Enhancement of the 1D2-3H4 red emission in CaTiO3:Pr3+ with addition of nanosized SiO2 fabricated by a solid state reaction method is reported. The dynamical processes for the improvement of red emission were systematically investigated using photoluminescence (PL) and PL excitation spectra, and diffused reflectance spectra as well as time decay patterns of PL and persistent afterglow. Higher efficiency of energy transfer from CaTiO3 host to the activator Pr3+ due to the improvement of crystallinity by SiO2 addition was discussed in comparison with that of the SiO2 free sample. The enhancement of persistent afterglow after the cessation of excitation in SiO2 added CaTiO3:Pr3+ was also analyzed by theoretically fitted results.  相似文献

本文应用坩埚下降法技术在全密封铂金坩埚条件下生长了不同Pr3+离子掺杂浓度的高质量LiLuF4单晶. 测定了单晶体从420 nm至500 nm的激发光谱. 在446 nm光激发下,观察到单晶体480 nm(3P03H4)蓝色发射带、522 nm(3P13H5)绿色发射及605 nm(1D23H4)的红色发射,其对应的平均寿命分别为38.5、37.3和36.8 μs. 其荧光寿命明显大于Pr3+掺杂的氧化物单晶. 同时研究了激发波长和掺杂浓度对发射强度以及色度坐标的影响. 获得最佳的Pr3+浓度为∽0.5 mol%,并分析了环境温度从298 K 到443 K变化对荧光强度的影响. 结果表明随着温度的增加,荧光强度逐步变弱,其中3P03H4(480 nm)能级跃迁受温度影响最大,其次是3P13H51D23H4.  相似文献

The Eu-doped CaTiO3 particles with a good crystallinity were prepared via sol-gel method. The phosphors showed a strong red emission corresponding to 5D07F2 (618 nm) of Eu3+ under the near-ultraviolet excitation (400 nm). X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), photoluminescent (PL) analysis and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) specific surface area measurement were utilized to characterize the CaTiO3:Eu3+ particles. The concentration quenching and thermal quenching of the samples were discussed as well. The optimal concentration and the calcination temperature were 16 mol% of Eu3+ and 1400 °C for these phosphors, and the possible reason was discussed as well. CaTiO3:Eu3+ is a promising red phosphor under near-ultraviolet excitation for various applications.  相似文献

采用高温固相法制备了Ca2SiO4:Dy3+发光材料.在365nm紫外光激发下,测得Ca2SiO4:Dy3+材料的发射光谱为一多峰宽谱,主峰分别位于486nm,575nm和665nm处;监测575nm发射峰,测得材料的激发光谱为一多峰宽谱,主峰分别位于331nm,361nm,371nm,397nm,435nm,461nm和478nm处.研究了Dy3+掺杂浓度对Ca2SiO4:Dy3+材料发射光谱及发光强度的影响,结果显示,随Dy3+浓度的增大,黄、蓝发射峰强度比(Y/B)逐渐增大,利用Judd-Ofelt理论解释了其原因;随Dy3+浓度的增大,Ca2SiO4:Dy3+材料发光强度先增大,在Dy3+浓度为4 mol%时到达峰值,而后减小,根据Dexter理论其浓度猝灭机理为电偶极-电偶极相互作用.研究了电荷补偿剂Li+,Na+和K+对Ca2SiO4:Dy3+材料发射光谱的影响,结果显示,不同电荷补偿剂下,随电荷补偿剂掺杂浓度的增大,Ca2SiO4:Dy3+材料发射光谱强度的演化趋势相同,即Ca2SiO4:Dy3+材料发射峰强度先增大后减小,但不同电荷补偿剂下,材料发射峰强度最大处对应的补偿剂浓度不同,对应Li+,Na+和K+时,浓度分别为4mol%,4mol%和3mol%. 关键词: 白光LED 2SiO4:Dy3+')" href="#">Ca2SiO4:Dy3+ 发光特性 电荷补偿  相似文献

A type of red luminescent Sr3Al2O6:Eu2+, Dy3+ phosphor powder is synthesised by sol-gel-combustion processing, with metal nitrates used as the source of metal ions and citric acid as a chelating agent of metal ions. By tracing the formation process of the sol-gel, it is found that it is necessary to reduce the amount of NO3- by dropping ethanol into the solution for forming a stable and homogeneous sol-gel. Thermogravimetric and Differential Scanning Calorimeter Analysis, x-ray diffractionmeter, scanning electron microscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy are used to investigate the luminescent properties of the as-synthesised Sr3Al2O6:Eu2+, Dy3+. The results reveal that the Sr3Al2O6 crystallises completely when the combustion ash is sintered at 1250 C. The excitation and the emission spectra indicate that the excitation broadband lies mainly in a visible range and the phosphors emit a strong light at 618 nm under the excitation of 472 nm. The afterglow of (Sr0.94Eu0.03Dy0.03)3Al2O6 phosphors sintered at 1250 ℃ lasts for over 1000 s when the excited source is cut off.  相似文献

Sr2ScAlO5:Eu2+,a red oxide phosphor with a perovskite-type structure,has been synthesized through a solid-state reaction and its luminescence properties have been investigated.An absorption band centering at 450 nm is observed from the diffuse reflection spectra and the excitation spectra,indicating that the phosphor can match perfectly with the blue light of InGaN light-emitting diodes.A broad red emission band at 620 nm is found from the emission spectra,originating from the 4f 6 5d-4f 7 transition of the Eu 2+ ions.The best doping content of Eu in this material is about 5%.Sr2ScAlO5:Eu2+is a highly promising red phosphor for use in white light-emitting diodes.  相似文献

用化学共沉淀法制备了ZrO2:Er3+-Yb3+纳米晶粉体,所制备的纳米晶粉体具有较强的室温上转换发射和红外发射.研究了样品的晶体结构和上转换发光性质随着Yb3+掺杂浓度和煅烧温度的变化关系.通过X射线衍射谱分析发现,经800℃煅烧2h后得到的ZrO2:Er3+-Yb3+纳米晶是四方相和单斜相的混合结构,经950℃煅烧2h后得到的样品以单斜相为主,随着Y  相似文献

用水热法制备了YBO3:Eu3+纳米材料,通过改变其反应条件对纳米颗粒的大小和形貌进行了控制,对其发射光谱进行分析并与体材料进行了比较.在纳米材料中,很大比例的稀土离子微观环境受到表面的影响.这种影响可能使稀土离子的Judd-Ofelt参数Ω2增大,从而使Eu3+5D07F2的发射加强,红色发光材料的色纯度提高.  相似文献

通过固相反应法制备了Er3+/Yb3+共掺杂ZrO2-Al2O3粉末的样品,并对样品在980nm激光激发下的上转换发光特性进行了研究.从发射光谱可以发现,在可见光范围内有3个强的发光带,一个位于654nm附近的红光带和两个分别位于545nm、525nm附近的绿光带,分别对应于Er3+离子的以下辐射跃迁:4F9/24I15/24S3/24I15/22H11/24I15/2.其中又以Er3+离子的4F9/24I15/2跃迁产生的红色荧光辐射最强.对其上转换发光机制进行了分析,发现这三个发光过程都是双光子过程.对样品粉末进行了XRD检测,发现ZrO2主要以立方相为主,并且计算得到了这种立方结构的晶格常数.Al2O3固溶于ZrO2中,Al3+嵌入ZrO2后产生氧空位,导致ZrO2晶体的对称性降低,这种结构变化更有利于提高上转换效率,即上转换发光强度增强. 关键词: 3+/Yb3+')" href="#">Er3+/Yb3+ 上转换 2-Al2O3')" href="#">ZrO2-Al2O3 荧光 稀土  相似文献

Yb3+:Er3+:Tm3+ co-doped borosilicate glasses are prepared.Their strong up-conversion photoluminescence spectra in a range from ultra-violet to near-infrared,which are excited by a 978-nm laser diode,are measured,and the mechanisms of energy transfer among Yb3+,Er3+ and Tm3+ ions are discussed.The results show that there is an unexpected wavelength at 900-nm emission from Yb3+ Stark splitting levels to pump Tm3+ ions and there exists an optimum pump power.The concentration of the Tm3+ dopant gives rise to a prominent effect on the intensity of visible and near-infrared emissions for the Yb3+:Er3+:Tm3+ co-doped borosilicate glasses.  相似文献

Ho^3+ : GdVO4 is a new laser material suitable for high-power laser systems. In this paper we measure the absorption spectra of Ho^3+ in the sample Ho^3+: GdVO4. The intensity parameters are calculated by using the Judd-Ofelt theory. Some predicted spectroscopic parameters, such as the spontaneous radiative transition rate, branching ratio and integrated emission cross section are dealt with. And we also compare the optical parameters with those of other materials. From these results, it is found that there are many transitions which have large oscillator strengths and large integrated emission cross sections. Especially the transitions such as ^5 F4 → ^5 I 8, ^5 S2→^5 I8, ^5 F5 → ^5 I8 and ^5 I7 →^ 5 I8 are useful in solid-state lasers and other fields. Finally, we discuss the splitting of the energy levels of Ho^3+ in the crystal GdVO4 based on the group theory.  相似文献

The Yb3+ doped Ba2YB'O6 (B'=Ta5+, Nb5+) were prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction method, their structures were determined by x-ray diffraction and refined by Rietveld method. The diffuse reflection absorption, excitation and emission spectra of Yb3+:Ba2YB'O6 (B'=,Ta5+, Nb5+) were measured at room temperature. Under the excitation of ultraviolet light, these phosphors exhibit broad charge transfer band emissions of TaO6 or NbO6 centre with large Stokes shift. The Yb3+ doped into these hosts are situated at Y3+ sites of cubic symmetry (Oh). The experimental energy levels of Yb3+ in Ba2YTaO6 and Ba2YNbO6 were determined by photoluminescence and diffuse reflection absorption spectra. Their wavefunctions and theoretical energy levels were obtained by diagonalising the Hamiltonian matrix. The experimental energy levels were fitted by Levenberg--Marquardt iteration algorithm to determine crystal field parameters. Then, the magnetic-pole transition line strengths of Yb3+:Ba2YB'O6(B'=Ta5+, Nb5+) from (2F5/28- to the low-energy states were calculated.  相似文献

采用柠檬酸作燃烧剂用燃烧合成法制备了Gd2O3:Eu3+纳米晶.用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)和荧光分光光度计等对Gd2O3:Eu3+纳米晶的结构、形貌和发光性能进行了分析.结果表明:不同柠檬酸与稀土离子配比(C/M)制备的样品经800℃ 退火1 h后,均得到了纯立方相的Gd2O3:Eu3+纳米晶,晶粒尺寸约为30 nm,尺寸分布较窄,其中以C/M=1.0时制备的纳米晶结晶性最好,发光强度最大.Gd2O3:Eu3+纳米晶主发射峰位置均在612 nm处 (5D07F2跃迁),激发光谱中电荷迁移态发生红移,观察到Gd3+向Eu3+的有效能量传递.对柠檬酸与稀土离子配比(C/M)对结晶度、发光性质等的影响也进行了分析和讨论.  相似文献

采用微乳液法合成掺杂浓度不同和烧结温度不同的CaWO4:Eu3+系列荧光体, 这些荧光体都具有Eu3+离子的特征荧光发射. 在不同温度烧结后, 高浓度掺杂的样品(Eu3+掺杂30或50 mol%)可获得最大的发光强度, 低浓度掺杂的样品(掺杂0.5—2 mol%)在800 ℃烧结时也可获得优异的发光强度. 实验结果表明, Eu3+离子高浓度掺杂的CaWO4:Eu3+在紫外光激发下可成为高效发光的荧光粉.  相似文献

Nano-size YBO3:Eu3+ phosphor has been synthesized by the co-precipitation method. X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern confirmed the formation of hexagonal vaterite-type structures of YBO3:Eu3+ nanoparticles. The transmission electron microscopy (TEM) study revealed the formation of spherical YBO3:Eu3+ nanoparticles with size 20-40 nm. The photoluminescence spectra revealed that the ratio of the red emission (5D0-7F2) to the orange emission (5D0-7F1) was much higher in the synthesized nano-size YBO3:Eu3+ phosphor. The improved relative intensity, i.e., higher R/O value of emission peaks, is due to a lower symmetry of crystal field around Eu3+ ions.  相似文献
