A proximity effect in an s-wave superconductor/ferromagnet (SC/F) junction is theoretically studied using the second order perturbation theory for the tunneling Hamiltonian and Green's function method. We calculate a pair amplitude induced by the proximity effect in a weak ferromagnetic metal (FM) and a half-metal (HM). In the SC/FM junction, it is found that a spin-singlet pair amplitude (Ψs) and spin-triplet pair amplitude (Ψt) are induced in FM and both amplitudes depend on the frequency in the Matsubara representation. Ψs is an even function and Ψt is an odd function with respect to the Matsubara frequency (ωn). In the SC/HM junction, we examine the proximity effects by taking account of magnon excitations in HM. It is found that the triplet-pair correlation is induced in HM. The induced pair amplitude in HM shows a damped oscillation as a function of the position and contains the terms of even and odd functions of ωn as in the case of the SC/FM junction. We discuss that in our tunneling model the pair amplitude of even function of ωn only contributes to a Josephson current.  相似文献

We study numerically statistical distributions of sums of chaotic orbit coordinates, viewed as independent random variables, in weakly chaotic regimes of three multi-dimensional Hamiltonian systems: Two Fermi-Pasta-Ulam (FPU-β) oscillator chains with different boundary conditions and numbers of particles and a microplasma of identical ions confined in a Penning trap and repelled by mutual Coulomb interactions. For the FPU systems we show that, when chaos is limited within “small size” phase space regions, statistical distributions of sums of chaotic variables are well approximated for surprisingly long times (typically up to t≈106) by a q-Gaussian (1<q<3) distribution and tend to a Gaussian (q=1) for longer times, as the orbits eventually enter into “large size” chaotic domains. However, in agreement with other studies, we find in certain cases that the q-Gaussian is not the only possible distribution that can fit the data, as our sums may be better approximated by a different so-called “crossover” function attributed to finite-size effects. In the case of the microplasma Hamiltonian, we make use of these q-Gaussian distributions to identify two energy regimes of “weak chaos”—one where the system melts and one where it transforms from liquid to a gas state-by observing where the q-index of the distribution increases significantly above the q=1 value of strong chaos.  相似文献

We extend the proof from Mironov et al. (2011) [25], which interprets the AGT relation as the Hubbard-Stratonovich duality relation to the case of 5d gauge theories. This involves an additional q-deformation. Not surprisingly, the extension turns out to be straightforward: it is enough to substitute all relevant numbers by q-numbers in all the formulas, Dotsenko-Fateev integrals by the Jackson sums and the Jack polynomials by the MacDonald ones. The problem with extra poles in individual Nekrasov functions continues to exist, therefore, such a proof works only for β=1, i.e. for q=t in MacDonald?s notation. For β≠1 the conformal blocks are related in this way to a non-Nekrasov decomposition of the LMNS partition function into a double sum over Young diagrams.  相似文献

After Xiao et al. [W.-K. Xiao, J. Ren, F. Qi, Z.W. Song, M.X. Zhu, H.F. Yang, H.Y. Jin, B.-H. Wang, Tao Zhou, Empirical study on clique-degree distribution of networks, Phys. Rev. E 76 (2007) 037102], in this article we present an investigation on so-called k-cliques, which are defined as complete subgraphs of k (k>1) nodes, in the cooperation-competition networks described by bipartite graphs. In the networks, the nodes named actors are taking part in events, organizations or activities, named acts. We mainly examine a property of a k-clique called “k-clique act degree”, q, defined as the number of acts, in which the k-clique takes part. Our analytic treatment on a cooperation-competition network evolution model demonstrates that the distribution of k-clique act degrees obeys Mandelbrot distribution, P(q)∝(q+α)γ. To validate the analytical model, we have further studied 13 different empirical cooperation-competition networks with the clique numbers k=2 and k=3. Empirical investigation results show an agreement with the analytic derivations. We propose a new “heterogeneity index”, H, to describe the heterogeneous degree distributions of k-clique and heuristically derive the correlation between H and α and γ. We argue that the cliques, which take part in the largest number of acts, are the most important subgraphs, which can provide a new criterion to distinguish important cliques in the real world networks.  相似文献

The large-amplitude bending motion in CsOH, a ‘classical’ molecule whose microwave spectrum was first recorded in 1967, has been studied ab initio. The three-dimensional potential energy surface has been calculated at the RCCSD(T)_DK3/[QZP + g ANO-RCC (Cs, O, H)] level of theory and employed in MORBID calculations of the rotation-vibration energies and intensities. The ground electronic state is 1Σ+ with the equilibrium structure re(Cs-O) = 2.3930 Å, re(O-H) = 0.9587 Å, and ∠e(Cs-O-H) = 180.0°. The O-H moiety is bound to Cs by an ionic bond and the molecule can be described as Csδ+(OH)δ-. Hence, the bending potential is shallow and gives rise to large-amplitude bending motion. The ro-vibrationally averaged structural parameters, determined as expectation values over MORBID wavefunctions, are 〈r(Cs-O)〉0 = 2.3987 Å, 〈r(O-H)〉0 = 0.9754 Å, and 〈∠(Cs-O-H)〉0 = 163°. Although the averaged structure in the vibrational ground state is far from being linear, the Yamada-Winnewissi-linearity parameter for CsOH is γ0≈-1.0, the value characteristic for a linear molecule.  相似文献

The density-matrix renormalization group (DMRG) technique is used to study the ground-state properties of the one-dimensional half-filled Hubbard model with on-site (nearest-neighbor) repulsive interaction U (V) and nearest-neighbor hopping t. We calculate the static spin structure factor to consider the spin degrees of freedom. We notice a striking difference of the static spin structure factor among the spin-density-wave, charge-density-wave (CDW), and bond-order-wave (BOW) phases. Based on the results, we identify the BOW-CDW transition at small (large) U value as continuous (of first order). We also calculate the double occupancy to consider the charge degrees of freedom. For large U, the double occupancy show a discontinuous jump at the BOW-CDW critical point and it implies first-order transition. With decreasing U, the jump becomes smaller and vanishes at the tricritical point Ut≈5.961t. This value is close to our previous estimation Ut=5.89t obtained with other quantities. Consequently, the results of static spin structure factor and double occupancy support the accuracy of our ground-state phase diagram.  相似文献

By considering a nonlinear combination of the probabilities of a system, a physical interpretation of Tsallis statistics as representing the nonlinear coupling or decoupling of statistical states is proposed. The escort probability is interpreted as the coupled probability, with Q=1−q defined as the degree of nonlinear coupling between the statistical states. Positive values of Q have coupled statistical states, a larger entropy metric, and a maximum coupled-entropy distribution of compact-support coupled-Gaussians. Negative values of Q have decoupled statistical states and for −2<Q<0 a maximum coupled-entropy distribution of heavy-tail coupled-Gaussians. The conjugate transformation between the heavy-tail and compact-support domains is shown to be for coupled-Gaussian distributions. This conjugate relationship has been used to extend the generalized Fourier transform to the compact-support domain and to define a scale-invariant correlation structure with heavy-tail limit distribution. In the present paper, we show that the conjugate is a mapping between the source of nonlinearity in non-stationary stochastic processes and the nonlinear coupling which defines the coupled-Gaussian limit distribution. The effects of additive and multiplicative noise are shown to be separable into the coupled-variance and the coupling parameter Q, providing further evidence of the importance of the generalized moments.  相似文献

By analyzing the soft x-ray energy spectrum measured by the soft x-ray pulse height analysis (PHA) system, the electron temperature (Te) and the effective charge number (Zeff) of the ultra-long pulse discharge driven by lower hybrid wave (LHW) were obtained in the HT-7 tokamak. Moreover, the information of medium-Z impurities such as Ti, Cr, Fe, and Ni intrinsic to HT-7 tokamak can also be inspected. The accuracy of the electron temperature derived from the soft x-ray energy spectrum measurements is verified by comparing with the temperature measured by the Thomson scattering system for various plasmas and electron cyclotron emission diagnostic system for ohmic plasmas. The bulk electron temperature of about 1 keV and Zeff≈2 were achieved for long pulse plasma. The appreciable Kα lines of Ti, Cr, Fe and Ni metallic impurities released from the antennas of radio frequency wave and/or the first wall and Ar injected into plasma can be observed, and they kept stable during the long duration discharges. As a result, the longest pulse discharge with relatively high temperature of Te(0)∼1 keV, and ne(0)∼0.5×1019 m−3 has been achieved with a duration of 400 s in the HT-7 experimental campaign in 2008.  相似文献

We examine the distribution of spectral weights (SWs) of the 2-dimensional t-t-t-J model describing cuprate superconductors in terms of the Gutzwiller projected Fermi liquid, as the possible normal state, and d-wave (superconducting) resonating valence bond state. Treat exactly strong correlation between electrons by numerical approach, we calculate SWs for removing an electron which can be compared with the observation made by the future angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy experiment.  相似文献

We present a new information theoretic approach for network characterizations. It is developed to describe the general type of networks with n nodes and L directed and weighted links, i.e., it also works for the simpler undirected and unweighted networks. The new information theoretic measures for network characterizations are based on a transmitter-receiver analogy of effluxes and influxes. Based on these measures, we classify networks as either complex or non-complex and as either democracy or dictatorship networks. Directed networks, in particular, are furthermore classified as either information spreading and information collecting networks. The complexity classification is based on the information theoretic network complexity measure medium articulation (MA). It is proven that special networks with a medium number of links (Ln1.5) show the theoretical maximum complexity . A network is complex if its MA is larger than the average MA of appropriately randomized networks: MA>MAr. A network is of the democracy type if its redundancy R<Rr, otherwise it is a dictatorship network. In democracy networks all nodes are, on average, of similar importance, whereas in dictatorship networks some nodes play distinguished roles in network functioning. In other words, democracy networks are characterized by cycling of information (or mass, or energy), while in dictatorship networks there is a straight through-flow from sources to sinks. The classification of directed networks into information spreading and information collecting networks is based on the conditional entropies of the considered networks (H(A/B)=uncertainty of sender node if receiver node is known, H(B/A)=uncertainty of receiver node if sender node is known): if H(A/B)>H(B/A), it is an information collecting network, otherwise an information spreading network. Finally, different real networks (directed and undirected, weighted and unweighted) are classified according to our general scheme.  相似文献

We use a variational approach with strictly strong-correlated constraint to gain insight into low-energy states of t-t-t-J model in the electron-doped regime. Compared with the recent results on the electron-doped cuprates obtained by angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES), we show that based on the long-range ordered antiferromagnetic metallic state prohibiting vacant sites, our results lead to qualitatively similar trends in ARPES spectra and Fermi surface topology. Additionally, the results about the evolution of the energy gap and spectral weight as a function of doping will be discussed.  相似文献

We have investigated the differential conductance spectra of the point contacts between the heavy-fermion superconductor CeCoIn5 and Pt. Many of them show a double-maximum structure that indicates the superconducting energy gap Δ. The Δ values derived using Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk model, however, varies from 0.47 to 0.77 meV, and yet they are within the scatter of the reported values. The evolution of Δ below Tc is slow as compared with that of BCS gap probably reflecting the unconventional superconductivity in CeCoIn5.  相似文献

We explore the generalization of the ordinary multinomial coefficient, based on the deformed q-multiplication and q-division. Aim of this study is to construct the appropriate multinomial coefficients, from which one can obtain the Tsallis, Rényi and nonextensive Gaussian entropy, respectively. We show that for all three above entropies there are two possible ways to define the generalized multinomial coefficient. Its consequence is discussed.  相似文献

High-κ dielectrics SrZrO3 were prepared on Ge(0 0 1) substrate using pulse laser deposition, and band alignments and thermal annealing effects were studied with high resolution X-ray photoemission spectroscopy. Valence and conduction band offsets at this interface were measured to be 3.26 eV and 1.77 eV, respectively. Interfacial Ge oxide layers were found at the interface. After annealing at 600 °C, the interfacial Ge oxide layers were eliminated, and the valence band offset increased to 3.50 eV, but the amorphous SrZrO3 became polycrystalline in the meantime.  相似文献

Muon spin relaxation (μSR) studies of the “1111” and “122” FeAs systems have detected static magnetism with variably sized ordered moments in their parent compounds. The phase diagrams of FeAs, CuO, organic BEDT, A3C60 and heavy-fermion systems indicate competition between static magnetism and superconductivity, associated with first-order phase transitions at quantum phase boundaries. In both FeAs and CuO systems, the superfluid density ns/m* at T→0 exhibits a nearly linear scaling with Tc. Analogous to the roton-minimum energy scaling with the lambda transition temperature in superfluid 4He, clear scaling with Tc was also found for the energy of the magnetic resonance mode in cuprates, (Ba,K)Fe2As2, CeCoIn5 and CeCu2Si2, as well as the energy of the superconducting coherence peak observed by angle resolved photo emission (ARPES) in the cuprates near (π,0). Both the superfluid density and the energy of these pair-non-breaking soft-mode excitations determine the superconducting Tc via phase fluctuations of condensed bosons. Combining these observations and common dispersion relations of spin and charge collective excitations in the cuprates, we propose a resonant spin-charge motion/coupling, “traffic-light resonance,” expected when the charge energy scale εF becomes comparable to the spin fluctuation energy scale ?ωSF~J, as the process which leads to pair formation in these correlated electron superconductors.  相似文献

We performed STM/STS measurements on superconducting Bi2212 and La-Bi2201 in order to study the nondispersive two-dimensional (2D) electronic superstructure, namely the so-called checkerboard. The nondispersive checkerboard clearly appears within the pairing gap in both systems, although the period is different between Bi2212 (∼4a×4a) and La-Bi2201 (∼5a×5a). We point out that the nondispersive checkerboard originates in hole-pairs and/or quasiparticles around the antinodes of the d-wave gap, and interrelates with the spatially inhomogeneous pairing gap.  相似文献

The scaling of charged hadron fragmentation functions to the Tsallis distribution for the momentum fraction 0.01?x?0.2 is presented for various e+e collision energies. A possible microcanonical generalisation of the Tsallis distribution is proposed, which gives good agreement with measured data up to x≈1. The proposal is based on superstatistics and a Koba-Nielsen-Olesen (KNO) like scaling of multiplicity distributions in e+e experiments.  相似文献

The properties of Ising square lattices with nearest neighbor ferromagnetic exchange confined in a corner geometry, are studied by means of Monte Carlo simulations. Free boundary conditions at which boundary magnetic fields ±h are applied, i.e., at the two boundary rows ending at the lower left corner a field +h acts, while at the two boundary rows ending at the upper right corner a field −h acts. For temperatures T less than the critical temperature Tc of the bulk, this boundary condition leads to the formation of two domains with opposite orientation of the magnetization direction, separated by an interface which for T larger than the filling transition temperature Tf(h) runs from the upper left corner to the lower right corner, while for T<Tf(h) this interface is localized either close to the lower left corner or close to the upper right corner. It is shown that for T=Tf(h) the magnetization profile m(z) in the z-direction normal to the interface simply is linear and the interfacial width scales as wL, while for T>Tf(h) it scales as . The distribution P(?) of the interface position ? (measured along the z-direction from the corners) decays exponentially for T<Tf(h) from either corner, is essentially flat for T=Tf(h), and is a Gaussian centered at the middle of the diagonal for T>Tf(h). Unlike the findings for critical wetting in the thin film geometry of the Ising model, the Monte Carlo results for corner wetting are in very good agreement with the theoretical predictions.  相似文献
