Lithium, sodium and potassium N-(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)trifluoromethanesulfinimidates were obtained by the reaction of the corresponding sulfinimidoyl chloride with alkali metal trimethylsilanolates. The potassium and sodium salts were converted to the free acid, having predominantly the amidic tautomeric structure, CF3S(O)NHSO2CF3, by treatment with concentrated H2SO4 or with H+-cationite.  相似文献

Metal(II) complexes of N-(thiophene-2-carboxamido)salicylaldimine (H2TCS) of types M(H2TCS)2Cl2 [M = Ni, Cu and Zn], M(HTCS)Cl [M = Co, Ni and Cu], M(HTCS)2 [M = Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu and Zn], M(TCS)·xH2O [M = Mn, Co and Ni, x = 2; M = Cu, x = 0], Ni(TCS)py2 and Cu(TCS)py have been prepared. Elemental analyses, molar conductance, magnetic moment, electronic, IR and ESR spectral studies have been used to characterize these complexes. The different modes of chelation of the ligand and the stereochemistry of the complexes are discussed.  相似文献

N-(2-hydroxyethyl)morpholine betaine (HEMB) has been characterized by a single crystal X-ray analysis, FTIR spectroscopy and DFT calculations. The crystals are monoclinic, space group P21/c with a=10.273(2), b=9.360(2), c=9.447(2) Å and β=104.72(3)Å. Two molecules of HEMB form a centrosymmetric dimer (X2) connected by a pair of hydrogen bonds between the CH2CH2OH and COO groups, with the O?O distance of 2.672(2) Å. The morpholine ring adopts a chair conformation with the CH2CH2OH group in the axial and the CH2COO group in the equatorial position. The structures of the dimer, B2, and two monomers, B1a and B1b, have been optimized by the B3LYP approach using the 6-31G(d,p) basis set. The computed structure of B2, agrees well with the experimental X2. From two stable monomeric conformers the more favored is B1a, with the intramolecular hydrogen bond with the O-H?O distance of 2.566 Å. The effects of hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interactions on the conformation of the molecules investigated have been discussed. The FTIR spectrum shows a broad absorption in the 3300-2600 cm−1 region, typical of moderate O-H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A new thiourea derivative, N-(biphenyl-2-thiocarbamoyl)-4-phenylcarboxamide, is synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR, NMR and the single crystal X-ray diffraction study. The title compound crystallizes with two molecules in the asymmetric unit. The dihedral angle between the two aromatic rings in the biphenyl unit is 47.9(2) and 56.52(19)°, respectively, for the two molecules in the asymmetric unit. The molecular conformation is stabilized by intramolecular NH?O hydrogen bond. The crystal packing shows that the molecules form centrosymmetric dimers connected by NH?S hydrogen bonds. The vibrational properties have been studied by FTIR and FT-Raman spectroscopy along with quantum chemical calculations at the B3LYP/6-311 + G* level of approximation. The main normal modes related with the thioamide bands are discussed.  相似文献

Nine N-substituted N-(triphenylstannyl)cyanamides were prepared by allowing bis(triphenylstannyl)carbodiimide to react separately with acid chlorides, trifluoroacetic anhydride, alkyl chlorocarbonates, and benzenesulfonyl chloride. The tin in these compounds was shown to have a coordination number greater than four be means of IR and Mössbauer spectroscopy.  相似文献

Eleven new silicon-substituted N-(dimethylsilylmethyl)- and N-(methylphenylsilylmethyl)amides and -lactams bearing a chiral carbon in the amide or lactam fragment, and containing the OSiC3X (X = Hal, OTf) coordination fragment have been synthesized and their structures determined in solution by spectroscopic means. These structures are consistent with the hypervalency model. Quantum chemical calculations adequately reflect correlations between the type of monodentate ligand X and the geometric parameters of the N-C-O-Si-X fragments.The activation parameters for enantiomerization and diastereomerization in these new compounds and the other related compounds were determined by the dynamic NMR (DNMR) method using full line-shape analysis. The free activation energy values in the absence of external nucleophiles vary from 9 to 27 kcal mol−1. The entropies of activation (ΔS#) are negative (−20 to −50 cal mol−1 K−1) in all cases except for the chloride derivatives of 4-phenyl-2-pyrrolidone and 4-oxazolidinone that have weaker intramolecular O → Si coordination. Irregular mechanisms of permutational isomerization were proposed on the basis of the DNMR data and the results of quantum-chemical calculations carried out by ab initio (HF) and DFT (PBE, B3PW91, 6-311++G(d,p)). Depending on the coordination environment at silicon, the mechanisms proposed involve either the dissociation of the Si-X bond followed by the Berry pseudorotation or similar in the intermediate or the cleavage of intramolecular O-Si bond with subsequent inversion at the silicon atom. The apparently simple pseudorotation mechanism involving only the pentacoordinate structures 1-21 does not appear to be favoured in any of the examples studied.  相似文献

Aromatic amides bearing 2-azulenyl group on the amide nitrogen were synthesized and their structures were investigated. The π-electron density of the N-aryl group was found to influence the cis-trans conformational preferences of these compounds in solution. X-ray crystallography revealed that the plane of the 2-azulenyl ring has a strong tendency to lie coplanar with the amide plane when the azulene group is located on the same side as the amide oxygen atom.  相似文献

A new synthesis of N-aryl- and N-heteroaryl-N-(arylalkyl)piperazines using palladium-catalyzed amination of aryl bromides and heteroaryl chlorides with mono N-benzyl- or N-(arylethyl)piperazines is reported. Most coupling processes proceed in high yield and good selectivity using either diadamantyl-n-butylphosphine (1), 2-(dicyclohexylphosphino)-2-(N,N-dimethylamino)biphenyl (2), or 2-(di-tert-butylphosphino)biphenyl (3) as ligand. Applying an automated parallel synthesizer the preparation of a small library of potentially bioactive compounds is easily achieved.  相似文献

A practical protocol for synthesis of 2-(N-substituted)-aminobenzimidazoles was developed. N-(2-Aminoaryl)thioureas undergo a CuCl-promoted intramolecular cyclization to give the corresponding 2-(N-substituted amino)benzimidazoles in good to excellent isolated yields.  相似文献

To appreciate the chemistry of N-heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs), eight carbenic tautomers of pyridine (azacyclohexadienylidenes) are studied at B3LYP/AUG-cc-pVTZ//B3LYP/6-31+G and B3LYP/6-311++G∗∗//B3LYP/6-31+G levels of theory. Various thermodynamic parameters are calculated for these minima, along with a kinetic focus on carbene-pyridine tautomerization. Appropriate isodesmic reactions show stabilization energies of 2-azacyclohexa-3,5-dienylidene (1) and 4-azacyclohexa-2,5-dienylidene (6) as 119.4 and 104.1 kcal/mol, rather close to that of the synthesized 1,3-dimethylimidazol-2-ylidene (129.2 kcal/mol). Three different mechanisms are suggested for the tautomerizations including: [1,2]-H shift, [1,4]-H shift, and three sequential [1,2]-H shifts. The calculated energy barrier for [1,2]-H shift of 1 is 44.6 kcal/mol, while the first [1,2]-H shift for the proposed sequential mechanism of 6 requires 65.1 kcal/mol. Three preliminary minimum templates are introduced, which may possess the potential of synthetic consideration: 2,6-di(X)-3,5-dichloro-4-azacyclohexa-2,5-dienylidene for X=Mes, t-Bu, and Ad.  相似文献

An efficient and scalable synthesis of N-(benzyloxycarbonyl)- and N-(methyloxycarbonyl)-(S)-vinylglycinol has been reported starting from the commercially available (l)-methionine. The scale-up preparation consisted of 5 steps and delivered up to 50 g of the desired N-protected β-amino alcohols in 32% and 36% overall yields.  相似文献

Reactions of tetrafluoroethylene, chlorotrifluoroethylene and 1,2-dichlorodifluoroethylene with N-potassium salts of imidazole, 2-methylbenzimidazole, 3,5-dimethylpyrazole, 1,2,4-triazole, and benzotriazole lead to the formation of the corresponding N-(1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl), N-(2-chloro-1,1,2-trifluoroethyl), and N-(2-chloro-1,2-difluorovinyl) azoles. Treatment of N-(2-chloro-1,2-difluorovinyl) and N-(2-chloro-1,1,2-trifluoroethyl) derivatives of azoles with tetramethylammonium fluoride is a useful synthetic method for the preparation of heterocycles with 1,2,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl group attached to nitrogen.  相似文献

The reaction of N-(5-methyl-2-thienylmethylidene)-2-thiolethylamine (1) with Fe2(CO)9 in refluxing acetonitrile yielded di-(μ3-thia)nonacarbonyltriiron (2), μ-[N-(5-methyl-2-thienylmethyl)-η11(N);η11(S)-2-thiolatoethylamido]hexacarbonyldiiron (3), and N-(5-methyl-2-thienylmethylidene)amine (4). If the reaction was carried out at 45 °C, di-μ-[N-(5-methyl-2-thienylmethylidene)-η1(N);η1(S)-2-thiolethylamino]-μ-carbonyl-tetracarbonyldiiron (5) and trace amount of 4 were obtained. Stirring 5 in refluxing acetonitrile led to the thermal decomposition of 5, and ligand 1 was recovered quantitatively. However, in the presence of excess amount of Fe2(CO)9 in refluxing acetonitrile, complex 5 was converted into 2-4. On the other hand, the reaction of N-(6-methyl-2-pyridylmethylidene)-2-thiolethylamine (6) with Fe2(CO)9 in refluxing acetonitrile produced 2, μ-[N-(6-methyl-2-pyridylmethyl)-η1 (Npy);η11(N); η11(S)-2-thiolatoethylamido]pentacarbonyldiiron (7), and μ-[N-(6-methyl-2-pyridylmethylidene)-η2(C,N);η11(S)-2- thiolethylamino]hexacarbonyldiiron (8). Reactions of both complex 7 and 8 with NOBF4 gave μ-[(6-methyl-2-pyridylmethyl)-η1(Npy);η11(N);η11(S)-2-thiolatoethylamido](acetonitrile)tricarbonylnitrosyldiiron (9). These reaction products were well characterized spectrally. The molecular structures of complexes 3, 7-9 have been determined by means of X-ray diffraction. Intramolecular 1,5-hydrogen shift from the thiol to the methine carbon was observed in complexes 3, 7, and 9.  相似文献

The reactions of Mo2(O2CCH3)4 with different equivalents of N,N′-bis(pyrimidine-2-yl)formamidine (HL1) and N-(2-pyrimidinyl)formamide (HL2) afforded dimolybdenum complexes of the types Mo2(O2CCH3)(L1)2(L2) (1) trans-Mo2(L1)2(L2)2 (2) cis-Mo2(L1)2(L2)2 (3) and Mo2(L2)4 (4). Their UV–Vis and NMR spectra have been recorded and their structures determined by X-ray crystallography. Complexes 2 and 3 establish the first pair of trans and cis forms of dimolybdenum complexes containing formamidinate ligands. The L1 ligands in 13 are bridged to the metal centers through two central amine nitrogen atoms, while the L2 ligands in 14 are bridged to the metal centers via one pyrimidyl nitrogen atom and the amine nitrogen atom. The Mo–Mo distances of complexes 1 [2.0951(17) Å], 2 [2.103(1) Å] and 3 [2.1017(3) Å], which contain both Mo?N and Mo?O axial interactions, are slightly longer than those of complex 4 [2.0826(12)–2.0866(10) Å] which has only Mo?O interactions.  相似文献

N-(15,16-Dihydroxylinoleoyl)-glutamine (1) and N-(15,16-epoxylinoleoyl)-glutamine (2) and were identified in the regurgitant of lepidopteran larvae (Spodoptera exigua and Spodoptera frugiperda) by LC-MS. After methanolysis and derivatisation with MSTFA, the positions of the hydroxy groups of 1 were identified by GC-MS. The structures of both conjugates were confirmed by synthesis.  相似文献

The kinetics of the homopolymerizations of styrene, N-(3-dimethylaminophenyl) maleimide (I) and N-(3-dimethylamino-6-methylphenyl) maleimide (II) in benzene and dimethylformamide, and the molecular weights of the polymers were studied. N-(3-Dimethylaminophenyl) succinimide, regarded as a model for polymer I, did not affect the polymerization of styrene. The data indicate degradative transfer of polymer radicals to dimethylformamide and pronounced transfer to monomers I and II (CM ≈ 0.06–0.07). Threonine Schiff base derived 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde and threonine has been isolated and investigated. The stoichiometry of this compound was derived from the results of elemental analyses, IR, 1H-NMR and UV spectroscopic techniques. X-ray diffraction method was also used to obtain the single-crystal structure. The compound crystallizes in the space group P21 with cell dimensions a=5.109(2), b=11.334(2), and β=91(3)° with Z=2. The molecule has phenol-imine tautomeric form in the crystal structure. Some of bond lengths and angles found in the molecular structure are distorted due to π-electron delocalization and steric effect of naphthylidene and threonine groups.  相似文献
