冠心病患者全血微量元素锌、铜、铁的分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
用原子吸收法测定50例健康人、52例冠心病患者全血微量元素锌、铜、铁的含量,并对52例冠心病患者全血微量元素锌、铜、铁的含量及锌/铜比值,与其血脂总胆固醇(CH)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的浓度分别作线性相关分析。结果表明:(1)冠心病患者全血锌、铁、锌/铜比值均高于健康人(P<0.05),全血铜低于健康人(P<0.05)。(2)全血锌与HDL呈负相关(P<0.01)、锌/铜比值与总胆固醇呈正相关(P<0.05),铁与LDL呈正相关(P<0.01).提示锌/铜比值增高及体内铁储存增加均可能是冠心病易患因素.  相似文献

为了解广州市中草药中铜、锌的含量 ,指导肝豆状核变性病患者合理服用中草药 ,在广州市主要中草药市场采样 ,应用火焰原子吸收法测定其铜、锌的含量。结果表明 ,所测中草药中铜的含量范围为 0 5 2~ 1 0 45mg/kg,锌的含量范围为 0 0 0~ 3 5 77mg/kg。提示广州地区川芎、北芪铜含量最高 ,肝豆状核变性病患者应减量服用 ;建议服用锌高铜低的半夏、玉竹、生地、杜仲  相似文献

对28例住宅的肺心病患者和40例健康人分别进行了全血锌、铜的检测,并对28例肺心病患者全血锌、铜与其T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8,CD4/CD8)分别做线性相关分析。结果表明:(1)肺心病组全血锌低于健康人组(P<0.01),全血铜高于健康人组(P<0.05)。(2)全血锌与T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8呈明显正相关(P<0.05),与CD8呈负相关(P<0.05)。提示慢性肺心病急性期患者全血锌下降,造成T淋巴细胞免疫功能低下,导致肺心病患者易合并肺部感染,使肺心病病情加重。认为慢性肺心病急性加重期患者在予以积极抗感染、对症的同时适当补充锌剂,能改善外周血T淋巴细胞亚群功能,提高机体免疫力,有助于慢性肺心病急性期患者的康复。  相似文献

为揭示应激对体内微量元素代谢的影响和机制,预先给予大鼠不同水平的铜3周后,采用冷束缚法使大鼠产生应激,测定了血清铜、锌水平及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明,高铜给予没有对清洁级大鼠生长产生明显的影响.血清铜、锌及铜锌比值变化不明显,但适量的铜给予能显著提高血清中SOD活性和GSH含量;冷应激处理后大鼠血清中Cu水平下降,Zn水平升高,同时SOD消耗降低,而GSH含量显著升高。表明冷应激可使大鼠体内铜锌代谢及SOD活性和GSH含量发生变化,适量的铜给予在应激状况下才发挥出积极的生理作用。  相似文献

为了解糖尿病母亲及其新生儿全血微量元素的分布情况,采用日本岛津ICPQ-1012型高频等离子体发射光谱仪检测了糖尿病母亲及其新生儿的全血14种微量元素。以正常产妇及足月新生儿病例为对照组,观察糖尿病母亲及其新生儿的全血14种微量元素的改变。结果糖尿病母亲铜元素高于正常产妇,铬、锰、锌元素低于正常产妇,糖尿病母亲新生儿铜元素高于正常新生儿,锌、锰、镁、铬元素低于正常新生儿。糖尿病母亲新生儿镁、镍、铜、锌、钙、钼、锶、铁低于糖尿病母亲。结论:糖尿病母亲血铬、锌、锰元素低于正常,铜元素增高是由于糖尿病疾病所引起,糖尿病母亲新生儿铜元素增高,血镁、钙、锰、锌等低于正常,与糖尿病母亲本身微量元素特点有关。糖尿病母亲新生儿血镁、镍、铜、锌、钙、钼、锶、铁元素低于糖尿病母亲与先天发育不足有关。  相似文献

为了解TORCH感染新生儿全血14种微量元素的分布情况,采用日本岛津ICPQ-1012型高频等离子体发射光谱仪进行了全血14种微量元素的测定;采用深圳市萃智生物工程有限公司TORCH IgM抗体ELISA检测试剂盒检测了TORCH IgM抗体;以正常新生儿为对照组,观察了TORCH感染新生儿全血微量元素的改变。结果表明,HSV感染组,血镁、血锌、血铁低于正常,血铅、血铜、血锰高于正常;风疹病毒感染组,血锰、血锌低于正常,血铜高于正常;弓形虫感染组,血锌、血铁低于正常,血铜、血锰高于正常。提示TORCH感染新生儿全血14种微量元素存在不同类型的微量元素失衡,与各种感染造成机体损害有一定关系,需及时纠正,避免进一步的损害。  相似文献

对50例新生儿肺炎患儿和50例正常新生儿进行了全血中元素锌、铁、钙、镁、铜、锰含量的对比观察,结果发现新生儿肺炎患儿血液中锌、铁、钙、镁4种元素均显著低于正常新生儿,血铜、锰与正常组无显著性差异.提示新生儿肺炎患儿血锌、铁、钙、镁的代谢方面均存在一定缺陷,认为新生儿肺炎患儿合理补充微量元素,对治病有益处。  相似文献

选取人类白细胞抗原(HLA-B27)呈阳性的强直性脊柱炎患者54例,采晨空腹血,用原子吸收光谱法测定了全血中锌,铜,铁,钙及锶五种必需元素的含量。与50名无关节炎者组成的正常对照组进行比较。结果表明,患者组全血锌,铁,钙含量显著低于对照组(P<0.01),锶低于对照组(P<0.05),铜无统计学意义。提示患者体内微量元素代谢失常,很可能与该病的发生与发展有一定的关系。  相似文献

比较了75例3岁以下营养不良儿与正常儿的全血铅、锌、铜、铁、钙含量,结果发现营养不良儿以上5种元素均较正常儿明显减少,经统计学处理有非常显著意义(P<0.01).提示这5种元素与营养不良密切相关。Ⅲ度营养不良儿的血锌、铜、铁、钙含量又比Ⅰ、Ⅱ度营养不良儿明显降低.本组血铅含量虽然比本地区正常儿降低,但已高于国外内诊断标准,提示营养不良对铅的吸收可能较正常儿低,但对铅中毒易感性增高,也可能是营养不良生长发育障碍的原因之一。在治疗营养不良同时补充微量元素锌、铁、钙可以减少铅的吸收。  相似文献

In this paper, the isothermal crystallization kinetics of pure polypropylene (PP) and AB2 hyper-branched polymer (HBP)/PP blends have been investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). During isothermal crystallization, the crystallization rates of the blends are higher than those of PP. Furthermore, in the blends with different HBP contents, the value of t 1/2 became smaller with increasing HBP content; however, the crystallization rate of the blend decreased slightly when the content of HBP is 5 %. An increase in the Avrami exponent means the addition of HBP influences the mechanism of nucleation and the growth of PP crystallites. In addition, the crystallization activation energy of pure PP and HBP/PP blends were also discussed, and the result showed that the crystallization activation energy has decreased remarkably in HBP/PP blends.  相似文献

Thermosetting blends of an aliphatic epoxy resin and a hydroxyl‐functionalized hyperbranched polymer (HBP), aliphatic hyperbranched polyester Boltorn H40, were prepared using 4,4′‐diaminodiphenylmethane (DDM) as the curing agent. The phase behavior and morphology of the DDM‐cured epoxy/HBP blends with HBP content up to 40 wt % were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The cured epoxy/HBP blends are immiscible and exhibit two separate glass transitions, as revealed by DMA. The SEM observation showed that there exist two phases in the cured blends, which is an epoxy‐rich phase and an HBP‐rich phase, which is responsible for the two separate glass transitions. The phase morphology was observed to be dependent on the blend composition. For the blends with HBP content up to 10 wt %, discrete HBP domains are dispersed in the continuous cured epoxy matrix, whereas the cured blend with 40 wt % HBP exhibits a combined morphology of connected globules and bicontinuous phase structure. Porous epoxy thermosets with continuous open structures on the order of 100–300 nm were formed after the HBP‐rich phase was extracted with solvent from the cured blend with 40 wt % HBP. The DSC study showed that the curing rate is not obviously affected in the epoxy/HBP blends with HBP content up to 40 wt %. The activation energy values obtained are not remarkably changed in the blends; the addition of HBP to epoxy resin thus does not change the mechanism of cure reaction of epoxy resin with DDM. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Blends of a tetrafunctional epoxy resin, tetraglycidyl‐4,4′‐diaminodiphenylmethane (TGDDM), and a hydroxyl‐functionalized hyperbranched polymer (HBP), aliphatic hyperbranched polyester Boltorn H40, were prepared using 3,3′‐diaminodiphenyl sulfone (DDS) as curing agent. The phase behavior and morphology of the DDS‐cured epoxy/HBP blends with HBP content up to 30 phr were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The phase behavior and morphology of the DDS‐cured epoxy/HBP blends were observed to be dependent on the blend composition. Blends with HBP content from 10 to 30 phr, show a particulate morphology where discrete HBP‐rich particles are dispersed in the continuous cured epoxy‐rich matrix. The cured blends with 15 and 20 phr exhibit a bimodal particle size distribution whereas the cured blend with 30 phr HBP demonstrates a monomodal particle size distribution. Mechanical measurements show that at a concentration range of 0–30 phr addition, the HBP is able to almost double the fracture toughness of the unmodified TGDDM epoxy resin. The effect of the presence of a hyperbranched OH-functionalized polymer (HBP) on the kinetics of cationic photopolymerization of an epoxy system was investigated employing two complementary techniques, photo-DSC and real-time FT-IR spectroscopy.Lower rates of cross-linking reactions and higher conversion degrees were obtained in photo-DSC experiments with respect to real-time FT-IR spectroscopy. A limited amount (10% wt) of HBP influenced to a certain extent the cure kinetics of the epoxy resin followed by RT-IR; a final conversion of epoxy groups equal to 100% was achieved by increasing the content up to 20% wt The addition of 10% wt of HBP leaves the cure kinetics of the CE resin studied by p-DSC almost unchanged. By increasing the HBP content, a slightly lower reaction rate is observed at lower reaction times. The presence of the HBP produced a continuous decrease of the Tg of the UV-cured epoxy resin but only modest reductions in its thermo-oxidative stability.  相似文献

Summary Trace elements play an essential role in the activation and regulation of metabolic processes. By using the flameless graphite furnace-AAS, accurate results can be obtained. In order to verify blood cells as more representative than plasma to reflect the whole body content of trace elements at uremic state, two patient groups, one with preterminal renal failure (n=40) and the second with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis (n=20) were examined. The concentration levels of zinc, copper and aluminium were measured in different matrices, i.e. whole blood, plasma and corpuscular blood components. The analytical technique is eligible to isolate mono- and polymorphnuclear leucocytes for the determination of intracellular contents. In agreement with other reports, zinc and copper were decreased and aluminium was increased in the plasma of both patient groups. Different results could be found for intracellular contents with mean zinc concentration of erythrocytes, thrombocytes and leucocytes between mean and higher levels, though staying within normal values. Copper was decreased in erythrocytes and increased in thrombocytes, but not detectable in leucocytes. The results of this study point out the differences between the plasmatic and intracellular alteration of trace element contents in uremic patients. However, the concentration levels of all cellular compartments show high standard deviation, which shows the necessity of measuring additional matrices, e.g. plasma. Uremic symptoms relate to the disorders of the trace element homeostasis. Regarding the increased fragility of erythrocytes with shortened life duration, decreased copper contents could play an essential role. Increased aluminium concentration levels might also be one of the interfering factors in the uremic thrombocytopathy. Yet the measurement of the plasma content is inevitable to diagnose and reflect the whole body content of trace elements at uremic state. Mixtures of diglycidylether of bisphenol A (DGEBA) resin and commercially available hyperbranched polyester (HBP) Boltorn H30 were cured by anhydride to covalently bond the hydroxyl end groups in HBP with the epoxy resin. The curing mixtures were investigated by Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) to study the curing evolution and to evaluate the kinetic parameters. DSC studies suggested that HBP could increase the curing rate of epoxy/anhydride systems at low conversions, but it produced a decelerative effect in the last stages of the curing. The influence of the HBP content and the proportion of anhydride on the curing conversions were discussed in detail. The addition of a tertiary amine was proved to decrease the curing temperatures. By Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) the reaction of hydroxyl groups during the whole process was confirmed. By the determination of the conversion at the gelation, we could prove that it increased on increasing the proportion of HBP in the reactive mixture. By Thermomechanical Analysis (TMA) we could determine a reduction of the shrinkage after gelation.  相似文献

分析了65例慢性肺心病患者血清Cu,Zn的含量及Cu/Zn比值,并与健康对照组比较。结果显示,慢性肺心病患者组血清Zn的含量与健康对照组比较有高度显著性差异(P<0.01),Cu的含是有显著性差异(P<0.05),Cu/Zn比值有显著性差异(P<0.05)。提示慢性肺心病与微量元素Cu、Zn元素的含量变化有一定的关系,为研究元素医学与治疗慢性肺心病提供了必要的依据。  相似文献

The compatibilizing effect of polypropylene (PP) grafted with hyperbranched polymers (PP–HBP) has been investigated in PP/polyamide‐6 (PA‐6) blends. Because of its high reactivity and diffusitivity, PP–HBP has been shown to be a more effective compatibilizer in decreasing the interfacial tension than the commonly used maleic anhydride–grafted polypropylene (PP–MAH). This article describes the influence of PP–HBP and PP–MAH on the interfacial tension between PP and PA‐6, as measured by the deformed drop‐retraction method (DDRM). Overall, PP–HBP yielded lower interfacial tension values between PP and PA‐6, which resulted in a finer particle size of the secondary phase. The time dependence of the interfacial tension can be monitored by DDRM, enabling evaluation of the diffusitivity and reactivity of the compatibilizer. A model based on particle coarsening has been developed to describe the time dependence of the interfacial tension. This model showed that the diffusitivity and reactivity for PP–HBP was higher than that of PP–MAH. Therefore, PP–HBP has strong potential as a compatibilizer in diffusitivity‐dependant processes such as film coextrusion and fusion bonding. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
