苏州市儿童血清中微量元素含量分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了解苏州市儿童血清中微量元素的含量,用OlympusAu 40 0 (日本)全自动生化分析仪检测了苏州大学附属儿童医院儿保门诊3 5 0例体检儿童血清中的微量元素含量。结果表明,本地区儿童血清中Ca、P、Mg、Cu、Fe、Zn含量依次为:(2 .3 4±0 . 1 4)mmol/L、(1 .5 8±0 . 2 3 )mmol/L、(0 .89±0 . 1 1 )mmol/L、(2 4. 62±5 .0 5 ) μmol/L、(1 5 . 0 2±5. 63 ) μmol/L、(2 0 . 86±5 . 74) μmol/L。男、女儿童间Ca、P、Mg、Cu、Fe、Zn含量差异无显著性(P值均>0 . 1 0 ) ;在不同年龄组间,Mg、Zn含量差异无显著性(P值均>0 . 1 0 ) ,Ca、P、Cu、Fe含量差异显著(P值均<0 .0 1 ) ;Fe含量随年龄的增长而逐步增加,Ca含量随年龄的增长而逐步降低。  相似文献

为测定补阴类中药中Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn 4种微量元素的含量,采用V(HNO3)+V(HClO4)=4+1混合酸常压微沸条件下消解样品,运用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了补阴类中草药女贞子、桑寄生、木蝴蝶中Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn 4种微量元素的含量。结果表明,3种中草药Fe含量最高,Zn、Mn次之,Cu含量最低。该法的加标回收率在95.2%~105.4%之间,RSD<2.000 0%,具有良好的准确度和精确度。结果为这类中药保健作用的进一步开发提供了参考。  相似文献

溴酚蓝离子对萃取分光光度法测定长春花中总生物碱   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以文多灵为对照品,溴酚蓝为显色剂,在pH3.0缓冲溶液条件下于30℃显色5min,用三氯甲烷萃取,于413nm波长处采用离子对萃取分光光度法测定长春花中总生物碱的含量。结果表明:文多灵在0.04~0.28g&#183;L^-1浓度范围内与吸光度呈线性关系,回归方程为y=0.1824X-0.03,相关系数为0.9993,文多灵的平均回收率为99.49%,总生物碱样品在10~50min内测定稳定。经测定长春花的根、茎、叶、花、种子等不同部位中总生物碱含量分别为2.230%,0.411%,1.098%,0.503%和0.013%。  相似文献

采用原子吸收分光光度法对12个苜蓿品种植株的地上部分Fe、Zn和Mn等3种微量元素含量进行了测定分析。结果表明,紫花苜蓿地上部全株中人体所需Fe、Mn和Zn等微量元素含量丰富,Fe质量分数为211.35~300.19μg/g;Zn质量分数为42.80~57.65μg/g;Mn质量分数为55.31~91.19μg/g。并且,不同品种植株中微量元素含量由高到低顺序均为Fe、Mn、Zn。  相似文献

采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了硅胶中微量元素Cu、Fe、K、Na、Mg的含量,对硅胶中的微量元素Cu、Fe、K、Na、Mg进行了溶出研究。结果表明,硅胶中微量元素的含量由高到低依次为Na,K,Fe,Mg,Cu;硅胶中微量元素的溶出率由高到低Cu,Fe,Mg,Na,K,硅胶吸附剂中的Cu最易溶出,K最难溶出;测定方法的回收率在93.3%~99.6%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于1.0%。方法简便易行,重现性好,具有较高的精确度和精密度,适用于硅胶吸附剂中微量元素Cu、Fe、K、Na、Mg的测定。  相似文献

采用高频电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP—AES)法测定了非育珠背角无齿蚌软组织中锰(Mn)、铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)、铬(Cr)、铝(Aj)、铜(Cu)六种微量元素及钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)的含量,分析了各种元素在不同软组织中的分布特征。结果表明:(1)在软组织中,各元素平均含量由高到低依次为:Ca,Mn,Mg,Fe,Zn,Al,Cr,Cu;(2)背角无齿蚌不同软组织中微量元素的含量不同,其中瓣鳃和外套膜中所测元素含量高于其他器官,特别是Mn,Fe的含量最高;Mn的含量甚至超过了宏量元素Mg;Al是闭壳肌中含量最丰富的微量元素。  相似文献

为探讨 2~ 4个月婴儿头发微量元素的含量和相关性 ,用电感耦合高频等离子体发射光谱法测定了广州市 1 0 0 7例 2~ 4个月健康婴儿的头发中Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca、Mn、Pb 6种元素的含量 ,并用SPSS统计软件包进行了数据处理和相关性分析。结果表明 ,2~ 4个月男女婴儿微量元素以低Zn最为明显 ,分别是 3 3 8%和 3 5 4% ,无性别的差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;其次是低Cu、Ca、Mn,存在性别的差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;高Pb分别是 3 5 7%和 2 4 6% ,有性别的差异 ,男婴高Pb比女婴严重(P <0 0 5 )。Fe与Zn、Cu与Ca、Mn与Zn有正相关性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;Pb与其它微量元素含量不存在相关性 (P >0 0 5 )。提示 :广州市 2~ 4个月婴儿存在不同程度的微量元素缺乏 ,母婴均应注意均衡饮食 ,避免铅暴露  相似文献

为探讨肝癌患者的癌、癌旁和正常组织中微量元素含量的变化 ,收集了 3 0例肝癌患者的癌、癌旁及正常组织 ,应用等离子体发射光谱仪测定了Se、Zn、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、Mo的含量。结果表明 ,肝癌患者的正常、癌旁、癌组织Se、Zn、Mg、Mo的含量和Se/Cu、Zn/Cu、Fe/Cu、Mg/Cu、Mo/Cu的比值逐渐降低 (P <0 0 1~ 0 0 5 ) ,但Cu、Mn的含量则相反逐渐升高 ,Fe的含量和Mn/Cu的比值无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。本研究提示 ,微量元素含量的变化与肝癌发生、发展有相关性 ,对癌变过程的研究和临床治疗的指导具有重要意义  相似文献

为研究甲状腺功能亢进症患者血清中 5种微量元素的变化及其与甲状腺功能激素间的关系 ,用分光光度分析和放射免疫分析分别检测了 1 2 2例甲状腺疾病患者血清中微量元素Cu、Zn、Fe、Ca、Mg含量和血清中甲状腺激素 (T3、T4 )水平。结果表明 ,甲状腺功能亢进症患者血清中Cu、Ca元素水平明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,Zn元素水平明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ,Fe、Mg元素两组比较无统计学意义 ;血清Cu与T3、T4 浓度呈现一定程度的正相关 ,提示微量元素在甲状腺激素的合成、代谢和生物作用中可能有重要意义 ,甲状腺功能亢进症患者过多释放甲状腺素导致血清中元素的异常变化 ,此变化既能反映病人机体代谢紊乱程度 ,同时也可作为病情控制的参考指标。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

This paper also focuses on the stability of these keto intermediates and emphasizes the major differences between indolizinones and pyrroloquinazolinones series. An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates.  相似文献

The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides.
