Eight-coordinate chiral lanthanide complexes [Eu(dbm)3L RR ] (1), [Eu(dbm)3L SS ] (2) and [Tb(dbm)3L RR ] (3) (L RR /L SS = (-)-/(+)-4,5-pineno-2,2′-bipyridine, Hdbm = dibenzoylmethane) were synthesized stereoselectively, which were characterized by UV-vis, CD spectra and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The mirror-image structure features of complexes 1 and 2 were obtained by combination of the solid-state CD spectra and the crystal structure analysis. After further comparison with the solid-state CD spectra of six-coordinate and seven-coordinate metal complexes containing β-diketone ligands, the CD spectra-absolute configuration correlation rule for the eight-coordinate β-diketonate lanthanide complexes was proposed through the exciton chirality method for the first time. The Δ or Λ absolute configurations of complexes 1–3 with the distorted square antiprism geometry were confirmed by the X-ray single-crystal analysis.  相似文献

In our synthetic studies towards ophiobolin F (1), we report here a stereospecific synthesis of 1β(H)-3,7α,llβ-trimethyl-cis bicyclo [6.3.0]undecan-4-one (2) with defined stereochemistry at each of the four contiguous asymmetric centres and particularly with A/B cis ring juncture as present in (1). It may be mentioned here that no synthetic studies towards developing the characteristic ring systems present in ophiobolins have been reported so far.  相似文献

From cultures of Myrothecium roridum Tode ex Fr. myrochromanol ( 1 ) and myrochromanone ( 3 ), two new substituted chromanes, have been isolated. Their structures as 2-(1-propenyl)-4-hydroxy-6-methyl-chromane and 2-(1-propenyl)-4-oxo-6-methyl-chromane respectively, have been determined using spectroscopic techniques and by degradation to 2-hydroxy-5-methylbenzoic acid ( 6 ). The stereochemistry of 1 and 2 is deduced by NMR., CD. and by partial resolution ( Horeau method).  相似文献

The enantiomer-selective radical polymerization of rac-2,4-pentanediyl dimethacrylate, an equimolar mixture of (2S,4S)-2,4-pentanediyl dimethacrylate (SS- 1 ) and (2R,4R)-2,4-pentanediyl dimethacrylate (RR- 1 ), was carried out with a chiral atom transfer radical polymerization initiating system consisting of methyl 2-bromoisobutyrate ( 3 ), dichlorotris(triphenylphosphine)ruthenium [RuCl2(PPh3)3], and a chiral additive in anisole at 60 °C. When (S)-1,1′-bi-2-naphthol ( a-3 ) was used as the chiral additive, the recovered monomer was enriched in SS- 1 , and the enantiomeric excess was 16.9% at a 22.6% monomer conversion. The specific rotation ([α]435, c 0.3, CHCl3) of the resulting polymer was +40.3° at a 22.6% monomer conversion. For the copolymerization of SS- 1 and RR- 1 with 3 /RuCl2(PPh3)3/ a-3 in anisole at 60 °C, the monomer reactivity ratio for RR- 1 (rR) was determined to be 4.94, and that for SS- 1 (rS) was 0.27. For the homopolymerizations of SS- 1 and RR- 1 with 3 /RuCl2(PPh3)3/ a-3 in anisole at 60 °C, the polymerization rate of RR- 1 was considerably faster than that of SS- 1 , and the rate constants for the homopolymerizations were determined to be kSS = 2.0 × 10−3 h−1 and kRR = 8.2 × 10−3 h−1, respectively. With the values of kSS, kRR, rR, and rS, the relative ratio kSS/kRR/kSR/kRS was determined to be 1.2:4.9:4.5:1, which indicated that both the growing end of SS- 1 and that of RR- 1 preferentially reacted with RR- 1 . © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. New dioxovanadium(V) complexes bearing tridentate products of single condensation of RR(−) and of SS(+)-1,2-diaminocyclohexane with salicylaldehyde and its derivatives, 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde and 1-hydroxy-2-acetonaphthone, have been synthesized. The crystal structure of the {RR(−)-1-amino-2-N-[1′-(1″-oxido-κO-2″-naphthyl)ethylidene]aminocyclohexane-κ2N}dioxovanadium(V) hemihydrate hemiethanol solvate, determined by X-ray analysis, is characterized by trigonal bipyramidal coordination geometry of complex molecules which are linked to solvent molecules by hydrogen bonds to form chains. The cyclohexane ring is in chair conformation with a very small distortion towards half-chair and envelope forms. Complexes were characterized by UV–Vis, FTIR, 1H, 13C, 51V NMR and CD spectroscopies. CD spectra of {RR(−)-1-amino-2-N-[(2′-oxido-κO-5′-nitrophenyl)methylene]aminocyclohexane-κ2N}dioxovanadium(V) and of R(−)-1,2-diaminopropane analogue do not bear mirror image relationship in contrast to V(IV and V), Cu(II) and Ni(II) complexes containing double condensed diamines in the same absolute configurations. 1H and 13C NMR resonance signals of all complexes dissolved in DMSO were assigned. The complexes bearing the methoxy substituent in position 3 or 5 of the aryl group catalyse the oxidation of methyl phenyl sulfide by cumene hydroperoxide to the corresponding sulfoxide with reasonable enantiomeric excesses (19–23%).  相似文献

Mitomycin C (MC) an antitumor drug and decarbamoylmitomycin C (DMC), a derivative of MC lacking the carbamoyl moiety, are DNA alkylating agents which can form DNA interstrand crosslinks (ICLs) between deoxyguanosine residues located on opposing DNA strands. MC forms primarily deoxyguanosine adducts with a 1“-R stereochemistry at the guanine-mitosene bond (1”-α, trans) whereas DMC forms mainly adducts with a 1“-S stereochemistry (1”-β, cis). The crosslinking reaction is diastereospecific: trans-crosslinks are formed exclusively at CpG sequences, while cis-crosslinks are formed only at GpC sequences. Until now, oligonucleotides containing 1“-β-deoxyguanosine adducts or ICL at a specific site could not be synthesized, thus limiting the investigation of the role played by the stereochemical configuration at C1′′ in the toxicity of these compounds. Here, a novel biomimetic synthesis to access these substrates is presented. Structural proof of the adducted oligonucleotides and ICL were provided by enzymatic digestion to nucleosides, high resolution mass spectral analysis, CD spectroscopy and UV melting temperature studies. Finally, a virtual model of the 25-mer 1”-β ICL synthesized was created to explore the conformational space and structural features of the crosslinked duplex.  相似文献

In Mycobacterium tuberculosis, mycolic acids and their glycerol, glucose, and trehalose esters (“cord factor”) form the main part of the mycomembrane. Despite their first isolation almost a century ago, full stereochemical evaluation is lacking, as is a scalable synthesis required for accurate immunological, including vaccination, studies. Herein, we report an efficient, convergent, gram‐scale synthesis of four stereo‐isomers of a mycolic acid and its glucose ester. Binding to the antigen presenting protein CD1b and T cell activation studies are used to confirm the antigenicity of the synthetic material. The absolute stereochemistry of the syn‐methoxy methyl moiety in natural material is evaluated by comparing its optical rotation with that of synthetic material.  相似文献

Two dinuclear succinato‐bridged nickel(II) complexes [Ni(RR‐L)]2(μ‐SA)(ClO4)2 ( 1 ) and [Ni(SS‐L)]2(μ‐SA)(ClO4)2 ( 2 ) (L = 5, 5, 7, 12, 12, 14‐hexamethyl‐1, 4, 8, 11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane, SA = succinic acid) were synthesized and characterized by EA, Circular dichroism (CD), as well as IR and UV/Vis spectroscopy. Single crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses revealed that the NiII atoms display a distorted octahedral coordination arrangement, and the succinato ligand bridges two central NiII atoms in a bis bidentate fashion to form dimers in 1 and 2 . The monomers of {[Ni(RR‐L)]2(μ‐SA)}2+ and {[Ni(SS‐L)]2(μ‐SA)}2+ are connected by O–H ··· O and N–H ··· O hydrogen bonds into a 1D right‐handed and left‐handed helical chain along the b axis, respectively. The homochiral natures of 1 and 2 are confirmed by the results of CD spectroscopy.  相似文献

A new compound, illiciumflavane acid (1), along with 13 known compounds (2–14), were isolated from the fruits of Illicium verum Hook. F. Their structures were elucidated through various spectroscopic methods, including 1D NMR (1H NMR, 13C NMR), 2D NMR (HMQC, HMBC and NOESY) and HRMS. The stereochemistry at the chiral centres was determined using CD spectrum as well as analyses of coupling constants and optical rotation data. Cytotoxicity evaluation of four compounds showed that illiciumflavane acid and (E)-1,2-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)ethene exhibited potential against A549 activities with IC50 values of 4.63 μM and 9.17 μM, respectively.  相似文献

A new bidihydroflavonoid, thuidinin 1, together with 5 known compounds including one known biflavonoid 3',3"'-binaringenin (2) and four other known natural products pentadecane (3), methyl β-orcinolarboxylate (4), β-sitosterol (5) and daucostenol (6), were isolated from leaves of Thuidium kanedae Sak. Their structures were established on the basis of 1D and 2D spectroscopic analysis. The absolute stereochemistry of compounds 1 and 2 was determined by CD spectra.  相似文献

We present the crystal and molecular structures of 2,3,6,7,8,8a-hexa­hydro-6,8-methano-7,7,8a-tri­methyl-3-(1-methyl-2-oxo­propyl­idene)-5H-1,4-benzoxazin-2-one, C16H21NO3, (III), and 2,3,6,7,8,8a-hexa­hydro-3-(2-hydroxy-1-methyl­propyl)-6,8-methano-7,7,8a-tri­methyl-5H-1,4-benzoxazin-2-one, C16H25NO3, (V). These compounds are two of the four key intermediates in our synthetic route to (2R,3R,4R)-4-hydroxy­isoleucine. The two structures provide a full understanding of the stereochemistry in successive steps. This synthesis was based on a new optically pure chiral oxazinone auxiliary derived from (1R,2R,5R)-2-hydroxy­pinan-3-one.  相似文献

Two chiral luminescent derivatives of pyridine bis(oxazoline) (Pybox), (SS/RR)‐iPr‐Pybox (2,6‐bis[4‐isopropyl‐2‐oxazolin‐2‐yl]pyridine) and (SRSR/RSRS)‐Ind‐Pybox (2,6‐bis[8H‐indeno[1,2‐d]oxazolin‐2‐yl]pyridine), have been combined with lanthanide ions (Gd3+, Nd3+) and octacyanotungstate(V) metalloligand to afford a remarkable series of eight bimetallic CN?‐bridged coordination chains: {[LnIII(SS/RRiPr‐Pybox)(dmf)4]3[WV(CN)8]3}n ? dmf ? 4 H2O (Ln=Gd, 1 ‐SS and 1 ‐RR; Ln=Nd, 2 ‐SS and 2 ‐RR) and {[LnIII(SRSR/RSRS‐Ind‐Pybox)(dmf)4][WV(CN)8]}n ? 5 MeCN ? 4 MeOH (Ln=Gd, 3 ‐SRSR and 3 ‐RSRS; Ln=Nd, 4 ‐SRSR and 4 ‐RSRS). These materials display enantiopure structural helicity, which results in strong optical activity in the range 200–450 nm, as confirmed by natural circular dichroism (NCD) spectra and the corresponding UV/Vis absorption spectra. Under irradiation with UV light, the GdIII‐WV chains show dominant ligand‐based red phosphorescence, with λmax≈660 nm for 1 ‐(SS/RR) and 680 nm for 3 ‐(SRSR/RSRS). The NdIII‐WV chains, 2 ‐(SS/RR) and 4 ‐(SRSR/RSRS), exhibit near‐infrared luminescence with sharp lines at 986, 1066, and 1340 nm derived from intra‐f 4F3/24I9/2,11/2,13/2 transitions of the NdIII centers. This emission is realized through efficient ligand‐to‐metal energy transfer from the Pybox derivative to the lanthanide ion. Due to the presence of paramagnetic lanthanide(III) and [WV(CN)8]3? moieties connected by cyanide bridges, 1 ‐(SS/RR) and 3 ‐(SRSR/RSRS) are ferrimagnetic spin chains originating from antiferromagnetic coupling between GdIII (SGd=7/2) and WV (SW=1/2) centers with J 1 ‐(SS)=?0.96(1) cm?1, J 1 ‐(RR)=?0.95(1) cm?1, J 3 ‐(SRSR)=?0.91(1) cm?1, and J 3 ‐(RSRS)=?0.94(1) cm?1. 2 ‐(SS/RR) and 4 ‐(SRSR/RSRS) display ferromagnetic coupling within their NdIII‐NC‐WV linkages.  相似文献

A series of six N,N‐di‐substituted acylthiourea ArC(O)NHC(S)NRR′ ligands (denoted as HLn) [Ar = 1‐Naph: NRR′ = NPh2, HL1 ( 1 ); N(iPr)Ph, HL2 ( 2 ). Ar = Mes: NRR′ = NPh2, HL4 ( 3 ); N(iPr)Ph, HL5 ( 4 ); NEt2, HL6 ( 5 ). Ar = Ph: NRR′ = N(iPr)Ph, HL8 ( 6 )] were synthesized and characterized. These ligands were deprotonated to form CuII complexes through metathesis or combined redox reaction with copper halides. The structures of the complexes were investigated with single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The reaction of the 1‐naphthalene derivative HL1 ( 1 ) with CuBr in the presence of sodium acetate produced cis‐CuL12 ( 7 ), where the deprotonated ligand is bound to the CuII atom in a bidentate‐(O, S) coordination mode. Similarly treatment of HL2 ( 2 ) with NaOAc and CuCl resulted in the formation of the cis‐arranged product [cis‐CuL22 ( 8 )]. The reaction of mesityl derivative HL4 ( 3 ) and CuBr with and without the addition of NaOAc gave the cis‐CuL42 ( 9 ) and cis‐(HL4)2CuBr ( 10 ), respectively. In contrast, reaction of HL5 ( 4 ) and CuI in the presence of NaOAc resulted in trans‐CuL52 ( 11 ). Alternatively trans‐CuL62 ( 12 ) was obtained by the reaction of diethyl‐substituted HL6 ( 5 ) with CuCl2 in the absence of a base.  相似文献

Nickel(II)-aryl complexes [(L2)Ni(Ar)Br] bearing either chiral phosphine ligands (L2 = RR- or SS-DIPAMP, Ar = ortho-anisyl), or a chiral aryl-group have been prepared, and their structural optical an chiroptical properties have been characterized. Enantiomeric pairs of both catalysts have been used for the asymmetric polymerization of different isocyanides ( M1 , M2 , M3 ), to give well defined polyisocyanides ( P1 , P2 , P3 ). Their polymerization behavior has been studied, which confirmed chain-growth polymerization in all cases. The asymmetric induction has been verified by circular dichroism spectroscopy on enantiomeric pairs of all three polymers.  相似文献

Two CrIII‐MnIII heterobimetallic compounds, [Mn((R,R)‐5‐MeOSalcy)Cr(Tp)(CN)3 · 2CH3CN]n ( 1‐RR ) and [Mn((S,S)‐5‐MeOSalcy)Cr(Tp)(CN)3·2CH3CN]n ( 1‐SS ) [Salcy = N,N′‐(1,2‐cyclohexanediylethylene)bis(salicylideneiminato) dianion], were synthesized by using the tricyanometalate building block, [(Tp)Cr(CN)3] [Tp = tris(pyrazolyl) hydroborate] and chiral MnIII Schiff base precursors. Structural analyses and circular dichroism (CD) spectra revealed that 1‐RR and 1‐SS are a pair of enantiomers containing a neutral cyano‐bridged zigzag chain with (–Cr–C≡N–Mn–N≡C–)n as the repeating unit. Magnetic studies show that antiferromagnetic couplings between CrIII and MnIII ions occur by cyanide bridges. 1‐RR and 1‐SS present metamagnetic, spin‐canting, and antiferromagnetic order behaviors at low temperatures.  相似文献

The title compound, N‐(2‐pyridylmethyl)salicylamide ( 1 ), was synthesized by ester aminolysis of methyl salicylate and 2‐picolylamine. In the presence of triethylamine as a supporting base, the salicylamide moiety reacts with the organodichlorosilanes RR′SiCl2 to form the desired six‐membered heterocycles of the type RR′Si–O–(o‐C6H4)–C(=O)N(pic), with pic being the 2‐pyridylmethyl (i.e., 2‐picolyl) moiety and RR′ = Me, Me ( 2a ); Me, Ph ( 2b ); Ph, Ph ( 2c ); Bn, Bn ( 2d ); All, Ph ( 2e ) and Ph, H ( 2f ). Despite the absence of notable ring strain release Lewis acidity (i.e., only a six‐membered chelate is formed by the dianion, and smaller rings are not present in the compound), the poor electron withdrawal from silicon by its C– or H– substituents and the flexible methylene bridge between the salicylamide and the pyridine moiety, the pyridine N donor atom furnishes pentacoordinate silicon coordination spheres in all of these compounds 2a – 2f . The coordination number of the silicon atom was confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis for the solid state and by 29Si NMR spectroscopy for the solution state.  相似文献

Practical and improved procedures for the synthesis of 7-bromo-(Z,E)-4,6-heptadienal by Pd(II)-catalyzed coupling reaction were developed. Based on the improved method, an efficient and stereoselective synthesis of (Z,E)-9,11-hexadecadienal, the main pheromone component of the sugarcane borer, Diatraea saccharalis, was achieved in 38% overall yield, which more desirable then previously reported methods. The stereochemistry relied on cross-coupling between Grignard reagent and protected 7-bromo-(Z,E)-4,6-heptadienal. The concise and facile synthetic strategy described herein provided a generally synthetic approach to other (Z,E)-dienic compounds.  相似文献

1H-NMR., 13C-NMR., UV. and CD. spectral data of synthetic (3S, 3′S)-astaxanthin, its 15-cis isomer, and some related compounds 1H-NMR., 13C-NMR., UV. and CD. spectra are reported for synthetic (3S, 3′S)-astaxanthin ( 1 ), its 15-cis isomer ( 2 ), its diacetate ( 3 ), and the 15, 15′-didehydro compound ( 5 ). These data prove the identity of the synthetic and the naturally occuring compound 1 . A full interpretation of the 1H- and 13C-NMR. spectra is given and confirms the configuration of all the double bonds. The conformation of the cyclohexene end group of all the compounds is shown to be identical. The signs of the different CD. maxima of 15-cis-astaxanthin are found to be opposite to those of the all-trans compound.  相似文献

The present review highlights the synthetic procedures reported for the preparation of oxazolo[3,2-a]pyridines as a class of 5-6 bicyclic heterocycles with a nitrogen atom at the ring junction. The different sections included the synthesis of the investigated analogs through the reactions of (1) β-ketoesters with α,β-unsaturated ketones (2) δ-oxoacids or esters or unsaturated carboxylic acids with glycinol derivatives (3) unsaturated ketoesters with enamines (4) ethoxymethylenes with amidoglycinol derivatives (5) pyridinium salts with phenylglycinol (6) Multicomponent reactions, and (7) Synthesis of tetracyclic systems. The aim of the present study is to demonstrate a synopsis of the synthesis of compounds containing oxazolo[3,2-a]pyridine skeleton with high yields using readily and accessible starting materials, and efficient synthetic routes until now. The stereochemistry of the obtained enantiopure heterocycles, the isolation of the isomers and the reaction mechanisms of the unexpected products are discussed.  相似文献

A synthetic methodology to access all possible stereoisomers of spectomycin A1 (SMA1) and A2 (SMA2) has been established through late-stage diversification. The key reaction for the construction of all four diastereomers is an intramolecular cyclization based on the umpolung of π-allyl palladium species with bis(pinacolato)diborane (B2(pin)2). Silyl group assisted direct benzylic oxidation of each isomer enabled construction of the fragile β-hydroxytetralone skeleton to provide the SMAs. The relative and absolute stereochemistry of SMA2 was also determined, and the absolute stereochemistry of SMA1 was extrapolated based on the optical rotation of SMA2. The axial chirality of SMAs is discussed based on circular dichroism spectra and DFT calculations, and it is concluded that the M isomer is predominant in solution. Biochemical assessment of all isomers in vitro revealed that the C9 hydroxyl group and dimeric structure were both important for protein SUMOylation-inhibitory activity.  相似文献
