KH_2PO_4和（CH_3NHCH_2COOH）_3CaCl_2在高压下的状

在活塞圆筒式Ｐ～Ｖ关系测量装置上，研究了ＫＨ＿２ＰＯ＿４（ＫＤＰ）和（ＣＨ＿３ＮＨＣＨ＿２ＣＯ－ＯＨ）＿３ＣａＣＩ＿２［Ｔｒｉｓ－ｓａｒｃｏｓｉｎｅｃａｌｃｉｕｍｃｈｌｏｒｉｄｅ（ＴＳＣＣ）］在室温下、４．５ＧＰａ内的ｐ～Ｖ关系。实验结果表明：ＫＤＰ在２．１ＧＰａ左右有一个相变；ＴＳＣＣ在０．８ＧＰａ和３．２ＧＰａ左右各有一个相变。本工作还给出了它们在相变前后的状态方程，以及它们的格临爱森参数γＯ、体积模量Ｂ＿ｏ和Ｂ＿ｏ的压力导数Ｂ＿ｏ。

对１。５５μｍ波长的Ｓｉ１－ｘＧｅｘ光波导和Ｓｉ１－ｘＧｅｘ／Ｓｉ多量子阱红外探测器的集成器件结构进行了系统的分析和优化设计。优化结果为：１）对Ｓｉ１－ｘＧｅｘ光波导，Ｇｅ含量ｘ＝０．０５，脊宽，高和腐蚀深度分别为８，３和２．６μｍ，２）对ＳＩ１－ｘＧｅｘ／Ｓｉ多量子阱红外探测器，Ｇｅ含量ｘ＝０．５，探测器由厚度为５５０ｎｍ，２３个周期的６ｎｍＳｉ０．５ＧＥ０．５＋１８ｎｍＳｉ组成，长度约２ｍｍ。     

1.55μmSi_(1-x)Ge_x光波导与Si_(1-x)Ge_x/Si多量子阱探测器集成的优化设计

对１．５５μｍ波长的Ｓｉ１－ｘＧｅｘ光波导和Ｓｉ１－ｘＧｅｘ／Ｓｉ多量子阱（ＭＱＷ）红外探测器的集成器件结构进行了系统的分析和优化设计。优化结果为：１）对Ｓｉ１－ｘＧｅｘ光波导，Ｇｅ含量ｘ＝０．０５，脊宽、高和腐蚀深度分别为８、３和２．６μｍ；２）对Ｓｉ１－ｘＧｅｘ／Ｓｉ多量子阱红外探测器，Ｇｅ含量ｘ＝０．５，探测器由厚度为５５０ｎｍ、２３个周期的６ｎｍＳｉ０．５Ｇｅ０．５＋１７ｎｍＳｉ组成，长度约２ｍｍ。结果表明，这种结构器件的内量子效率可达８８％。     

（La2／3Ca1／3）（Mn（3—x）／3Gax／3）O3体系巨磁电阻效应和电特性的研究

采用固态反应法制备了（Ｌａ２／３Ｃａ１／３）（Ｍｎ（３－ｘ）／３Ｇａｘ／３）Ｏ３（ｘ＝０．００，０．１０，０．１５，０．２０，０．３０）体系的系列样品。通过系统地测量其零场和１．６特斯拉（Ｔ）磁场下样品的电阻率－温度关系以及一定温度下磁电阻率与磁场的关系，发现随Ｇａ＾３＋替代量的增加其磁电阻率峰和电阻率峰均向低温方向移动，磁电阻率峰值增大，并伴生磁电阻率峰展宽效应。作者认为，上述结果是由于Ｇａ＾３     

La_(1-x)Ca_xMnO_3的巨磁电阻效应

通过测量Ｌａ２／３Ｃａ１／３ＭｎＯ３，Ｌａ０．６Ｃａ０．４ＭｎＯ３单相多晶样品的磁电阻、电阻与温度的依赖关系，发现在Ｌａ１－ｘＣａｘＭｎＯ３体系中随ｘ的变化，其磁电阻峰和电阻峰都发生了位移．作者认为体系中Ｍｎ４＋含量是受Ｃａ含量调制的，正是Ｍｎ４＋含量的变化，导致磁性结构发生转变．基于Ｚｅｎｅｒ的双交换机制，对实验结果给出了满意的解释

在０．０００１－２．４ＧＰａ流体静压力范围详细研究了非晶（Ｆｅ＿ｘＣｏ＿ｘ）＿（７７．５）Ｎｄ＿４Ｂ＿（１８．５）（０≤ｘ≤１．０）合金的电阻率与压力的关系，得到该非晶合金电阻率的压力系数随组分ｘ变化的规律。结果表明：用少量的钴（ｘ＝０．２）替代铁，不会影响其硬磁性和热稳定性，同时却可减小电阻率的压力系数，从而增强电磁性能在压力下的稳定性。此外还观测到在０．５１ＧＰａ保压３－２４ｂ的结构弛豫，进一步求出该非晶台金电阻率的压力弛豫时间对组分ｘ的依赖关系。     

La2-xSrxMnRuO6系统的磁性和输运性质

通过对具有双层钙太矿结构的Ｌａ２ － ｘＳｒｘＭｎＲｕＯ６ 系统的结构,磁化率和电阻率的观测,结果发现：在ｘ＝ １ ．０ 附近,发生了从具有Ｍｎ 和Ｒｕ 无序分布的立方结构到有序分布的单斜岩盐结构的结构相变;样品在低温下呈现铁磁性,而在高温下呈现顺磁性,其电阻温度关系呈现２ Ｄ 变程跳迁（ＶＲＨ） 行为;Ｌａ２ － ｘＳｒｘＭｎＲｕＯ６（１ ．０ ≤ｘ ≤２ ．０） 样品在３００Ｋ 以下呈现亚铁磁性．它们的电阻温度关系既不能用ＶＲＨ 机制来描述,也不能用单能隙的热激活跃迁机制来描述．同时对该系统的交换相互作用进行了讨论

Y1—xPrxBa2Cu3Oy中与铁弹性有关的能量损耗的研究

本用拉伸实验的方法，在室温至７８Ｋ的温度范围内，研究了Ｙ１－ｘＰｒｘＢａ２Ｃｕ３Ｏｙ（ｘ分别为０，０．１，０．３，０．４和０．６）的铁弹性行为。结果表明，Ｔｃ以上几十度温度范度内与铁弹性行为有关的能量损耗分析（△Ｗ／Ｗ）以及类似于热弹性马氏体含量的形状记忆效应与类相变有关，并与超导电性有内在的联系。     

Bi2Ti4－xTexO11的合成及相变研究

本文合成了系列Ｂｉ２Ｔｉ４－ｘＴｅｘＯ１１样品，拉曼光谱及Ｘ射线衍射谱表明该体系的相转化边界发生在ｘ＝０．５处，Ｂｉ２Ｔｅ４Ｏ１１的压致结构相变的压力为８．２ＧＰａ。本文结果证实了我们过去对Ｂｉ２Ｔｉ４Ｏ１１相变提出的机制     

Guided-Wave Two-Dimensional Acousto-Optic Scanner Using Proton-Exchanged Lithium Niobate Waveguide

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.     

Hybrid Wavelength and Code Division Multiple Access in Optical Networks

A review of schemes for multiple access in fiber optic networks shows that a hybrid of wavelength and code division multiple access (WCDMA) combines the best features of both. In particular, the hybrid scheme retains the large information carrying capacity of wavelength division multiple access (WDMA) and flexibility of code division multiple access (CDMA). In this paper WDMA, optical CDMA (OCDMA), and WCDMA networks are discussed. In OCDMA networks, concept of incoherent and coherent coding including inverse decoding and matched filter is introduced. The delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks, under the simple suboptimum access protocols based on cyclic search, is computed. It has been shown quantitatively that tuning delay significantly affects the delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks. Futhermore, delay performance of WCDMA networks is always better than the WDMA networks for the same tuning delay, load, and number of users.     

Effect ofγ-radiation on the spectral luminescence characteristics of impure cadmium tungstate crystals

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·10⁴ Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). Femtosecond Transform-Limited Pulse Generation by Compensating for the Linear Chirp of SPM Spectra in Dispersion Shifted Fibers

A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.     

Sorting of bending magnets for the SSRF booster

The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.     

Measurement of nonlinear coefficient of optical fiber based on small chirped soliton transmission

We measure the waveform and phase curves of short optical pulses before and after transmission over different lengths of fibers by use of the pulse analyzer with the frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG),and numerically simulate pulse evolution under the experimental conditions.The nonlinear coefficient of the fiber is given by comparing the experimental results with the numerical ones.Difference between the experiment and numerical simulation is analyzed.     

Resonance scattering of canonical elastic shells in absorbing fluid medium

Resonance scattering of elastic spherical shell and cylindrical shell while the surrounding fluid medium has absorption is studied. The normal mode solution derived using exact elastic theory and the separation of variables is still applicable. However, the scattering form function has to be modified for the absorbing medium, otherwise the unreasonable result would be obtained. The backscattering form function in the absorbing medium is redefined, and the form function of elastic spherical and cylindrical shell with vacuum or solid matter filled is calculated in various absorption conditions. The results show that the absorption of surrounding fluid leads to notable attenuation of the coincidence resonances in the mid-frequency, but it has a little influence on the low-frequency resonance scattering induced by the filler inside the shell.     

Single-beam self-referenced phase-sensitive surface plasmon resonance sensor with high detection resolution

A versatile and low-cost single-beam self-referenced phase-sensitive surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensing system with ultra-high resolution performance is presented.The system exhibits a root-mean-square phase fluctuation of ±0.0028.over a period of 45 min.i.e.a resolution of±5.2×10-9 refractive index units.The enhanced performance has been achieved through the incorporation of three design elements:a true single-beam configuration enabling complete self-referencing so that only the phase change associated with SPR gets detected,a differential measurement scheme to eliminate spurious signals not related to the sensor response,and the elimination of retardation drifts by incorporating temperature stabilization in the liquid crystal phase modulato .Our design should bring the detection sensitivity of non-labeling SPR biosensing closer to that achievable by conventional fluorescence-based techniques.     

Influences of SiO2 protective layers and annealing on the laser-induced damage threshold of Ta2O5 films

Ta2O5 films are prepared on BK7 substrates with conventional electron beam evaporation deposition.The effects of SiO2 protective layers and annealing on the laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT) of the films are investigated.The results show that SiO2 protective layers exert little influence on the electric field intensity(EFI)distribution,microstructure and microdefect density but increase the absorption slightly.Annealing iS effective on decreasing the microdefect density and the absorption of the films.Both SiO2 protective layers and annealing are beneficial to the damage resistance of the films and the latter is more effective to improve the LIDT.Moreover,the maximal LIDT of Ta2O5 films is achieved by the combination of SiO2 protective layers and annealing.
