Silyl-substitutedo-carboranes 1-R-2-Me3Si(CH2) n -1,2-C2B10H10 (R=Me, Ph;n=0, 1) undergo transmetallation on treatment with BunLi to form lithium derivatives ofo-carboranes, 1-R-2-Li(CH2) n -1,2-C2B10H10, wheren=0, 1. A silicon derivative ofo-carborane, 1-Ph-2-(Me3SiCHPh)-1,2-C2B10H10, undergoes neither transmetallation nor metallation at the benzyl CH-group on treatment with BunLi due to significant steric hindrance. Aroylpyruvic acids and their methyl esters react witho-aminophenyldiphenylmethanol to form 4-aryl-2-[2-(1-hydroxydiphenylmethyl)phenylamino]-4-oxobut-2-enoic acids and their esters. The α-enamino acids obtained undergo intramolecular heterocyclization in the presence of Ac2O to affort substituted 4,5-dihydrobenzo[e][1,4]oxazepin-3(1H)-ones. The reaction of 5-arylfuran-2,3-diones witho-aminophenyldiphenylmethanol leads to products of decyclization, 2-(1-hydroxydiphenylmethyl)phenylamides of 4-aryl-2-hydroxy-4-oxobut-2-enoic acid, which upon heating in AcOH or Ac2O yield 3-aroylacetyl-1,1-diphenyl-1H-benzo[d][1,3]oxazines. 在不同反应条件下反应得到了两种1,2,3-三唑衍生物的配合物[Co(H2O)6][Co(L13]2·4H2O(1)和Cu(L222)(HL1=5-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylic acid;HL2=1-(4-iodophenyl)-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylic acid)。通过X射线单晶衍射和红外光谱确定了晶体结构,同时对配合物12进行了表面作用分析(Hirshfeld surface analysis),在二维指纹图谱中可以清楚的看到配合物中的主要分子间作用。  相似文献

In this study, we synthesized a new series of substituted aliphatic 1,3,4-thiadiazol-2(3H)-one derivatives (6-24) in yields ranging from 42 to 70% with an interesting mechanism that involves internal nucleophilic substitution followed by an SN2-type nucleophilic substitution. First, 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-((5-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)thio)ethanone (3) was synthesized from the reaction of 5-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-thiol (1) with 2-bromo-1-(4-chlorophenyl)ethanone (2) in the presence of potassium hydroxide. Then, 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-((5-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)thio)ethanol (4) was synthesized by a reduction reaction of this compound using NaBH4. Finally, 5-methyl-3-alkyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2(3H)-one derivatives (6-24), which are the target compounds, were synthesized from the reaction of this compound (4), which is a secondary alcohol with various alkyl halides (5a-n) in the presence of sodium hydride (NaH). This study presents an interesting reaction mechanism related to the synthesis of aliphatic 1,3,4-thiadiazol-2(3H)-one derivatives that is not recorded in the literature.  相似文献

The reactions of 5,6,7,8-tetrafluoro-4-hydroxycoumarin derivatives with o-phenylenediamine occur with pyrone heterocycle cleavage and formation of substituted benzodiazepin-2-ones. 5,6,7,8-Tetrafluoro-4-hydroxycoumarin affords 4-(3,4,5,6-tetrafluoro-2-hydroxyphenyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-1,5-benzodiazepin-2-one, 3-acetimidoyl-5,6,7,8-tetrafluoro-4-hydroxycoumarin produces 3-(3,4,5,6-tetrafluoro-2-hydroxybenzoyl)-4-methyl-1,2-dihydro-1H-1,5-benzodiazepin-2-one, and 3-acetyl-5,6,7,8-tetrafluoro-4-hydroxycoumarin yields both these heterocycles.  相似文献

Interaction of 1-hydroxy-3-imidazoline and 3-imidazoline 3-oxide derivatives with esters in the presence of LDA gives enaminones, derivatives of imidazolidine. 1-Hydroxy-4-phenyl-3-imidazoline reacts with butyllithium to give the product oforthometallation of the phenyl group. Reactions of this compound with electrophiles followed by oxidation afford 4-(o-R-phenyl) derivatives of nitroxyl radicals. When a hydroxyalkyl group is present in theortho-position, an unusual pathway of the decay of stable nitroxyl radicals of the imidazoline series has been observed due to the existence of a spirobicyclic tautomer. The reaction of theo-metallated derivative with CS2 leads to a profound transformation of the imidazoline ring and to the formation of isoindolethione. Fast recyclization into isoquinolines occurs in the case of the 4-(o-benzoyl)phenyl derivative of 3-imidazoline. The product ofo-metallation reacts with methyl nitrate to yield the 4-(o-hydroxy)phenyl derivative (a potential paramagnetic chelate-forming reagent) and theo-nitro derivative, the starting material for further chemical transformations.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. An investigation of the one-carbon homologation of some 1-tribromomethyl-isoquinoline and 2-tribromomethyl-quinoline derivatives was conducted. Under the influence of an aqueous solution of silver nitrate in the presence of a nucleophilic species (MeOH, H2O, EtNH2), these derivatives led to the respective expanded heterocycles, 2H-1- and 2H-3-benzazepin-2-one derivatives. A mechanism for this novel ring enlargement involving initial formation of an aziridinium, and its subsequent opening to form a stabilized benzylic carbocation, is proposed to explain the results.  相似文献

Condensation of 2-trifluoromethylchromone with diethyl malonate, ethyl cyanoacetate, and Meldrum’s acid gave the corresponding methylidene derivatives of 2-trifluoromethyl-4H-chromene. Nucleophilic 1,6-addition of an excess of Me3SiCF3 in the presence of Me4NF to those obtained from the former two compounds afforded 4-substituted 2,2-bis(trifluoromethyl)-2H-chromenes. A series of substituted benzoyl modified β-cyclodextrins, including mono-6-O-(p-methylbenzoyl)-β-CD (1), mono-6-O-(m-methylbenzoyl)-β-CD (2), mono-6-O-(o-methylbenzoyl)-β-CD (3), mono-6-O-(p-methoxylbenzoyl)-β-CD (4), mono-6-O-(m-methoxylbenzoyl)-β-CD (5), mono-6-O-(o-methoxylbenzoyl)-β-CD (6), mono-6-O-(m, p-dimethoxylbenzoyl)]-β-CD (7), mono-6-O-(o,m-dimethoxylbenzoyl)-β-CD (8), and mono-(6-O-benzoyl)-β-CD (9) were synthesized and their inclusion properties were studied by using fluorescence spectroscopy. The binding constants (Ka) of the modified β-CD derivatives with 2-p-toluidinylnaphthalene-6-sulfonate (TNS) were determined on the basis of the fluorescence spectroscopy. The effect of types and location of substituted groups of the benzene ring of the modified β-cyclodextrins on the binding property was discussed. Results indicated that the substituents had significant influences on the binding abilities of modified β-cyclodextrins.  相似文献

New mono- and disubstituted organoplatinum(II) derivatives of diphenyl ether,cis-(PhOC6H4-o)PtCl(PPh3)2 and (o-C6H4OC6H4-o)Pt(PPh3)2, were synthesized by the reaction of 2,2-dilithium diphenyl oxide withcis-Cl2Pt(PPh3)2. Transmetallation of (PhOC6H4-o)AuPPh3 withcis-Cl2Pt(PPh3)2 was studied using31P NMR monitoring. This reaction proceeds with the retention of configuration to afford ClAuPPh3 andcis-(PhOC6H4-o)PtCl(PPh3)2 under kinetically controlled conditions. The latter complex irreversibly isomerizes into thetrans isomer in the presence of equimolar quantities of ClAuPPh3, whereas, in the presence of free PPh3, this isomerization is reversible. The structures of the obtained diphenyl oxide derivatives of platinum were confirmed by31P NMR and FAB mass spectrometry. It was established by X-ray structural analysis that in thecis-(PhOC6H4-o)PtCl(PPh3)2 complex, the Pt atom is in a nearly square-planar coordination, and secondary intramolecular Pt...O interaction occurs.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Reactions of an amino derivative of the closo-decaborate anion [1-B10H9NH3] with aromatic aldehydes afforded Schiff bases [1-B10H9NH=CHAr] (Ar=Ph, C6H4-2-OMe, or C6H4-4-NHCOMe). 5-HT3 receptor antagonists, such as Ondansetron, are used for anti-emesis after chemotherapy, radiotherapy and operations. Some Ondansetron analogs possessing piperazine ring as side chains were synthesized in our lab. Thus, one of the two carbonyl groups of starting material 1,3-cyclohexandione (1) was condensed with phenylhydrazine hydrochloride to form monophenylhydrazone (2). 1,2,3,9-Tetrahydro-4H-carbazol-4-one (3) was prepared from 2 via cyclization and rearranged in the presence of ZnCl2. Through a methylation reaction, compound 3 was converted to 1,2,3,9-tetrahydro-9-methyl-4H-carbazol-4-one (4). 3-Dimethylaminomethyl substituted compound (5) was synthesized from 4 by a Mannich reaction in glacial acetic acid. Nine novel 1,2,3,9-tetrahydro-9-methyl-3-(4-substituted-piperazin-1-ylmethyl)-4H-carbazol-4-one derivatives (6a–6i) were synthesized through nucleophilic substitution reaction of 5 with piperazines. The structures of all the target compounds were determined by elemental analysis, IR, MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra. Condensation of o-tosylaminobenzaldehyde with γ-aminobutyric, 4-aminophenylthioacetic, and p-aminobenzoic acids and β-alanine gave 6,12-epimino-5,11-ditosyl-5,6,11,12-tetrahydrodibenzo[b, f]-1,5-diazocines with carboxyl-containing substituents at the bridging N atoms. The structures of three products were examined by X-ray diffraction analysis. Condensation of o-mesylaminobenzaldehyde (prepared by the McFadyen-Stevens reaction) with NH4OAc and primary amines afforded 6,12-epimino-5,11-dimesyl-5,6,11,12-tetrahydrodibenzo[b, f]-1,5-diazocine derivatives.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. 11 and 12 molar reactions of dioxouranium(VI) acetate dihydrate with the monobasic bidentateSchiff bases,o-HOC6H4CH=NR oro-HOC10H6CH=NR (R=C2H5,n-C3H7,n-C4H9 or C6H5) and bibasic tridentateSchiff bases,o-HOC6H4CH=NR(OH) oro-HOC10H6CH=NR(OH) (R=–CH2CH(CH3)- or —CH2CH2CH2–) have been studied and derivates of the type UO2(OAc)2(SBH), UO2(OAc)2(SBH)2, UO2(OAc)2(SBH 2) and UO2(OAc)2(SBH 2)2 (whereSBH andSBH 2 represent monobasic bidentate and bibasic tridentateSchiff base molecules respectively) have been isolated. These have been characterized by elemental analysis, conductance measurements and IR spectral studies.

Summary By condensation of 2,2-difluoro-4-methyl-benzo[d]-1,3,2-2H-dioxaborines (12) with cyano acetic acid derivatives in presence of weak bases, 3-cyano-4-methyl-benzo[b]pyran-2-ones (13) or their 3-cyano-4-methyl-benzo[b]pyran-2-imine precursors (14) are available in satisfactory yields.

A one-step procedure was developed for the synthesis of 5-acetyl-2-amino-4-aryl-3-cyano-4H-pyrano[3,2-b]indoles involving the three-component reaction of 1-acetylindol-3(2H)-one with aromatic aldehydes and malononitrile in ethanol in the presence of triethylamine as the catalyst. The structure of 5-acetyl-2-amino-4-(4"-chloro-3"-nitrophenyl)-3-cyano-4H-pyrano[3,2-b]indole was established by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

An efficient and novel synthesis of 2,3-disubstituted 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones via one-pot, three-component reaction of isatoic anhydride, primary amines and aromatic aldehydes catalyzed by Bi(NO3)3·5H2O under solvent-free conditions is described. Oxidation of these 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones to their quinazolin-4(3H)-ones was also successfully performed in the presence of Bi(NO3)3·5H2O. This new method has the advantages of convenient manipulation, short reaction times, excellent yields, very easy work-up, and the use of commercially available, low cost and relatively non-toxic catalyst. The role of Bi(NO3)3·5H2O was also investigated in these transformations.  相似文献
