Synthesis and Enantioselective Discrimination of Chiral Fluorescence Receptors Bearing Amino Acid Units 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Two chiral fluorescence receptors (1, 2) were synthesized, and their structures were characterized by IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, mass spectra and elemental analysis. The chiral recognition of receptors was studied by ^1H NMR and fluorescence spectra. The results demonstrate that receptors and dibenzoyl tartrate anion formed a 1 : 1 complex. The receptor 1 exhibited a good enantioselective recognition ability toward the enantiomers of dibenzoyl tartrate anion. 相似文献

Four novel derivatives of 1,1′-bi-2-naphthol have been prepared and the structures of these compounds characterised by IR, MS, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The enantioselective recognition of these sensors has been studied by fluorescence titration and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The sensors exhibited different chiral recognition abilities towards N-Boc-protected amino acid anions and formed 1:1 complexes between the host and the guest. Sensors exhibit excellent enantioselective fluorescent recognition ability towards the amino acid derivatives. 相似文献

The fluorescent photo-induced electron transfer chemosensors (R)-1, (R)-2, (S)-1 and (S)-2 based on the 3,3′-positions of 1,1′-bi-2-naphthol were designed for their recognition of mandelate. The binding properties for mandelate were examined by the fluorescence spectra. The high fluorescence sensitivity and enantioselectivity make compound (R)-2 a practically useful sensor for the recognition of mandelate in CH3OH/H2O system (1:1, 0.01 M Tris–HCl buffer, pH 7.4). 相似文献

合成了携带有丹磺酰基荧光团和(1R,2R)- 或(1S,2S)-1,2-二苯基乙二胺键合单元的双臂杯[4]芳烃手性阴离子受体(1和2)。通过荧光光谱检测了受体对手性氨基酸阴离子的键和能力。非线型曲线拟合的结果表明受体(1或2)与N-乙酰基-L或D-天冬氨酸盐通过多重氢键的相互作用形成了1:1的络合物。并且展现了对N-乙酰基天冬氨酸盐对映体良好的对映选择性的荧光识别(受体1: Kass(D)/ Kass(L)=6.74;受体2: Kass(L)/ Kass (D)=6.48)。明显不同的荧光响应说明受体1和2能被用作为对N-乙酰基天冬氨酸盐的荧光化学传感器。 相似文献

Fluorescent probes that can discriminate enantiomers of amino acids in organic media or aqueous solution are discussed. This Minireview focuses on recent progress in the studies of three classes of probes including those made of cyclodextrins, 1,1′-binaphthyl compounds, and nanomaterials, and uses them to illustrate the design strategies, applications, and limitations in this area. These probes are potentially useful for rapid analysis of asymmetric reactions for amino acid synthesis as well as the real-time imaging of amino acids in biological systems. The challenges in these applications are analyzed. Working in this field of enantioselective fluorescent recognition of amino acids offers great opportunities to make new scientific discoveries and to develop important practical applications. 相似文献

氧化石墨烯因其独特的光学、表面、机械、电学及热学性质在诸多领域都具有良好的应用前景。利用氧化石墨烯能够有效猝灭荧光体(染料分子、量子点及上转换纳米材料)荧光的特性,结合相关生物分析技术,相继开发了各种荧光传感器。本文综述近年来氧化石墨烯荧光传感器的基本原理及研究进展,主要讨论氧化石墨烯荧光传感器在重金属离子、DNA、蛋白质及生物小分子的分析应用,并对该领域的应用前景进行了展望。 相似文献

设计合成了含有酚羟基的萘吖嗪类荧光探针分子,利用紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱研究了探针分子的阴离子识别和光化学传感性能。研究结果表明,该探针分子可以通过比色(紫外-可见吸收光谱)和荧光发射光谱双通道识别检测氟离子。该探针分子是一类比率型阴离子荧光探针,作用方式为探针分子酚羟基的去质子化作用,这种激发态质子转移(ESIPT)是探针分子呈现比率荧光特性的原因。通过本实验不但可以让学生掌握紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱仪的使用方法,还能培养学生在分子识别与光化学传感领域的科研兴趣。 相似文献

The imidazolium derivatives due to their positive charge possess one of the most polarized and positively charged proton at C2‐H to form strong ionic hydrogen bond (also termed as double ionic hydrogen bond) with anions and also provide opportunities for anion – π interactions with electron‐deficient imidazolium ring. In the present review article, imidazolium based molecular probes for their ability to recognize inorganic anions like halides, cyanide, perchlorate, carboxylic acids, phosphate, sulfate etc. and their derived molecules viz. nucleotides, DNA, RNA, surfactants, proteins, etc have been discussed. The review covers the literature published after year 2009 and has > 130 references. The previous literature has already been discussed by Yoon et al. in two review articles published in Chem. Soc. A novel auxillary chiral dimeric binol has been designed, synthesized, and used to enantioselectively recognize 1,2‐amino alcohols through the three point of interactions, the reversible imine bond, resonance assisted hydrogen bonding and the hydrogen bonding by the additional chiral moiety introduced at the receptor. An imidazole bromide fluorescent probe (R)-1 based on chiral H8-BINOL was synthesized with a high yield; it was found to have good enantioselective recognition of lysine and phenylalanine using fluorescence analysis. When L-lysine was recognized, the enantioselective fluorescence enhancement ratio was 2.7 (ef = IL − I0/ID − I0, ef = 2.7, 20 eq Lys); as the amount of L-Lys increased, a distinct red shift was observed (the wavelength varied by 55.6 nm, 0–100 eq L-Lys), whereas D-Lys had a minimal red shift. The generation of this red shift phenomenon was probably due to the ICT effect; the probe’s intramolecular charge transfer was affected after (R)-1 bound to L-Lys, and this charge transfer was enhanced, leading to a red shift in fluorescence. In addition to the enantioselective recognition of lysine, phenylalanine was also recognized; the enantioselective fluorescence enhancement ratio was 5.1 (ef = IL − I0/ID − I0, ef = 5.1, 20 eq Phe). 相似文献

A new racemic naphthyl-coumarin-based probe was found to bind covalently with amino acids in MeOH-KOH system and thereby generates distinct CD responses. The induced strong CD signals allowed quantitative enantiomeric excess analysis of amino acids and enantioselective sensing of amines and amino alcohols.
