本文从信息论观点出发,将彩色照相材料作为一个客观景物信息的传输通道,其单个空间可分辨面积构成一个独立信道,照相材料是大量独立信道并联组成的扩展信道,并提出了使用复层Shannon熵计算彩色照相材料独立信道容量的方法。作者在PDS显微光密度计——电子计算机系统上发展了全套测试计算程序,并完成了中国1821型彩色红外航空负片的信道容量测试。  相似文献

利用凝胶层析-电热石墨管炉原子吸收光谱法对照相明胶中铁的化学形态进行了研究。发现明胶中的铁主要与蛋白结合为大分子,同时也有少量小分子量蛋白铁和游离铁。当向明胶样品申加入微量无机铁盐后,铁仍以游离态存在,未与蛋白结合,因而随着明胶中铁含量明显降低,外界铁的污染必须加以特别注意。在照相乳剂制备中必须同时考虑明胶中铁总量及其存在的化学形态。  相似文献

The quick-cooking rice product is an interesting product for the market which is easy to cook, with good sensorial qualities and health benefits. This work aimed to study the effect of the soaking conditions, namely baking powder concentration (0.1, 0.2, or 0.3%), soaking temperature (room temperature, 50 or 60 °C), and soaking time (10, 20, or 30 min), in order to improve the physical properties and also the sensory characteristics, with high bioactive compound content, of Quick-Cooking Black Jasmine Rice (QBJR). The physical properties of the final product, namely the rehydration capacity, morphology, and texture, were observed. Moreover, the total phenolic, total flavonoid, and total anthocyanin were determined. The results showed that the samples with a high baking powder concentrations soaked at high temperatures for longer time affect the low rehydration capacity with a high hardness value and a decreased bioactive compound content. In addition, the sensory score including softener, flavor, and overall acceptance were lower score. Moreover, to determine the best soaking condition with complex data, the Fuzzy Analytical Method (FAM) was performed by an online FAM program. The results showed that soaking at room temperature for 30 min in 0.1% of baking powder showed the highest overall performance index of 6.52.  相似文献

本文推广获得了计算偏振光学图案的格栅方法,指出该方法可以处理具有任意指向矢排布的各向异性物体。进一步用色块显示法可获得层次丰富的理论图案。通过理论计算和安验观察,验证了运用偏光显微法可以鉴别液晶缺陷的强度与符号,这将有助于从微观水平上认识向列型液晶的纹影织构。等θ条件下,格栅方法可以过渡到解析方法,在单色光和多色光照射下的计算公式均已给出。  相似文献

Major issues in the pharmaceutical industry involve efficient risk management and control strategies of potential genotoxic impurities (PGIs). As a result, the development of an appropriate method to control these impurities is required. An optimally sensitive and simultaneous analytical method using gas chromatography with a mass spectrometry detector (GC–MS) was developed for 19 alkyl halides determined to be PGIs. These 19 alkyl halides were selected from 144 alkyl halides through an in silico study utilizing quantitative structure–activity relationship (Q-SAR) approaches via expert knowledge rule-based software and statistical-based software. The analytical quality by design (QbD) approach was adopted for the development of a sensitive and robust analytical method for PGIs. A limited number of literature studies have reviewed the analytical QbD approach in the PGI method development using GC–MS as the analytical instrument. A GC equipped with a single quadrupole mass spectrometry detector (MSD) and VF-624 ms capillary column was used. The developed method was validated in terms of specificity, the limit of detection, quantitation, linearity, accuracy, and precision, according to the ICH Q2 guideline.  相似文献

Herbal medicine has become popular in recent years as an alternative medicine. The problem arises when herbal medicines contain an undeclared synthetic drug that is illegally added, since it is a natural product that does not contain any chemical drugs due to the potential cause of harmful effects. Supervision of herbal medicines is important to ensure that these herbal medicines are still safe to use. Thus, developing a reliable analytical technique for the determination of adulterated drugs in herbal medicine is gaining interest.
