The absolute structures of some naturally occurring chiral 2-isopropenyl-2,3-dihydrobenzofurans, (+)-remirol (1a), (+)-remiridiol (1b), (+)-angenomalin (2), and (+)-isoangenomalin (3), were studied by respective chiral synthesis. Kinetic resolutions of racemic 2-isopropenyl-2,3-dihydrobenzofurans, 2-isopropenyl-4,6-dimethoxy-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran (4), 4-hydroxy-2-isopropenyl-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-5-carbaldehyde (8), and 2-isopropenyl-6-(MOM)oxy-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-5-carbaldehyde (11c), by Sharpless dihydroxylation using (DHQ)(2)AQN or (DHQD)(2)AQN gave the corresponding chiral 2-isopropenyl-2,3-dihydrobenzofurans. Chiral (S)-(+)-4 (99% ee, using (DHQD)(2)AQN) was converted to natural remirol (S)-(+)-1a and then to natural remiridiol (S)-(+)-1b. (S)-(+)-8 (97% ee, using (DHQD)(2)AQN) was converted to natural angenomalin (S)-(+)-2. (R)-(-)-11c (>99% ee, using (DHQ)(2)AQN), was converted to natural isoangenomalin (R)-(+)-3. Thus, the absolute structures of natural remirol (+)-1a and remiridiol (+)-1b and angenomalin (+)-2 were determined to be S, and the structure of natural isoangenomalin (+)-3 was R.  相似文献

The generation of metal cyanide ions in the gas phase by laser ablation of M(CN)(2) (M = Co, Ni, Zn, Cd, Hg), Fe(III)[Fe(III)(CN)(6)] x xH(2)O, Ag(3)[M(CN)(6)] (M = Fe, Co), and Ag(2)[Fe(CN)(5)(NO)] has been investigated using Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry. Irradiation of Zn(CN)(2) and Cd(CN)(2) produced extensive series of anions, [Zn(n)(CN)(2n+1)](-) (1 < or = n < or = 27) and [Cd(n)(CN)(2n+1)](-) (n = 1, 2, 8-27, and possibly 29, 30). Cations Hg(CN)(+) and [Hg(2)(CN)(x)](+) (x = 1-3), and anions [Hg(CN)(x)](-) (x = 2, 3), are produced from Hg(CN)(2). Irradiation of Fe(III)[Fe(III)(CN)(6)] x xH(2)O gives the anions [Fe(CN)(2)](-), [Fe(CN)(3)](-), [Fe(2)(CN)(3)](-), [Fe(2)(CN)(4)](-), and [Fe(2)(CN)(5)](-). When Ag(3)[Fe(CN)(6)] is ablated, [AgFe(CN)(4)](-) and [Ag(2)Fe(CN)(5)](-) are observed together with homoleptic anions of Fe and Ag. The additional heterometallic complexes [AgFe(2)(CN)(6)](-), [AgFe(3)(CN)(8)](-), [Ag(2)Fe(2)(CN)(7)](-), and [Ag(3)Fe(CN)(6)](-) are observed on ablation of Ag(2)[Fe(CN)(5)(NO)]. Homoleptic anions [Co(n)(CN)(n+1)](-) (n = 1-3), [Co(n)(CN)(n+2)](-) (n = 1-3), [Co(2)(CN)(4)](-), and [Co(3)(CN)(5)](-) are formed when anhydrous Co(CN)(2) is the target. Ablation of Ag(3)[Co(CN)(6)] yields cations [Ag(n)(CN)(n-1)](+) (n = 1-4) and [Ag(n)Co(CN)(n)](+) (n = 1, 2) and anions [Ag(n)(CN)(n+1)](-) (n = 1-3), [Co(n)(CN)(n-1)](-) (n = 1, 2), [Ag(n)Co(CN)(n+2)](-) (n = 1, 2), and [Ag(n)Co(CN)(n+3)](-) (n = 0-2). The Ni(I) species [Ni(n)(CN)(n-1)](+) (n = 1-4) and [Ni(n)(CN)(n+1)](-) (n = 1-3) are produced when anhydrous Ni(CN)(2) is irradiated. In all cases, CN(-) and polyatomic carbon nitride ions C(x)N(y)(-) are formed concurrently. On the basis of density functional calculations, probable structures are proposed for most of the newly observed species. General structural features are low coordination numbers, regular trigonal coordination stereochemistry for d(10) metals but distorted trigonal stereochemistry for transition metals, the occurrence of M-CN-M and M(-CN-)(2)M bridges, addition of AgCN to terminal CN ligands, and the occurrence of high spin ground states for linear [M(n)(CN)(n+1)](-) complexes of Co and Ni.  相似文献

Complexes of W(CO)(5) with neutral diatomic pnictogen ligands N(2), P(2), As(2), Sb(2), and Bi(2) and anionic Group 14 ligands Si(2) (2-), Ge(2) (2-), Sn(2) (2-), and Pb(2) (2-) coordinated in both side-on and end-on fashion have been optimized by using density functional theory at the BP86 level with valence sets of TZP quality. The calculated bond energies have been used to compare the preferential binding modes of each respective ligand. The results were interpreted by analyzing the nature of the interaction between the ligands and the metal fragment using an energy partitioning method. This yields quantitative information regarding the strength of covalent and electrostatic interactions between the metal and ligand, as well as the contributions by orbitals of different symmetry to the covalent bonding. Results show that all the ligands studied bind preferentially in a side-on coordination mode, with the exception of N(2), which prefers to coordinate in an end-on mode. The preference of the heavier homologues P(2)-Bi(2) for binding in a side-on mode over the end-on mode in the neutral complexes [(CO)(5)WE(2)] comes mainly from the much stronger electrostatic attraction in the former species. The energy difference between the side-on and end-on isomers of the negatively charged complexes with the ligands Si(2) (2-), Ge(2) (2-), Sn(2) (2-), and Pb(2) (2-) is much less and it cannot be ascribed to a particular bonding component.  相似文献

The work in this paper presents syntheses, characterization, crystal structures, variable-temperature/field magnetic properties, catecholase activity, and electrospray ionization mass spectroscopic (ESI-MS positive) study of five copper(II) complexes of composition [Cu(II)(2)L(μ(1,1)-NO(3))(H(2)O)(NO(3))](NO(3)) (1), [{Cu(II)(2)L(μ-OH)(H(2)O)}(μ-ClO(4))](n)(ClO(4))(n) (2), [{Cu(II)(2)L(NCS)(2)}(μ(1,3)-NCS)](n) (3), [{Cu(II)(2)L(μ(1,1)-N(3))(ClO(4))}(2)(μ(1,3)-N(3))(2)] (4), and [{Cu(II)(2)L(μ-OH)}{Cu(II)(2)L(μ(1,1)-N(3))}{Cu(II)(μ(1,1)-N(3))(4)(dmf)}{Cu(II)(2)(μ(1,1)-N(3))(2)(N(3))(4)}](n)·ndmf (5), derived from a new compartmental ligand 2,6-bis[N-(2-pyridylethyl)formidoyl]-4-ethylphenol, which is the 1:2 condensation product of 4-ethyl-2,6-diformylphenol and 2-(2-aminoethyl)pyridine. The title compounds are either of the following nuclearities/topologies: dinuclear (1), dinuclear-based one-dimensional (2 and 3), tetranuclear (4), and heptanuclear-based one-dimensional (5). The bridging moieties in 1-5 are as follows: μ-phenoxo-μ(1,1)-nitrate (1), μ-phenoxo-μ-hydroxo and μ-perchlorate (2), μ-phenoxo and μ(1,3)-thiocyanate (3), μ-phenoxo-μ(1,1)-azide and μ(1,3)-azide (4), μ-phenoxo-μ-hydroxo, μ-phenoxo-μ(1,1)-azide, and μ(1,1)-azide (5). All the five compounds exhibit overall antiferromagnetic interaction. The J values in 1-4 have been determined (-135 cm(-1) for 1, -298 cm(-1) for 2, -105 cm(-1) for 3, -119.5 cm(-1) for 4). The pairwise interactions in 5 have been evaluated qualitatively to result in S(T) = 3/2 spin ground state, which has been verified by magnetization experiment. Utilizing 3,5-di-tert-butyl catechol (3,5-DTBCH(2)) as the substrate, catecholase activity of all the five complexes have been checked. While 1 and 3 are inactive, complexes 2, 4, and 5 show catecholase activity with turn over numbers 39 h(-1) (for 2), 40 h(-1) (for 4), and 48 h(-1) (for 5) in dmf and 167 h(-1) (for 2) and 215 h(-1) (for 4) in acetonitrile. Conductance of the dmf solution of the complexes has been measured, revealing that bridging moieties and nuclearity have been almost retained in solution. Electrospray ionization mass (ESI-MS positive) spectra of complexes 1, 2, and 4 have been recorded in acetonitrile solutions and the positive ions have been well characterized. ESI-MS positive spectrum of complex 2 in presence of 3,5-DTBCH(2) have also been recorded and, interestingly, a positive ion [Cu(II)(2)L(μ-3,5-DTBC(2-))(3,5-DTBCH(-))Na(I)](+) has been identified.  相似文献

Interpreting the redox chemistry of sulphur in aqueous systems requires the analysis of mixtures of various sulphoxy anions. Previous methods have been too involved to permit high sample throughout if good quality control is to be maintained. Methods based on ion chromatography have been developed for the direct determination of SO(2-)(4), SO(2-)(3), S(2)O(2-)(3), and SCN(-). The determination of thiocyanate permits the indirect determination of polythionates by treatment with cyanide. Formate, acetate, F(-), Cl(-), CO(2-)(3), and PO(3-)(4), do not interfere, but NO(-)(2) and NO(-)(3) interfere with determination of SO(2-)(3),. The sample preservation treatment includes addition of formaldehyde, cation-exchange and cold storage, to retard oxidation of S(2)O(2-)(3), and SO(2-)(3), and inhibits the rearrangement of SO(2-)(3),/S(2)O(2-)(3),/S(n)O(2-)(6), mixtures caused by bimolecular nucleophilic displacement (S(N)2) reactions. Treated samples may be stored for up to 6 weeks with only minor loss of thiosulphate.  相似文献

The energetics of the phenolic O-H bond in a series of 2- and 4-HOC 6H 4C(O)Y (Y = H, CH3, CH 2CH=CH2, C[triple bond]CH, CH2F, NH2, NHCH 3, NO2, OH, OCH3, OCN, CN, F, Cl, SH, and SCH3) compounds and of the intramolecular O...H hydrogen bond in 2-HOC 6H 4C(O)Y, was investigated by using a combination of experimental and theoretical methods. The standard molar enthalpies of formation of 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde (2HBA), 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (4HBA), 2'-hydroxyacetophenone (2HAP), 2-hydroxybenzamide (2HBM), and 4-hydroxybenzamide (4HBM), at 298.15 K, were determined by micro- or macrocombustion calorimetry. The corresponding enthalpies of vaporization or sublimation were also measured by Calvet drop-calorimetry and Knudsen effusion measurements. The combination of the obtained experimental data led to Delta f H m (o)(2HBA, g) = -238.3 +/- 2.5 kJ.mol (-1), DeltafHm(o)(4HBA, g) = -220.3 +/- 2.0 kJ.mol(-1), Delta f H m (o)(2HAP, g) = -291.8 +/- 2.1 kJ.mol(-1), DeltafHm(o)(2HBM, g) = -304.8 +/- 1.5 kJ.mol (-1), and DeltafHm(o) (4HBM, g) = -278.4 +/- 2.4 kJ.mol (-1). These values, were used to assess the predictions of the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p), B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p), B3LYP/aug-cc-pVDZ, B3P86/6-31G(d,p), B3P86/6-311+G(d,p), B3P86/aug-cc-pVDZ, and CBS-QB3 methods, for the enthalpies of a series of isodesmic gas phase reactions. In general, the CBS-QB3 method was able to reproduce the experimental enthalpies of reaction within their uncertainties. The B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p) method, with a slightly poorer accuracy than the CBS-QB3 approach, achieved the best performance of the tested DFT models. It was further used to analyze the trends of the intramolecular O...H hydrogen bond in 2-HOC 6H 4C(O)Y evaluated by the ortho-para method and to compare the energetics of the phenolic O-H bond in 2- and 4-HOC 6H 4C(O)Y compounds. It was concluded that the O-H bond "strength" is systematically larger for 2-hydroxybenzoyl than for the corresponding 4-hydroxybenzoyl isomers mainly due to the presence of the intramolecular O...H hydrogen bond in the 2-isomers. The observed differences are, however, significantly dependent on the nature of the substituent Y, in particular, when an intramolecular H-bond can be present in the radical obtained upon cleavage of the O-H bond.  相似文献

A series of dinickel(II) complexes with the 24-membered macrocyclic hexaazadithiophenol ligand H(2)L(Me) was prepared and examined. The doubly deprotonated form (L(Me))(2-) forms complexes of the type [(L(Me))Ni2II(mu-L')](n+) with a bioctahedral N(3)Ni(II)(mu-SR)(2)(mu-L')Ni(II)N(3) core and an overall calixarene-like structure. The bridging coordination site L' is accessible for a wide range of exogenous coligands. In this study L'=NO(3)(-), NO(2)(-), N(3)(-), N(2)H(4), pyrazolate (pz), pyridazine (pydz), phthalazine (phtz), and benzoate (OBz). Crystallographic studies reveal that each substrate binds in a distinct fashion to the [(L(Me))Ni(2)](2+) portion: NO(2)(-), N(2)H(4), pz, pydz, and phtz form mu(1,2)-bridges, whereas NO(3)(-), N(3)(-), and OBz(-) are mu(1,3)-bridging. These distinctive binding motifs and the fact that some of the coligands adopt unusual conformations is discussed in terms of complementary host-guest interactions and the size and form of the binding pocket of the [(L(Me))Ni(2)](2+) fragment. UV/Vis and electrochemical studies reveal that the solid-state structures are retained in the solution state. The relative stabilities of the complexes indicate that the [(L(Me))Ni(2)](2+) fragment binds anionic coligands preferentially over neutral ones and strong-field ligands over weak-field ligands. Secondary van der Waals interactions also contribute to the stability of the complexes. Intramolecular ferromagnetic exchange interactions are present in the nitrito-, pyridazine-, and the benzoato-bridged complexes where J=+6.7, +3.5, and +5.8 cm(-1) (H=-2 JS(1)S(2), S(1)=S(2)=1) as indicated by magnetic susceptibility data taken from 300 to 2 K. In contrast, the azido bridge in [(L(Me))Ni(2)(mu(1,3)-N(3))](+) results in an antiferromagnetic exchange interaction J=-46.7 cm(-1). An explanation for this difference is qualitatively discussed in terms of bonding differences.  相似文献

The standard molar enthalpies of formation of chloro-, bromo-, and iodoacetic acids in the crystalline state, at 298.15 K, were determined as deltafH(o)m(C2H3O2Cl, cr alpha)=-(509.74+/- 0.49) kJ x mol(-1), deltafH(o)m(C2H3O2Br, cr I)-(466.98 +/- 1.08) kJ x mol(-1), and deltafH(o)m (C2H3O2I, cr)=-(415.44 +/- 1.53) kJ x mol(-1), respectively, by rotating-bomb combustion calorimetry. Vapor pressure versus temperature measurements by the Knudsen effusion method led to deltasubH(o)m(C2H3O2Cl)=(82.19 +/- 0.92) kJ x mol(-1), deltasubH(o)m(C2H3O2Br)=(83.50 +/- 2.95) kJ x mol(-1), and deltasubH(o)m-(C2H3O2I) = (86.47 +/- 1.02) kJ x mol(-1), at 298.15 K. From the obtained deltafH(o)m(cr) and deltasubH(o)m values it was possible to derive deltafH(o)m(C2H3O2Cl, g)=-(427.55 +/- 1.04) kJ x mol(-1), deltafH(o)m (C2H3O2Br, g)=-(383.48 +/- 3.14) kJ x mol(-1), and deltafH(o)m(C2H3O2I, g)=-(328.97 +/- 1.84) kJ x mol(-1). These data, taken with a published value of the enthalpy of formation of acetic acid, and the enthalpy of formation of the carboxymethyl radical, deltafH(o)m(CH2COOH, g)=-(238 +/- 2) kJ x mol(-1), obtained from density functional theory calculations, led to DHo(H-CH2COOH)=(412.8 +/- 3.2) kJ x mol(-1), DHo(Cl-CH2COOH)=(310.9 +/- 2.2) kJ x mol(-1), DHo(Br-CH2COOH)=(257.4 +/- 3.7) kJ x mol(-1), and DHo(I-CH2COOH)=(197.8 +/- 2.7) kJ x mol(-1). A discussion of the C-X bonding energetics in XCH2COOH, CH3X, C2H5X, C2H3X, and C6H5X (X=H, Cl, Br, I) compounds is presented.  相似文献

Simple, nitrogen-rich, energetic salts of 5-nitrotetrazole   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A new family (ammonium, 1, hydrazinium, 2, guanidinium, 3, aminoguanidinium, 4, diamino-guanidinium, 5, and triaminoguanidinium, 6) of simple, nitrogen-rich energetic salts based on 5-nitro-2 H-tetrazole (HNT) were synthesized. In addition, the hemihydrate of 1 (1a) and the hydrate of 6 (6a) were also isolated. In all cases, stable salts were obtained and fully characterized by vibrational (IR, Raman) spectroscopy, multinuclear ((1)H, (13)C and (14)N) NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, elemental analysis, and X-ray structure determination. Compounds 1and 2 crystallize in the monoclinic space group P2 1/c, 1a and 3 crystallize in C/2 c, 4 in P2 1/n, 5 in P2 1, 6 in orthorhombic P2 12 12 1, and 6a in triclinic P1. Initial safety testing (impact, friction, and electrostatic sensitivity) and thermal stability measurements (DSC) were also carried out. The NT salts all exhibit good thermal stabilities (decomposition above 150 degrees C). The constant volume energies of combustion (Delta c U(exp)) of 1-6 were experimentally determined by oxygen bomb calorimetry to be -1860(30) cal/g ( 1), -1770(30) cal/g ( 1a), -2110(150) cal/g (2), -2250(40) cal/g ( 3), -2470(30) cal/g (4), -2630(40) cal/g (5), -2690(50) cal/g (6), and -2520(50) cal/g (6a). Because of the significant experimental uncertainties obtained in these measurements, their validity was checked by way of quantum chemical calculation (MP2) of electronic energies and an approximation of lattice enthalpy. The predicted constant volume energies of combustion (Delta c U(pred)) calculated by this method were -2095.9 cal/g (1), -1975.7 cal/g ( 1a), -2362.4 cal/g (2), -2526.6 cal/g (3), -2654.6 cal/g (4), -2778.6 cal/g ( 5), -2924.0 cal/g (6), and -2741.4 cal/g ( 6a). From the experimentally determined density, chemical composition, and energies of formation (back calculated from the heats of combustion) the detonation pressures and velocities of 1 (7950 m/s, 23.9 GPa), 1a (7740 m/s, 22.5 GPa), 2(8750 m/s, 30.1 GPa), 3 (7500 m/s, 20.1 GPa) 4(8190 m/s, 24.7 GPa), 5(8230 m/s, 24.4 GPa), 6 (8480 m/s, 26.0 GPa) and 6a (7680 m/s, 20.7 GPa) were predicted using the EXPLO5 code.  相似文献

All-inorganic colloidal nanocrystals were synthesized by replacing organic capping ligands on chemically synthesized nanocrystals with metal-free inorganic ions such as S(2-), HS(-), Se(2-), HSe(-), Te(2-), HTe(-), TeS(3)(2-), OH(-) and NH(2)(-). These simple ligands adhered to the NC surface and provided colloidal stability in polar solvents. The versatility of such ligand exchange has been demonstrated for various semiconductor and metal nanocrystals of different size and shape. We showed that the key aspects of Pearson's hard and soft acids and bases (HSAB) principle, originally developed for metal coordination compounds, can be applied to the bonding of molecular species to the nanocrystal surface. The use of small inorganic ligands instead of traditional ligands with long hydrocarbon tails facilitated the charge transport between individual nanocrystals and opened up interesting opportunities for device integration of colloidal nanostructures.  相似文献

Accurate static dipole polarizabilities and hyperpolarizabilities are calculated for the ground states of the Al, Si, P, S, Cl, and Ar atoms. The finite-field computations use energies obtained with various ab initio methods including Moller-Plesset perturbation theory and the coupled cluster approach. Excellent agreement with experiment is found for argon. The experimental alpha for Al is likely to be in error. Only limited comparisons are possible for the other atoms because hyperpolarizabilities have not been reported previously for most of these atoms. Our recommended values of the mean dipole polarizability (in the order Al-Ar) are alpha/e(2)a(0) (2)E(h) (-1)=57.74, 37.17, 24.93, 19.37, 14.57, and 11.085 with an error estimate of +/-0.5%. The recommended values of the mean second dipole hyperpolarizability (in the order Al-Ar) are gamma/e(4)a(0) (4)E(h) (-3)=2.02 x 10(5), 4.31 x 10(4), 1.14 x 10(4), 6.51 x 10(3), 2.73 x 10(3), and 1.18 x 10(3) with an error estimate of +/-2%. Our recommended polarizability anisotropy values are Deltaalpha/e(2)a(0) (2)E(h) (-1)=-25.60, 8.41, -3.63, and 1.71 for Al, Si, S, and Cl respectively, with an error estimate of +/-1%. The recommended hyperpolarizability anisotropies are Deltagamma/e(4)a(0) (4)E(h) (-3)=-3.88 x 10(5), 4.16 x 10(4), -7.00 x 10(3), and 1.65 x 10(3) for Al, Si, S, and Cl, respectively, with an error estimate of +/-4%.  相似文献

Four new pyrrolidine alkaloids, broussonetines R, S, T, and V and a new pyrroline alkaloid, broussonetine U were isolated from the branches of Broussonetia kazinoki SIEB. (Moraceae) in low yield. Broussonetines R, S and T were formulated as (2R,3R,4R,5R)-2-hydroxymethyl-3,4-dihydroxy-5-[(1R)-1-hydroxy-3-[6-(4-hydroxybutyl)-cyclohexy-2-on-1(6)-enyllpropyl] pyrrolidine (1), (2R,3R,4R,5R)-2-hydroxymethyl-3,4-dihydroxy-5-[(1R,10S)-1,10,13-trihydroxytridecyl] pyrrolidine (2), (2R,3R,4R,5R)-2-hydroxymethyl-3,4-dihydroxy-5-[(1R,5S)-1,5, 13-trihydroxy-10-oxo-tridecyl] pyrrolidine (3). And broussonetines U and V were proposed to be (2S,3S,4S)-2-hydroxymethyl-3, 4-dihydroxy-5-(9-oxo-13-hydroxytridecyl)-5-pyrroline (4), (2R,3S,4R,5R)-2-hydroxymethyl-3,4-dihydroxy-5-[(E)-9-oxo-13-hydroxy-3-tridecenyl] pyrrolidine (5), respectively, by spectroscopic and chemical methods.  相似文献

Negative ion photoelectron spectra of ZrO(-), HfO(-), HfHO(-), and HfO(2)H(-) are reported. Even though zirconium- and hafnium-containing molecules typically exhibit similar chemistries, the negative ion photoelectron spectral profiles of ZrO(-) and HfO(-) are dramatically different from one another. By comparing these data with relevant theoretical and experimental studies, as well as by using insights drawn from atomic spectra, spin-orbit interactions, and relativistic effects, the photodetachment transitions in the spectra of ZrO(-) and HfO(-) were assigned. As a result, the electron affinities of ZrO and HfO were determined to be 1.26 ± 0.05 eV and 0.60 ± 0.05 eV, respectively. The anion photoelectron spectra of HfHO(-) and HfO(2)H(-) are similar to one another and their structural connectivities are likely to be H-Hf-O(-) and O-Hf-OH(-), respectively. The electron affinities of HfHO and HfO(2)H are 1.70 ± 0.05 eV and 1.73 ± 0.05 eV, respectively.  相似文献

The heteroscorpionate N, N', S, S' donor ligands 4-methoxy-3,5-dimethyl-2-(3-(methylthio)-1-(3-(2-(methylthio)phenyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)propyl)pyridine (L(a)) and 4-methoxy-3,5-dimethyl-2-(2-(methylthio)-1-(3-(2-(methylthio)phenyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)ethyl)pyridine (L(b)) were prepared. The Cu(I) complexes [Cu(L(a))]2(BF4)2 (a2(BF4)2) and [Cu(L(b))]2(BF4)2 (b2(BF4)2) were synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography. Both compounds exhibit a dinuclear structure, presenting each Cu(I) center in a distorted N, N', S, S' tetrahedral environment. On the basis of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and ESI-mass data, the presence of a mononuclear complex in equilibrium with the dimer was hypothesized for both complexes. The dimerization constants of the processes, 2a(+) = a2(2+) and 2b(+) = b2(2+) , were obtained by (1)H NMR dilution experiments (fast-exchange regime) in CD 3CN: log K(a2(2+)) = 3.55(6) and log K(b2(2+)) = 3.23(5) at 300 K. Thermodynamic parameters were determined by a van't Hoff analysis (280-310 K temperature range): DeltaH(0)(a2(2+)) = -12(1) kJ mol (-1), DeltaH(0)(b2(2+)) = -10(1) kJ mol(-1), DeltaS(0)(a2(2+)) = +27(4) kJ mol (-1), and DeltaS(0)(b2(2+)) = +28(4) kJ mol (-1). Pulsed gradient spin-echo (PGSE) NMR experiments provided the weighted-average hydrodynamic volume (VH) of the species present in CD 3CN solution at different copper concentrations (CCu). Nonlinear interpolation of VH as a function of C Cu for a dimer-monomer equilibrium led to the hydrodynamic volumes of both monomers (VH(0)(M)) and dimers (VH(0)(D)): VH(0)(a(+)) = 620(40) A(3), VH(0)(b(+)) = 550(10) A(3), VH(0)(a2(2+)) = 950(20) A(3), and VH(0)(b2(2+)) = 900(10) A(3). Cyclic voltammetry experiments performed in CH3CN and CH2Cl2 showed a quasi-reversible to irreversible behavior of the Cu(I)/Cu(II) redox couple for both complexes.  相似文献

Four new pyrrolidine alkaloids, broussonetines M, O, P, and Q, were isolated from the branches of Broussonetia kazinoki SIEB, (Moraceae). Broussonetines M, O, P, and Q were formulated as (2R,3R,4R,5R)-2-hydroxymethyl-3,4-dihydroxy-5-[(10S)-10,13-dihydroxy-tri decyl]pyrrolidine (1), (2R,3R,4R,5R)-2-hydroxymethyl-3,4-dihydroxy-5-[(E)9-oxo-13-hydroxy-3- tridecenyl]pyrrolidine (2), (2R,3R,4R,5R)-2-hydroxymethyl-3,4-dihydroxy-5-[(E)10-oxo-13-hydroxy-3-++ +tridecenyl]pyrrolidine (3), and (2R,3S,4R,5R)-2-hydroxymethyl-3-hydroxy-4-(beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy++ +)-5-[10-oxo-13-(beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy)tridecyl]pyrrolidine (4) respectively, by spectroscopic and chemical methods. 1-4 inhibited beta-glucosidase, beta-galactosidase and beta-mannosidase.  相似文献

The structures of 1-3, which have a 3,4-{1'-[(Z)-2'-methoxy-2'-oxo-ethylidene]}-pentano(2,3-dihydro-benzo[b]furano)-3-(2'-methoxycarbonyl-2'-hydroxy-2',3'-epoxide) skeleton, were determined by spectroscopic analyses, especially 2D NMR techniques (HMBC and NOESY). The polydentate ligand 2,4,6-tris(dipyridin-2-ylamino)-1,3,5-triazine (dpyatriz) in combination with the Cu(ClO 4) 2/CuX 2 salt mixtures (X (-) = Cl (-), Br (-), or N 3 (-)) leads to the formation of molecular coordination aggregates with formulas [Cu 3Cl 3(dpyatriz) 2](ClO 4) 3 ( 2), [Cu 3Br 3(dpyatriz) 2](ClO 4) 3 ( 3), and [Cu 4(N 3) 4(dpyatriz) 2(DMF) 4(ClO 4) 2](ClO 4) 2 ( 4). These complexes consist of two dpyatriz ligands bridged via coordination to Cu (II) and disposed either face-to-face in an eclipsed manner ( 2 and 3) or parallel and mutually shifted in one direction. The copper ions complete their coordination positions with Cl (-) ( 2), Br (-) ( 3), or N 3 (-), ClO 4 (-), and N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF) ( 4) ligands. All complexes crystallize together with noncoordinate ClO 4 (-) groups that display anion...pi interactions with the triazine rings. These interactions have been studied by means of high level ab initio calculations and the MIPp partition scheme. These calculations have proven the ClO 4 (-)...[C 3N 3] interactions to be favorable and have revealed a synergistic effect from the combined occurrence of pi-pi stacking of triazine rings and the interaction of these moieties with perchlorate ions, as observed in the experimental systems.  相似文献

Reactions of C(6)H(5)Li and 4-CH(3)C(6)H(4)Li with halides of Ti, Ir, Hf, and Nb lead to the formation of homoleptic organometallic anions of these metals. Owing to their thermal instability and their sensitivity towards H(2) O and O(2) , these compounds are characterized by single-crystal structure determinations at low temperature, whereas other physical data could only be obtained occasionally. Three pentacoordinate complex anions [Ti(C(6)H(5))(5)](-), [Ti(4-CH(3)C(6)H(4))(5)](-), and [Zr(C(6)H(5))(5)](-) have square-pyramidal structures that display only slight deviations from the ideal geometry, in contrast to the already known structures of [Ti(CH(5))(5)](-). The hexacoordinate complex anions [Zr(C(6)H(5))(6)](2-), [Zr(4-CH(3)C(6)H(4))(6)](2-), [Nb(C(6)H(5))(6)](2-), and [Nb(4-CH(3)C(6)H(4))(6)](2-) all have trigonal-prismatic structures, in accord with the known hexamethyl complex dianions. In contrast, the hexacoordinate complex anion [Hf(C(6)H(5))(6)](2)(-) has an octahedral or close to octahedral structure, in contrast to the known trigonal-prismatic structures of [Ta(C(6)H(5))(6)](-) and [Ta(4-CH(3)C(6)H(4))(6) (-). Reactions of ozone with Br(-), SO(3)(2-), HSO(3)(-), I(-), and NO(2)(-), studied by stopped-flow and pulsed-accelerated-flow techniques, are first order in the concentration of O(3)(aq) and first order in the concentration of each anion. The rate constants increase by a factor of 5 x 10(6) as the nucleophilicities of the anions increase from Br(-) to SO(3)(2-). Ozone adducts with the nucleophiles are proposed as steady-state intermediates prior to oxygen atom transfer with release of O(2). Ab initio calculations show possible structures for the intermediates. The reaction between Br(-) and O(3) is accelerated by H(+) but exhibits a kinetic saturation effect as the acidity increases. The kinetics indicate formation of BrOOO(-) as a steady-state intermediate with an acid-assisted step to give BrOH and O(2). Temperature dependencies of the reactions of Br(-) and HSO(3)(-) with O(3) in acidic solutions are determined from 1 to 25 degrees C. These kinetics are important in studies of annual ozone depletion in the Arctic troposphere at polar sunrise.  相似文献
