The title compound was synthesized by the reaction of cis-[Co(phen)2Cl2]Cl·3H2O with DL-alanine at pH = 8, and isolated using a column chromatographic method. Its crystal structure was determined. The crystal structure belongs to mono-clinic system, space group P21/c, with a = 0. 9549(6) nm, b=2.3746(8) nm, c= 1.0782(4) nm, β=114.13(3)°? Z = 4, Dc= 1. 50 g/cm3. The final refinement converged to R = 0. 047 for 3246 independent observed reflections. In the octahedral coordination sphere formed by the cobalt atom and the coordinate atoms, N, O of DL-alan-inato ligands are in the configuration of trans-N ,N form.  相似文献

In compound (1),two Cu(Ⅱ) ions are bonded together by the phenolic oxygen atoms of two tridentate chelating ligands and each of them is separately coordinated by the carboxyl oxygen,amino nitrogen of each chelate ligand and by the fifth oxygen atom as well (from aqua or the carbonyl group in adjacent molecule). Thus the coordination of each Cu(Ⅱ) is a square pyramid with distances of 1. 93- 1. 97A to the four corner atoms and 2. 30 and 2. 32 A to the apex atoms. Two new complexes, [Cu(DMB)2(NAA)2](1) and [Co(DMB)2(NAA)2](2)(DMB = 5,6-dimethylbenzimidazole, HNNA = 1-naphthylacetic acid), were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, TGA, PXRD and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The coordination geometry of the metal centers is a perfect square plane for 1 and a distorted tetrahedron for 2. In compound 1, the mononuclear units are linked by N–H···O hydrogen bonds to form a 1D chain structure, while mononuclear motifs of 2 are extended via N–H···O hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking interactions into a 2D supramolecular layer. The remarkable catalytic properties of the two complexes for the degradation of Congo red dye have been found.  相似文献

The title mononuclear Schiff base nickel(Ⅱ) complex [Ni(C11H14Br2N2O)2(H2O)2]·2NO3·2C2H3N was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 15.534(2), b = 7.647(1), c = 16.435(2) (A), β = 103.252(2)o, V = 1900.3(4) (A)3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.750 g/cm3, Mr = 1000.99, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 (A), μ = 4.776 mm-1, F(000) = 996, the final R = 0.0368 and wR = 0.0724. A total of 3988 unique reflections were collected, of which 2764 with I>2σ(I) were observed. The complex consists of a mononuclear [Ni(C11H14Br2N2O)2(H2O)2]2 cation, two nitrate anions and two acetonitrile molecules. The Ni atom, lying on the inversion centre, is six- coordinated by two Schiff bases and two water molecules to assume an octahedral coordination geometry. The molecules in the crystal are linked through intermolecular hydrogen bonds of N-H…O, N-H…Br, O-H…O, O-H…N and C-H…O to form layers.  相似文献

The structures of the heterotrinuclear complexes, [(NH_3)_5ColmCu(dien)ImCo(NH_3)_5]-(C10_4)_6·4H_20 and [(NH_3)_5CoImZn(dien)ImCo(NH_3)_5]-(ClO_4)_6·4H_2O, are reported. Co--Cu--Cocrystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a =32.414(4), b= 9.421(1), c=15.167(5)?,β= 90.91(2)°, Z=4 and Co--Zn--Co in the same space group with a = 32.578(2), b = 9.419(1), c = 15.125(3)?, β=91.10(1)°Z=4. The Cu(Ⅱ) and Zn(Ⅱ) geometriesare intermediate between a trigonal bipyramid and a square pyramid,the Co(Ⅲ) is a-hexagonal coordination and the dien ligand shows a disordered contribution in the respectivestructure.The magnetic properties of Co--Cu--Co are investigated. From the single crystalESR spectra studies, the anisotropic g and A tensors and electronic spin-density of Co--Cu--Co are obtained and the nature of the bonding for Cu~(2+) is discussed.  相似文献

A new Ni(Ⅱ) complex [Ni2(salen)2]·(NCS)·NH4 (salen = N,N'-bis(salicylidenea-mino)ethanato) has been prepared and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with a = 16.8725(13), b = 19.0046(15), c = 20.0583(16) (A), Z = 8, V = 6431.8(9) (A)3, C33H32N6Ni2O4S1, Mr= 726.13, Dc = 1.500 g/cm3, F(000) = 3008, μ = 1.284 mm-1, the final R = 0.0394 and wR = 0.0767 for 4449 observed reflections with Ⅰ>2σ(Ⅰ). The complex involves a N,N'-ethylene-bis(salicylaldiminato) Schiff base, an isothiocyanato anion and an ammonium cation. The nickle(Ⅱ) ion adopts a distorted square coordination geometry with N2O2 set of Schiff base ligand. The complexes are linked into a dimmer via intermolecular hydrogen bonds and the [Ni(salen)] moieties are connected together to form a 2-D layer structure by intermolecular N-H…O hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking. Cyclic-voltammetry method was used to characterize electrochemically the complex.  相似文献

The structure was solved by Patterson and Fourier techniques and refined by least-squares method to a final conventional R value of 0. 055(Re = 0. 059)for 1557(I>3σ(I))reflections. Both atoms Zn(1) and Zn(2) are bridged by the Z,E-type of the car-boxyl group, in addition, Zn (1) is monodentate-bonded to the three remaining carboxyl and Zn(2) is bonded to five water molecules. The crystal structure shows a 2-dimensional polymeric network along(010)face. The Zn(l) -O distances are in the range of 1. 94~ 2. 01 A (average 1. 98 A ). The Zn(2) -O distances are in the range of 2. 06~2. 21 A (average 2. 12A).  相似文献

A mixed-valence dinuclear manganese complex, [MnⅡMnⅢL](ClO4)·1/2MeOH, where L is a macrocyclic ligand derived from the cyclocondensation of sodium 2,6-diformyl-4-methylphenolate with N,N-bis(2-aminoethyl)-2-hydroxybenzyl amine, was obtained and its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The orange crystal is a monoclinic system with space group P21/c and lattice parameters a=1.1617(4), b=1.4005(3), c=1.4641(3) nm, β=113.03(2)°, and Z=2. The crystal structure shows that each pendant-arm is bonded in a bidentate fashion to the adjacent metal atom and that both the arms are on the same side of the macrocycle. The two Mn atoms are bridged by two μ2-phenoxy oxygen atoms of the tetra-imine macrocycle, and each Mn atom, locating in a trigonal prismatic coordination environment(N3O3), is six-coordinated by the two imine nitrogen atoms, one tertiary nitrogen atom and a pendant phenol moiety apart from the two oxygen atoms.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of Cd(OAc)2·H2O with 1,2-benzenedicarboxylate(1,2-BDC),imidazole and H2O resulted in the formation of a binuclear polymeric Cd(Ⅱ) complex {[Cd2(1,2-BDC)2(Im)4]·(H2O)}n which was then characterized by elemental analyses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.The crystal is of monoclinic system,space group P21/c with a = 14.6455(3),b = 9.3530(2),c = 23.7838(5) ,β = 106.6290(10)°,C112H104Cd8N32O36,Mr = 3373.47,V = 3121.64(11) 3,Dc = 1.795 g/cm3,F(000) = 1672,μ = 1.428 cm-1 and Z = 1.The final R = 0.0316 and wR = 0.0687 for 5045 reflections with I > 2σ(I).In the title complex,the two Cd(Ⅱ) ions are in different coordination environments with distorted octahedral and pengonal bipyramidal geometries,respectively.Two Cd polyhedra are linked together through one μ2-η1:η1 and one μ2-η1:η2 carboxylate groups from different 1,2-BDC ligands,giving rise to a binuclear Cd(Ⅱ) cluster,and such clusters are connected by bridged 1,2-BDC ligands to form a 2-D structure along the c axis.The inter-and intermolecular hydrogen bonds further connect the 2-D structures into a 3-D supramolecular network.  相似文献

A manganese(II) complex (tataH)2[Mn(pydc)2]·4H2O (C20H28MnN14O12, Mr = 711.50, tata = 2,4,6-triamino-1,3,5-triazine, pydcH2 = pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 9.9847(3), b = 10.9813(3), c = 15.2616(5) , α = 101.5310(10), β = 90.2610(10), γ = 116.4600(10)°, V = 1459.44(8) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.619 g/cm3, μ = 0.539 mm–1, F(000) = 734, the final R = 0.0292 and wR = 0.0745. In the crystal the MnII atom is six-coordinated by four carbonyl oxygen atoms and two pyridine nitrogen atoms from two tridentate pydc ligands to furnish a distorted octahedral geometry. The complex shows the A…D…D’…A’ H-bonded tetramer. The molecules are packed in a three-dimensional framework structure by the combination of O–H…O, N–H…O and N–H…N hydrogen bonds between (tataH)+, [Mn(pydc)2]2– and crystal water.  相似文献

The reaction of Co(OAc)2·4H2O with the Schiff base H2L in a methanol solution affords the red crystals of {[CoIIIL2]·[CoII(H2O)6]0.5·2.25H2O}4 1 (H2L = N-(2-hydroxyphenyl) sali-cylidenimine). The molecular and crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/n, C104H114Co6N8O37, Mr = 2421.61, a = 10.625(3), b = 16.335(4), c = 15.265(4) , β = 102.990(4)o, V = 2581.6(11) 3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.558 g/cm3, μ = 1.034 mm-1, F(000) = 1252, R = 0.0414 and wR = 0.1167 for 5889 reflections. The Co(III) atom is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms and four oxygen atoms of two tridentate L ligands. The abundant hydrogen bonding interactions extend the complex into a one-dimensional supra-molecular framework. The uncoordinated water molecules act as space-fillers and consolidate the whole architecture through the hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

A new cobalt(II) complex [Co(NO2-salen)2]·1.5H2O containing mono acetalization Schiff base ligand(NO2-salen = N-5-nitro-salicylideneamino ethanato) has been prepared through one-pot template condensation, and has been structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and X-ray diffraction. It is formulated as C18H23CoN6O7.5, crystallizes in the hexagonal system, space group of R-3c with α = 25.895(18), b = 25.895(18), c = 35.075(6), γ = 120o, V = 20368(3) and Z = 36. The ligand of 5-nitrosalicylaldehyde-ethylene-diamine takes unusual mono asymmetry mode. The Co(II) ion exhibits a coordination number of six, and assumes a distorted octahedral geometry with a N2O4 donor set. The neutral monomeric units of [Co(NO2-salen)2]·1.5H2O are linked into a one-dimensional(1D) structure via the intermolecular hydrogen bonds and weak π-π stacking interactions. Cyclic-voltammetry measurement reveals the oxidation and reduction processes for the complex are irreversible in nature.  相似文献

A new ligand, 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-5,6-dichlorobenzimidazole, H2pbmCl2(1), and a novel MnIII complex, [MnIII(HpbmCl2)(pbmCl2)(DMF)2](2),(DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide), have been synthesized and characterized. The crystal of compound 1(C13H8Cl2N2O, Mr = 279.12) belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21 with a = 3.770(5), b = 25.20(3), c = 5.865(7) , = 92.727(17)o, V = 556.6(12) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.665 g/cm3, S = 1.137, μ= 0.568 mm-1, F(000) = 284, the final R = 0.0876 and wR = 0.2334 for 1848 independent reflections. The molecule is planar due to the presence of a strong intramolecular hydrogen bond between O–H group of phenol and N atom of imidazole. H2pbmCl2(1) molecules are arranged into a one-dimensional linear chain through intermolecular hydrogen bonds(N–H···O and C–H···Cl). The crystal of complex 2(C32H27Cl4MnN6O4, Mr = 756.34) belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 19.043(10), b = 10.808(5), c = 18.704(11), = 115.540(6)o, V = 3473(3) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.446 g/cm3, S = 1.3, μ = 0.733 mm-1, F(000) = 1544, the final R = 0.1219 and wR = 0.2681 for 7811 independent reflections. The Mn ion adopts a distorted octahedral geometry coordinated by two deprotonated H2pbmCl2 ligands and two DMF molecules. The [MnIII(HpbmCl2)(pbmCl2)(DMF)2] molecules are arranged into a three-dimensional structure through hydrogen bonds(N–H···N, C–H···N and C–H···Cl) and weak π···πinteractions. The activity measurements suggest that complex 2 is able to serve as a catalyst for H2O2 disproportionation reaction to form O2 in neutral water solution.  相似文献

A new 1D coordination polymer, [Cd2(L1)2(L2)2]·H2O (1, H2L1 = 4-(carboxy-methoxy)benzoic acid and L2 = 2-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline), has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group Pī with a = 9.985(5), b = 10.768(5), c = 12.512(5), α = 68.959(5), β = 80.354(5), γ = 79.663(5)°, V = 1227.4(10) 3, Z = 1, C56H36Cd2F2N8O11, Mr = 1259.73, Dc = 1.704 g/cm3, F(000) = 630, μ(MoKa) = 0.949 mm-1, R = 0.0261 and wR = 0.0655. The L1 anions link the neighboring Cd(II) atoms to form a 1D double chain structure. The L2 ligands are alternately located on both sides of the double chains. More interestingly, the lateral L2 ligands from adjacent double chains are paired to furnish strong π-π interactions, yielding a 2D supramolecular layer. N-H···O, O-H···N and O-H···O hydrogen bonds further stabilize the structure of 1. The luminescent property of 1 was studied in solid state at room temperature.  相似文献
