The paper develops sufficient conditions for controllability and necessary conditions in different forms of the maximum principle for extremal solutions of discrete inclusions. The objective function is assumed to be locally lipschitzian only  相似文献

In this paper we present a duality approach for a multiobjective fractional programming problem. The components of the vector objective function are particular ratios involving the square of a convex function and a positive concave function. Applying the Fenchel-Rockafellar duality theory for a scalar optimization problem associated to the multiobjective primal, a dual problem is derived. This scalar dual problem is formulated in terms of conjugate functions and its structure gives an idea about how to construct a multiobjective dual problem in a natural way. Weak and strong duality assertions are presented.  相似文献

This paper generalizes to multiobjective optimization the notion of mixed problems as Philippe Michel calls it for single-objective optimization. This notion is then applied to a multiobjective control problem under constraints in the discrete time framework to obtain strong Pontryagin maximum principles in the finite-horizon case. The infinite-horizon case is also treated with conditions ensuring that the multipliers associated to the objective functions are not all zero.  相似文献

In this paper we provide a duality theory for multiobjective optimization problems with convex objective functions and finitely many D.C. constraints. In order to do this, we study first the duality for a scalar convex optimization problem with inequality constraints defined by extended real-valued convex functions. For a family of multiobjective problems associated to the initial one we determine then, by means of the scalar duality results, their multiobjective dual problems. Finally, we consider as a special case the duality for the convex multiobjective optimization problem with convex constraints.  相似文献

Multiobjective optimization is a useful mathematical model in order to investigate real-world problems with conflicting objectives, arising from economics, engineering, and human decision making. In this paper, a convex composite multiobjective optimization problem, subject to a closed convex constraint set, is studied. New first-order optimality conditions for a weakly efficient solution of the convex composite multiobjective optimization problem are established via scalarization. These conditions are then extended to derive second-order optimality conditions.  相似文献

In recent years, emphasis has been placed on generating quality representations of the nondominated set of multiobjective optimization problems. This paper presents two methods for generating discrete representations with equidistant points for biobjective problems with solution sets determined by convex, polyhedral cones. The Constraint Controlled-Spacing method is based on the epsilon-constraint method with an additional constraint to control the spacing of generated points. The Bilevel Controlled-Spacing method has a bilevel structure with the lower-level generating the nondominated points and the upper-level controlling the spacing, and is extended to multiobjective problems. Both methods are proven to produce (weakly) nondominated points and are demonstrated on a variety of test problems.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a unified approach for studying convex composite multiobjective optimization problems via asymptotic analysis. We characterize the nonemptiness and compactness of the weak Pareto optimal solution sets for a convex composite multiobjective optimization problem. Then, we employ the obtained results to propose a class of proximal-type methods for solving the convex composite multiobjective optimization problem, and carry out their convergence analysis under some mild conditions.  相似文献

The concept of a K-gradient, introduced in Ref. 1 in order to generalize the concept of a derived convex cone defined by Hestenes, is extended to weak multiobjective optimization problems including not only a state variable, but also a control variable. The new concept is employed to state multiplier rules for the local solutions of such dynamic multiobjective optimization problems. An application of these multiplier rules to the local solutions of an abstract multiobjective optimal control problem yields general necessary optimality conditions that can be used to derive concrete maximum principles for multiobjective optimal control problems, e.g., problems described by integral equations with additional functional constraints.  相似文献

In the first part of this article optimization of polyhedral discrete and differential inclusions is considered, the problem is reduced to convex minimization problem and the necessary and sufficient condition for optimality is derived. The optimality conditions for polyhedral differential inclusions based on discrete-approximation problem according to continuous problems are formulated. In particular, boundedness of the set of adjoint discrete solutions and upper semi-continuity of the locally adjoint mapping are proved. In the second part of this article an optimization problem described by convex inequality constraint is studied. By using the equivalence theorem concerning the subdifferential calculus and approximating method necessary and sufficient condition for discrete-approximation problem with inequality constraint is established.  相似文献

In this paper the Pareto efficiency of a uniformly convergent multiobjective optimization sequence is studied. We obtain some relation between the Pareto efficient solutions of a given multiobjective optimization problem and those of its uniformly convergent optimization sequence and also some relation between the weak Pareto efficient solutions of the same optimization problem and those of its uniformly convergent optimization sequence. Besides, under a compact convex assumption for constraints set and a certain convex assumption for both objective and constraint functions, we also get some sufficient and necessary conditions that the limit of solutions of a uniformly convergent multiobjective optimization sequence is the solution of a given multiobjective optimization problem.  相似文献

Scalarization of fuzzy multiobjective programming problems using the embedding theorem and the concept of convex cone (ordering cone) is proposed in this paper. Since the set of all fuzzy numbers can be embedded into a normed space, this motivation naturally inspires us to invoke the scalarization techniques in vector optimization problems to evaluate the a multiobjective programming problem. Two solution concepts are proposed in this paper by considering different convex cones.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider an optimization problem which aims to minimize a convex function over the weakly efficient set of a multiobjective programming problem. To solve such a problem, we propose an inner approximation algorithm, in which two kinds of convex subproblems are solved successively. These convex subproblems are fairly easy to solve and therefore the proposed algorithm is practically useful. The algorithm always terminates after finitely many iterations by compromising the weak efficiency to a multiobjective programming problem. Moreover, for a subproblem which is solved at each iteration of the algorithm, we suggest a procedure for eliminating redundant constraints.  相似文献

The present paper studies a new class of problems of optimal control theory with Sturm–Liouville-type differential inclusions involving second-order linear self-adjoint differential operators. Our main goal is to derive the optimality conditions of Mayer problem for differential inclusions with initial point constraints. By using the discretization method guaranteeing transition to continuous problem, the discrete and discrete-approximation inclusions are investigated. Necessary and sufficient conditions, containing both the Euler–Lagrange and Hamiltonian-type inclusions and “transversality” conditions are derived. The idea for obtaining optimality conditions of Mayer problem is based on applying locally adjoint mappings. This approach provides several important equivalence results concerning locally adjoint mappings to Sturm–Liouville-type set-valued mappings. The result strengthens and generalizes to the problem with a second-order non-self-adjoint differential operator; a suitable choice of coefficients then transforms this operator to the desired Sturm–Liouville-type problem. In particular, if a positive-valued, scalar function specific to Sturm–Liouville differential inclusions is identically equal to one, we have immediately the optimality conditions for the second-order discrete and differential inclusions. Furthermore, practical applications of these results are demonstrated by optimization of some “linear” optimal control problems for which the Weierstrass–Pontryagin maximum condition is obtained.  相似文献

Multiobjective DC optimization problems arise naturally, for example, in data classification and cluster analysis playing a crucial role in data mining. In this paper, we propose a new multiobjective double bundle method designed for nonsmooth multiobjective optimization problems having objective and constraint functions which can be presented as a difference of two convex (DC) functions. The method is of the descent type and it generalizes the ideas of the double bundle method for multiobjective and constrained problems. We utilize the special cutting plane model angled for the DC improvement function such that the convex and the concave behaviour of the function is captured. The method is proved to be finitely convergent to a weakly Pareto stationary point under mild assumptions. Finally, we consider some numerical experiments and compare the solutions produced by our method with the method designed for general nonconvex multiobjective problems. This is done in order to validate the usage of the method aimed specially for DC objectives instead of a general nonconvex method.  相似文献

On necessary optimality conditions in vector optimization problems   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Necessary conditions of the multiplier rule type for vector optimization problems in Banach spaces are proved by using separation theorems and Ljusternik's theorem. The Pontryagin maximum principle for multiobjective control problems with state constraints is derived from these general conditions. The paper extends to vector optimization results established in the scalar case by Ioffe and Tihomirov.  相似文献

We consider dynamic optimization problems for systems governed by differential inclusions. The main focus is on the structure of and interrelations between necessary optimality conditions stated in terms of Euler-Lagrange and Hamiltonian formalisms. The principal new results are: an extension of the recently discovered form of the Euler-Weierstrass condition to nonconvex valued differential inclusions, and a new Hamiltonian condition for convex valued inclusions. In both cases additional attention was given to weakening Lipschitz type requirements on the set-valued mapping. The central role of the Euler type condition is emphasized by showing that both the new Hamiltonian condition and the most general form of the Pontriagin maximum principle for equality constrained control systems are consequences of the Euler-Weierstrass condition. An example is given demonstrating that the new Hamiltonian condition is strictly stronger than the previously known one.

In a general Hilbert framework, we consider continuous gradient-like dynamical systems for constrained multiobjective optimization involving nonsmooth convex objective functions. Based on the Yosida regularization of the subdifferential operators involved in the system, we obtain the existence of strong global trajectories. We prove a descent property for each objective function, and the convergence of trajectories to weak Pareto minima. This approach provides a dynamical endogenous weighting of the objective functions, a key property for applications in cooperative games, inverse problems, and numerical multiobjective optimization.  相似文献

The duality of multiobjective problems is studied with the help of the apparatus of conjugate set-valued mappings introduced by the author. In this paper (Part 1), a duality theory is developed for set-valued mappings, which is then used to derive dual relations for some general multiobjective optimization problems which include convex programming and optimal control problems. Using this result, in the companion paper (Part 2), duality theorems are proved for multiobjective quasilinear and linear optimal control problems. The theory is applied to get dual relations for some multiobjective optimal control problem.  相似文献

The paper deals with the allocation of different categories of resources in a network project under multiple conflicting criteria including project duration or maximum lateness, and several cost criteria. The resource requirements of the splittable activities are assumed to be discrete, i.e., assuming arbitrary values from given finite sets for particular resource types and categories. Two approaches for solving the problem, using multiobjective linear programming in specific ways, are described. Reduction of the number of activity preemptions, as a secondary project performance measure, is considered.  相似文献
