A simple and industrially viable protocol for C–N and C–O coupling was reported here. The polymer supported heterogeneous copper catalyst was prepared from chloromethyl polystyrene using a simple procedure. O-Arylation of substituted phenols with various aryl halides was achieved using this copper catalyst in DMSO medium. This heterogeneous copper catalyst, also efficiently works for the N-arylation of N–H heterocycles with aryboronic acids in methanol. This catalyst was also effective in amination reaction of primary amines with aryl halides as well as arylboronic acids in DMSO medium. The effects of solvent, base and temperature for the O-Arylation and amination reactions were reported. Further, the catalyst can be easily recovered quantitatively by simple filtration and reused up to several times without sufficient loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献

Copper bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-3,5-heptanedionate) was found to be an efficient catalyst for N-arylation of aliphatic, aromatic and heteroaromatic amines with aryl iodides/bromides under mild conditions. The system tolerated a variety of hindered and functionalized amines/aryl halides and the desired N-aryl amines were obtained in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

A Pd2dba3/P(i-BuNCH2CH2)3N catalyzed one-pot synthesis of unsymmetrically substituted trans-4-N,N-diarylaminostilbenes and both symmetrically and unsymmetrically substituted N,N-diarylaminostyrene derivatives is reported. The procedure involves two or more palladium catalyzed sequential coupling reactions (an amination and an inter-molecular Heck reaction) in one-pot using the same catalyst system with two different aryl halides, including aryl chlorides and hetero aryl halides as the coupling partners.  相似文献

2-(2-Hydrazinecarbonyl)pyridine N-oxides, which were derived from pyrrole-2-carbohydrazides and pyridine N-oxides, were synthesized and utilized as the ligands for copper powder-catalyzed N-arylation of imidazoles with aryl halides in water. Imidazoles could be arylated smoothly with various aryl halides to provide the title products in preferable yields without the need of an inert atmosphere.  相似文献

trans-4-Hydroxy-l-proline is used for the first time as an effective nucleophilic coupling partner with aryl halides mediated by copper iodide with Cs2CO3 as the base and DMSO as the solvent. Utilizing this protocol cross-coupling of trans-4-hydroxy-l-proline with a wide variety of substituted aryl halides to produce N-aryl pyrroles in moderate to good yields.  相似文献

The use of N-bromosuccinimide as a catalyst promoted the synthesis of polycyclic indolo[2,3-b]quinoline derivatives in good to high yields in the reactions of various aryl amines with indole-3-carbaldehyde at room temperature under mild conditions.  相似文献

Halothane, 2-bromo-2-chloro-1,1,1-trifluoroethane, reacts with sec-butyllithium in the presence of zinc halides to afford a chlorodifluorovinylzinc reagent. This zinc reagent reacts with aryl halides in the presence of a palladium catalyst to give chlorodifluorostyrene derivatives in moderate to good yields.  相似文献

DMPAO has been found to be a powerful ligand to enable copper-catalyzed coupling of aryl halides with aliphatic acyclic secondary amines take place under relatively mild conditions, and coupling of aryl halides with primary amines and cyclic secondary amines proceeds at low catalyst loading.  相似文献

The synergistic effects of iron and copper in copper ferrite nanoparticles for the N-arylation of heterocycles with aryl halides were demonstrated. The magnetic nature of the catalyst facilitates its removal from the reaction medium for further use. Negligible leaching of Cu and Fe in consecutive cycles makes the catalyst economical and environmentally benign for C-N cross-coupling reactions.  相似文献

Nanometric copper oxide supported on silica has been found to be a highly efficient and reusable catalyst for the C–N cross‐coupling reaction of amines with aryl halides under ligand‐free conditions. Various arylamines with different substituted groups can be synthesized in moderate to good yields. The catalyst can be recycled at least five times without obvious loss in catalytic activity. The amination of aryl halides in liquid ammonia (LNH(3)) is catalyzed by a copper(I) salt/ascorbate system to yield primary aromatic amines in good to excellent yields. The low concentrations of catalyst required and the ease of product isolation suggest that this process has potential industrial applications. Commonly used ligands for analogous metal-catalyzed reactions are not effective. The rate of amination of iodobenzene in liquid ammonia is first order in copper(I) catalyst concentration. The small Hammett ρ = 0.49 for the amination of 4-substituted iodobenzenes in liquid ammonia at 25 °C indicates that the C-I bond is not significantly broken in the transition state structure and that there is a small generation of negative charge in the aryl ring, which is compatible with the oxidative addition of the copper ion being rate limiting.  相似文献

An economic and novel ligand, cyclodiphosphazane [ClPN(t-Bu)]2 (1), was introduced in the palladium-catalyzed amination of unactivated aryl halides. The catalyst allows for the amination of aryl chlorides and bromides with secondary cyclic amines and anilines in good yields.  相似文献

An efficient and convenient protocol has been developed for the N-arylation of aliphatic amines with differently substituted aryl halides using a MnCl2·4H2O/l-proline catalyst and NaOt-Bu as the base in DMSO.  相似文献

Direct amination of aryl iodides and bromides with ammonia under 1 atm pressure has been effected using in situ‐generated hemilabile coordinated copper(I) species from copper(I) halides or copper metal in aqueous ethylene glycol, producing primary aromatic amines in good yields. Ammonia pressure and water were found to accelerate the copper‐mediated reaction while strong chelating ligands showed a suppression effect. A rationale for the copper‐mediated amination of aryl halides with ammonia is given based on a double‐face role of chelating effect. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A copper catalyst generated in situ from widely available copper salt and imidazolium salt in the presence of t-BuOK showed high efficiency for the semihydrogenation of a wide range of internal and terminal alkynes to their corresponding alkenes without obvious over-reduction. Functional groups, such as hydroxyl, nitro, halides, and amino, etc. were tolerated. The Z/E ratios of the obtained alkenes were generally >99%. Finally, semireduction of bulky alkynes also went smoothly.  相似文献

Palladium bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-3,5-heptanedionate): a structurally well-defined O-containing transition metal complex is reported as an efficient catalyst for Suzuki, Heck, and Sonogashira cross-coupling reactions. The protocol was also applied successfully for cyanation of aryl halides under milder operating conditions. The system tolerated the coupling of various aryl halides with alkenes, alkynes, and organoboronic acid along with the cyanation of aryl halides providing good to excellent yields of desired products.  相似文献

A simple, efficient, and inexpensive copper catalyzed protocol has been developed for cross-coupling of indoles with aryl halides by using glycerol as a green recyclable solvent and DMSO as an additive. The reaction was carried out at low catalyst loading furnishing various N-aryl indoles in good to excellent yield. This copper/glycerol mixture was recycled up to four runs without any loss in its catalytic activity.  相似文献
