为了解决向多个管路同步微量加注药剂难题,提出一种双泵多路高精度加注装置.双泵设计可以均衡负载,互为备用,为多路加注提供统一动力;加注采用PID-PWM策略,通过对电磁阀的开关控制,替代调节阀位,实现精确加注,快速性好.应用实例表明,加注装置能实现多路药剂独立,精确,同步的加注,控制精度高,硬件成本低.  相似文献

贴膜位置的偏移是轻触薄膜开关出现不良品的主要因素之一,位置偏移量的大小在很大程度上取决于用来检查贴膜位置偏移的位置测量装置的测量精度.通过参数设计的方法,系统分析影响位置测量装置测量精度的影响因素,依据L_(18)(2~1×3~7)正交表安排正交试验,将贴膜上20个金属弹片两两之间的距离作为信号因子,通过比例式校准模型分别计算每次试验的SN比和比例系数,分析最优的因子水平组合.研究表明,优化后的位置检查装置识别能力得到了明显的改善,最适合条件的位置检查装置具有更好的测量精确度.  相似文献

对于多项选择敏感问题抽样调查,为了避开以往使用随机化调查时使用随机化装置带来的不便,提出一种间接问卷调查策略.结合问卷设计对个体隐私的保护度,对辅助信息的选择提出了的建议,并得到了敏感属性比例的极大似然估计和Bayes估计.数据模拟的结果显示,相比于极大似然估计,小样本时Bayes估计便有较高的精度.随着样本量的增加,两种估计结果趋于一致.提出的间接问卷调查策略,相比于以往的随机化调查技术,具有方便、省时等特点,可在实践中应用.  相似文献

Topology optimization has gained prime significance due to increasing demands of lightweight components. In this paper, a general mathematical formulation of topology optimization is presented with some imperative manufacturing constraints for maximizing the stiffness of a structure with mixed boundary conditions. A methodology is implemented to determine the optimal configuration of operative structural components by executing TOSCA in batch-process mode with ANSYS software. CAD viable design is attained by smoothing the topological optimized surfaces. The geometry at the maximum stressed areas is also optimized. Analysis of the customized reduced weight configuration reveals that it comprises the harmonized stress distribution and improved structural performance.  相似文献

针对复杂产品方案设计中指标属性信息的不完全性和不确定性,研究了一种基于粗糙数和信息熵理论的灰色关联评估模型。首先通过引入粗糙数序列的范数实现粗糙数评估矩阵的规范化处理,并利用熵权对指标属性值进行权重集结,然后构建理想最优特征序列,并借助基于信息还原算子的粗糙相似关联度来获得最优评估方案。信息熵赋权可减少主观赋权产生的人为因素影响,信息还原算子可避免评估过程中的信息失真现象。最后通过工程机械产品的实例,验证了该评估模型的有效性和实用性,便于对复杂产品的方案设计进行评估和优选。  相似文献

The paper formulates the problem of designing gas pipeline collection networks in a desert environment where there are no physical obstacles, and therefore no constraints on the geometry. It is shown that such networks should be trees. An efficient method is presented for determining the optimal position of the junction points and the diameter of the pipes if the basic configuration is given. This study considers supply chain network configuration in an innovative environment while the new product development (NPD) will affect the supply chain configuration (SCC). The time of new product introduction has a significant effect on the market performance while it has an effect on the supply chain configuration. Supplier integration into the new product introduction is the key parameter for successfully new product introduction, which may contribute to supply chain reconfiguration. Consequently By considering the new product development concept, we may face with dynamic supply chain configuration during a planning horizontal time. In this study, a new model is presented to consider the dynamic configuration of a supply chain by developing new products. In the proposed model, the dynamic configuration of a supply chain and the new product launching time is optimized simultaneously. The proposed model considers production, sales and transportation planning for the entire supply chain in order to achieve an integrative and efficient supply as well. Then some numerical analyses have been done to show the applicability of the proposed model. The results show that the new product development has a significant effect on the configuration of supply chain.  相似文献

Aquaculture has moved from conventional open systems to high density and highly productive land-based recirculation systems. Consumers have increased consumption of fish and fish products due to recognition of their nutritional value along with social progress and the improvement of living standards. A traceability system is considered as an effective tool to guarantee safety in fish products and improve the supply chain transparency. This paper developed a Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) based Traceability System for Recirculation Aquaculture (RATS). System tests shows that the WSN-based traceability system has comparable data accuracy and advantage of easy installment and configuration.  相似文献

This paper deals with the mathematical modeling and optimization of a code division multiple access (CDMA) cellular system configuration that seeks the optimal location, power, and antenna height of each base station in a service area, in order to optimize call quality, service coverage and total cost of system configuration. The factors affecting optimum selection are the non-uniform spatial demand in the service area, the propagation environment, the interference among users and among base stations, and other factors intrinsic to CDMA technology. The simulated annealing method supplemented by a demand allocation algorithm is implemented in a software package to solve this complex multiobjective nonlinear optimization problem. This research shows that simulated annealing is a viable method for obtaining good quality solutions to the wireless system configuration problem. A realistic case study dealing with the design of a cellular system configuration for the city of Cambridge, MA, and its surroundings, is developed to illustrate the modeling concept and the steps of the algorithm. Sensitivity analysis is performed to further analyze the configuration decision.  相似文献

This paper addresses multi-purpose machine configuration in an uncertain context through sensitivity analysis. The so-called configuration is the machine??s ability to process products, and the uncertain context is modelled as a demand variation affecting the forecast demand. Given a configuration, this work aims at assessing the completion time deviation when the workshop demand is subject to perturbation. Such quantitative information can be used in a robustness approach for selecting the most appropriate configuration. To do so, the configuration impact on the completion time value that can be reached by solving the attached scheduling problem is first investigated. Then, the completion time deviation is written as a piecewise linear function of the magnitude of demand variation. The proposed approach, which is based on the solution of a set of linear programs, is illustrated through a detailed example. It is shown to be polynomial, and fast enough for addressing real-world instances. Finally, how to compare two configurations on the basis of completion time deviation in an uncertain context is demonstrated.  相似文献

This paper discusses how a manufacturer and its retailers interact with each other to optimize their product marketing strategies, platform product configuration and inventory policies in a VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) supply chain. The manufacturer procures raw materials from multiple suppliers to produce a family of products sold to multiple retailers. Multiple types of products are substitutable each other to end customers. The manufacturer makes its decision on raw materials’ procurement, platform product configuration, product replenishment policies to retailers with VMI, price discount rate, and advertising investment to maximize its profit. Retailers in turn consider the optimal local advertising investments and retail prices to maximize their profits. This problem is modeled as a dual simultaneous non-cooperative game (as a dual Nash game) model with two sub-games. One is between the retailers serving in competing retail markets and the other is between the manufacturer and the retailers. This paper combines analytical, iterative and GA (genetic algorithm) methods to develop a game solution algorithm to find the Nash equilibrium. A numerical example is conducted to test the proposed model and algorithm, and gain managerial implications.  相似文献

The refinement of the global aerodynamical optimal design (OD) of the shape of a flying configuration (FC) can be performed by improving of the start solutions for the optimization and/or of the optimization strategy itself. The proposed strategy is the own developed iterative optimum–optimorum theory. The study is here focused on the further improvement of her new, original, reinforced, zonal, spectral solutions for the partial–differential equations (PDEs) of the three–dimensional compressible Navier–Stokes layer (NSL), which govern the flow over the FCs, in subsonic and supersonic flow. These NSL's solutions, which are good suited for the computation and, especially, for the global optimal design, use the analytical potential solutions of the flow over the same FC twice: firstly as outer flow, at the NSL's edge (instead of the parallel flow used by Prandtl in his boundary layer theory) and, secondly, the velocity's components are products between the corresponding potential velocities and polynomial expansions with arbitrary coefficients, which are used to satisfy the NSL's PDEs. The use of analytical elliptical potential solutions leads to subsonic and the use of hyperbolical potential solutions leads to supersonic stabilized and rapid convergent NSL's solutions.
