本文介绍了光电反馈式静电悬浮方法 ,给出了静电悬浮力的理论计算公式 ,讨论了静电力与电极电压、电极 -悬浮体间距、悬浮体材料等因素之间的关系。通过实验测定了静电力与上述因素之间的关系曲线 ,获得了理想的结果。理论分析与实验结果均表明 ,实现导体与常规非导体的静电悬浮是完全可行的  相似文献

本文提出光电反馈式静电悬浮的新方法,简要讨论静电悬浮的原理、装置及其光电反馈控制过程.采用铝片和CD光盘作为悬浮体,测定了不同静电电压和不同悬浮间距时的静电悬浮力,揭示了它们之间的相互关系.结果显示这两种悬浮体均可获得足够的静电悬浮力,证明了静电悬浮的可行性.静电悬浮方法的显着特点是既适用于导电体与非导电体的悬浮,又适用于磁性体与非磁性体的悬浮,克服了传统磁悬浮技术仅适用于磁性体的局限性,可广泛应用于精密元器件的悬浮与非接触无损操作.  相似文献

本文给出了基于直流高压静电场的光电反馈式静电悬浮系统的实现方案,介绍其工作原理,主要讨论该悬浮操作的技术核心-光电控制系统,提出了光电控制系统中的单元技术:激光三角法测距和比例积分差动(PID)控制的实现方案.我们采用仅有一路伺服控制的光电控制系统进行实验,获得了绞好的结果.实现了悬浮体的开关式悬浮控制.证明了我们的光电控制系统是完全可行的.  相似文献

传统的箔片验电器存在的缺点是(1)阴雨天气,空气潮湿,验电器难以带电,实验不易成功;(2)只能检验物体是否带电,不能定性检测物体所带电荷的正负极性。本人制作了一台全天候正负电荷检测验电器,无论是晴天还是阴雨连绵的天气,实验均能顺利进行。并能准确地检测物体摩擦后所带电荷的正负;同时还能检测感应起电机、感应圈等静电高压电极的极性。  相似文献

Torsion balances have good immunity to tilt and low rotational stiffness. However precise control of the position of the suspended torsion ‘bob’ is difficult in the presence of ground vibrations and tilt and this is a limiting factor in applications where Casimir forces or putative non-Newtonian short-range forces are being measured. We describe how the desirable characteristics of torsion balances can be reproduced in a rigid body that is suspended using applied forces rather than a torsion fibre. The suspension system can then provide a more precise control of the degrees of freedom of the suspended body. We apply these ideas to a superconducting levitated torsion balance, developed by the authors, and a generic electrostatic suspension. We present results of preliminary experiments that provide support for our analyses.  相似文献

The charge density distribution of the surface leader has never been measured before. Because the surface leader usually covers a long distance, and the surface potential caused by leader discharge is usually very high, this creates difficulties in measuring the potential distribution of the surface leader. In this paper, with a feedback type electrostatic probe based on a field-nullify technique, a charge density distribution scanning system is developed. A two-layer structure pipe is designed to lower the surface potential after discharge. In this way, the surface potential distribution caused by the residual charge of the leader discharge under the application voltage as high as to 40 kV can be measured. The surface charge density distribution including the leader and streamer is perfectly measured, which is in good agreement with the photograph.  相似文献

Manipulation by contact of objects between 1 m and 1 mm are often disturbed by adhesion between the manipulated object and the gripper. Electrostatic forces are among the phenomena responsible for this adhesive effect. Analytical models have been developed in the literature to predict electrostatic forces. Most models have been developed within the framework of scanning probe microscopy, i.e. for a contact between a conducting tip and a metallic surface. In our study, we developed a simulation tool based on finite elements modeling. The strength of this model lies in the fact that it integrates roughness parameters. Measurements of electrostatic forces in function of roughness were conducted by atomic force microscopy. The experimental results were compared with the simulation results showing very good correlation. This demonstrates the influence of surface topography on electrostatic forces, especially for very small separation distances and proves the utility of the simulation tool in designing surfaces with controlled adhesion. Some application fields to which these results can be applied are drug delivery devices and micromanipulation tools.  相似文献

This paper presents a method to evaluate the capacitance and the surface charge distributions of a satellite modeled as a structure consisting of a rectangular cuboid with two coplanar rectangular plates. The Charges accumulate on the satellite surfaces result destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). Integral equations are formed by relating the unknown charge density on the metallic cuboid and the two rectangular plates to the potential on the surface of these bodies. The integral equations are solved using the Method of Moments (MoM) based on pulse function as basis functions and delta functions as testing functions. In order to apply MoM, the surfaces of the metallic bodies are discretized by using non-uniform rectangular subsections. The numerical data on capacitance of this structure have been presented. The key results are that the computational method is validated by computing the capacitance of a cuboid to be 73.46 pF/m, which is consistent with previous works. Faster convergence and shorter computational time are achieved using non-uniform subsections. And, as expected, the surface charge density diminishes at joints where the plates connect to the cuboid.  相似文献

We utilize the paramagnetic contribution to proton spin-lattice relaxation rate constants induced by freely diffusing charged paramagnetic centers to investigate the effect of charge on the intermolecular exploration of a protein by the small molecule. The proton NMR spectrum provided 255 resolved resonances that report how the explorer molecule local concentration varies with position on the surface. The measurements integrate over local dielectric constant variations, and, in principle, provide an experimental characterization of the surface free energy sampling biases introduced by the charge distribution on the protein. The experimental results for ribonuclease A obtained using positive, neutral, and negatively charged small nitroxide radicals are qualitatively similar to those expected from electrostatic calculations. However, while systematic electrostatic trends are apparent, the three different combinations of the data sets do not yield internally consistent values for the electrostatic contribution to the intermolecular free energy. We attribute this failure to the weakness of the electrostatic sampling bias for charged nitroxides in water and local variations in effective translational diffusion constant at the water-protein interface, which enters the nuclear spin relaxation equations for the nitroxide-proton dipolar coupling.  相似文献

A suspension confined between two close parallel plates is studied in the Stokesian regime. The use of boundary integral equations and the lubrication approximation allows to compute the hydrodynamic forces acting on the particles. The forces are long ranged and depend on the orientation of the relative position and velocity of particles. This tensorial character predicts an “antidrag” that is observed in experiments. The effect of the computed hydrodynamic forces is studied in the dynamics of a jet of particles falling by a gravitational field, which shows a surface instability similar to the Kelvin–Helmholtz one. A theoretical model, based on hydrodynamic-like equations, is able to predict the instability that is produced by the interaction of the long-range forces and the free surface.  相似文献

研究尘埃粒子在直流辉光放电阴极鞘层中的运动特性,并讨论了尘埃粒子携带的电荷、受到的各种力及悬浮位置等.尘埃粒子在鞘层中的运动特性及悬浮位置主要由它的尺寸大小和它所受到的各种力(重力、电场力、离子拖拽力、中性粒子拖拽力)决定.比较无碰撞鞘层和碰撞鞘层发现,尘埃粒子在碰撞鞘层中的悬浮位置更加靠近极板;比较下鞘(阴极板放在下方时的鞘层)和上鞘(阴极板放在上方时的鞘层)发现,在下鞘中只有同一半径的尘埃粒子悬浮在鞘层中的同一位置,而在上鞘中两种不同半径的尘埃粒子可以悬浮在鞘层中的同一位置.悬浮在鞘层中的尘埃粒子只可 关键词:  相似文献
