A number of azo pyrazole derivatives and novel Schiff bases derived from azo diamino pyrazole were synthesized. These included 4-(2-arylhydrazono)-4H-pyrazole-3,5-diamines and N3,N5-dibenzylidene-4-(2-arylhydrazono)-4H-pyrazole-3,5-diamines. The chemical structures of the novel azo dyes were determined using UV–visible, IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectroscopy. Dyeing process and tautomerism of the aforementioned azo compounds were predicted using DFT calculations. The electronic absorption spectra in methanol were observed and compared to those computed using B3LYP/6-31G(d,p). The dyeing performance of the produced disperse dyes was examined on polyester. The degree of exhaustion and the fastness properties of the dyed samples in terms of washing, perspiration, scorch, and light fastness were assessed. Moreover, the reflectance and color strength of the synthesized dyes were measured and discussed.  相似文献

The new metallophthalocyanines (Co, Ni, Cu, and Zn) substituted with azo compound containing eugenol moiety are described. Firstly, azo compound (I) containing eugenol moiety was synthesized by treating eugenol with p-hydroxyaniline. Then phthalonitrile compound (1) was synthesized by microwave-assisted synthesis method. The purification of phthalonitrile compound (1) was carried out by column chromatographic separation. Intramolecular hydrogen bonding in the azo compound (I) prevent base-catalyzed nucleophilic aromatic substitution of OH group belongs eugenol. At the last step, metallophthalocyanines (1a, 1b, 1c, and 1d) were synthesized by the microwave irradiation. The microwave-assisted synthesis method reduces reaction times and enhances the yield of the reactions. All phthalocyanine compounds are soluble in DMF and DMSO. The structures were confirmed by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, UV/Vis, IR and Mass spectra.  相似文献

An efficient and mild one-pot protocol has been developed for the synthesis of 1,2,4-oxadiazoles via the reaction of amidoximes with dicarboxylic acid anhydrides in a NaOH/DMSO medium. The method allows the synthesis of diversely substituted carboxylic acids bearing the 1,2,4-oxadiazole motif, – a popular building block for pharmaceutical research, in moderate to excellent yields. The reaction scope includes aromatic and heteroaromatic amidoximes as well as five-, six- and seven-membered anhydrides. The advantages of this procedure are proven gram-scalability and the use of inexpensive starting materials, which from a process chemistry point of view are essential for future industrial applications.  相似文献

A green and cost-effective Pummerer-type rearrangement between readily accessible carboxylic acids and DMSO has been achieved under metal-free conditions in satisfactory to excellent yields. The transformation for the synthesis of valuable methylthiomethyl esters is shown to be a convenient strategy for various (hetero)aromatic acids, α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acids and saturated alkyl carboxylic acids with good functional group tolerance.  相似文献

Several Lewis acids were investigated as promoters in the intermolecular or intramolecular direct N-acylation reaction of sulfonamides using carboxylic ester as an acylating agent. TiCl4 was found to possess the highest activity and enhanced efficiently sulfonamide to form N-acylsulfonamides under optimized conditions. This method provides a novel approach to make N-acylsulfonamides from ester via an easy work-up procedure.  相似文献

Diazotized aryl amines were coupled with two stenhouse salt namely, N-(5-phenylamino-penta-4-ol-2,4-diene-1-ylidene)anilines hydrochloride [S1 (RH) or S2 (ROH)] to furnish two series of disazo disperse dyes (S1D1–10 and S2D1–10). The structure of all the dyes was established by estimating number of azo groups, elemental analysis and spectral studies (IR, 1H-NMR, UV/Visible). The structure–property relationship was discussed by using electronic absorption spectra of the dyes. These dyes were applied to polyester and nylon fabrics as disperse dyes by using temperature exhaust dyeing method. The relevant dyeing characteristics, such as dyeability on fabrics, wash-fastness and light-fastness were evaluated. Fabrics dyed with these dyes furnished generally deep and bright intense hues ranging from light yellow to orange to reddish brown. The color fastness of the dyed fabric was assessed by determining wash-fastness and light-fastness properties.  相似文献

A series of novel phenylpyrazole carboxylic acid derivatives containing fluorine moiety,i.e.,diamides 11,simple aryl-bearing amides 12 and acylthioureas 14 were successfully synthesized based on the key fluo ro-containing phe nylpyrazole acid intermediate.The new compounds were identified and confirmed by melting point,1H NMR,13C NMR and elemental analysis or HRMS.The bioassay results indicated that some of the compounds possessed excellent insecticidal activities towards oriental armyworm,diamondback moth and corn borer at low concentrations.For examples,compounds 11a,11e-g and 14b exhibited remarkable larvicidal activities with LC50 values of 0.13-0.39 mg/L and 0.0002-0.0014 mg/L against oriental armyworm and diamondback moth,respectively,were comparable with those of the control chlorantraniliprole.Particularly,lie were found superior to chlorantraniliprole in oriental armyworm tests(LC50:0.23 mg/L vs.0.26 mg/L);11a,lie,11f and 14c in diamondback moth tests with LC50 values of 0.0002 mg/L,0.0002 mg/L,0.0008 mg/L and 0.0005 mg/L,respectively,we re more effective than that of chlorantraniliprole.In addition,12 a also showed a promising insecticidal potential and development/optimization advantage.Compounds 11a,lle-g,12a,14b and 14c could be considered as possible new leading structures for further study.The SAR investigation indicated that the compounds with fluorine motif(e.g.,-F,-CF2H,-CF3)held apparently favorable insecticidal potentials,which provided useful guidance for further design/development of new phenylpyrazole-containing agrochemicals.  相似文献

High molecular weight aromatic polyformals containing phthalazinone moiety were simply synthesized with a high‐intensity mixing methodology without the presence of phase‐transfer catalyst. Aromatic polyformals can readily be afforded in a very short time and at temperatures ranging from 50 to 140 °C. These polyformals showed high glass‐transition temperatures together with superior thermal properties when compared with a 4,4′‐isopropylidenediphenol (BPA)‐type polyformal and polycarbonate. The glass‐transition temperatures of these aromatic polyformals ranged from 94 to 229 °C. The molecular weights of the polyformals were examined by gel permeation chromatographic technology, and the result showed that the cyclic formation during the condensation could be dramatically reduced at elevated temperature. The molecular weights and solubility increased with an increasing content of bisphenol A in the polyformals. The result demonstrated that the aromatic polyformal with 50% phthalazinone moiety showed the comparable thermal properties with commercial BPA polycarbonate. This method promisingly opened an effective approach to synthesize aromatic polyformals with high molecular weight and without cyclic formations. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A novel reactive polycarboxylic acid dye was synthesized by the reaction of polymaleic anhydride(PMA) with 3-methyl-1-(4- sulfonylphenyl)-4-(4-aminophenylazo)-2-pyrazoline-5-one.The structure of the novel dye was characterized by FTIR,UV-vis and 13C NMR spectra.The dyeing properties of dye on cotton were tested,and the novel dye possessed high fixation and good fastness.  相似文献

A series of 2-cyanoacrylates containing a trifluoromethylphenyl moiety were synthesized in three steps: ethyl 2-cyano-3,3-dimethylthioacrylate was prepared from ethyl cyanoacetate with carbon disulfide and dimethyl sulfate, then its reaction with 4-trifluoromethylaniline yielded ethyl 2-cyano-3-(4-trifluoromethylphenylamino)-3-methylthioacrylate, and then reacted with an alkylamine. The new structures were verified by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and mass spectra. In the MTT test, these new compounds were found to possess high antitumor activities against PC3 and A431 cells.  相似文献

A series of novel heterocyclic disperse dyestuffs derived from phenothiazine were prepared by standard reactions from phenothiazine as the starting material. Phenothiazine was nitrated and oxidized then reduced to obtain synthesized disperse dyestuffs. The reaction conditions were varied in order to obtain optimal yields for each stage of the preparation to obtain the corresponding derivative and final disperse dyestuffs. All intermediates and disperse dyestuffs were purified and characterized by DSC, FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, elemental analysis and UV–Visible spectroscopic techniques. The molar extinction coefficients (ε), wavelengths of maximum absorption (λmax) and solvatochromism effects were studied in solvents as toluene, acetone and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF). Results represented that the dyestuffs had extinction coefficients of 2011–28189 L mol−1 cm−1, wavelengths of maximum absorption of 448–475 nm in acetone and positive solvatochromism by changing solvent from toluene to DMF. The disperse dyestuffs were applied to locally manufactured polyester fibers and their dyeing properties were investigated. Results showed that the buildup of dyestuffs was acceptable and dyed fibers had very good heat and wash fastness and medium light fastness on polyester fibers.  相似文献

A 2,6‐dimethyl phenol‐dicyclopentadiene novolac (DCPDNO) was synthesized from dicyclopentadiene and 2,6‐dimethyl phenol, and the resultant DCPDNO was reacted with cyanogen bromide into 2,6‐dimethyl phenol‐dicyclopentadiene cyanate ester (DCPDCY). The structures of the novolac and cyanate ester were confirmed with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, mass spectrometry (MS), and nuclear magnetic resonance. For the purpose of increasing the mobility of residual DCPDCY during the final stage of curing and achieving a complete reaction of cyanate groups, a small quantity of a monofunctional cyanate ester, 4‐tert‐butylphenol cyanate ester (4TPCY), was added to DCPDCY to form the cyanate ester copolymer. The synthesized DCPDCY was then cured with 4TPCY at various molar ratios. The thermal properties of the cured cyanate ester resins were studied with dynamic mechanical analysis, dielectric analysis, and thermogravimetric analysis. These data were compared with those of the commercial bisphenol A cyanate ester system. Compared with the bisphenol A cyanate ester system, the cured DCPDCY resins exhibited lower dielectric constants (2.52–2.67 at 1 GHz), dissipation factors (0.0054–0.0087 at 1 GHz), glass‐transition temperatures (261–273 °C), thermal stability (5% degradation temperature at 406–450 °C), thermal expansion coefficients (4.8–5.78 × 10?5/°C before the glass‐transition temperature), and moisture absorption (0.8–1.1%). © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A detailed investigation of the sorption of 4-aminoazobenzene by cellulose acetate films from aqueous solution is reported. Sorption isotherms at 75 and 60°C were linear up to saturation, in agreement with previous findings that have led to the conclusion that cellulose acetate-disperse dye systems are thermodynamically ideal. Thermodynamic analysis of these data also gave results consistent with such previous findings. The isotherms for 45 and 25°C, on the other hand, exhibited increasing curvature, in line with similar recent findings for a variety of hydrophobic polymer-disperse dye systems, and consistent with the presence of some strong absorption sites. However, the situation appears to be more complex than envisaged by simple dual-mode sorption theory. Early time desorption kinetic data were found to be consistent with Fick's law, with no indication of any significant dependence of the diffusion coefficient D on concentration (in the medium- to high-concentration range) or on film thickness. On the other hand, D was affected significantly by the history of film formation, the method of introducing the dye or heat treatment of the film. The origin of these effects was traced by DSC to definite microstructural differences. Late time kinetic data deviated significantly from the theoretical predictions based on the corresponding early time data, indicating a progressive slowdown of the desorption process. The deviations in question were generally more marked at higher temperature or film thickness, or when dyeing had been effected from the vapor phase, and were attributed to slow release of strongly adsorbed dye molecules. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The macrocyclic Schiff base complexes of Cu(II) and Zn(II) in Brij35 micellar solution are investigated kinetically for the catalytic hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl acetate (PNPA) and p-nitrophenyl picolinate (PNPP) at 30 °C. The results indicate that different mechanisms are operative for the two complexes in the hydrolysis of PNPA and PNPP. The Cu(II) complex can only catalyze the hydrolysis of PNPP by the mechanism which involves the nucleophilic attack of external hydroxide ion on the carbonyl, while the Zn(II) complex can accelerate the hydrolysis of both PNPP and PNPA, by way of the intramolecular nucleophilic attack of zinc-bound hydroxide ion on carbonyl for PNPP and the less effective intermolecular nucleophilic attack of zinc-bound hydroxide ion on carbonyl for PNPA, respectively. The catalytic activity of Zn(II) complex is close to or even higher than that of Cu(II) complex. The reason is discussed in details.  相似文献

Effective synthesis of novel sulfamates from various carboxylic acids has been developed in the presence of chlorosulfonyl isocyanate (CSI) in mild conditions. Several acids, bases and solvents effects were investigated for one-pot synthesis sulfamates as a catalyst. Finally, triflic acid was found to possess efficiently under optimized conditions in acetonitrile. This method is easy, fair price and practical. We demonstrate a novel technique for molecular imprinting and immobilization on a surface of a polymer containing azo dyes (azopolymer). The azopolymer was found to be capable of immobilizing micrometer- and nanometer-scale macromolecules (e.g., lambda-DNA, immunoglobulin G (IgG), bacterial protease, and 1-mum polystyrene particles) through photoirradiation with blue-wavelength light. Fluorescence and atomic force microscopy studies revealed that the azopolymer surface deformed along with the shape of the macromolecules, holding them in place after photoirradiation. The desorption of the immobilized macromolecules from the azopolymer surface in an aqueous medium was observed to be very slow, on the time scale of 10 min to weeks, depending on the photoirradiation time. Immunological and enzymatic studies showed that IgG and bacterial protease immobilized on the azopolymer surface retained their original functionality. These results suggest that the azopolymer physically, not chemically, binds the macromolecules because of the increase in contact area between the macromolecules and the azopolymer surface after photoirradiation.  相似文献

An azo dye, derived from 2-amino-5-nitrothiazole and a substituted N,N-dimethyl aniline, was studied by various techniques. Two sets of proton signals were obtained by NMR in CDCl3 solution, suggesting that two polymorphs coexist, however, only one set of signals is observed in DMSO solution. Differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis were used to confirm the existence of two forms. The events registered during thermal treatment of a sample were assigned to a glass transition, recrystallization and fusion of crystalline compounds. Hot-stage microscopy was used to obtain images of the dye samples at various stages of the heating program and these observations support the interpretation of the calorimetric results.  相似文献
