The electrochemical behavior and spectral properties of a series of symmetrical 2,3,9,10,16,17,23,24,2’,3’,9’, 10’,16’,17’,23’,24’-hexadecaalkyl-substituted lanthanide complexes (R8Pc)2Ln (R = H, Me, Et, Bun; Ln = Eu, Dy, Lu) were studied. Regularities of changing the parameters under study were established, depending on the nature of lanthanide and substituents in the phthalocyanine macroligands. The position of the intervalence band of the complexes in the near-IR region depends on the effective distance between the macroligands and also on the electronic effect of the substituents. Correlations between the electrochemical and spectral properties of the complexes were found.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. A method for preparing aqueous colloidal dispersions of C60 fullerene free of organic solvents is proposed. The size of dispersed particles is determined using the turbidity spectra. Charge transfer to matrix molecules was found to be the principal photochemical reaction of the radical cations Me4Sn and Me6Sn 2 . Cyclomagnesation of terminal and cyclic olefins and 1,2-dienes with RMgHlg and R2Mg in the presence of dichloro(dicyclopentadienyl)titanium(IV) gives non-Grignard cyclic and acyclic organomagnesium compounds. The reaction of the intermetallic compound SmFe11Ti with ammonia at the initial NH3 pressure of 0.6 – 0.8 MPa in the temperature range 150 – 450 °C in the presence of 10 wt % NH4Cl as activator was studied. Depending on the reaction temperature, SmFe11Ti undergoes both hydrogenation to form a hydride phase of the starting intermetallic compound and disproportionation to form a hydride phase of a new intermetallic compound. The reaction products are finely dispersed powders. The reaction of graphite with sulfuric acid in the presence of KMnO4 (oxidant : graphite ratio 0.027–0.55) involves consecutive and concurrent reactions: graphite intercalation and direct oxidation of the carbon matrix. Interaction of a photoirradiated anthrone solution in dioxane with an aqueous base solution (0.1 mol l−1 NaHCO3) was accompanied by chemiluminescence. The product possessing chemiluminescent activity was accumulated in the solution within three hours of continuous UV irradiation (λmax ∼ 365 nm). It was retained in the solution within several days after irradiation. This product was supposed to be dianthrol. Dibenzo-18-crown-6 reacts with potassium hydroxide in methanol to give the C20H24O6 ⋅ KOH ⋅ MeOH complex which was characterized by the 1H NMR, UV, and IR spectra. N,N′-Bis(trimethylsilylmethyl)-λ6-thiocarbamide S,S-dioxide was synthesized by oxidation of N,N′-bis(trimethylsilylmethyl)thiocarbamide with hydrogen peroxide. Investigations of phase transitions in barium cerate are carried out by methods of dilatometry and differential scanning calorimetry. Thermal desorption of gases and temperature dependences of electroconduction in dry and humid air are studied. Barium cerate exhibits complex polymorphism, undergoing a number of structural conversions at 300– 1300 K. The peaks in the spectra of thermal desorption of CO2 and H2O correlate with variations in the crystal lattice. Determination of Esters in Motor and Industrial Oils by IR Spectrometry   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
IR spectra of mixtures of mineral oil and isopropyl myristate modeling motor oils with different concentrations of esters were studied. A relationship between the absorption band intensities at 1737, 1180, and 1110 cm−1 and the ester concentration in the oil was revealed. A procedure was proposed for the determination of esters in motor oils by IR spectrometry (c min = 1%; RSD ≤ 8.6%).
