponding, 3′‐O‐tom‐protected ribonucleosides (tom=[(triisopropylsilyl)oxy]methyl; Scheme 1). Analogues of the flavin mononucleotide (=FMN) binding aptamer 22 and the hammerhead ribozyme 25 were prepared. Each of these analogues consisted of two p‐DNA/RNA hybrid single strands with complementary p‐DNA sequences, designed to substitute stem/loop and stem motifs within the parent compounds. By comparative binding and cleavage studies, it was found that mixing of the two complementary p‐DNA/RNA hybrid sequences resulted in the formation of the fully functional analogues 23 ⋅ 24 and 27 ⋅ 28 of the FMN‐binding aptamer and of the hammerhead ribozyme, respectively.  相似文献

Photochemistry of tricyclic β, γ-γ′, δ′-unsaturated ketones The easily available tricyclic ketone 1 (cf. Scheme 1) with a homotwistane skeleton yielded upon direct irradiation the cyclobutanone derivative 3 by a 1,3-acyl shift. Further irradiation converted 3 into the tricyclic hydrocarbon 4 . However, acetone sensitized irradiation of 1 gave the tetracyclic ketone 5 by an oxa-di-π-methane rearrangement. Again with acetone as a sensitizer the ketone 5 was quantitatively converted to the pentacyclic ketone 6 . The conversion 5 → 6 represents a novel photochemical 1,4-acyl shift. The possible mechanisms are discussed (see Scheme 7). The tricyclic ketone 2 underwent similar types of photoreactions as 1 (Scheme 2). Unlike 5 the tetracyclic ketone 9 did not undergo a photochemical 1,4-acyl shift. The epoxides 10 and 14 derived from the ketones 1 and 2 , respectively, underwent a 1,3-acyl shift upon irradiation followed by decarbonylation, and the oxa-di-π-methane rearrangement (Schemes 3 and 4). The diketone 18 derived from 1 behaved in the same way (Scheme 5). The tetracyclic diketone 21 cyclized very easily to the internal aldol product 22 under the influence of traces of base (Scheme 5). Upon irradiation the γ, δ-unsaturated ketone 24 underwent only the Norrish type I cleavage to yield the aldehyde 25 (Scheme 6).  相似文献

We describe the synthesis of (5′S)‐5′‐C‐butylthymidine ( 5a ), of the (5′S)‐5′‐C‐butyl‐ and the (5′S)‐5′‐C‐isopentyl derivatives 16a and 16b of 2′‐deoxy‐5‐methylcytidine, as well as of the corresponding cyanoethyl phosphoramidites 9a , b and 14a , b , respectively. Starting from thymidin‐5′‐al 1 , the alkyl chain at C(5′) is introduced via Wittig chemistry to selectively yield the (Z)‐olefin derivatives 3a and 3b (Scheme 2). The secondary OH function at C(5′) is then introduced by epoxidation followed by regioselective reduction of the epoxy derivatives 4a and 4b with diisobutylaluminium hydride. In the latter step, a kinetic resolution of the diastereoisomer mixture 4a and 4b occurs, yielding the alkylated nucleoside 2a and 2b , respectively, with (5′S)‐configuration in high diastereoisomer purity (de=94%). The corresponding 2′‐deoxy‐5‐methylcytidine derivatives are obtained from the protected 5′‐alkylated thymidine derivatives 7a and 7b via known base interconversion processes in excellent yields (Scheme 3). Application of the same strategy to the purine nucleoside 2′‐deoxyadenine to obtain 5′‐C‐butyl‐2′‐deoxyadenosine 25 proved to be difficult due to the sensitivity of the purine base to hydride‐based reducing agents (Scheme 4).  相似文献

Rearrangements of (2′-Propinyl)cyclohexadienols and -semibenzenes The acid-catalyzed dienol-benzene rearrangement of 3- and 5-methyl-substituted (2′-propinyl)cyclohexadienols has been investigated. Treatment of the dienols with CF3COOH in CCl4 yields allenyl- and (2′-propinyl)benzenes via [3,4]- and [1,2]-sigmatropic rearrangements, respectively. The reaction with H2SO4 in Et2O leeds to a mixture of allenyl-, 2′-propinyl-, 3′-butinyl- and (2′,3′-butadienyl)benzenes (Scheme 3). The latter are products of a thermal semibenzene-benzene rearrangement (cf. Scheme 9). The corresponding semibenzenes have been prepared by dehydration of the cyclohexadienols with H2SO4 or POCl3 (Schemes 6 and 7). Under acidic conditions, the p-(2′-propinyl)semibenzenes 33–35 (Scheme 8) undergo [3,4]- and [1,2]-sigmatropic rearrangements to give again allenyl- and (2′-propinyl)benzenes, whereas the thermal rearrangements to the 3′-butinyl- and (2′,3′-butadienyl)benzenes (Scheme 9) involves a radical mechanism. In contrast, the o-(2′-propinyl)semibenzene b (Scheme 7) leads to (2′,3′-butadienyl)benzene 32 via a thermal [3,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement.  相似文献

Asymmetric Michael-Additions Practically Completely Diastereo- and Enantloselective Alkylations of the Enamine from Cyclohexanone and Prolinyl Methyl Ether by ω-Nitrostyrenes to Give u2-(1′-Aryl-2′-nitroethyl)cyclohexanones When the enamine (S)-N-(1′cyclohexenyl)-2-methoxymethyl-pyrrolidine is added to 2-aryl-l-nitroethylenes, only one of the four possible enantiomerically pure diastereomers is formed. Hydrolysis of the crude primary products furnishes α-alkylated cyclohexanones of > 90% e. e. ( 3 , Scheme 3). Their (2S,1′R)-configuration was deduced by chemical correlation with l-cyclohexyl-l-phenyl-ethane and from an X-ray crystal structure analysis of (?)-(2R,3S,6′R1,l″S′)-3-methyl-N-[6′-(2″-nitro-l″-phenylethyl)-l′-cyclohexenyl]-2-phenylmorpholine ( lla , Scheme 5 and Fig. 2). - The relative topicity of reactant approach with the prolinol derivative (see II ) is specified as lkul-l,4. The steric course and the mechanism of the reaction are discussed.  相似文献

Addition of various amines to the 3,3‐bis(trifluoromethyl)acrylamides 10a and 10b gave the tripeptides 11a – 11f , mostly as mixtures of epimers (Scheme 3). The crystalline tripeptide 11f 2 was found to be the N‐terminal (2‐hydroxyethoxy)‐substituted (R,S,S)‐ester HOCH2CH2O‐D ‐Val(F6)‐MeLeu‐Ala‐OtBu by X‐ray crystallography. The C‐terminal‐protected tripeptide 11f 2 was condensed with the N‐terminus octapeptide 2b to the depsipeptide 12a which was thermally rearranged to the undecapeptide 13a (Scheme 4). The condensation of the epimeric tripeptide 11f 1 with the octapeptide 2b gave the undecapeptide 13b directly. The undecapeptides 13a and 13b were fully deprotected and cyclized to the [5‐[4,4,4,4′,4′,4′‐hexafluoro‐N‐(2‐hydroxyethoxy)‐D ‐valine]]‐ and [5‐[4,4,4,4′,4′,4′‐hexafluoro‐N‐(2‐hydroxyethoxy)‐L ‐valine]]cyclosporins 14a and 14b , respectively (Scheme 5). Rate differences observed for the thermal rearrangements of 12a to 13a and of 12b to 13b are discussed.  相似文献

A one‐step synthesis of ethyl 2,3‐dihydronaphtho[1,2‐b]furan‐2‐carboxylate and/or ethyl 4′‐oxospiro[cyclopropane‐1,1′(4′H)‐naphthalene]‐2′‐carboxylate derivatives 2 and 3 , respectively, from substituted naphthalen‐1‐ols and ethyl 2,3‐dibromopropanoate is described (Scheme 1). Compounds 2 were easily aromatized (Scheme 2). In the same way, 3,4‐dibromobutan‐2‐one afforded the corresponding 1‐(2,3‐dihydronaphtho[1,2‐b]furan‐2‐yl)ethanone and/or spiro derivatives 8 and 9 , respectively (Scheme 6). A mechanism for the formation of the dihydronaphtho[1,2‐b]furan ring and of the spiro compounds 3 is proposed (Schemes 3 and 4). The structures of spiro compounds 3a and 3f were established by X‐ray structural analysis. The reactivity of compound 3a was also briefly examined (Scheme 9).  相似文献

We report the synthesis of a modified 8mer RNA sequence, (C‐C‐C‐C‐A‐C‐C‐(2′‐thio)A)‐RNA 5′‐(dihydrogen phosphate) ( 9 ) containing a 3′‐terminal 2′‐thioadenosine (Schemes 2 and 3), and its spontaneous and site‐specific aminoacylation with the weakly activated amino acid thioester H Phe SPh ( 12 ). This reaction, designed in analogy to the ‘native chemical ligation’ of oligopeptides, occurs efficiently in buffered aqueous solutions and under a wide range of conditions (Table). At pH values between 5.0 and 7.4, two products, the 3′‐O‐monoacylated and the 3′‐O,2′‐S‐diacylated RNA sequences 10 and 11 are formed fast and quantitatively (Scheme 4). At pH 7.4 and 37°, the 3′‐O‐monoacylated product 10 is formed as major product in situ by selective hydrolysis of the O,S‐diacylated precursor 11 . Additionally, the preparation and isolation of the relevant 3′‐O‐monoacylated product 10 was optimized at pH 5. The here presented concept could be employed for a straightforward aminoacylation of analogously modified tRNAs.  相似文献

The asymmetric hydroformylation of 2‐ and 3‐vinylfurans ( 2a and 2b , resp.) was investigated by using [Rh{(R,S)‐binaphos}] complexes as catalysts ((R,S)‐binaphos = (11bS)‐4‐{[1R)‐2′‐phosphino[1,1′‐binaphthalen]‐2‐yl]oxy}dinaphtho[2,1‐d:1′,2′‐f][1,3,2]dioxaphosphepin; 1 ). Hydroformylation of 2 gave isoaldehydes 3 in high regio‐ and enantioselectivities (Scheme 2 and Table). Reduction of the aldehydes 3 with NaBH4 successfully afforded the corresponding alcohols 5 without loss of enantiomeric purity (Scheme 3).  相似文献

The [1,1′‐biisoquinoline]‐4,4′‐diol ( 4a ), which was obtained as hydrochloride 4a ?2 HCl in two steps starting from the methoxymethyl (MOM)‐protected 1‐chloroisoquinoline 8 (Scheme 3), opens access to further O‐functionalized biisoquinoline derivatives. Compound 4a ?2 HCl was esterified with 4‐(hexadecyloxy)benzoyl chloride ( 5b ) to give the corresponding diester 3b (Scheme 4), which could not be obtained by Ni‐mediated homocoupling of 6b (Scheme 2). The ether derivative 2b was accessible in good yield by reaction of 4a ?2 HCl with the respective alkyl bromide 9 under the conditions of Williamson etherification (Scheme 4). Slightly modified conditions were applied to the esterification of 4a ?2 HCl with galloyl chlorides 10a – h as well as etherification of 4a ?2 HCl with 6‐bromohexyl tris(alkyloxy)benzoates 11b , d – h and [(6‐bromohexyl)oxy]‐substituted pentakis(alkyloxy)triphenylenes 14a – c (Scheme 5). Despite the bulky substituents, the respective target 1,1′‐biisoquinolines 12, 13 , and 15 were isolated in 14–86% yield (Table).  相似文献

1-Amino-2-phthalimido-diazene-1-oxides: Formation, Properties and Fragmentation Reactions into Imido- and Amino-nitrenes1) Oxidatively generated phthalimido-nitrene ( 1 ) reacts with the nitrosoamines 2a-d (see Scheme 1) to give the corresponding (Z)-1-amino-2-phthalimido-diazene-1-oxides 3a-d in good yields. With the O-nitroso compound 2e , no addition of the nitrene 1 took place. The constitution the adducts 3 (R = NR′2) is deduced from their spectroscopic properties (UV., IR., 1H-NMR. and MS.) as compared to those of (Z)-1-aryl- and (Z)-1-alkyl-2-phthalimido-diazene-1-oxides 3 (R = aryl and alkyl, resp.). The (Z)-configuration of 3 (R = NR′2) follows from an X-ray analysis which is reported separately. Compounds 3 (R = NR′2) are cleaved photolytically as well as by acid to the corresponding nitrosoamines 2 (R = NR′2) and the nitrene 1 , which could be trapped by cyclohexene to give 40% of 7-phthalimido-7-azabicyclo [4.1.0]heptane ( 8 ) and by dimethylsulfoxide to yield 96% of S, S-dimethyl-N-phthalimido-sulfoximide ( 13 ). Nucleophilic attack leads to fragmentation of 3 (R = NR′2) into derivatives of phthalic acid and degradation products of intermediate aminonitrenes 24 corresponding to the respective nitrosoamines 2 (R = NR′2) with loss of oxygen. A general rationalization for the formation of 24 includes as a key step of N- to C-migration of the O-atom (see Scheme 6). The final fate of 24 is depending on the type of the nucleophile used. Thus, hydrazinolysis of 3b and of 3c generates besides N, N′-phthaloylhydrazine ( 15 ), morpholine ( 14 ) from 3b and 1, 3-dihydroisoindole ( 16 ) together with 6′-methylidene-1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydronaphthalene-2-spiro-1′-cyclohexa-2′, 4′-diene ( 17 ) from 3c (see Scheme 5). Treatment of 3b and of 3c with sodium methylate leads in both reactions to monomethyl phthalate ( 33 ) and, with 3b , to 1, 2-dimorpholinodiazene ( 31 ) and, with 3c , to 17 (see Scheme 7). Finally, the reaction of 3b with diethylamine generates N, N-diethylphthalamic acid ( 36 ), morpholine ( 14 ), 1,1,4,4-tetraethyl-2-tetrazene( 34 ) and l,l-diethyl-4,4-(3-oxapentamethylene)-2-tetrazene ( 35 ) (see Scheme 8).  相似文献
