Approaches to the synthesis of 1-amino- and 2-amino-2-carboxyethylphosphinic and-phosphoric acids have been studied. The interaction of 2-amino-1,3,4-oxadiazole-5-carboxamidoxime with nitriles in the presence of ZnCl2 and HCl or with trichloroacetic anhydride affords 2-amino-5-(5R-1,2,4-oxadiazolyl-3)-1,3,4-oxadiazoles. An efficient method for the synthesis of pharmaceutically and high-tech prospective 2-(3-amino-2,4-dicyanophenyl)pyrroles (in up to 88% yield) via the reaction of easily available substituted acylethynylpyrroles with malononitrile has been developed. The reaction proceeds in the KOH/MeCN system at 0 °C for 2 h. In the case of 2-acylethynylpyrroles without substituents in the pyrrole ring, the reaction changes direction: instead of the target 2-(3-amino-2,4-dicyanophenyl)pyrroles, the unexpected formation of pyrrolyldienols and products of their intramolecular cyclization, 3-amino-1-acylethylidene-2-cyanopyrrolizines, is observed.  相似文献

研究了2-氨基-2'-羟基-1,1'-联萘衍生的有机小分子催化剂催化的直接羟醛缩合反应. 以丙酮为反应物时最好, 得到了99%的收率. 以环酮为底物时, 最高得到99∶1的非对映选择性, 89%的对映选择性.  相似文献

以茴香醛保护氨基方法得到的β-构型的四乙酰基氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐(1)为原料, 采用三氯乙酰基(TCA)、三氯乙酰亚胺酯基(TCI)和乙硫基(SEt)保护体系, 经五步反应以产率40.5%得到完全β-构型保护的β-(1→3)-2-脱氧-2-氨基葡二糖7, 又经两步合成得到保护的β-(1→3)-2-脱氧-2-氨基葡二糖受体8, 共八步合成了保护的β-(1→3)-2-脱氧-2-氨基葡三糖10, 总产率为27%. 以上化合物均为未知. 同时, 还得到了用以合成β-(1→4)-保护的氨基葡四糖的受体6. 采用该保护体系可以高选择性地、较高产率地合成氨基寡糖.  相似文献

The amination of 3-amino- and 3-azidoindazoles by hydroxylamine-O-sulfonic acid in an alkaline medium yields previously unreported 1,3-diamino- and 1-amino-3-azidoindazoles. These products undergo slow autoxidation in chloroform solution to give 4-aminobenzo-1,2,3-triazine. The action of formic or acetic acid on 3-amino-1-benzylideneaminoindazole leads to recyclization and formation of 3-amino-2-benzylindazole, which is also formed in the catalytic hydrogenation of 1-benzylamino-3-nitro- and 1-benzylideneamino-3-nitroindazoles.  相似文献

An efficient diastereoselective synthesis of 5-substituted (2-thioxo-oxazolidin-4-yl)phosphonic acid diethyl esters from metallated diethyl isothiocyanomethylphosphonate and aldehydes has been developed. The three-step transformation of oxazolidine-2-thione derivatives into N-Boc 1-amino-2-hydroxyalkylphosphonic acid diethyl esters is also described.  相似文献

Malononitrile has been found to be acylated effectively using N-protected glycines by simultaneous activation of an amino acid carbonyl group and a malononitrile methylene group using carbonyl diimidazole (CDI). 在合成2-(2-氨基-3-吡啶基)-苯并咪唑的基础上,利用NMR(1H、13C、COSY、HSQC和HMBC)、MS、IR和UV进行了详细表征;通过X-ray单晶衍射仪测定了该化合物的晶体结构,实验结果表明该晶体属于三方晶系(空间群R3,a=1.833 7(3)nm,b=1.833 7(2)nm,c=1.777 7(4)nm,V=5.176 4(15)nm3,Z=18),很好地支持了波谱表征的结果。同时,结合密度泛函计算,研究了2-(2-氨基-3-吡啶基)-苯并咪唑的荧光光谱。结果表明,化合物的双荧光不是由同一种异构体发射的,而是来源于不同异构体:长波区500~600 nm的荧光由K构型发射,短波区350~450 nm的发射由异构体E1和E2共同产生,理论预测的光谱与实验一致。  相似文献

Abstract

O-Mesyloximes derived from 2-aryl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1-methylsulfonyl-4-quinolones react with sodium ethoxide in ethanol to afford the 4-amino-2-arylquinolines in high yield. No traces of the 3-amino-2-aryl-4-quinolones expected from the Neber rearrangement of the substrates were detected or isolated from the reaction mixture. The structures of the products were determined using a combination of 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and mass spectroscopic techniques.  相似文献

The reaction of 2-amino-4-methyl-6-(2-pyridyl)-7,8-dihydroindazolo[4,5-d]thiazole, obtained by treating 3-methyl-4-oxo-1-(2-pyridyl)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazole with pyridinium bromide perbromide and then with thiourea, and 2-amino-4-methyl-6-phenyl-7,8-dihydroindazolo[4,5-d]thiazole with 4-bromo-, 4-fluoro-, 4-dimethylamino-, 4-methoxy-, 3,4-dimethoxy-, and 3,4-methylenedioxybenzaldehydes, furfural, pyridinecarbaldehyde, and thiophenecarbaldehyde gave the corresponding Schiff bases. The products of the condensation of these aminothiazoles with cinnamaldehyde, 1-(2-pyridyl)- and 4-chloro-1-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-5-formyl-3-methyl-6,7-dihydroindazoles, 2-formyl-dimedone, and 2-formyl-1,3-indanedione were also obtained.  相似文献

Abstract

The crystal structures of ammonium and sodium 2-amino-3,5-dichlorobenzoates were determined by the X-ray diffraction method. The ammonium salt crystallizes in the monoclinic system (space group P21/c) with a = 13.941(3), b = 9.128(3), c = 7.349(2) Å, β = 90.80(3)° and Z = 4. The structure consists of an ammonium cation hydrogen bonded to a carboxylate oxygen of the 2-amino-3,5-dichlorobenzoate anion. The sodium salt of 2-amino-3,5-dichlorobenzoic acid crystallizes in the triclinic system (space group P 1) with a = 8.033(2), 6 = 8.944(2), c = 17.350(3) Å, α = 76.72(3)°, β = 79.69(3)°, γ = 72.54(3)° and Z = 4. The compound is a polymer in which the sodium ions are coordinated by carboxylate oxygen atoms of the organic ligand and water molecules in an octahedral arrangement. IR spectra of the salts are discussed.  相似文献

A method for introducing a biologically active heterocycle, 2-methylquinoline into the 4-position of a 2-amino-4H-1-benzopyran skeleton is described. Choline chloride/glucose (1:1 molar ratio) was used as both the solvent and catalyst in the reaction of a salicylaldehyde, methylquinoline, and cyanoacetate to obtain 2-amino-4H-1-benzopyran derivatives in 48%–80% yields after short reaction times. The effects of the deep eutectic solvent type, substrate molar ratio, cosolvent, temperature, and reaction time were examined. The method has the advantages of simple steps, environmental friendliness, mild conditions, and wide substrate applicability. This is the first attempt to synthesize methylquinoline derivatives of 4H-1-benzopyran.  相似文献

报道了从3-甲基-2-氨基苯甲酸出发一锅三步合成2-氨基-N,3-二甲基-5-卤代苯甲酰胺的方法.3-甲基-2-氨基苯甲酸(1)与固体光气反应生成中间体8-甲基-2H-3,1-苯并噁嗪-2,4(1H)-二酮(2),化合物2与甲胺水溶液发生胺解反应生成2-氨基-N,3-二甲基苯甲酰胺(3),3再与氯代丁二酰亚胺(NCS)、溴代丁二酰亚胺(NBS)或碘代丁二酰亚胺(NIS)发生芳香亲电取代反应生成目标产物2-氨基-N,3-二甲基-5-卤代苯甲酰胺(4~6).整个反应过程不需分离中间产品,最终产物经减压浓缩除去有机溶剂后,直接从水中析出针状晶体,总收率达到87%~94%,较文献报道的分步法收率提高30%以上.该方法工艺操作简单、反应条件温和、反应时间短、收率高,是一条环境友好的绿色合成路线.  相似文献
