A rapid, mild and highly efficient procedure for the chemoselective deprotection of triphenylmethyl (trityl, Tr), p-anisyldiphenylmethyl (monomethoxytrityl, MMT) and di-(p-anisyl)phenylmethyl (dimethoxytrityl, DMT) groups from nucleoside trityl ethers has been established. The deprotection was achieved at room temperature, using a catalytic amount of silica sulfuric acid (SSA) in acetonitrile. The trityl nucleosides were deprotected in 2-17 min without any depurination. These conditions are compatible with other acid sensitive hydroxyl protecting groups such as p-methoxybenzyl (PMB), isopropylidene, cyclohexylidene, di-(p-anisyl)methylidene, triisopropylsilyl (TIPS) and t-butyldimethylsilyl (TBDMS).  相似文献

Abstract  A simple and efficient catalytic oxidation of urazoles and a bis-urazole to the corresponding triazolinediones by treatment with Al(NO3)3.9H2O in the presence of a catalytic amount of silica sulfuric acid is described. A facile and environmentally-benign protocol has been developed for the synthesis of triarylmethanes (TAMs) from the reaction of different arenes and aldehydes in the presence of silica sulfuric acid (SSA) as a heterogeneous and reusable catalyst under solvent-free conditions. Silica sulfuric acid was found to be an efficient, reusable and environment-friendly catalyst for fast hydrolysis of various isobenzofuranone to corresponding 2-ketomethylquinoline derivatives in a high yield under solvent-free using microwave irradiation. As the activator of silica sulfuric acid the wet SiO2 was chosen. The reactions in conventional conditions were compared with the microwave assisted reactions. This approach can prove beneficial since the recovery of solvents from conventional reaction systems always results in some losses.  相似文献

Urea nitrate was found to be an inexpensive, acid-free, and safe nitrating agent that provides mononitration of phenols and substituted phenols in excellent yields with exclusive ortho-selectivity under microwave irradiation. In these reactions SSA shows a highly catalytic nature: easy to handle procedure, short reaction time, recycle exploitation, insensitivity to air and moisture, excellent isolated yields. Silica sulfuric acid (SSA) mediated synthesis of naphtho[2,1-b]furan derivatives starting from β-nitrostyrene derivatives and β-naphthol derivatives under solvent-free conditions have been developed. The scope of SSA as a heterogeneous catalyst is extended to one-pot multicomponent reaction for the synthesis of functionalized pyrazole derivatives under solvent-free conditions from readily available β-nitrostyrene derivatives, acetyl acetone, and hydrazine hydrate. The synthetic methods have significant advantages such as solvent-free conditions, simple operation, shorter reaction times, ease and clean isolation procedures, and very good yields of products.  相似文献

Xanthan sulfuric acid (XSA) is found to be an efficient catalyst for the electrophilic substitution reaction of indole with aromatic aldehydes to afford the corresponding bis(indolyl)methanes at room temperature under solvent-free conditions. The catalyst was characterized for the first time with the help of powder XRD, SEM–EDX and DSC–TGA. Highly efficient production of 4-substituted-1,2,4-triazole-3,5-diones from urazole derivatives using ammonium nitrate and silica sulfuric acid (SiO2-OSO3H), as a cheap and nontoxic catalyst, in the presence of wet SiO2 (50% w/w) under mild and heterogeneous conditions is reported. The process presented here is operationally simple, environmentally benign and produces high yield.  相似文献
