By reaction of N,N-acetals of acylketenes with tosylazide there were synthesized 5-amino-4-acyl-1,2,3-triazoles substituted at the endo(N1)- or exocyclic nitrogen atom. Triazoles containing a free NH2 group were used in the synthesis of the corresponding 8-azapurines and 4-acetyl-5-benzoylamino-1,2,3-triazole afforded 2-methyl-2H,4H-1,2,3-triazolo[4,5-b]pyridin-7-one.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 6, pp. 1392–1397, June, 1990.  相似文献

Substituted 4-[(3-cyanopyridin-2-yl)thiomethyl]coumarins have been synthesized by the alkylation of 2-mercapto-4,6-dimethylnicotinonitrile with 4-chloromethylcoumarins. Substituted 4-(3-amino-thieno[2,3-b]pyridin-2-yl)coumarins have been obtained by a subsequent intramolecular condensation of the methylene and cyano groups. 6H-Chromeno[4,3-d]thieno[3,2-b:5,4-b']dipyridin-6-ones were isolated as a result of the interaction of these compounds with aldehydes, and their aminomethyl derivatives were synthesized.  相似文献

New 6-(pyrazol-1-yl)pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-3-ol compounds were synthesized by cyclization reaction from 2,6-dichloro-4-methylnicotinonitrile. Their derivatives exist as the 3-hydroxy tautomer. The structure of the compound 1a of one of the resulting compounds was studied in detail by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Abstract

Benzothiophene -2- carbaldehyde 1 reacted with 2-cyanoethanethioamide 2 in 1:2 molar ratios to give the corresponding 6-amino-4-(benzo[b]thiophen-2-yl)-2-thioxo-1, 2-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarbonitrile 6. The synthetic potentiality of compound 6 was investigated via its reaction with active halogen-containing reagents to afford the corresponding thieno[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives 11a,b, 14, 16, and 19. Also, compound 6 reacted with hydrazine hydrate to give the pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine derivative 21. Compound 21 condensed with 4-(2-thienyl)benzaldehyde to afford pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine derivative 23. Structural elucidation of all the newly synthesized heterocyclic compounds was based on elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR, and mass spectra.

Complexes of copper(II), nickel(II), and cobalt(II) chlorides and bromides with 2-phenyl-4-(piperidyl-1)-anthra[1,2-b]pyridine-7,12-dione (L1) and 2-[phenyl-4-(octylamino)-anthra[1,2-b]pyridine-7,12-dione (L2) were synthesized from neutral and acidic media. The molecular and crystal structure of 2-phenyl-4-(piperidyl-1)-anthra[1,2-b]pyridine-7,12-dionium hexabromodicuprate(II) (HL1)2[Cu2Br6] was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The spectral characteristics of L1 and L2 and their complexes are presented. Formation of their complexes in solutions was studied.  相似文献

Summary A new series of thiophenic isosters of thioxanthones, namely: 2-substituted-4H-thieno[2,3-b][1]benzothiopyran-4-ones and 5-substituted-2-nitro-8-methyl-4H-thieno[2,3-b][1]benzothiopyran-4-ones were synthesized as potential schistosomicidal agents. The synthesized compounds were characterized by their1H-NMR data.

Die synthetisierten Verbindungen wurden mittels ihrer1H-NMR Daten charakterisiert.

A series of nicotyl-fused indolo-pyrazoles (NFIPs) were synthesized by a one-pot multicomponent reaction of aryl aldehydes, isoniazid, and indole in the presence of zeolite as a catalyst. Structures of all the synthesized compounds were established by IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 2D-NMR, TOF-MS, and elemental analysis. The products were obtained in excellent yields and high purity. All 10 compounds were screened for larvicidal and insecticidal properties against Anopheles arabiensis and tested for their lipoxygenase inhibitory activity. Compounds (3-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-2,3-dihydropyrazolo[4,3-b]indol-1(4H)-yl)(pyridin-4-yl)methanone ( 4i ) and (3-(3-bromo-5-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-2,3-dihydropyrazolo[4,3-b]indol-1(4H)-yl)(pyridin-4-yl)methanone ( 4j) displayed highest larvae mortality at a 4 μg/ml dose in 24 h. Compounds (3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2,3-dihydropyrazolo[4,3-b]indol-1(4H)-yl)(pyridin-4-yl)methanone ( 4h ) and (3-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-2,3-dihydropyrazolo[4,3-b]indol-1(4H)-yl)(pyridin-4-yl)methanone ( 4i ) showed a significant knockdown activity after 24 h with 70% mortality. Furthermore, (3-(4-chlorophenyl)-2,3-dihydropyrazolo[4,3-b]indol-1(4H)-yl)(pyridin-4-yl)methanone ( 4c ) and (3-(3-bromo-5-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-2,3-dihydropyrazolo[4,3-b]indol-1(4H)-yl)(pyridin-4-yl)methanone ( 4j ) displayed promising lipoxygenase inhibitory activity with a mortality of 70% and 60%, respectively.  相似文献

7-[1,3-Dithiolan-2-ylidene]-3-phenyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazepine-6,8-dione and 7-[5-oxo-1,3-dithiolan-2-ylidene]-3-phenyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]-thiadiazepine-6,8-diones were obtained by treating 3-phenyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro[1,2,4]triazolo-[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazepine-6,8-diones with CS2 and chloroacetyl chloride, respectively. Treatment of the above compounds with mercaptoacetic acid gave 1,2-dibromoethane or the corresponding spiro polyfused heterocycles. [Cu(tpol)]n based on the Htpol ligand [Htpol = 3H-(1,2,3)triazolo(4,5-b)pyridin-3-ol] had been synthesized and characterized using X-ray single crystal analysis, elemental analysis, powder X-ray diffraction and IR spectroscopy. Catalytic activity of [Cu(tpol)]n was measured by the coupling reaction of trifluoroacetimidoyl chlorides with terminal alkyne. The crystal shows two different coordination types of [tpol]? having a parallelogram of [Cu2O2] assembled in a trans geometry. With the change of functional groups of two types of reactants, [Cu(tpol)]n can replace the noble catalysts and selectively catalyze the coupling of derivatives of 2,2,2-trifluoro-N-phenylacetimidoyl chloride and terminal alkynes, and 6-methoxy-2-(trifluoromethyl)quinoline.  相似文献

5-Chloro-7-[1,3]oxazolo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ylquinolin-8-ol was synthesized by a Pd-catalyzed arylation, which proceeds efficiently with 2 equivalents of benzylated clioquinol and 1 equivalent of oxazolo[4,5-b]pyridine. Reaction of 5-hydroxy-6-aminopyrimidines with 2-bromohydroresorcinol and bromodimedone in DMF in the presence of sodium hydride gave 6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-10H-pyrimido[5,4-b][1,4]benzoxazines. When 4-chloro-5-hydroxy-6-aminopyrimidine was treated with bromodimedone the principal products were 6,7,8,9-tetrahydropyrimido[4,5-b][1,4]benzodioxanes. The nucleophilic substitution of the chlorine atom in position 4 of the tetrahydropyrimidobenzoxazines by amines, sodium alkanoates, and thiourea has been studied and the corresponding amines and alkoxy- and thio derivatives of this tricyclic system obtained. A series of novel and synthetically important quinoline selenium compounds have been successfully synthesized using an efficient and simple strategy. The method employed leads to the synthesis of both cyclic as well as open chain quinoline selenium compounds. The prepared selenium compounds have been characterized with the help of various spectroscopic techniques viz., NMR (1H, 13C), FT-IR, mass spectrometry. The structure of 6-methoxy-3H-[1,2]diselenolo[3,4-b]quinoline has been determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Ladder-type heteroacenes containing pyrrole or furan rings, indolo[3,2-b]carbazoles and dibenzo[d,d']benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b']difurans, were effectively synthesized from the common intermediates, 2,5-bis(o-chloroaryl)hydroquinones. The key reactions are palladium-catalyzed double N-arylation of aniline and intramolecular O-arylation, which enable regioselective ring closure. In addition to the parent indolo[3,2-b]carbazole and dibenzo[d,d']benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b']difuran, their derivatives with an alkyl or cyano group were first synthesized. Photophysical and electrochemical studies showed that the obtained heteroacenes have lower HOMO energy levels and larger band gaps than the corresponding hydrocarbon acene, pentacene. An X-ray analysis of dibenzo[d,d']benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b']difuran revealed that it was packed in herringbone fashion.  相似文献

Regioselective palladium-catalyzed amination of 2-chloro-3-iodopyridine followed by a subsequent palladium-catalyzed amination leads to 2,3-diaminopyridines. Treatment with triphosgene affords highly functionalized unsymmetrical imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones in just three synthetic steps. A two-step synthesis of pseudosymmetrically disubstituted imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones, 1,4-disubstituted pyrido[2,3-b]pyrazinediones, and 1,3-disubstituted thiadiazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-2-ones is also described.  相似文献

1,2,3,4-Tetrahydro-l-aryl-3,9-dioxo-2,4-diazafluorenes (2) and 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1-aryl-9-oxo-3-thi-oxo-2,4-diazafluorenes (3) were newly synthesized. Compounds 3 reacted with chloroacetic acid, α-bromopropanoic acid, or B-bromopropanoic acid in the presence of fused sodium acetate and acetic anhydride to give 2,3-dihydro-5-aryl-5H,6H-thiazolo[3,2-b]2,4-diazafluorene-3,6-diones (4), 2-methyl-2,3-dihydro-5-aryl-5H,6H-thiazolo[3,2-b]2,4-diazafluorene-3,6-diones (5) and 2,3-dihydro-6-aryl-6H,7H-thiazino[3,2-b]2,4-diazafluorene-4,7-diones (6), respectively.

2,3-Dihydro-2-arylmethylene-5-aryl-5H,6H-thiazolo[3,2-b]2,4-diazafluorene-3,6-diones (7) were prepared by the reaction of compounds (3) with chloroacetic acid and aromatic aldehydes in the presence of fused sodium acetate and acetic anhydride or by the reactions of (4) with aromatic aldehydes in the presence of acetic anhydride.

2-(Arylhydroazono)-5-aryl-2,3-dihydro-5H,6H-thiazolo[3,2-b]2,4-diazafluorene-3,6-diones (8) were synthesized by coupling (4) with aryldiazonium salts in the presence of pyridine.  相似文献

Poly(N,N′-dibromo-N-ethylnaphthyl-2,7-disulfonamide) (PBNS) as novel reagent was synthesized. Bisindolylindeno[1,2-b]quinoxaline and bisindolylindeno[3,4-b]pyrazine derivatives were synthesized in a simple and efficient method from the three-component condensation reaction of indole, indane-1,2,3-trione, and diamine aromatic compounds by PBNS under solvent-free conditions at 80 °C in good to excellent yields, short reaction times, and a simple procedure for new derivatives.

Hydrolysis of ethyl 3-amino-4-aryl-cycloalka[e]thieno[2,3-b]pyridine-2-carboxylates ( 3a-d) gave the corresponding o-aminocarboxylic acids 4a-d . Heating the latter compounds ( 4a-d) with acetic anhydride furnished the oxazinone derivatives 5a-d which, in turn, underwent recyclization reaction to give the corresponding pyrimidinones 6a-d upon treatment with ammonium acetate in acetic acid. Reaction of 3-amino-4-aryl-cycloalka[e]thieno[2,3-b]pyridine-2-carboxamides ( 3f,h ) with triethyl orthoformate gave pyrimidinone derivatives 7a,b . Reaction of 3-amino-4-phenyl-cycloalka[e]thieno[2,3-b]pyridine-2-carboxamides 3e,h with aromatic aldehydes furnished tetrahydropyridothienopyrimidinones 8a-d . Chlorination of 7a,b and 6a-d by using phosphorous oxychloride produced 4-chlorocycloalka[5′,6′]pyrido[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine derivatives 9a-f which were used as key intermediates in the synthesis of several new cycloalkapyrido-thienopyrimidines 10a-f ˜ 14a-f . Moreover, some cycloalkapyridothienotriazinones 15a,b-17a,b were synthesized.  相似文献

The cyclization of unsymmetrical 2-mercaptoimidazoles with aliphatic and aromatic ketones has been studied. Using 1H NMR and X-ray analysis it has been shown that 4-R1-1H-2-mercaptoimidazoles undergo selective oxidative cyclization to the corresponding 3-R3-2-R2-6-R1-imidazo[2,1-b][1,3]thiazoles while 6-R4-1H-2-mercaptobenzo[d]imidazoles give a mixture of 6-R4-3-R2-2-R3-benzo[4,5]imidazo[2,1-b][1,3]thiazole and 7-R4-3-R2-2-R3-benzo[4,5]imidazo[2,1-b][1,3]thiazole in the ratio 1: 1. __________ Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 1, pp. 115–122, January, 2007.  相似文献
