齿叶橐吾中新吉马烷型倍半萜结构研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
菊科案吾属植物在我国约有100种,是民间广泛应用的中草药资源,具有清热解毒、抗菌消炎、化痰止咳、活血止痛等功效D‘.本文报道了通过反复柱层析(溶剂石油醚:丙酮体积比为10:1~3:I)和制备薄层层析(溶剂苯:丙酮体积比为5:1)从齿叶蠢吾(*fggLggfgdentata)中分离得到的一新吉马烷型倍半储,命名为la,4卢,6a,10a一四羟基一3卢,sa,sa一三当归酸氧基吉马一11一烯一9一酮(1).化合物1为无色胶体,卜」g+3·2“(**Q。,C几51).其’H、”C**R和***T谱表明1中存在3个当归酸氧基,在FAB-MS谱中有连续失去463…  相似文献

从大叶橐吾的根部分离得到三个新的艾里莫芬型倍半萜(1, 23), 经多种波谱方法和单晶X射线衍射确定它们的结构分别为: 6α,15β-环氧-8β-羟基-艾里莫芬-7(11)-烯-8α,12-内酯(1), 7-乙酰基-13β-羧酸-6(7)-烯-降-艾里莫芬烷(2), 艾里莫芬-7(11)-烯-6α,15β-内酯(3). 此外, 对化合物1进行了抗菌和抗癌活性测试.  相似文献

从植物千里光中分得四个新艾里莫芬烷型倍半萜,经仔细的波谱分析和单晶X射线衍射,研究它们的结构分别为为:7β,11-环氧-9α,10α-环氧-8-羰基艾里莫芬烷(1),8-11-过氧-9α,10α-环氧-6-烯-8β-羟基艾里莫芬烷(2),7(11)-烯-9α,10α-环氧-8-羰基艾里莫芬烷(3),6-烯-9α,10α-环氧-11-羟基-8-羰基艾里莫芬烷(4)。活性筛选实验表明化合物1具有促进癌细胞生长作用,化合物2和3具有较好的抗癌活性。  相似文献

利用各种色谱技术对黑紫橐吾的乙酸乙酯萃取部位进行分离纯化, 并且根据一维和二维波谱数据进行结构鉴定. 共分离得到4个呋喃雅槛蓝型倍半萜: 1α-氯-6β-异丁酰基-9-酮-10β-羟基-呋喃雅槛蓝烷(1), 1α-羟基-6β-异丁酰基-9-酮-10β-氢-呋喃雅槛蓝烷(2), 1α-羟基-6β-异丁酰基-9-酮-10α-氢-呋喃雅槛蓝烷(3)和1α,10β-二羟基-6β-当归酰基-9-酮-呋喃雅槛蓝烷(4). 其中化合物1为新化合物, 并且通过X射线单晶衍射确定了绝对构型; 化合物2~4为首次从该植物中分离得到.  相似文献

Two new eremophilenolides, ligushicins A (1) and B (2), and two known compounds including β-sitosterol and ursolic acid were isolated from Ligulariopsis shichuana. The structures of new compounds were established on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR data and HRESIMS data interpretation. The absolute configuration of new compounds was assigned by ECD spectroscopy, and that of ligushicins A (1) was confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. The antifungal and antifeedant activities of new compounds were evaluated against four plant pathogenic fungi and third-instar larvae of Plutella xylostella, respectively. Ligushicins A (1) and B (2) exhibited potent antifungal activity against Botrytis cinerea and Fusarium oxysporum with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values ranging from 50 to 100 mg/L, while they also exhibited weak antifeedant activities.  相似文献

A thorough investigation of Ligulariopsis shichuana afforded five new sesquiterpenes, including 1β,10β‐epoxy‐3α‐angeloyloxy‐9β‐acetoxy‐8α,11β‐dihydroxybakkenolide ( 1 ), 1β,7‐dihydroxy‐3β‐acetoxy‐noreremophil‐6(7),9(10)‐dien‐8‐one ( 2 ), 8α‐hydroxy‐3‐oxoeremophil‐1(2),7(11),9(10)‐trien‐8β(12)‐olide ( 3 ), 1β,10β‐dihydroxy‐3β‐acetoxyeremophil‐7(11),8(9)‐dien‐8(12)‐olide ( 4 ) and 1β,10β‐epoxy‐8,12‐dihydroxy‐3β‐acetoxy‐9β‐angeloyloxyeremophil‐7(11)‐en‐8,12‐disemiketal ( 5 ). Their structures were established by spectroscopic methods and 2D NMR techniques. In addition, bakkenolide ( 1 ) and eremophilenolides ( 5 ) showed antibacterial and cytotoxic activities.  相似文献

A new method of capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) was established by simultaneous assay of four eremophilenolides, 3β-acetoxy-9β-angeloyloxy-1β,10β-epoxy-8α-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-en-8β (12)-olide (1), 3β-senecioyloxy -1β,10β-epoxy-8α-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-en-8β (12)-olide (2), 6α-hydroxy-1β,10β-epoxy-8α-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-en-8β (12)-olide (3) and 3β-acetoxy- 6β-angeloyloxy-1β,10β-epoxy-8α-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-en-8β (12)-olide (4) in the Chinese herbal extract from Ligulariopsis shichuana. The optimum buffer system was 20 mM borate buffer (pH 10.00). Voltage was 25 kV and detection at 214 nm. Regression equations revealed linear relationships (correlation coefficients 0.9986, 0.9990, 0.9992 and 0.9995) between the peak area of each compound and its concentration. The relative standard deviations of migration times and peak areas were <1.35 and 3.94% within 1 day, respectively. The effects of several CE parameters on the resolution were studied systematically. The contents of four eremophilenolides in Ligulariopsis shichuana were successfully determined with satisfactory repeatability and recovery.  相似文献

Three new anthraquinones, emodin-8-β-D-(2"-O-coumarate)glucoside 1, emodin-8-β-D-(6'-O-acetyl)glucoside 2 and physicon-8-β-D-(6'-O-acetyl)glucoside 3, were isolated from the roots of Polygonum cillinerve and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods. The biological activity indicated that compound 1 had the scavenging activity on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radicals (the IC50 = 8.5 μmol/L), and compound 1-3 showed no activities against HL-60 and BCJC-823 cells by MTT method in vitro.  相似文献

Abstract

In clinical, Psychotria serpens L. was often substitute for Caulis trachelospermi to treat cancer in China. Meanwhile, EtOAc and n-BuOH fractions of MeOH extract of P. serpens L. show power activity against H460, HepG2, Hela, and PC9/GR cell lines, and no toxic effects against normal 16HBE cell lines. In our ongoing search for bioactive novel compounds from Chinese material medica, one new type of glycosylsphingolipids Psychotramide (1a1c) were isolated from P. serpens L., and their structures were identified through spectroscopic techniques including NMR (1D and 2D) and MS (LC-MS, and GC-MS).  相似文献

The NAN-190 analogue 2-(2-(2-(4-(2-methoxyphenyl)piperazin-1-yl)ethoxy)ethyl)isoindoline-1,3-dione(1, C23H27N3O4, Mr = 409.48) was synthesized via a three-step reaction and characterized by 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, ESIMS and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic, space group Pna21 with a = 7.6445(15), b = 38.851(8), c = 7.1316(14) A, V = 2118.0(7) A3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.2840 mg/mm3, μ = 0.089 mm-1, F(000) = 872.4, R = 0.0545 and w R = 0.1681. The single-crystal X-ray structural analysis reveals that the piperazine ring in compound 1 presents a stable and minimum energy chair conformation. In addition, the preliminary cytotoxic assay shows that the title compound exhibits strong and selective inhibitory activity against DU145 cells(IC50 = 5.88 ± 1.02 μM).  相似文献

The title complex [Co(L)2]Cl·4H2O I has been achieved via self-assembly by incorporating cobalt into 2-benzoylpyridine thiosemicarbazonate ligand, and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra, mass spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. The crystal crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2 1/n, with a = 10.227(3), b = 17.363(4), c = 17.459(4) A, β= 100.408(4)°, V= 3049.2(13) A^3, Z = 4, Mr = 677.08, Dc = 1.475 g/cm^3, μ(MoKα) = 0.834 mm^-1, F(000) = 1400, the final R = 0.0747 and wR = 0.0896 for 1663 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The complex contains one six-coordinated cobalt ion connected by two thiosemicarbazone ligands which act as a tridentate ligand to coordinate with the center metal atoms via two pyridyl nitrogen atoms, two imine nitrogen atoms and two sulfur atoms giving rise to a mononuclear structure. Hydrogen bonds existing in the complex link the different components to stabilize the crystal structure. The antiturnor activity of the title complex was tested against A549 lung cancer cell line. Two new pyrazinoquinazoline alkaloids, epi-fiscalin D (1) and epi-fiscalin E (2), as well as three known analogues, norquinadoline A (3), quinadoline A (4), and fiscalin C (5), were isolated from ethyl acetate extract of the fermentation broth of Stentrophomonas maltophilia QB-77. The structures of new compounds were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data analysis including UV, HRESIMS, and 1D and 2D NMR experiments. All the isolated compounds were tested for their in vitro cytotoxicity against five human cancer cell lines (SMMC-7721, MCF-7, HL-60, SW480, and A-549) and antibacterial activities against Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, and Staphylococcus aureus.  相似文献
