采用循环伏安法(CV)、差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)和方波伏安法(SWV)在玻碳电极(GCE)上对痢菌净进行了电化学研究.实验表明:在pH=6.6的B-R缓冲底液中,痢菌净在-0.85伏左右有一个明显的可逆氧化还原峰,考察了不同底液及pH值、扫描速度、富集时间和静止时间的影响.DPV法其线性范围为2.0×10-6mol/L~2.0×10-3mol/L,检出限为5.0×10-8 mol/L;SWV法其线性范围为2.0×10-6 mol/L~1.0×10-3 mol/L,检出限为2.0×10-8 mol/L.并对痢菌净的电极反应机理进行了初步探讨,该方法操作简单、灵敏,可用于实际药品测定.  相似文献

碳糊电极阳极吸附伏安法测定洛美沙星   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
报道了碳糊电极阳极吸附伏安法测定洛美沙星的新方法。在0.096mol L的KHP NaOH(pH5.4)缓冲液中,用碳糊电极为工作电极,在0.3V(vs.SCE)富集一定时间,然后从0.3~1 3V以300mV s扫速线性扫描,记录其在1 02V的二次导数阳极溶出峰。溶出峰电流与洛美沙星浓度在8.0×10-9~8.0×10-8mol L(富集90s)和8.0×10-8~8.0×10-7mol L(富集30s)范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9844和0.9967,检出限为9.0×10-10mol L(S N=3)。探讨了洛美沙星在碳糊电极上的伏安性质和电极反应机理,并且成功地应用于人体尿液中洛美沙星的测定,结果与紫外光度法基本吻合。  相似文献

研究了芦荟大黄素在以 0 .1mol/LHAc (pH 2 .89)为支持电解质 ,玻碳电极为工作电极的吸附伏安行为 .结果表明芦荟大黄素存在一个准可逆的双电子转移过程 ,其峰电流Ip 和峰电位Ep 与溶液 pH值有关 .同时还建立了用 1.5阶微分阳极溶出伏安法测定含量的新方法 .在 - 0 .80V(vs.SCE)电位下富集 ,可得一灵敏的微分阳极溶出峰 ,峰电位Ep 为 - 0 .38V ,峰电流Ip 与芦荟大黄素的浓度在 2 .0× 10 - 7~ 8.0× 10 - 6 mol/L范围内成线性关系 ,最低检出限为 1.0× 10 - 7mol/L .该法用于含有芦荟大黄素体系的测定 ,具有简便、快速、准确等优点  相似文献

呋喃妥因 (NFT)在 0 .1mol/LHAc NaAc (pH 4 .0 )溶液中于钴 /玻碳 (Co/GC)离子注入修饰电极上产生一灵敏的伏安还原峰 ,峰电位为 - 0 .2 6V(vs.Ag/AgCl) ,峰电流与NFT浓度在 6 .0× 10 -8~ 5 .0× 10 -6mol/L范围内呈线性关系 (r =0 .9987) ,检出限为 1.0× 10 -8mol/L。用线性扫描伏安法和循环伏安法研究了NFT的伏安行为、吸附特性和电极反应机理。测定了电子转移数 (n =4 )、转移系数 (α =0 .5 8)和参与反应的质子数 (X =4 )等电化学参数。结果表明该电极过程为一具有吸附性的不可逆过程。该法用于片剂中NFT含量的测定 ,得到满意的结果。用标准加入法测得该法的回收率为 94 .0 %~ 98.5 %。  相似文献

吡柔比星在 0 .1 mol/L HAc- Na Ac缓冲溶液 (p H4.3)中 ,出现一灵敏的示波极谱导数还原峰 ,峰电位为 - 0 .39V(vs.SCE) ,峰电流与吡柔比星浓度在 2 .0× 1 0 -7~ 4.0× 1 0 -6mol/L范围内成正比。检出限为 1 .0× 1 0 -8mol/L。用于病人尿样的测定。用线性扫描和循环伏安法研究体系的性质。体系属具有吸附性的可逆过程。  相似文献

用 4 甲氧基 2 ,6 二 (3,5 二甲基吡唑 ) 1 ,3,5 三嗪作碳糊修饰剂 ,采用示差脉冲阳离子溶出伏安法对痕量钴的测定进行了研究。测试介质为 1 .0mol LNH4Cl(pH 5 .50 )溶液 ,参比电极为Ag AgCl。向正电位方向扫描时 ,Co(Ⅱ )的氧化峰在 - 0 .0 7V ,Co(Ⅱ )的浓度在 1 .0×1 0 -7~ 1 .0× 1 0 -8mol L,2 .0× 1 0 -7~ 6 .0× 1 0 -6mol L两个范围内与峰电流成线性关系 ,且大多数阳离子不干扰测试结果。用于饮用水中Co(Ⅱ )的测定 ,结果与文献一致  相似文献

用循环伏安法和微分脉冲吸附伏安法对磷酸可待因在Nafion修饰玻碳电极上的伏安行为进行了研究。结果表明在 0 .1mol/LHCl底液中 ,磷酸可待因在 + 1 .0 6V处 (vs.SCE)产生一良好的氧化峰 ,磷酸可待因浓度在 5 .0× 1 0 - 7~2 .5× 1 0 - 5mol/L范围内与峰电流呈线性关系 ,检出限为 1 .3× 1 0 - 7mol/L。并分别对其单方药和复方药制剂进行了测定  相似文献

用离子液体1-庚基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸([HMIM][PF6])作修饰剂制备了离子液体修饰碳糊电极(IL/CPE).在0.5 mol/L HAc-NaAc(pH=4.8)缓冲溶液中,采用循环伏安法(CV)和方波伏安法(SWV)研究了米吐尔在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,建立了测定米吐尔的新方法.研究表明,米吐尔在IL/CPE上的氧化、还原峰电位差比其在裸碳糊电极(CPE)上的小,而峰电流却显著增加,说明IL/CPE对米吐尔有电催化作用;共存物对苯二酚干扰米吐尔的测定,通过方波伏安法可以消除其干扰.在方波伏安曲线上,米吐尔的还原峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10-7 ~2.0×10-5 mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为3.0×10-8 mol/L.该法可用于照相废液中米吐尔的测定.  相似文献

以玻碳电极作工作电极,在微波作用下用循环伏安法和方波伏安法研究了盐酸异丙嗪的电化学特性,结果表明微波可以增大峰电流,并应用于盐酸异丙嗪的检测,建立了一种新的检测盐酸异丙嗪的电化学方法.在最佳实验条件下,无微波作用时用方波伏安法检测盐酸异丙嗪,其响应电流与盐酸异丙嗪的浓度在4.0×10-6 ~1.0×10-4 mol/L范围呈线性关系(r=0.998 2,n=7),线性回归方程为I(A)=0.040 3c(mol/L)+5.0×10-7,检出限为4.0×10-7 mol/L;在微波作用下用方波伏安法检测盐酸异丙嗪,其响应电流与盐酸异丙嗪的浓度在4.0×10-6 ~1.0×10-4 mol/L范围有很好的线性关系(r=0.999 1,n=7),线性回归方程为I(A)=0.045 7c(mol/L)+6.0×10-7,检出限为2.0×10-7 mol/L.在4.0×10-6 ~1.0×10-4 mol/L范围微波增敏的峰电流与无微波条件下峰电流的比值平均值为1.22.该方法用于盐酸异丙嗪片的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

用循环伏安法和控制电位库仑法研究了洛哌丁胺在多壁碳纳米管碳糊电极(MCNT-PE)上的伏安行为及反应机理.在pH 7.2伯瑞坦-罗宾森(B-R)缓冲液中,洛哌丁胺于+0.89 V(vs.SCE)处产生一氧化峰.其电极反应是由吸附控制的不可逆2电子2质子过程.与碳糊电极(CPE)相比,洛哌丁胺在MCNT-PE上的峰电位较低,峰电流较高.基于洛哌丁胺的阳极伏安行为,建立了差分脉冲伏安法测定其含量的方法.线性范围为4.0×10-7 ~ 2.0×10-5 mol/L,检出限为7.8×10-8 mol/L.该法用于测定胶囊中洛哌丁胺的含量,结果满意.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

Microwave-assisted copper-catalyzed ring expansions of three-membered heterocycles with α-diazo-β-dicarbonyl compounds were investigated. Thiiranes generated 3-acyl-5,6-dihydro-1,4-oxathiines in the presence of copper sulfate and trans-3-acyl-5,6-dihydro-1,4-oxathiines as stereospecific products for 1,2-disubstituted cis-thiiranes through an intramolecular SN2 process. Oxiranes gave rise to 2-acyl-5,6-dihydro-1,4-dioxines under the catalysis of copper hexafluoroacetylacetonate and cis-3-acyl-5,6-dihydro-1,4-dioxines as stereospecific products for 1,2-disubstituted cis-oxiranes via an intimate ion-pair mechanism. The current method provides a direct and simple strategy in efficient preparation of 3-acyl-5,6-dihydro-1,4-oxathiines and 2-acyl-5,6-dihydro-1,4-dioxines, important agents in medicinal and agricultural chemistry, from readily available thiiranes and oxiranes, respectively.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. The reaction could take place at mild condition, tolerating a wide range of function groups and affording products in moderate to excellent yields.  相似文献
