Preparations and reactions of (E)-1-aryl-3,3,3-trifluoro-1,2-di(trimethylsilyl)-1-propenes are described. (E)-1-Aryl-3,3,3-trifluoro-1,2-di(trimethylsilyl)-1-propene was prepared from aryl trifluoromethyl acetylenes via reductive bissilylation by TMSCl/Mg in good yields. The silyl groups of (E)-3,3,3-trifluoro-1,2-di(trimethylsilyl)-1-phenyl-1-propene were substituted by electrophiles in both a stepwise and stereoselective (and/or stereospecific) manner. This compound could be a building block for preparations of substituted trifluoropropenes.  相似文献

Functionalized 1,2-oxazinanes are interesting and valuable heterocycles with potential applications in synthetic and medicinal chemistry. A straightforward strategy for quick access to unprecedented trans-4-hydroxyl-5-azido/cyano/amino 1,2-oxazinanes are developed: N-COR 3,6-dihydro- 1,2-oxazine oxides are prepared with ease from related dihydro- 1,2-oxazines and opened by nucleophiles TMSN3, TMSCN and aryl/alkyl amines. Appropriate Lewis acid catalysts are found playing a vital role for both reaction rate and regioselectivity. The N-COR group can be removed under mild conditions to provide highly desirable NH 1,2-oxazinanes inaccessible via previous methods.  相似文献

A convenient, efficient and stereoselective synthesis of a range of bis(alk-3-en-1-ynyl)benzenes with E- and Z-configuration is described. The protocol involves Cu-mediated cross-coupling reaction of (E)- and (Z)-alk-1-enyldisiamylboranes with (trimethylsilyl)ethynyl bromide and Pd/Cu-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction with diiodobenzene. The sequential cross-coupling reaction proceeds readily under extremely mild conditions in a one-pot manner to afford bis(alk-3-en-1-ynyl)benzenes in good to excellent yields. The optical properties of the products are also described.  相似文献

In the Fmoc-strategy of solid phase peptide synthesis, 1M trimethylsilyl bromide-thioanisole/trifluoroacetic acid in the presence of 1,2-ethanedithiol as scavenger was found to be an efficient deprotecting procedure for a full cleavage and side chains deprotection of the peptide resin involving t-butyl protected cysteine. In addition, selective deprotection of the peptide resin containing protected cysteine was also described based on this method.  相似文献

A new, one-pot and three-component synthesis of 4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidines, 4H-pyrimido[1,2-a]pyrimidines, and 4H-pyrazino[1,2-a]pyrimidines is described. The reactive 1:1 zwitterionic intermediate, formed by the addition of isocyanides to dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, was trapped by N-(2-heteroaryl)amides to yield a ketenimine intermediate, which was cyclized and then rearranged under the reaction conditions to afford the title compounds under mild reaction conditions in good yields. Single-crystal X-ray analysis conclusively confirms the structure of the obtained bridgehead bicyclic 6-6 heterocyclic compounds.  相似文献

The reaction of 2-methyl-2,5-dioxo-1,2-oxaphospholane (1) with trimethylsilyl cyanide was found to give, depending on conditions, three organophosphorus compounds: trimethylsilyl methyl(2-cyanocarbonylethyl)phosphinate (2), trimethylsilyl methyl(3-trimethylsiloxy-3,3-dicyanopropyl)phosphinate (3) and trimethylsilyl methyl(3-trimethyl-siloxy-3-cyano-2-propenyl)phosphinate (4), On hydrolysis of3 under mild conditions, methyl(3-hydroxy-3,3 dicarboxypropyl)phosphinic acid (7) was obtained. The latter is readily decarboxylated on heating to give methyl(3-hydroxy-3-carboxy-propyl)phosphinic acid (8). The interaction of2 and4 with water or alcohols gives, correspondingly, methyl[2-carboxy(alkoxycarbonyl) ethyl]phosphinic acids (11–13). 1,3-Diaryl-2-propynyl trimethylsilyl ethers were easy to isomerize into the corresponding siloxyallenes using a catalytic amount of potassium tert-butoxide under very mild conditions. The siloxyallenes reacted in situ with various aldehydes to afford Z-selective β-branched Morita-Baylis-Hillman-type adducts in a one-pot reaction after acid treatment.  相似文献

The preparation of solid-phase active esters from a new pyrazolone linker resin is described. N-Acylation using this resin provides various amide products with a high conversion rate and good purity under mild conditions. The polymer-bound pyrazolone linkers are stable in the reaction conditions and are resistant to hydrolysis. Moreover, this resin can also be reused repeatedly without a loss of reactivity.  相似文献

A facile synthesis of a wide variety of tert-butyl ethers and tert-butyl ester derivatives under mild conditions is described. Alcohols etherified with tert-butyl methyl ether as tert-butyl source and solvent, in the presence of sulfuric acid. Many amino acid tert-butyl esters have been synthesized by this procedure. The reaction is simple, inexpensive, easily scaled up, and proceeds without observable racemization. A green method was developed for the deprotection of this group using Amberlite resin IR 120-H as catalyst.  相似文献

Under solvent-free reaction conditions and in the presence of solid LiClO4 a novel and mild protocol for the one-pot, three-component synthesis of primary α-amino phosphonates from an aldehyde, hexamethyldisilazane and a trialkyl phosphite is described giving high yields and having short reaction times. The same products are obtained in very low yields, when the three-component reaction is carried out under microwave irradiation and in the absence of solid LiClO4. 1,2-Diphenyl- and 1-phenyl-2-(2-pyridyl)-1,2-disodiumethane efficiently dehalogenate vic-dibromoderivatives, affording the corresponding alkenes. The reaction proceeds rapidly, under mild conditions and is tolerant of a variety of functional groups (alcohol, carboxylic acid, ester and amide). The reactivity of a variety of trans-1,2-diarylethenes with thionyl chloride has been investigated. All the substrates could readily afford 3-chlorobenzo[b]thiophenes in moderate yields and a pair of threo- and erythro-1,2-dichloro-1,2-diarylethanes as the minor products under mild condition. The diastereoisomers of 1,2-dichloro-1,2-diarylethanes with a methoxy group on the benzene ring were found for the first time to be also converted into cholobenzo[b]thiophenes under treatment of thionyl chloride. The chemical transformations have been mechanistically rationalized and successfully applied to a one-pot synthesis of novel fluorescent liquid crystalline compounds containing benzo[b]thiophene and 1,3,4-oxadiazole units. Their spectroscopic and mesogenic behaviours are also described.  相似文献

A reaction of 2,2,2-trihalobenzo-1,3,2-dioxaphospholes with terminal alkylacetylenes proceeds under mild conditions (~20 °C) and leads to the formation of 4-alkylbenzo[e]-1,2-oxaphosphinine 2-oxide derivatives. The presence of aliphatic substituents in acetylene decreases (as compared to their aromatic counterparts described earlier) regioselectivity of halogenation of benzo fragment in 4-alkylbenzo[e]-1,2-oxaphosphinines: besides predominant 4-alkyl-2,6-dihalobenzo[e]-1,2-oxaphosphinines, minor 2,7- and 2,8-dihalo-substituted 4-alkylbenzo[e]-1,2-oxaphosphinines are formed. An unusual thermal isomerization of 4-alkyl-2-fluorobenzo[e]-1,2-oxaphosphinines to 4-alkylidene-2-fluoro-3,4-dihydrobenzo[e]-1,2-oxaphosphinines was discovered. Molecular and supramolecular structures of some 4-alkylbenzo[e]-1,2-oxaphosphinines were studied by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Reaction of 3-oxo-1,2-benzoisothiazoline-2-acetic acid alkyl esters 1,1-dioxide ( 1a-d ) with alkaline alkoxides was carried out under various conditions. Under mild conditions, o-(N-carboxymethylsulfamyl)benzoic acids dialkyl esters ( 2a-d ) were obtained with good yields. Reaction of 1a-d or 2a-d with sodium alkoxides under drastic conditions afforded 4-hydroxy-2H-1,2-benzothiazine-3-carboxylic acid alkyl esters 1,1-dioxide ( 3a-d ). Transesterification was observed when esters 1b-d were treated with sodium methoxide in methanol. Esters 3a-d were hydrolyzed in concentrated aqueous sodium hydroxide affording the acid 6 . Attempts to recrystallize 6 from water resulted in its decarboxylation to give 2H-1,2-benzothiazine-4-(3H)one 1,1-dioxide (7). Compound 6 could not be obtained by acid hydrolysis of esters 3a-d or by rearrangement of 3-oxo-1,2-benzoisothiazoline-2-acetic acid 1,1-dioxide ( 8 ). Different experimental evidence supports the suggestion that rearrangement took place by ethanolysis of the carboxamide linkage affording the open sulfonamides (fast step) followed by a Dieckmann cyclization (slow step). It was demonstrated that transesterification took place in the open sulfonamides 2 .  相似文献

Abstract

The in situ silylation of phosphorous acid diesters to phosphorous acid triesters by hexamethyldisilazane and trimethylsilyl halides under conditions of Michaelis-Arbuzov reaction was found as an efficient and facile reaction principle for P-C bond formation.

In general the method can be applied also to Michaelis-Arbuzov reactions of phosphonous and hypophosphorous acid esters, to Tavs reaction of phosphorous and phosphonous acid esters as well as to photochemical conversions of arylhalides with trimethylsilyl phosphites. In any case described the observed yield is nearly quantitative.  相似文献

A one-step conversion of l-tryptophan and activated aldehydes (1,2-dicarbonyl compounds) directly to 1-substituted β-carbolines without formation of the tetrahydro derivatives under modified Pictet-Spengler conditions was described. Moreover, a practical application for the synthesis of a natural 1-substituted β-carboline, luzongerine A, isolated from Illigera luzonensis was also successfully carried out utilizing this protocol. The effects of synthetic compounds 11 and 11a on nitric oxide (NO) production in LPS/IFN-γ stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophage cells were evaluated in vitro. They displayed significant dose-dependent inhibition of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS).  相似文献
