A new condition assessment strategy of reinforced concrete (RC) beams is proposed in this paper. This strategy is based on frequency analysis of the dynamic data measured with distributed long-gage macro-stain sensors. After extracting modal macro-strain, the reference-based damage index is theoretically deducted in which the variations of modal flexural rigidity and modal neutral axis height are considered. The reference-free damage index is also presented for comparison. Both finite element simulation and experiment investigations were carried out to verify the proposed method. The manufacturing procedure of long-gage fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensor chosen in the experiment is firstly presented, followed by an experimental study on the essential sensing properties of the long-gage macro-strain sensors and the results verify the excellent sensing properties, in particular the measurement accuracy and dynamic measuring capacity. Modal analysis results of a concrete beam show that the damage appearing in the beam can be well identified by the damage index while the vibration testing results of a RC beam show that the proposed method can not only capture small crack initiation but its propagation. It can be concluded that distributed long-gage dynamic macro-strain sensing technique has great potential for the condition assessment of RC structures subjected to dynamic loading.  相似文献

This paper presents a careful theoretical investigation into interfacial stresses in damaged RC beams strengthened with externally bonded FRP plate. The model is based on equilibrium and deformations compatibility requirements in and all parts of the strengthened beam, i.e. the damaged concrete beam, the FRP plate and the adhesive layer. The theoretical predictions are compared with other existing solutions. This research is helpful for the understanding on mechanical behaviour of the interface and design of the FRP-damaged RC hybrid structures.  相似文献

研究了光纤Bragg光栅封装工艺,提出并实现了两种封装光纤Bragg光栅传感器:工字型钢管封装光纤Bragg光栅应变传感器及钢管封装光纤Bragg温度传感器。研究了传感器的埋设工艺,采用金属丝固定法、钢管抽出法两种方法进行了埋设。将它们埋入到钢筋混凝土梁中,实现对混凝土的拉、压应变及温度的测量。结果显示,在试验梁弹性阶段,可以较为准确的监测混凝土应变。  相似文献

混凝土中钢筋发生锈蚀会严重影响混凝土结构的使用功能,文章提出了通过观察长周期光纤光栅(LPFG)的透射谱变化对混凝土结构中的钢筋锈蚀进行监测。这种方法基于长周期光纤光栅的微弯特性,利用其透射光谱随弯曲度增加逐渐变浅、谐振波长处的光功率与LPFG的弯曲度成线性这一特性,将钢筋锈蚀引起的钢筋径向膨胀转化为光栅的弯曲,通过监测光栅的光谱变化获知光栅的弯曲度进而判断钢筋的锈蚀程度,该方法对钢筋直接进行监测,简单易行,并利用光栅的光谱特性从而避免了环境温度、应变、折射率的影响,实验将光栅埋入到混凝土构件中,从已取得的实验结果来看,这种方法测量钢筋锈蚀厚度的准确度可达1.2 μm,可监测到的锈蚀厚度达3 mm,完全能够实现混凝土结构中钢筋锈蚀的早期至中期监测。  相似文献

Not all steel fiber reinforced concrete composites are equally effective in enhancing structural performance. Their mechanical behaviour strongly depends upon the reinforcement morphology as well as the properties of the interface lying between steel reinforcement and concrete matrix. Using bone-shaped short (BSS) steel fibers, instead of conventional straight short (CSS) steel fibers, to reinforce concrete has demonstrated their potential in improving toughness, ductility and energy absorbing capacity under impact significantly and simultaneously. Accomplishing a strong steel–concrete interface leads to a slight increase in composite strength but simultaneously to a significant decrease in its toughness. Due to the sensitivity of steel reinforced concrete performance on these complex geometric and material parameters, the development of a numerical tool capable of simulating accurately the composite mechanical behaviour and thus leading to optimized design solutions is desirable. The physical problem of the present work involves a typical concrete composite uniformly reinforced with steel fibers subjected to tensional loading. A micromechanical non-linear finite element formulation is utilized in order to predict the load transfer characteristics and the failure process. A linear material behaviour is assumed for the steel component; a non-linear multi-crack material response is used to describe concrete while a mix-mode bilinear behaviour is utilized for the interface providing separation of primary material phases. Numerical results are presented in terms of the global design parameters. The influence of the fiber end shape, the interface strength and the fiber volume fraction on the composite strength and toughness is addressed and consequently optimized design preferences arise.  相似文献

提出了一种利用布里渊光纤环形腔移频技术实现分布式光纤布里渊传感的方法.该方法基于布里渊光时域分析法原理,将一束单纵模运转激光器输出的激光分为两束|一束光入射布里渊光纤环形腔中产生窄线宽的受激布里渊散射光作为斯托克斯光,另一束光经过低频相位调制后作为泵浦光|斯托克斯光和泵浦光分别相向入射进入传感光纤,通过测量布里渊谱得到光纤温度或应变.利用该方法可将十几GHz的微波频率转化为兆赫信号频率进行探测处理,仅需一台激光器,因此系统结构简单、成本低,还可减小激光器频率波动对测量准确度的影响.实验验证了该方法的可行性.  相似文献

The issues related with design of pre-embedded white light interferometric fiber optic steel, epoxy and concrete bar sensors for use in concrete structures in construction are discussed in this paper. The shapes are designed as spindle for steel and epoxy bar sensors and the simple cylinder or rectangular shape has been used in the cement-based concrete bar sensor. The manufacture procedures of the pre-embedded fiber optic sensors are described in detail. Finally, the issues on the installation of the fiber optic pre-embedded bar sensor into host structures are also considered.  相似文献

Cavitation damage is a micro, high-speed, multi-phase complex phenomenon caused by the near-wall bubble group collapse. The current numerical simulation method of cavitation mainly focuses on the collapse impact of a single cavitation bubble. The large-scale simulation of the cavitation bubble group collapse is difficult to perform and has not been studied, to the best of our knowledge. In this study, the equivalent model of impact loading of acoustic bubble collapse micro-jets is proposed to study the cavitation erosion damage of materials. Based on the theory of the micro-jet and the water hammer effect of the liquid–solid impact, an equivalent model of impact loading of a single acoustic bubble collapse micro-jet is established under the principle of deformation equivalence. Since the acoustic bubbles can be considered uniformly distributed in a small enough area, an equivalent model of impact loading of multiple acoustic bubble collapse micro-jets in a micro-segment can be derived based on the equivalent results of impact loading of a single acoustic bubble collapse micro-jet. In fact, the equivalent methods of cavitation damage loading for single and multiple near-wall acoustic bubble collapse micro-jets are formed. The verification results show the law of cavitation deformation of concrete using equivalent loading is consistent with that of a micro-jet simulation, and the average relative errors and the mean square errors are insignificant. The equivalent method of impact loading proposed in this paper has high accuracy and can greatly improve the calculation efficiency, which provides technical support for numerical simulation of concrete cavitation.  相似文献

借助ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立了钢筋混凝土框架的有限元模型,研究了钢筋混凝土框架在冲击荷载作用下的连续性倒塌性能,冲击体质量为1000 kg,冲击速度为4 m/s。通过对钢筋混凝土构件冲击试验和框架倒塌过程的验证,保证了数值模拟的有效性。分析结果表明:冲击中柱后结构倒塌过程中,有"拱作用"向"悬索作用"转换的机制,中柱顶部位移先向上后向下,边柱顶部位移先向外后向内;同样冲击作用下,柱轴力越小,则抗冲击能力越强,不同的偏压作用对柱的抗冲击性能的影响不同;加密柱箍筋能够增强钢筋混凝土柱的抗冲击能力,延缓甚至避免钢筋混凝土框架结构的连续性倒塌。  相似文献

An all‐fiber laser generating a cylindrical vector beam is proposed and demonstrated using a home‐made ring‐core Yb‐doped fiber (RC‐YDF). In the RC‐YDF, not only annular doping but also ring‐type beam pump is realized. This is believed to be the first report describing the realization of annular doping and ring‐type beam pump in active fiber simultaneously, which can enhance the efficiency for high‐order mode oscillation. This laser operates in the high‐order mode stably with a slope efficiency of as high as 55.7%. Cylindrical vector modes can be obtained easily through adjusting the polarization controller. This work may have great potential for providing high‐efficiency and high‐power cylindrical vector beam and vortex beam sources.  相似文献

In fiber-reinforced concrete, it is important to choose an appropriate length in each fiber to develop its full yield strength without a failure in the bond strength between the fiber and the concrete. This length is called the fiber development length, Ldf. The bond capacity is evaluated between the fiber and the concrete using the pull-out tests. This test evaluates the bond capacity of various types of steel fiber surfaces relative to a specific embedded length. If the steel fiber is smooth and straight, the distribution of tensile stresses will be uniform around the fiber at a specific section and varies along the anchorage length of the fiber and at a radial distance from the surface of the fiber. Pull-out tests can be performed on an embedded straight steel fiber in concrete matrix, in this case, the tensile force, P, is increased gradually and the number of cracks and their spacings and widths is recorded. The bond stresses vary along the fiber length between the cracks. The strain in the steel fiber is maximum at the cracked section and decreases toward the middle section between cracks. If the embedded length of the straight steel fiber is greater than the development length, the steel fiber may yield, leaving some length of the fiber in the concrete. The linear elastic behavior of the fiber-matrix system is interrupted by interface debonding which occurs due to overall weak bonding between the concrete matrix and the surface of the steel fiber. This paper introduces new developed shear lag model and explains simplified method to find the development length of straight steel fiber in concrete matrix using finite element model and analysis of shear lag stresses, where the maximum tension force which is applied on the steel fiber is resisted by another internal force related with the ultimate average bond stress, steel fiber diameter and its yield strength.  相似文献

钢纤维混凝土(Steel fiber reinforced concrete,SFRC)具有优异的延性、韧性及能量吸收能力,被广泛应用于各类防护结构。K&C模型已成为研究普通混凝土构件动力响应的常用材料模型,但仍无法准确表征SFRC的动力特性。为了提高K&C模型在冲击及爆炸荷载作用下预测SFRC板动力响应的能力,对K&C模型进行了改进:基于大量三轴压缩实验数据,建立了新的失效强度面参数模型;采用反复试验法,建立了新的损伤演化模型,并校准了拉、压损伤参数;基于大量高应变率下SFRC的单轴压缩实验数据,建立了新的受压动力增强因子模型。通过LS-DYNA显式有限元动力分析软件模拟了SFRC板的动力响应,模拟结果验证了上述改进的有效性与可靠性。  相似文献

An experimental approach based on Digital Image Correlation (DIC) is successfully applied to predict the uniaxial stress-strain response of 304 stainless steel specimens subjected to nominally uniform temperatures ranging from room temperature to 900 °C. A portable induction heating device equipped with custom made water-cooled copper coils is used to heat the specimen. The induction heater is used in conjunction with a conventional tensile frame to enable high temperature tension experiments. A stereovision camera system equipped with appropriate band pass filters is employed to facilitate the study of full-field deformation response of the material at elevated temperatures. Using the temperature and load histories along with the full-field strain data, a Virtual Fields Method (VFM) based approach is implemented to identify constitutive parameters governing the plastic deformation of the material at high temperature conditions. Results from these experiments confirm that the proposed method can be used to measure the full field deformation of materials subjected to thermo-mechanical loading.  相似文献

Mechanical properties of concrete and mortar structures can be estimated by ultrasonic non-destructive testing. When the ultrasonic velocity is known, there are standardized methods based on considering the concrete a homogeneous material. Cement composites, however, are heterogeneous and porous, and have a negative effect on the mechanical properties of structures. This work studies the impact of porosity on mechanical properties by considering concrete a multiphase material. A micromechanical model is applied in which the material is considered to consist of two phases: a solid matrix and pores. From this method, a set of expressions is obtained that relates the acoustic velocity and Young's modulus of mortar. Experimental work is based on non-destructive and destructive procedures over mortar samples whose porosity is varied. A comparison is drawn between micromechanical and standard methods, showing positive results for the method here proposed.  相似文献

针对光纤传输和干涉成像阵列中的相位误差, 提出了一种基于特殊光子晶体的全息相位校正方法。首先分析了光纤干涉阵列成像的基本原理和相位信息的传输过程, 以一维线性阵列建立成像系统相位误差模型, 通过对参考光束和探测器前的快门交替打开和闭合, 来分别实现在晶体上写入由光纤阵列的出射光束与参考光束干涉形成的含有相位误差的光栅函数, 和光纤中出射光束被该光栅衍射和相位偏移以消除相位误差, 从理论上分析了上述基于光子晶体的全息法相位校正原理。最后采用所建立的含有相位误差的干涉阵列进行成像仿真, 对未加校正、采用本文方法和采用冗余基线校正的结果进行了对比分析。  相似文献

Here we consider high-rate deformation in solids in the context of a nonlocal transport theory, present a dynamic stress-strain diagram with elastic and plastic portions defined from a single standpoint, determine the conditions for pulse stress accumulation, and propose a mathematical model of momentum and energy exchange between scales and an instability criterion for transient plastic flow under shock loading. 非近轴近似多元高斯模型克服了近轴近似条件的限制,能保证较大偏转角度下模拟声场的精确度和效率。根据双层介质的瑞利积分模型和单层介质的非近轴近似多元高斯模型,推导出双层介质中基于非近轴近似多元高斯模型的单阵元辐射声场计算模型。并在得到各阵元声束偏转聚焦的延迟时间基础上,累加得到基于非近轴近似高斯模型的超声相控阵横波检测辐射声场计算模型。模拟计算带丙烯酸树脂楔块的超声相控阵探头在钢中横波检测的声束偏转与偏转聚焦辐射声场,并与近轴近似多元高斯模型的横波检测声束的偏转聚焦辐射声场进行比较分析。对比分析结果表明非近轴近似多元高斯模型计算速度更快,用时约为近轴近似多元高斯模型的1/13。此外,非近轴近似高斯模型方法横波检测的聚焦声束覆盖区域更大,能量更集中,更适于远场区域检测。   相似文献
