Crystals of PbCu3(OH)(NO3)(SeO3)3·1/2H2O [a=7.761(3)Å,b=9.478(4)Å,c=9.514(4)Å, =66.94(2)°, =69.83(2)°, =81.83(2)°, space group P ,Z=2] and Pb2Cu3O2(NO3)2(SeO3)2 [a=5.884(2)Å,b=12.186(3)Å,c=19.371(4)Å, space group Cmc21,Z=4] were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Their crystal structures were refined with three-dimensional X-ray data toR w=0.033 resp. 0.055. In PbCu3(OH)(NO3)(SeO3)3·1/2H2O the Cu atoms are [4+1] and [4+2] coordinated and via SeO3 groups a three-dimensional atomic arrangement is built up. In Pb2Cu3O2(NO3)2(SeO3)2 there are sheets, which are connected only via Pb-O bonds ranging from 2.98 Å to 3.16 Å.

Crystals of Pb2(NO2)(NO3)(SeO3) were synthesized by partial reduction of nitrate ions with native copper under hydrothermal conditions. The crystal structure [a=5.529 (2) Å,b=10.357 (3) Å,c=6.811 (2) Å, space group Pmn21,Z=2] was determined from 1 707 independent X-ray data up to sin /=0.81 Å–1 and was refined toR w =0.028. The Pb(1) atom is ten coordinated to O atoms [Pb(1)-O from 2.51 Å to 2.96 Å], the Pb(2) atom has three nearest O atoms [Pb(2)-O=2.41 Å (1 ×) and 2.45 Å (2 ×)] and six next-nearest O atoms [Pb(2)-O from 2.80 Å to 3.22 Å].

From the reaction or Mo2Cl6(THF)3 with excess of NaO2CPh and PEt3 in THF three types of crystals have been obtained and recrystallized in CH2Cl2. They are brown compound Mo2(O2CPh)6(PEt3)2·2CH2Cl2 (1), yellow-Mo2(O2CPb)4 (2), and black Mo4O6(O2CPh)6(PEt3)2.CH2Cl2 (3). When a strict ratio of MO2Cl6(THF)3:NaO2CPh = 1:2 was applied, Mo2(O2CPh)4(THF)2, (4) was the only compound separated from the THF reaction mixture. Their structures have been determined by X-ray crystallography. There are three coordination modes of benzoate in 1: bridging 2-O2CPh, bridging 1-O2CPh and terminal O2CPh groups. Compound 2 is chemically well known, but was found to pack differently from the previously reported structure. Mo4O6(O2CPh)6(PEt3)2·CH2C12 (3) is a mixed-valence Mo (IV, V) tetranuclear compound in a butterfly arrangement. A molecule of 4 is actually a MO2(O2CPh)4 molecule with two THIF molecules axially coordinating to the molybdenum atoms. A facile procedure for synthesizing the mono(hydroxo)tris(carboxylato)platinum(IV) species has been achieved. The reaction of [PtII(OH)2(dmpda)] (dmpda=2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine) with a 30% aqueous solution of H2O2 in the presence of a carboxylic acid produces a stable [PtIV(OOCR)3(OH)(dmpda)] (R=Me, Et) complex in high yield. The crystal structures of [PtIV(OOCMe)3(OH)(dmpda)] . H2O (triclinic P1 bar, a=8.761(2) Å, b=9.245(3) Å, c=10.659(2) Å, =106.25(2)°, =93.90(2)°, =98.92(2)°, V=813.1(3) Å3, Z=2, R= 0.0474) and [PtIV(OOCEt)3(OH)(dmpda)] (monoclinic P21/c, a=12.777(4) Å, b=10.514(2) Å, c=14.971(3) Å, =107.40(2)°, V=1919.2(8) Å3, Z=4, R=0.0611) show that the hydroxyl group has been selectively positioned at an axial site. The intramolecular hydrogen bond between the OH and C=O moiety exists (O(H)...=C, 2.83 Å for [PtIV(OOCMe)3(OH)(dmpda)] · H2O; 2.72 Å for [PtIV(OOCEt)3(OH)(dmpda)]. Formation of the axial-mono(hydroxo)tris(carboxylato)platinum(IV) species may be ascribed to a combination of `reactive-equatorial effects' with `cis-addition' in the carboxylic acid.  相似文献

The three copper(II)-arsenates were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions; their crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods:Cu3(AsO4)2-III:a=5.046(2) Å,b=5.417(2) Å,c=6.354(2) Å, =70.61(2)°, =86.52(2)°, =68.43(2)°,Z=1, space group ,R=0.035 for 1674 reflections with sin / 0.90 Å–1.Na4Cu(AsO4)2:a=4.882(2) Å,b=5.870(2) Å,c=6.958(3) Å, =98.51(2)°, =90.76(2)°, =105.97(2)°,Z=1, space group ,R=0.028 for 2157 reflections with sin / 0.90 Å–1.KCu4(AsO4)3:a=12.234(5) Å,b=12.438(5) Å,c=7.307(3) Å, =118.17(2)°,Z=4, space group C2/c,R=0.029 for 1896 reflections with sin / 0.80 Å–1.Within these three compounds the Cu atoms are square planar [4], tetragonal pyramidal [4+1], and tetragonal bipyramidal [4+2] coordinated by O atoms; an exception is the Cu(2)[4+1] atom in Cu3(AsO4)2-III: the coordination polyhedron is a representative for the transition from a tetragonal pyramid towards a trigonal bipyramid. In KCu4(AsO4)3 the Cu(1)[4]O4 square and the As(1)O4 tetrahedron share a common O—O edge of 2.428(5) Å, resulting in distortions of both the CuO4 square and the AsO4 tetrahedron. In KCu4(AsO4)3 haben das Cu(1)[4]O4-Quadrat und das As(1)O4-Tetraeder eine gemeinsame O—O-Kante von 2.428(5) Å, was eine Verzerrung der beiden Koordinationsfiguren CuO4-Quadrat und AsO4-Tetraeder bedingt. Die zwei Na-Atome in Na4Cu(AsO4)3 sind durch O-Atome [6]-koordiniert, das K-Atom in KCu4(AsO4)3 ist [8]-koordiniert.

Palladium clusters Pd4(SEt)4(OAc)4(I) and Pd6(SEt)12(II) were synthesized and studied. Their structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. For I, a= 9.774(2) Å, b= 10.821(2) Å, c= 13.061(3) Å, = 92.88(3)°, V= 1379.6(5) Å3, (calcd.) = 2.182 g/cm3, space group P21/n, Z= 4, N ref= 1558, and R= 0.031; for II, a= 10.581(1) Å, b= 10.584(2) Å, c= 11.478(2) Å, = 101.62(1)°, = 104.95(1)°, = 106.74(1)°, V= 1135.2(4) Å3, (calcd) = 2.007 g/cm3, space group P1, Z= 1, N ref= 2828, and R= 0.022. In cluster I, four Pd atoms form a planar cycle. The neighboring palladium atoms are bound by two acetate or by two mercaptide bridges, the Pd···Pd distances being 3.036–3.195 Å. In cluster II, Pd atoms form a planar six-membered cycle with Pd···Pd distances of 3.083–3.127 Å. The neighboring palladium atoms are bound by two mercaptide bridges. The formation of analogous clusters in solution was confirmed by IR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Summary The crystal structure of synthetic Cu3SeO4(OH)4 was determined by single crystal X-ray methods:a=8.382 (2) Å,b=6.087 (1) Å,c=12.285 (2) Å,V=626.8 Å3,Z=4, space group Pnma,R=0.026,R w =0.021 for 1255 independent reflections (sin / 0.8 Å–1). The crystal structure is isotypic to that of the mineral antlerite, Cu3SO4(OH)4. The copper atoms are Jahn-Teller distorted with Cu[4+2]O6 polyhedra forming triple chains along [010]. These chains are linked via SeO4 tetrahedra and weak hydrogen bonds to a framework structure.

Zusammenfassung Die Kristallstruktur von synthetischem Cu3SeO4(OH)4 wurde mittels Einkristall-Röntgenmethoden ermittelt:a=8.382 (2) Å,b=6.087 (1) Å,c=12.285 (2) Å,V=626.8 Å3,Z=4, Raumgruppe Pnma,R=0.026,R w =0.021 für 1255 unabhängige Reflexe (sin / 0.8 Å–1). Die Kristallstruktur ist isotyp mit der des Minerals Antlerit, Cu3SO4(OH)4. Die Kupferatome sind Jahn-Teller-verzerrt, die Cu[4+2]O6 Polyeder bilden Dreierketten entlang [010]. Diese Ketten sind über SeO4-Tetraeder und schwache Wasserstoffbrücken zu einer Gerüststruktur verbunden.

Summary Single crystal X-ray data of the hydrothermally grown new phase Li2Cu3(SeO3)2(SeO4)2 were measured with a four-circle diffractometer up to sin /=0.81 Å–1 [I2/a,Z=4,V=1175.5 Å3,a=16.293(6),b=5.007(2),c=14.448(6) Å, = 94.21(1)°]. The structure was determined by direct and Fourier methods and refined toR=0.034,R w =0.027 for 2 086 independent reflections.Cu(1)[4+1]O5 forms a tetragonal pyramid, Cu(2)[4 + 2]O6 is a strongly elongated octahedron. The Li atom is surrounded by four O atoms forming a distorted tetrahedron. Se(IV)O3 and Se(VI)O4 groups are in accordance to literature, mean Se-O bond lengths are 1.714 and 1.644 Å.

Zusammenfassung Einkristall-Röntgendaten der hydrothermal gezüchteten neuen Phase Li2Cu3(SeO3)2(SeO4)2 wurden mit einem Vierkreisdiffraktometer im Bereich bis zu sin /=0.81 Å–1 gemessen [I2/a,Z=4,V=1175.5 Å3,a=16.293(6),b=5.007(2),c=14.448(6) Å, =94.21(1)°]. Die Kristallstruktur wurde mittels direkter und Fourier-Methoden bestimmt und für 2 086 unabhängige Reflexe zuR=0.034,R w =0.027 verfeinert.Cu(1)[4+1]O5 bildet eine tetragonale Pyramide, Cu(2)[4+2]O6 ist ein stark verlängertes Oktaeder. Das Li-Atom ist von vier O-Atomen in Gestalt eines verzerrten Tetraeders umgeben. Die Se(IV)O3-und Se(VI)O4-Gruppen entsprechen der Literatur, die mittleren Se-O-Abstände betragen 1.714 und 1.644 Å.

The ring systems together with the C atoms of the methyl groups in (M) and with the Cl atoms in (C) are planar and have D3h-symmetry. Bond lengths and bond angles are discussed with regard to14N-NQR,35Cl-NQR and vibrational spectroscopic data.

The ionic structure shows approximate trigonal bipyramidal coordination around the Ag+-ions.

KAg(NO3)2 crystallizes in space group P21/a-C 2h 5 ,a=13.953,b=4.955,c=8.220 Å, =97.76°,Z=4. X-ray intensities were collected with a two-circle diffractometer. The structure was solved by means of direct methods andFourier syntheses and was refined by the least squares method toR=0.034 with 1346 observed reflexions. 1 {Ag2(NO3)4}2–-chains run parallel toy and are linked by potassium ions. Ag shows a distorted tetrahedral coordination with four relatively close O. K is irregularily surrounded by ten O. The isotypic compounds NH4Ag(NO3)2 and RbAg(NO3)2 were refined toR=0.032 and 0.035, respectively. The coordination figures are compareable with those in KAg(NO3)2.

An X-ray crystal structure analysis of colourless Ag3SO3N · 3NH3 · 2H2O was carried out at room temperature:M=504.79, orthorhombic, P212121,a=6.275 (1) Å,b=11.826 (2) Å,c=14.299 (12) Å,V=1061.10 Å3,Z=4,d x=3.160 Mgm–3,F(000)=940, Mo K, =0.71069 Å (graphite monochromator), =5.60 mm–1,R=4.71%,R w=4.96% (982 reflections, 120 parameters). The structure consists of Ag ribbons; each Ag atom is linearly co-ordinated to two N atoms with distances corresponding to covalent Ag-N bonds; no Ag-O coordination is observed; the N atom of the SO3N group is surrounded by three Ag atoms; compared to amidosulfuric acid, the SO3N group shows significant deformation.

A thorough study of compounds with the formula W2Cl4(NHCMe3)2(PR3)2, withR 3=Me3, Et3, Prg n 3 Me2,Ph, is reported. In addition, the structure of3a was re-determined and refined so that the disorder ratio was a refined parameter, leading to a value of 0.520:0.480 instead of being arbitrarily fixed at 0.50:0.50. In all of the structures the molecules are held in eclipsed (but very distorted) rotational conformations and the W-W distances are all within the range of 2.305-2.330 Å. As will be shown in a later paper, for all phosphines, thecis andtrans isomers are of similar stability and an equilibrium mixture exists in solution. It is also shown that1a and3a do not contain unexpectedly short W-N bonds as previously reported.  相似文献

Summary The synthesis of the NiII, PdII and CuII complexes of N, N-bis(aminoalkyl)oxamides (LH2) is described and structures are proposed on the basis of their physical and spectroscopic properties. With NiII and PdII only one complex is formed with general formula NiL or PdL, characterised by coordination through two deprotonated amide N-atoms and two terminal NH2 groups. With CuII it proved possible to obtain three structurally different compounds, depending on the pH, with general formulae Cu(LH2)X2, Cu2(L)X2 and CuL in which X=Cl, Br or NO3. The structure of [Cu2(C8O2N4H16](NO3)2 was solved by means ofx-ray diffraction; Mr=451.33, monoclinic, space group P21/n, a=9.503(4), b=7.614(1), c=10.407(3) Å, =98.43(3)°, V=744.3(7)Å3, Z=2, Dx=1.202 g cm–3, =1.33 cm–1, (MoK)=0.71073 Å, F(000)=520, room temperature, R=0.043, wR=0.047 for 1080 observed [I>-3(I)] not systematically absent reflections out of 1423 measurements and 137 variables. The compound has a conformational chair/boat disorder with 82% in the more stable chair form.  相似文献

Summary Single crystals of LiFe3+(SeO3)2 were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis. The crystal structure of LiFe3+(SeO3)2 is reported: tetragonal, space group I 2d,a=10.649(2) Å,c=9.959(2) Å,V=1129.4 Å3,Z=8, 1268 unique reflections,R=0.037. The structure contains LiFeO8 groups, built up by FeO6 octahedra edgesharing with strongly distorted LiO4 tetrahedra. These LiFeO8 groups share corners with trigonal pyramidal SeO3 groups to form a three dimensional network. The mean bondlengths are 1.994 Å, 2.006 Å and 1.699 Å for Li-O, Fe-O and Se(IV)-O, respectively.

Summary Several penta-and tetracyanooxomolybdenum(IV) anions have been synthesized containing different numbers of H2O molecules, either coordinated or present as crystallisation molecules. The influence of these molecules on the reactivity of the complex, especially towards O2, is discussed. Three compounds were characterized by x-ray structure determination. [Mo(O)(CN)5(H2O)2(MeCN)2][PPh4]4Cl belongs to triclinic space group P-1 witha=13.146(3) Å,b=16.944(5) Å,c=21.761(6) Å, =84.72(2)°, =87.15(2)° and =85.25(2)°. The volume of the unit cell is 4678(6)Å3 withz=2. The structure was refined to R=6.5%. [Mo(O)(CN)4(H2O)·6H2O][PPh4]2 belongs to monoclinic space group P21/n witha=15.313(2)Å,b=19.983(3)Å,c=17.006(2)Å, =100.51(2)°. The volume of the unit cell is 5117(3)Å3 withz=4. The structure was refined to R=8.7%. [Mo(O)(CN)4(MeCN)](PH3)2N]2 belongs to triclinic space group P-1 witha=13.770(4)Å,b=16.292(5)Å,c=16.889(5)Å, =73.23(2)°, =72.02(2)° and =71.57(2)°. The volume of the unit cell is 3342(3)Å3 withz=2. The structure was refined to R=7.2%.  相似文献

Y(NO3)3(12-crown-4) was prepared via reaction of the crown ether and Y(NO3)3·nH2O in acetonitrile. Y(NO3)3(12-crown-4) crystallizes in the monoclinic space groupP21/c witha=12.084(5),b=8.524(4),c=15.150(6) Å, =91.62(3)0 andD calc=1.92 g cm–3 forZ=4. The structure was refined by least-squares to a final conventionalR value of 0.105 using 1249 independent observed reflections [I3(I)]. The title compound is isostructural with its Eu(III) analog. The yttrium ion is ten-coordinate, bonded to three bidentate nitrate groups and to the four oxygens of the crown ether. The coordination polyhedron is best described as a 4A, 6B-extended dodecahedron. From the reaction of Ru(CO)5 and Pt(COD)2, COD = 1, 5-cyclooctadiene, the new platinum-ruthenium heteronuclear cluster complex Pt2Ru4(CO)18,1, was obtained in 60% yield.1 has a folded ladder-like structure with alternating pairs of ruthenium atoms and platinum atoms. The cluster of1 can be split to yield the known compound PtRu2(CO)8(2-dppe),2, (54% yield) by reaction with 1, 2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane, dppe, at 25°C. When1 was treated with excess dppe at 40°C, thebis-diphos compound3, PtRu2(CO)6(-2-dppe)2 was obtained (39% yield). Under the similar reaction conditions,2 was converted to3 in 44% yield. All these complexes were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Compounds2 and3 both contain a triangular cluster of one platinum and two ruthenium atoms, but in2 the bidentate ligand, dppe, chelates the platinum atom and in3 the two dppe ligands bridge the two Pt-Ru metal-metal bonds. Two novel heterometallic cubane-like and double cubane-like clusters, {MoCu3S3(S2COEt)}(O)(Ph3P)3 I and {Mo2Cu6S6(SCMe3)2}(O)2(Ph3P)4 II, were synthesized by reaction of {MoCu2S3}(O)(Ph3P)3 with CuS2COEt and CuSCMe3, respectively. ClusterI crystallized in the triclinic space group (2) witha=12.766(6) Å,b=22.904(5) Å,c=10.522(3) Å, =99.86(2)°, =109.68(2)°, =86.84(3)°,V=2854(2) Å3,Z=2,R=0.049 for 6622 observed reflections (I>5(I)) and 410 variables. ClusterII crystallized in the triclinic space group (2) with dimensionsa=14.212(4) Å,b=14.725(5) Å,c=12.396(8) Å, =110.32(4)°, =90.40(5)°, =62.88(2)°,V=2129(2) Å3,Z=1,R=0.039 for 6020 observed reflections (I>3(I)) and 461 variables. ClusterI consists of a neutral cubane-like molecule with the core {MoCu3S3(S2COEt)}2+, in which one corner of the cubane-like core is a novel triply bridging bidentate 1,1-dithiolato (xanthate, S2COEt) ligand. ClusterII is a double cubane-like one, in which two cubane-like cores {MoCu3S3(SCMe3)}2+ are connected by two Cu-S bonds of the triply bridging monothiolato (SCMe 3 ) ligand. Two different pathways of unit construction from a small heterometallic cluster {MoCu2S3}(O)(Ph3P)3 have been outlined. Comparisons of the selected bond lengths and bond angles for the cubane-like core {MoCu3S3 X} (X=Cl, Br, S2COEt, SCMe 3 ) are given. Spectroscopic properties of the title clusters are also reported.  相似文献

Complex Co4mp4(Hmp)(PBu 3 n )3 (1) (H2mp=o-Mercaptophenol) was obtained from the reaction of CoCl2 and H2mp in the presence of PBu n 3 and NaOMe with restricted oxidation. X-ray crystallographic data: triclinic, space group ,a=15.657(5) Å,b=20.469(8) Å,c=12.383(3) Å,=93.59(3)°, =112.45(2)°, =93.65(3)°,V=3648.7 Å3,Z=2,D c =1.33 g/cm3;R=0.065. The molecule consists of four cobalt atoms unsymmetrically bridged by S or S and O atoms from four of the five mp ligands. The fifth mp is terminally chelated to Co(4) which is in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry, while Co(1)-Co(3) are square pyramidal. Atom Co(2) is bonded to Co(1) and Co(3) (average distance 2.632 Å) with strong interactions while Co(4) is only loosely connected to Co(1) (3.402 Å) and Co(3) (2.956 Å) through oxygen bridges and a hydrogen bond. The different coordination environments O2S2P, S4P, and O4S of the cobalt atoms make the molecule highly asymmetrical. XPS fitting data confirm the difference of the Co atoms. FABMS data indicate the possible fragmentation routes. The complex is paramagnetic with eff=5.2 B.  相似文献
