Reactions of bitter salt with taurine-3,5-dibromo-salicylaldehyde schiff base gave one new Complex [Mg(Br2TSSB)(Phen)(H2O)]·H2O (Br2TSSB=Taurine 3,5-dibromo-Salicylaldehyde Schiff Base, phen=o-phenanthroline), which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction. The chemical formula weight of the complex is 625.58. It′s crystal belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/c. The cell parameters are: a=1.814 2(3) nm, b=0.814 75(14) nm, c=1.641 7(3) nm, β=90.571(4)°, and Z=4, V=2.426 4(7) nm3, Dc=1.712 g·cm-3, F(000)=1 248, μ=3.496 mm-1. The complexes form a 3D net structure in which they are connected with hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking. The Mg(II) formed a distorted coordination tetragonal pyramid. CCDC: 286194.  相似文献

A novel gallium phosphate, Ga(2,2'-bipy)(HPO(4))(H(2)PO(4)) (denoted FJ-12; FJ = Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter), which is the first example of layered inorganic-organic hybrid gallium phosphate with neutral framework, has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. This compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/c (No. 14), with a = 10.9443(9), b = 15.8253(13), and c = 8.4201(7) A, beta = 108.898(2) degrees, V = 1379.7(2) A(3), and Z = 4. The structure consists of HPO(4) and H(2)PO(4) tetrahedra and unusual GaO(4)N(2) octahedra which are linked through their vertexes forming an undulated sheetlike structure with 4.12-net. The adjacent layers are stably packed together and exhibit interesting 3-D supramolecular arrays pi-pi interactions of the 2,2'-bipy groups.  相似文献

Two isostructural mixed-valence vanadium phosphonoacetates H2(DABCO)[V(IV)O(H2O)V(III)(OH)(O3PCH2CO2)2].2.5H2O (1) and H2(PIP)[V(IV)O(H2O)V(III)(OH)(O3PCH2CO2)2].2.5H2O (2) have been synthesized. They crystallize in the orthorhombic space group Pnna with a = 7.0479(10) A, b = 15.307(2) A, and c = 17.537(3) A for 1 and a = 7.0465(9) A, b = 15.646(2) A, and c = 17.396(2) A for 2. X-ray single-crystal diffraction reveals that 1 and 2 have a three-dimensional open framework featuring 16-ring ellipsoid channels that are filled with doubly protonated 1,4-diazabicyclo[2,2,2]octanium/piperazinium cations and water molecules. According to the classification in metal-organic frameworks, 1 and 2 contain infinite (-O-V-)(infinity) chains that are cross-linked by "metalloligand" [VO(H2O)(O3PCH2CO2)2](4-) into a 3-D net of the sra topology. The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility of 1 shows that the chi(m)T value in the range of 60-320 K is constant of 1.105 cm3 K mol(-1)/V2 unit, and upon further cooling, the chi(m)T value rapidly increases to 1.81 cm3 K mol(-1) at 2 K. The corresponding effective magnetic moment (mu(eff))/V2 unit varies from 2.97 mu(B) at 320 K to 3.80 mu(B) at 2 K. The magnetic data in the range of 2-320 K follow the Curie-Weiss law with C = 1.074 cm3 K mol(-1) and Theta= -1.34 K.  相似文献

Synthetic methods for several novel phosphoramidate compounds containing the P(O)NHC(O) bifunctional group were developed. These compounds with the general formula R1C(O)NHP(O)(N(R2)(CH2C6H5))2, where R1 = CCl2H, p-ClC6H4, p-BrC6H4, o-FC6H4 and R2 = hydrogen, methyl, benzyl, were characterized by several spectroscopic methods and analytical techniques. The effects of phosphorus substituents on the rotation rate around the P–Namine bond were also investigated. 1H NMR study of the synthesized compounds demonstrated that the presence of bulky groups attached to the phosphorus center and electron withdrawing groups in the amide moiety lead to large chemical-shift non-equivalence (ΔδH) of diastereotopic methylene protons. The crystal structures of CCl2HC(O)NHP(O)(NCH3(CH2C6H5))2, p-ClC6H4C(O)NHP(O)(NCH3(CH2C6H5))2, CCl2HC(O)NHP(O)(N(CH2C6H5)2)2 and p-BrC6H4C(O)NHP(O)(N(CH2C6H5)2)2 were determined by X-ray crystallography using single crystals. The coordination around the phosphorus center in these compounds is best described as distorted tetrahedral and the P(O) and C(O) groups are anti with respect to each other. In the compound Br-C6H4C(O)NHP(O)(N(CH2C6H5)2)2 (with two independent molecules in the unit cell), two conformers are connected to each other via two different N–H?O hydrogen bonds forming a non-centrosymmetric dimer. In the crystalline lattice of other compounds, the molecules form centrosymmetric dimers via pairs of same N–H?O hydrogen bonds. The structure of CCl2HC(O)NHP(O)(N(CH2C6H5)2)2 reveals an unusual intramolecular interaction between the oxygen of CO group and amine nitrogen.  相似文献

Langmuir monolayers and LB films of the ring-shaped mixed-valence polyoxomolybdate [Mo142O429H10(H2O)49(CH3CO2)5(CH3CH2CO2)](30-) (Mo142) dissolved in the aqueous subphase have been successfully fabricated by using the adsorption properties of a DODA monolayer. Infrared and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy of the LB films indicates that Mo142 and DODA molecules are incorporated within these LB films. X-ray reflectivity experiments indicate that the LB films exhibit a well-defined lamellar structure formed by bilayers of DODA molecules alternating with monolayers of Mo142. Using behenic acid-modified hydrophobic quartz substrate is critical for the formation of the well-defined lamellar structure. From the values of the periodicity obtained by these experiments it is clear that the Mo142 clusters lie flat along the charged organic layers. AFM images also showed the flat and homogeneous films on the quartz substrates treated with behenic acid. Cyclic voltammograms of Mo142-LB films deposited on ITO substrates showed quasi-reversible oxidation/reduction waves with positive shift of the potential compared to the case of solution.  相似文献

An oxalato-based cage compound Mn(C(2)O(4))(H(2)O)(0.25) was obtained using a solvothermal method. Mn is pentagonal bipyramidal coordinated with O from oxalato with three-atom and one-atom bridges. There are hydrogen bonds between the framework and clathrated H(2)O. A 3D long-range magnetic ordering was observed at 10.9 K.  相似文献

Diaquabis[dihydrogen 1‐hydroxy‐2‐(imidazol‐3‐ium‐1‐yl)ethylidene‐1,1‐diphosphonato‐κ2O,O′]magnesium(II), [Mg(C5H9N2O7P2)2(H2O)2], consists of isolated dimeric units built up around an inversion centre and tightly interconnected by hydrogen bonding. The MgII cation resides at the symmetry centre, surrounded in a rather regular octahedral geometry by two chelating zwitterionic zoledronate(1−) [or dihydrogen 1‐hydroxy‐2‐(imidazol‐3‐ium‐1‐yl)ethylidene‐1,1‐diphosphonate] anions and two water molecules, in a pattern already found in a few reported isologues where the anion is bound to transition metals (Co, Zn and Ni). catena‐Poly[[aquacalcium(II)]‐μ3‐[hydrogen 1‐hydroxy‐2‐(imidazol‐3‐ium‐1‐yl)ethylidene‐1,1‐diphosphonato]‐κ5O:O,O′:O′,O′′], [Ca(C5H8N2O7P2)(H2O)]n, consists instead of a CaII cation in a general position, a zwitterionic zoledronate(2−) anion and a coordinated water molecule. The geometry around the CaII atom, provided by six bisphosphonate O atoms and one water ligand, is that of a pentagonal bipyramid with the CaII atom displaced by 0.19 Å out of the equatorial plane. These CaII coordination polyhedra are `threaded' by the 21 axis so that successive polyhedra share edges of their pentagonal basal planes. This results in a strongly coupled rhomboidal Ca2–O2 chain which runs along [010]. These chains are in turn linked by an apical O atom from a –PO3 group in a neighbouring chain. This O‐atom, shared between chains, generates strong covalently bonded planar arrays parallel to (100). Finally, these sheets are linked by hydrogen bonds into a three‐dimensional structure. Owing to the extreme affinity of zoledronic acid for bone tissue, in general, and with calcium as one of the major constituents of bone, it is expected that this structure will be useful in modelling some of the biologically interesting processes in which the drug takes part.  相似文献

The synthesis of an NbO-type metal-organic framework was achieved by design: o-Br-BDC (BDC = benzenedicarboxylate) was used to direct the formation of Cu2(CO2)4 paddle wheel units at 90 degrees to each other and thus yield the target network. The compound was formulated as Cu2[o-Br-BDC]2(H2O)2.(DMF)8(H2O)2 (MOF-101) and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction [cubic, space group Imm (No. 229) with a = 21.607(3) A, V = 10088(2) A3, Z = 6], which fully confirmed the presence of the expected structure. Despite having very large apertures and voids, MOF-101 has a noninterpenetrated structure, an intriguing observation that is discussed in the context of dual structures.  相似文献

Two new copper 2-pyrazinecarboxylate (2-pzc) coordination polymers incorporating [Mo(8)O(26)](4-) and [V(10)O(28)H(4)](2-) anions were synthesized and structurally characterized: Cu(4)(2-pzc)(4))(H(2)O)(8)(Mo(8)O(26)).2H(2)O (1) and Cu(3)(2-pzc)(4)(H(2)O)(2)(V(10)O(28)H(4)).6.5H(2)O (2). Crystal data: 1, monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, a = 11.1547(5) A, b = 13.4149(6) A, c = 15.9633(7) A, beta = 90.816(1) degrees; 2, triclinic, space group P1, a = 10.5896(10) A, b = 10.7921(10) A, c = 13.5168(13) A, alpha = 104.689(2) degrees, beta = 99.103(2) degrees, gamma = 113.419(2) degrees. Compound 1 contains [Cu(2-pzc)(H(2)O)(2)] chains charge-balanced by [Mo(8)O(26)](4-) anions. In compound 2, layers of [Cu(3)(2-pzc)(4)(H(2)O)(2)] form cavities that are filled with [V(10)O(28)H(4)](2-) anions. The magnetic properties of both compounds are described.  相似文献

The labile nature of the coordinated water ligands in the organometallic aqua complex [Ru(dppe)(CO)(H(2)O)(3)][OTf](2) (1) (dppe = Ph(2)PCH(2)CH(2)PPh(2); OTf = OSO(2)CF(3)) has been investigated through substitution reactions with a range of incoming ligands. Dissolution of 1 in acetonitrile or dimethyl sulfoxide results in the facile displacement of all three waters to give [Ru(dppe)(CO)(CH(3)CN)(3)][OTf](2) (2) and [Ru(dppe)(CO)(DMSO)(3)][OTf](2) (3), respectively. Similarly, 1 reacts with Me(3)CNC to afford [Ru(dppe)(CO)(CNCMe(3))(3)][OTf](2) (4). Addition of 1 equiv of 2,2'-bipyridyl (bpy) or 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridyl (Me(2)bpy) to acetone/water solutions of 1 initially yields [Ru(dppe)(CO)(H(2)O)(bpy)][OTf](2) (5a) and [Ru(dppe)(CO)(H(2)O)(Me(2)bpy)][OTf](2) (6a), in which the coordinated water lies trans to CO. Compounds 5a and 6a rapidly rearrange to isomeric species (5b, 6b) in which the ligated water is trans to dppe. Further reactivity has been demonstrated for 6b, which, upon dissolution in CDCl(3), loses water and coordinates a triflate anion to afford [Ru(dppe)(CO)(OTf)(Me(2)bpy)][OTf] (7). Reaction of 1 with CH(3)CH(2)CH(2)SH gives the dinuclear bridging thiolate complex [[(dppe)Ru(CO)](2)(mu-SCH(2)CH(2)CH(3))(3)][OTf] (8). The reaction of 1 with CO in acetone/water is slow and yields the cationic hydride complex [Ru(dppe)(CO)(3)H][OTf] (9) via a water gas shift reaction. Moreover, the same mechanism can also be used to account for the previously reported synthesis of 1 upon reaction of Ru(dppe)(CO)(2)(OTf)(2) with water (Organometallics 1999, 18, 4068).  相似文献

The crystal structure of [Ni(C5H2N2O4)(2, 2?-bipy)(H2O)2]·2H2O 1 has been determined by X-ray diffraction. Crystal data: triclinic system, space group P ī with a = 7.9424(3), b = 9.9417(3), c = 12.1867(3) (A。), α = 84.771(1), β = 77.375(2), γ = 68.993(2)°, C15H18N4O8Ni, Mr = 440.7, V = 876.16(5) (A。)3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.672 g/cm3, F(000) = 456, ((MoK() = 1.162 mm-1, the final R = 0.0464 and wR = 0.1055 for 3026 observed reflections with I > 2((I). In the title compound, the nickel ion is coordinated by a nitrogen atom and an oxygen atom from the orotate ligand, two nitrogen atoms from 2, 2'-bipy and two oxygen atoms from the coordinated water molecules in a distorted octahedral geometry. The presence of intermolecular hydrogen bonding and (-( stacking interaction of aromatic rings from 2, 2'-bipy results in a 3D structure.  相似文献

The reaction of the Pt(I)Pt(I)Pt(II) triangulo cluster Pt(3)(micro-PBu(t)()(2))(3)(H)(CO)(2) (1) with TfOH (Tf = CF(3)SO(2)) affords the hydride-bridged cationic derivative [Pt(3)(mu-PBu(t)()(2))(2)(mu-H)(PBu(t)()(2)H)(CO)(2)]OTf (2). With TfOD the reaction gives selectively [Pt(3)(mu-PBu(t)(2))(2)(mu-D)(PBu(t)(2)H)(CO)(2)]OTf (2-D(1)), implying that the proton is transferred to a metal center while a P-H bond is formed by the reductive coupling of one of the bridging phosphides and the terminal hydride ligand of the reagent. The reaction proceeds through the formation of a thermally unstable kinetic intermediate which was characterized at low temperatures, and was suggested to be the CO-hydrogen-bonded (or protonated) [Pt(3)(mu-PBu(t)(2))(3)(H)(CO)(2)].HOTf (3). An ab initio theoretical study predicts a hydrogen-bonded complex or a proton-transfer tight ion pair as a possible candidate for the structure of the kinetic intermediate.  相似文献
