The locked echo is the result of the application, to an inhomogeneously-broadened system, of a pulse sequence consisting of a short π/2 pulse, a free evolution period of length r and a long pulse with high turning angle (HTA). In this paper the nature and features of the signal detected after such a pulse sequence are reported upon by analysing the underlying physical mechanisms in the framework of the density operator formalism. It is found that the total signal does not contain any contribution from Free Induction Decay (FID)-like or anti-echo signals but comprises a group of several distinct echoes: the true simultaneous locked echo, arising from locked magnetization, and two or three non-simultaneous, oscillatory echoes similar to those observed in the single-pulse experiment. Properties of these echoes are deduced from the structure of the density operator at the end of the experiment. Extensive numerical simulations provide independent evidence of the correctness of the developed theory, display the variety of patterns shown by the locked echo when experimental conditions are changed, and also permit one to investigate the locked echo shape beyond the approximations introduced in the theory.  相似文献

流式细胞仪数据采集过程中,触发阈值的设定导致脉冲信号信息完整性的缺失,从而造成后续脉冲参数提取误差增大。针对以上问题,根据流式细胞仪脉冲信号类高斯特性,利用MATLAB分别采用斜线法、高斯拟合法、抛物线法以及灰色预测法对阈值以下的脉冲缺失信息进行补偿恢复。同时,分别对4种方法补偿恢复后的脉冲进行脉冲峰值、脉宽、脉冲面积三个参数的提取,并进行误差比对。仿真结果表明,触发阈值的设定主要对脉宽及脉冲面积产生影响;灰色预测法的脉冲补偿恢复误差最小,可用于流式细胞仪底层在线脉冲补偿恢复。  相似文献

感觉神经系统可在外界刺激与生物体反应之间建立联系.感觉神经系统中的最小单位神经元可直接将外界刺激传递至中枢神经,再由中枢神经通过控制和调节生物体对外界刺激作出反应.神经突触连接了相邻神经元进行脉冲信息传递功能.习惯化是神经突触在信息传递中过滤外界无关信息时的一个基本特性,可以让感觉神经系统更快速地适应外界环境变化.忆阻器模拟神经突触功能在近年获得进展,然而针对以忆阻器为基础的具有习惯化特性的神经突触以及完整神经系统的研究相对匮乏.本文利用磁控溅射技术制备了厚度约为40 nm且含铝纳米颗粒的氮化铝薄膜忆阻器,并发现这种结构忆阻器对于重复的外界刺激有明显的习惯化行为,该行为与感觉神经系统的习惯化特性极为相似.若将这种具有习惯化的神经突触与感觉神经元串联,可形成LIF(leaky integrate-and-fire)生物模型模拟完整的神经系统行为,也为忆阻器在第三代神经网络(脉冲神经网络)中的应用提供理论参考.  相似文献

In this paper, we aim at studying the structure of individual samples of coherent echo signals and determining signal features that permit one to detect coherent backscatter and also improve the methods of signal processing. We offer a model of the received signal in the form of a square pulse with duration of the order of the sounding pulse length and filled with a sinusoidal signal of arbitrary frequency. It is shown that this model is quite effective to interpret coherent echo signals in some cases. There are two ways of practical use of the model. One is a technique which singles out the sounding sessions in which strong coherent echo signals are distinguished against the background of other signals received by the Irkutsk incoherent scatter radar. Another is a technique of the spatial resolution improvement.  相似文献

Pulse annealing techniques are commonly used in OSL studies of quartz to obtain information on the kinetic parameters of OSL traps and hole reservoirs. In this paper, simulations of pulse annealing experiments are carried out using the comprehensive model for quartz developed by Bailey [2001. Towards a general kinetic model for optically and thermally stimulated luminescence of quartz. Radiat. Meas. 33, 17–45] for both natural and laboratory irradiated aliquots. The results of the simulations are in qualitative agreement with, and reproduce, several unusual features of the experimental data of Wintle and Murray [1998. Towards the development of a preheat procedure for OSL dating of quartz. Radiat. Meas. 29, 81–94]. The simulations are also carried out using different heating rates, and show that pulse annealing experiments can be used to recover appropriate kinetic parameters for both the OSL traps and the hole reservoirs known to exist in quartz. The results of the simulations show the importance of these hole reservoirs in determining how the OSL signal depends upon the preheat temperature.  相似文献

物质的太赫兹光谱包含着非常丰富的物理和化学信息。它对化合物晶体具有高的灵敏度、 单光子能量低等特点。但受到检测人员知识背景、 背景噪声、 识别算法精度等因素的影响,光谱样本识别准确率和效率较低。为了提高对太赫兹光谱的检测能力,提出应用基于凸组合核函数的support vector machines(SVM)对化合物的THz脉冲透射谱进行分类。在使用小波变换对数据进行滤波预处理之后,提取了传统波峰、 波谷位置特征和term frequency-inverse document frequency (TF-IDF) 最大间隔特征。TF-IDF方法使用信息论的原理确定每个采样点的权重,选择权重较大的点作为特征。针对太赫兹透射谱特征相似、 维数较低带来的分类困难问题,构建基于凸组合核函数的SVM分类模型。并利用核评价的方法,通过高维非线性规划方程求解最优凸组合参数。当最优凸组合参数被确定时,构建分类模型进行分类和预测。相比较于单一核函数,凸组合核函数将透射谱特征与分类模型融合起来。对于不同的检测样本,数据经过凸组合核函数映射到高维空间后,特征具有更显著的区分度。使用不同的太赫兹透射谱样本进行分类实验,结果表明,分类准确率得到极大提高。  相似文献

In recent years, remarkable progress has been achieved in the development of quantum computers. For further development, it is important to clarify properties of errors by quantum noise and environment noise. However, when the system scale of quantum processors is expanded, it has been pointed out that a new type of quantum error, such as nonlinear error, appears. It is not clear how to handle such new effects in information theory. First of all, one should make the characteristics of the error probability of qubits clear as communication channel error models in information theory. The purpose of this paper is to survey the progress for modeling the quantum noise effects that information theorists are likely to face in the future, to cope with such nontrivial errors mentioned above. This paper explains a channel error model to represent strange properties of error probability due to new quantum noise. By this model, specific examples on the features of error probability caused by, for example, quantum recurrence effects, collective relaxation, and external force, are given. As a result, it is possible to understand the meaning of strange features of error probability that do not exist in classical information theory without going through complex physical phenomena.  相似文献

We describe the generation of femtosecond high power optical pulses using hybrid passive-active mode-locking techniques. Angle stripe geometry GaAs/AlGaAs semiconductor laser amplifiers are employed in an external cavity including prisms and a stagger-tuned quantum-well saturable absorber. An identical amplifier also serves as an optical power amplifier in a stretched pulse amplification and recompression sequence. After amplification and pulse compression this laser system produces 200 fs, 160 W peak power pulses. We discuss and extend our theory, and supporting phenomenological models, of picosecond and subpicosecond optical pulse amplification in semiconductor laser amplifiers which has been successful in calculating measured spectra and time-resolved dynamics in our amplifiers. We have refined the theory to include a phenomenological model of spectral hole-burning for finite intraband thermalization time. Our calculations are consistent with an intra-band time of approximately 60 fs. This theory of large signal subpicosecond pulse amplification will be an essential tool for understanding the mode-locking dynamics of semiconductor lasers and for analysis of high speed multiple wave-length optical signal processing and transmission devices and systems based on semiconductor laser amplifiers.  相似文献

构建了一种在混沌噪声背景下检测并恢复微弱脉冲信号的模型.首先,基于混沌信号的短期可预测性及其对微小扰动的敏感性,对观测信号进行相空间重构、建立局域线性自回归模型进行单步预测,得到预测误差,并利用假设检验方法从预测误差中检测观测信号中是否含有微弱脉冲信号.然后,对微弱脉冲信号建立单点跳跃模型,并融合局域线性自回归模型,构成双局域线性(DLL)模型,以极小化DLL模型的均方预测误差为目标进行优化,采用向后拟合算法估计模型的参数,并最终恢复出混沌噪声背景下的微弱脉冲信号.仿真实验结果表明本文所建的模型能够有效地检测并恢复出混沌噪声背景中的微弱脉冲信号.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the influence of the frequency-dependent connection on the signal transmission in a system of two interacting pulsed neural oscillators. The system is a model of two neurons with synaptic connection having the synaptic-plasticity feature, i.e., synaptic-parameter variation as a function of the frequency characteristics of the signal. It is shown that plastic connection can control the signal-transmission efficiency depending on the pulse-repetition rate and ensures stable synchronization modes of the pulse trains with different ratios between the frequencies of the output and input pulses. Analytical estimates for the parameter ranges corresponding to generation of the pulse response at the detector neuron depending on the pulse-repetition rate at the oscillator neuron were obtained.  相似文献

The generation of a high-power laser pulse at 266 nm that is longitudinally shaped according to a prefixed intensity profile is reported. The main features of the pulse shape modifications due to second- and third-harmonic conversions are measured, and the results are in good agreement with the theory. The UV temporal shape depends on the chirp of the fundamental pulse and on the crystal phase-matching angle. Exploiting the large stretching imposed on the third-harmonic signal, we show that the pulse intensity profile can be obtained by spectral single-shot measurements.  相似文献

因红外调制检测技术用于检测扫描积分型光电雷达调制器的工作性能,为此设计一套与调制器固有属性匹配的光学传递和激光准直系统。运用标准伺服控制理论为调制脉码信号建立Ⅲ型条件稳定的轴系扫描模型,通过截获、跟踪视场切换及驱动电压调幅,使模拟红外汇聚的激光扫描光束与3°×3°、40′×40′十字靶标重合,计量扫描视场及零位精度偏差,采集标定反射镜振动位置和扫描频率的过零脉冲,用以实现红外信号调制性能的检测。测试结果表明,该红外调制检测技术对调制器扫描视场的精度测量优于0.5′(1σ),零位误差的精度测量不大于5′(1σ),系统检测的相对误差不大于±1%,满足光电雷达红外光轴瞄准线工艺装配的精度要求,可应用于线列扫积型调制器的性能检测。  相似文献

耦合Duffing振子在检测强噪声中的微弱脉冲信号时具有可检测信噪比低等优点,但目前检测模型还存在系统性能与初始状态有关、只能工作在倍周期分岔状态等缺陷.为此本文构建了一种能克服上述缺点的新的微弱脉冲信号检测模型,通过对两个Duffing振子同时施加较大的恢复力和阻尼力耦合,可使振子间产生广义的"阱内失同步"现象,基于这种现象可实现微弱脉冲信号的检测与恢复.以信噪比改善和波形相似度为衡量指标,研究了周期策动力幅值与周期、耦合系数、计算步长、阻尼系数等参量对模型信号检测与波形恢复效果的影响.对方波、双指数脉冲和高斯导数脉冲进行检测和恢复的实验结果表明,本文所构建的模型能够在较低信噪比条件下有效地检测并恢复出高斯白噪声背景中的微弱脉冲信号,进而改善了现有的Duffing振子对非周期脉冲信号的检测能力并扩展了其应用领域.  相似文献

针对目前浪涌保护器件性能分析方法不完善、缺乏准确数学模型的问题,提出了一种基于NARX神经网络的电磁脉冲响应时域建模方法,并给出NARX神经网络建模的理论基础及设计步骤。通过组建传输线脉冲测试平台及静电放电实验平台,对NUP2105L型瞬态抑制二极管进行注入实验,采集输入输出实验数据并建立NARX神经网络模型。对建模效果进行分析,所建模型可以较为准确地预测输入脉冲为方波脉冲、人体金属模型及机器模型静电放电电磁脉冲时,响应电压曲线趋势、响应时间、脉冲峰值、箝位时间及箝位电压等性能指标,验证了模型的正确性。  相似文献

采用两路光子时间到达点构建光纤式光子计数伪随机码深度获取系统.为了研究降低深度误差的方法,以高斯函数为激光回波脉冲,计算瞬时概率密度函数,引入"时间行走"效应数学模型,推导深度误差克拉美罗下限.随着激光回波能量的增大,深度误差先降低再增大,并且码长越长,深度误差越小.采用理论推导的累积分布函数,生成光子时间到达点,蒙特卡洛仿真伪随机序列光子探测过程,结果大于理论数值模拟,符合克拉美罗下界原理.17组标定实验表明:由于目标表面特性的不同而导致探测到激光回波中光子数的浮动,该浮动引发光子"时间行走"效应,并带来伪随机码深度获取系统的互相关函数的整体偏移.采用数值拟合方程拟合不同光子计数比例值下的深度误差,测量得到的光子计数比例值,代入拟合的矫正方程,矫正后的深度均方误差下降至1cm.  相似文献

Bad meteorological conditions may reduce the reliability of power communication equipment, which can increase the distortion possibility of fault information in the communication process, hence raising its uncertainty and incompleteness. To address the issue, this paper proposes a fault diagnosis method for transmission networks considering meteorological factors. Firstly, a spiking neural P system considering a meteorological living environment and its matrix reasoning algorithm are designed. Secondly, based on the topology structure of the target power transmission network and the action logic of its protection devices, a diagnosis model based on the spiking neural P system considering the meteorological living environment is built for each suspicious fault transmission line. Following this, the action messages of protection devices and corresponding temporal order information are used to obtain initial pulse values of input neurons of the diagnosis model, which are then modified with the gray fuzzy theory. Finally, the matrix reasoning algorithm of each model is executed in a parallel manner to obtain diagnosis results. Experiment results achieved out on IEEE 39-bus system show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

在受二进制非周期信号和周期方波信号激励的分数阶双稳系统中,研究了非周期振动共振问题,用于微弱非周期信号的检测和增强.当非周期信号脉宽较大时,系统为小参数,通过调节周期方波信号的幅值,能够实现非周期振动共振.当非周期信号脉宽较小时,分别通过变尺度法和二次采样法实现了非周期振动共振.使用变尺度法,得到的大参数等价系统能够匹配任意小的非周期信号脉宽,其中变尺度系数是该方法在使用过程中需要选择的关键参数.使用二次采样法,二次采样后得到的非周期信号具有较大的脉宽,能够匹配原先的小参数系统,其中二次采样频率比是该方法使用过程中的关键参数.这两种方法虽然实现非周期振动共振的物理过程不同,但能够达到相同的效果.系统阶数对振动共振产生影响,随着阶数的增大,发生最佳振动共振时所需要的辅助信号幅值变大,同时系统输出的最佳时间序列与输入非周期信号之间的相似性增强.  相似文献

通过对电磁感应透明模型的理论推导和数值模拟,讨论了光场和原子能级间有失谐 的光脉冲信息的存储过程. 结果表明:只有在光场和原子能级共振时,光和原子相互作用系 统的存储态才能最终演化到暗态. 随着失谐量的增大,只有部分信号光脉冲存储于冷原子介质中,并且光脉冲负群速度的绝对值逐渐增大,导致在介质中“读出”信号光相对于“读入”信号光的位置有明显的倒退现象. 对于能级上下对称相同失谐的情况,存储过程中系统各 物理量的演化过程几乎相同. 关键词: 光存储 失谐 暗态 电磁感应透明  相似文献
