In a supporting electrolyte containing 2X10-4M Alizarin Red S, 0.1M NH3-NH4Cl and at pH 9.6, we obtained an adsorptive complex wave of gadolinium-Alizarin Bed S by single-sweep polarography. The peak potential of the derivative wave is -0.69V (S. C. E.). The limit of detection for gadolinium is 6X10-8M. We have determined the composition of the complex which is 1:3 GD-Alizarin Red S and confirmed that the wave is an adsorptive complex wave. The electrode processes may be presented as follows: Gd3+ + 3HL2- + 3NH3 = (GdL3)6- + 3(NH4)^+ (Chemical reaction) (GdL3)6- = (GdL3)ad6- (Surface process) The total electrochemical reaction is (GdL3)ad6- + 6e + 6(NH4)^+ = (Gd(LH2)3)ad6- + 6NH3  相似文献

This paper reports a pH-dependent H2-activation [H2 (pH 1-4) --> H+ + H- (pH -1) --> 2H+ + 2e-] promoted by CpIr complexes [Cp = eta5-C5(CH3)5]. In a pH range of about 1-4, an aqueous HNO3 solution of [CpIr(III)(H2O)3]2+ (1) reacts with 3 equiv of H2 to yield a solution of [(CpIr(III))2(mu-H)3]+ (2) as a result of heterolytic H2-activation [2[1] + 3H2 (pH 1-4) --> [2] + 3H+ + 6H2O]. The hydrido ligands of 2 display protonic behavior and undergo H/D exchange with D+: [M-(H)3-M]+ + 3D+ <==>[M-(D)3-M]+ + 3H+ (where M = CpIr). Complex 2 is insoluble in a pH range of about -0.2 (1.6 M HNO3/H2O) to -0.8 (6.3 M HNO3/H2O). At pH -1 (10 M HNO3/H2O), a powder of 2 drastically reacts with HNO3 to give a solution of [CpIr(III)(NO3)2] (3) with evolution of H2, NO, and NO2 gases. D-labeling experiments show that the evolved H2 is derived from the hydrido ligands of 2. These results suggest that oxidation of the hydrido ligands of 2 [[2] + 4NO3- (pH -1) --> 2[3] + H2 + H+ + 4e-] couples to reduction of NO3- (NO3- --> NO2- --> NO). To complete the reaction cycle, complex 3 is transformed into 1 by increasing the pH of the solution from -1 to 1. Therefore, we are able to repeat the reaction cycle using 1, H2, and a pH gradient between 1 and -1. A conceivable mechanism for the H2-activation cycle with reduction of NO3- is proposed.  相似文献

The major metabolites of the physiologically active compound dimethylthiourea (DMTU), dimethylaminoiminomethansesulfinic acid (DMAIMSA), and dimethylaminoiminomethanesulfonic acid (DMAIMSOA) were synthesized, and their kinetics and mechanisms of oxidation by acidic bromate and aqueous bromine was determined. The oxidation of DMAIMSA is much more facile and rapid as compared to a comparable oxidation by the same reagents of the parent compound, DMTU. The stoichiometry of the bromate-DMAIMSA reaction was determined to be 2BrO 3 (-) + 3NHCH 3(NCH 3)CSO 2H + 3H 2O --> 3SO 4 (2) (-) + 2Br (-) + 3CO(NHCH 3) 2 + 6H (+), with quantitative formation of sulfate. In excess bromate conditions, the stoichiometry was 4BrO 3 (-) + 5NHCH 3(NCH 3)CSO 2H + 3H 2O --> 5SO 4 (2) (-) + 2Br 2 + 5CO(NHCH 3) 2 + 6H (+). The direct bromine-DMAIMSA reaction gave an expected stoichiometric ratio of 2:1 with no further oxidation of product dimethylurea (DMU) by aqueous bromine. The bromine-DMAIMSA reaction was so fast that it was close to diffusion-controlled. Excess bromate conditions delivered a clock reaction behavior with the formation of bromine after an initial quiescent period. DMAIMSOA, on the other hand, was extremely inert to further oxidation in the acidic conditions used for this study. Rate of consumption of DMAIMSA showed a sigmoidal autocatalytic decay. The postulated mechanism involves an initial autocatalytic build-up of bromide that fuels the formation of the reactive oxidizing species HBrO 2 and HOBr through standard oxybromine reactions. The long and weak C-S bond in DMAIMSA ensures that its oxidation goes directly to DMU and sulfate, bypassing inert DMAIMSOA.  相似文献

The threshold photoelectron photoion coincidence (TPEPICO) technique has been used to measure accurate dissociative photoionization onsets of vinyl bromide and 1,1,2-tribromoethane. The reactions investigated and their 0 K onsets are C2H3Br + hnu --> C2H3+ + Br (11.902 +/- 0.008 eV); C2H3Br3 + hnu --> C2H3Br2+ + Br (10.608 +/- 0.008 eV); and (C2H3Br3 + hnu --> C2H3Br+ + 2Br (12.301 +/- 0.035 eV). The vinyl ion heat of formation (Delta(f)H degrees 298K = 1116.1 +/- 3.0 kJ/mol) has been calculated using W1 theory and used as an anchor along with the measured dissociation energies to determine the heats of formation, Delta(f)H degrees 298K, in kJ/mol, of the following bromine-containing species: C2H3Br (74.1 +/- 3.1), C2H3Br+ (1021.9 +/- 3.1), C2H3Br2+ (967.1 +/- 4.0), and C2H3Br3 (53.5 +/- 4.3). These results represent accurate and consistent experimental determinations of heats of formation for these bromine-containing species, which serve to correct the discrepancies in the literature for C2H3Br and C2H3Br+ and provide the first experimental determination for the enthalpies of formation of C2H3Br2+ and C2H3Br3.  相似文献

The complexation reaction between Alizarin complexan ([3-N,N-di(carboxymethyl)aminomethyl]-1,2-dihydroxyanthraquinone; H(4)L) and zinc(II), nickel(II), lead(II), cobalt(II) and copper(II) has been studied by a spectrophotometric method. All these metal ions form 1:1 complexes with HL; 2:1 metal:ligand complex were found only for Pb(II) and Cu(II). The stability constants are (ionic strength I = 0.1, 20 degrees C): Zn(2+) + HL(3-) right harpoon over left harpoon ZnHL(-) log K +/- 3sigma(log K) = 12.19 +/- 0.09 (I = 0.5) Ni(2+) + HL(3-) right harpoon over left harpoon NiHL(-) log K +/- 3sigma(log K) = 12.23 +/- 0.21 Pb(2+) + HL(3-) right harpoon over left harpoon PbHL(-) log K +/- 3sigma(log K) = 11.69 +/- 0.06 PbHL(-) + Pb(2+) right harpoon over left harpoon Pb(2)L + H(+) log K approximately -0.8 Co(2+) + HL(3-) right harpoon over left harpoon CoHL(-) log K 3sigma(log K) = 12.25 + 0.13 Cu(2+) + HL(3-) right harpoon over left harpoon CuHL(-) log K 3sigma(log K) = 14.75 +/- 0.07 Cu(2+) + CuHL(-) right harpoon over left harpoon Cu(2)L + H(+) log K approximately 3.5 The solubility and stability of both the reagent and the complexes and the closenes of the values of the stability constants make this reagent suitable for the photometric detection of several metal ions in the eluate from an ion-exchange column.  相似文献

The effect of regucalcin, a calcium-binding protein isolated from rat liver cytosol, on Ca2+-adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) activity in hepatic microsomes was investigated. Mg2+-ATPase activity was clearly increased by the presence of 50 microM Ca2+. Regucalcin (1.0-4.0 microM) caused a remarkable elevation (about 3-fold) of Ca2+-ATPase activity. Also, Mg2+-ATPase activity was increased (about 1.6-fold) by the presence of regucalcin (2.0 and 4.0 microM). Guanosine-5'-O-(3-thiotriphosphate) (GTPrs; 10(-5) and 10(-4) M) and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidized form (NADP+; 10(-5) to 10(-3) M) or reduced form (NADPH; 10(-4) and 10(-3) M) significantly increased Ca2+-ATPase activity. These increases were not enhanced by the presence of regucalcin (2.0 microM). Of various metal ions, a comparatively low concentration of V5+ (10(-5) M) or Cd2+ (10(-6) M) significantly increased Ca2+-ATPase activity, while Hg2+, Zn2+, Cu2+ and Mn2+ did not have such an effect. Regucalcin (2.0 microM) did not enhance the effect of V5+ and Cd2+ on Ca2+-ATPase activity. The present finding, that regucalcin activates hepatic microsomal Ca2+-ATPase, suggests a cell physiological role of regucalcin as an activator in the microsomal Ca2+-pump activity. This action of regucalcin may not be influenced by other regulators.  相似文献

The nuclear magnetic transverse relaxation time of oxygen-17 in aqueous sodium bisulfite solutions in the pH range from 2.5 to 5 was measured over a range of temperatures, pH, and S(IV) concentrations at an ionic strength of 1.0 m. From these data the rate law for oxygen exchange between bisulfite ion and water was determined and found to be consistent with oxygen exchange occurring via the reactions SHO(3)(-) + H(+) SO(2) + H(2)O, SO(3)H(-) + SHO(3-) SO(3)(2-) + SO(2) + H(2)O, and SO(3)H(-) + SHO(3-) S(2)O(5)(2-) + H(2)O, where the symbol SHO(3-) refers to both isomeric forms of bisulfite ion, one in which the hydrogen is bonded to the sulfur (denoted HSO(3-)) and another in which the hydrogen is bonded to an oxygen atom (denoted SO(3)H(-)). The SO(3)H(-) isomer exchanges oxygen atoms with water much more rapidly than does the HSO(3-) isomer. The value of k(-1) was determined and is in essential agreement with the results of a previous determination by relaxation measurements. The value of k(16a) + k(16b) was also found, and k(16b) is at least as large as k(16a). The rate and mechanism of oxygen exchange between the two bisulfite ion environments were studied by analyzing the broadening of the HSO(3-) resonance. Oxygen exchange occurs through isomerization caused by proton transfers.  相似文献

The ligand substitution reaction of [Co(an)6]2+ (an = acetonitrile) with 1,1,3,3-tetramethylurea (TMU) in the noncoordinating solvent, nitromethane, was spectrophotometrically investigated by titration. The observed spectral changes were analyzed using a model with the four steps of ligand substitution. The component complexes involved in the substitution were found to be 6-coordinate [Co(an)6]2+ and [Co(an)5(tmu)]2+, 5-coordinate [Co(an)3(tmu)2]2+ and [Co(an)2(tmu)3]2+, and 4-coordinate [Co(tmu)4]2+. The logarithmic values of the stepwise equilibrium constant are 2.17 +/- 0.26, 1.06 +/- 0.15, 1.19 +/- 0.06, and -0.4 +/- 0.4 at 25 degrees C. The decrease in the coordination number of the Co(II) ion from 6 to 5 during the formation of [Co(an)3(tmu)2]2+ and from 5 to 4 during the formation of [Co(tmu)4]2+ is ascribed to the steric repulsion between the coordinating bulky TMU molecules.  相似文献

Silyl anion SiButPh2- (2) was found to substitute an amide ligand in Zr(NMe2)4 (3) to give the disilyl complex Zr(NMe2)3(SiButPh2)2- (1a) and Zr(NMe2)5- (1b) in THF. The reaction is reversible, and nucleophilic amide NMe2- attacks the Zr-SiButPh2 bonds in 1a or Zr(NMe2)3(SiButPh2) in the reverse reaction, leading to an unusual ligand exchange equilibrium 2 3 + 2 2 right harpoon over left harpoon 1a + 1b (eq 1). The silyl anion 2 selectively attacks the -N(SiMe3)2 ligand in Zr(NMe2)3[N(SiMe3)2] (6) to give 1a and N(SiMe3)2- (7). Reversible reaction occurs as well, where 7 selectively substitutes the silyl ligand in Zr(NMe2)3(SiButPh2)2- (1a) or Zr(NMe2)3(SiButPh2), giving the equilibrium 6 + 2 2 right harpoon over left harpoon 1a + 7 (eq 3). The thermodynamics of these equilibria has been studied: For eq 1, DeltaH degrees = -8.3(0.2) kcal/mol, DeltaS degrees = -23.3(0.9) eu, and DeltaG degrees 298K = -1.4(0.5) kcal/mol at 298 K; for eq 3, DeltaH degrees = -1.61(0.12) kcal/mol, DeltaS degrees = -2.6(0.5) eu, and DeltaG degrees 298K = -0.8(0.3) kcal/mol. In both equilibria, the enthalpy changes for the forward reactions outweigh the entropy changes, and therefore the substitutions of amide ligands in Zr(NMe2)4 (3) and Zr(NMe2)3[N(SiMe3)2] (6) to afford the disilyl complex 1a are thermodynamically favored. The following equilibria were also observed and studied: Zr(NMe2)3[N(SiMe3)2] (6) + Si(SiMe3)3- (9) right harpoon over left harpoon Zr(NMe2)3[Si(SiMe3)3] (10) + N(SiMe3)2- (7) and Zr(NMe2)4 (3) + 9 right harpoon over left harpoon 10 + Zr(NMe2)5- (1b).  相似文献

The reaction for CH3CH2+N(4S) was studied by ab initio method. The geometries of the reactants, intermediates, transition states and products were optimized at MP2/6-311+G(d,p) level. The corresponding vibration frequencies were calculated at the same level. The single point calculations for all the stationary points were carried out at the QCISD(T)/ 6-311+G(d,p) level using the MP2/6-311+G(d,p) optimized geometries. The results of the theoretical study indicate that the major products are the CH2CH2+3NH and H2CN+CH3, and the minor products are the CH3CHN+H in the reaction. The majority of the products CH2CH2+3NH are formed via a direct hydrogen abstraction channel. The products H2CN+CH3 are produced via an addition/dissociation channel. The products CH3CHN+H are produced via an addition/dissociation channel.  相似文献

The formation of the ternary complexes CuEDTA(en)(2-), CuEDTA(CN)(3-), CuDCTA(CN)(3-), NiDCTA(CN)(3-) and NiEDTA(en)(2-) has been established spectrophotometrically. The stability constants found were log K = 2.87 +/- 0.03, 3.76 +/- 0.06, 2.64 +/- 0.35, 2.41 +/- 0.21 and 2.74 +/- 0.35 respectively. For the system CuDCTA(2-) + en no ternary complex was observed, instead Cu(en)(2)(2+) was formed. No reaction was found for the systems CoEDTA(2-) + N(3)(-), CoDCTA(2-) + N(3)(-), NiDCTA(2-) + en, NiDCTA(2-) + phen, NiEDTA(2-) + phen, NiDCTA(2-) + N(3)(-), NiEDTA(2-) + N(3)(-), CrEDTA(-) + NH(3), CrEDTA(-) + CN(-), CuEDTA(2-) + N(3) and CuEDTA(2-) + N(3)(-). The systems CoEDTA(2-) + en and CoDCTA(2-) + en involve more than one equilibrium. The absorption spectra of the ternary complexes between 500 and 850 nm are reported.  相似文献

Direct variable reaction coordinate transition state theory (VRC-TST) rate coefficients are reported for the (3)CH(2) + OH, (3)CH(2) + (3)CH(2), and (3)CH(2) + CH(3) barrierless association reactions. The predicted rate coefficient for the (3)CH(2) + OH reaction (approximately 1.2 x 10(-10) cm(3) molecule(-1) s(-1) for 300-2500 K) is 4-5 times larger than previous estimates, indicating that this reaction may be an important sink for OH in many combustion systems. The predicted rate coefficients for the (3)CH(2) + CH(3) and (3)CH(2) + (3)CH(2) reactions are found to be in good agreement with the range of available experimental measurements. Product branching in the self-reaction of methylene is discussed, and the C(2)H(2) + 2H and C(2)H(2) + H2 products are predicted in a ratio of 4:1. The effect of the present set of rate coefficients on modeling the secondary kinetics of methanol decomposition is briefly considered. Finally, the present set of rate coefficients, along with previous VRC-TST determinations of the rate coefficients for the self-reactions of CH(3) and OH and for the CH(3) + OH reaction, are used to test the geometric mean rule for the CH(3), (3)CH(2), and OH fragments. The geometric mean rule is found to predict the cross-combination rate coefficients for the (3)CH(2) + OH and (3)CH(2) + CH(3) reactions to better than 20%, with a larger (up to 50%) error for the CH(3) + OH reaction.  相似文献

A relative rate experiment is carried out for six isotopologues of methanol and their reactions with OH and Cl radicals. The reaction rates of CH2DOH, CHD2OH, CD3OH, (13)CH3OH, and CH3(18)OH with Cl and OH radicals are measured by long-path FTIR spectroscopy relative to CH3OH at 298 +/- 2 K and 1013 +/- 10 mbar. The OH source in the reaction chamber is photolysis of ozone to produce O((1)D) in the presence of a large excess of molecular hydrogen: O((1)D) + H2 --> OH + H. Cl is produced by the photolysis of Cl2. The FTIR spectra are fitted using a nonlinear least-squares spectral fitting method with measured high-resolution infrared spectra as references. The relative reaction rates defined as alpha = k(light)/k(heavy) are determined to be: k(OH + CH3OH)/k(OH + (13)CH3OH) = 1.031 +/- 0.020, k(OH + CH3OH)/k(OH + CH3(18)OH) = 1.017 +/- 0.012, k(OH + CH3OH)/k(OH + CH2DOH) = 1.119 +/- 0.045, k(OH + CH3OH)/k(OH + CHD2OH) = 1.326 +/- 0.021 and k(OH + CH3OH)/k(OH + CD3OH) = 2.566 +/- 0.042, k(Cl + CH3OH)/k(Cl + (13)CH3OH) = 1.055 +/- 0.016, k(Cl + CH3OH)/k(Cl + CH3(18)OH) = 1.025 +/- 0.022, k(Cl + CH3OH)/k(Cl + CH2DOH) = 1.162 +/- 0.022 and k(Cl + CH3OH)/k(Cl + CHD2OH) = 1.536 +/- 0.060, and k(Cl + CH3OH)/k(Cl + CD3OH) = 3.011 +/- 0.059. The errors represent 2sigma from the statistical analyses and do not include possible systematic errors. Ground-state potential energy hypersurfaces of the reactions were investigated in quantum chemistry calculations at the CCSD(T) level of theory with an extrapolated basis set. The (2)H, (13)C, and (18)O kinetic isotope effects of the OH and Cl reactions with CH3OH were further investigated using canonical variational transition state theory with small curvature tunneling and compared to experimental measurements as well as to those observed in CH4 and several other substituted methane species.  相似文献

The sulfite-chlorine dioxide reaction was studied by stopped-flow method at I = 0.5 M and at 25.0 +/- 0.1 degrees C in a slightly acidic medium. The stoichiometry was found to be 2 SO(3)(2-) + 2.ClO(2) + H(2)O --> 2SO(4)(2) (-) + Cl(-) + ClO(3)(-) + 2H(+) in *ClO(2) excess and 6SO(3)(2-) + 2*ClO(2) --> S(2)O(6)(2-) + 4SO(4)(2-) + 2Cl(-) in total sulfite excess ([S(IV)] = [H(2)SO(3)] + [HSO(3)(-)] + [SO(3)(2-)]). A nine-step model with four fitted kinetic parameters is suggested in which the proposed adduct *SO(3)ClO(2)(2-) plays a significant role. The pH-dependence of the kinetic traces indicates that SO(3)(2-) reacts much faster with *ClO(2) than HSO(3)(-) does.  相似文献

Copper-diammonia, Cu(NH3)2, and its deuterated species, Cu(ND3)2, are produced in supersonic molecular beams and studied by pulsed-field ionization zero electron kinetic energy photoelectron spectroscopy and ab initio calculations. Structural isomers with a copper atom binding to an ammonia dimer or two ammonia molecules are obtained by the calculations. By comparing the experimental measurements to the theoretical calculations, the neutral and ionic forms of copper-diammonia are determined to be in a doubly bound linear conformation in their ground electronic states. The adiabatic ionization potentials of Cu(NH3)2 and Cu(ND3)2 are measured as 29,532 (5) and 29,313 (5) cm(-1), respectively. The metal-ligand symmetric stretching frequencies are measured to be 436 cm(-1) for Cu+-(NH3)2 and 398 cm(-1) for Cu+-(ND3)2, and the metal-ligand bending frequencies 75,139 cm(-1) for CuCu+-(NH3)2 and 70125 cm(-1) for CuCu+-(ND3)2. Moreover, the dissociation energy of Cu(NH3)2-->CuNH3+NH3 is determined to be 11(3) kcal mol(-1) through a thermodynamic relationship.  相似文献

The kinetics of the OH radical and Cl atom reactions with nine fluorinated ethers have been studied by the relative rate method at 298 K and 1013 hPa using gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy (GC-MS) detection: k(OH + CH3CH2OCF3) = (1.55 +/- 0.25) x 10(-13), k(OH + CF3CH2OCH3) = (5.7 +/- 0.8) x 10(-13),k(OH + CF3CH2OCHF2) = (9.1 +/- 1.1) x 10(-15), k(OH + CF3CHFOCHF2) = (6.5 +/- 0.8) x 10(-15), k(OH + CHF2CHFOCF3) = (6.8 +/- 1.1) x 10(-15), k(OH + CF3CHFOCF3) < 1 x 10(-15), k(OH + CF3CHFCF2OCHF2) = (1.69 +/- 0.26) x 10(-14), k(OH + CF3CHFCF2OCH2CH3) = (1.47 +/- 0.13) x 10(-13), k(OH + CF3CF2CF2OCHFCF3) < 1 x 10(-15), k(Cl + CH3CH2OCF3) = (2.2 +/- 0.8) x 10(-12), k(Cl + CF3CH2OCH3) = (1.8 +/- 0.9) x 10(-11), k(Cl + CF3CH2OCHF2) = (1.5 +/- 0.4) x 10(-14), k(Cl + CF3CHFOCHF2) = (1.1 +/- 1.9) x 10(-15), k(Cl + CHF2CHFOCF3) = (1.2 +/- 2.0) x 10(-15), k(Cl + CF3CHFOCF3) < 3 x 10(-15), k(Cl + CF3CHFCF2OCHF2) < 6 x 10(-16), k(Cl + CF3CHFCF2OCH2CH3) = (3.1 +/- 1.1) x 10(-12), and k(Cl + CF3CF2CF2OCHFCF3) < 3 x 10(-15) cm3 molecule(-1) s(-1). The error limits include three standard deviations (3 sigma) from the statistical data analyses, as well as the errors in the rate coefficients of the reference compounds that are used. Infrared absorption cross sections and estimates of the trophospheric lifetimes and the global warming potentials of the fluorinated ethers are presented. The atmospheric degradation of the compounds is discussed.  相似文献

Hydrogen peroxide exalts the reactivity of aqueous ozone by reasons that remain obscure. Should H2O2 enhance free radical production, as it is generally believed, a chain mechanism propagated by (.OH/.O2-) species would account for O3 decomposition rates in neat H2O, HR-O3, and in peroxone (O3 + H2O2) solutions, HPR-O3. We found, however, that: (1) the radical mechanism correctly predicts HR-O3 but vastly overestimates HPR-O3, (2) solvent deuteration experiments preclude radical products from the (O3 + HO2-) reaction. The modest kinetic isotope effect (KIE) we measure in H2O/D2O: HR-O3/DR-O3 = 1.5 +/- 0.3, is compatible with a chain process driven by electron- and/or O-atom transfer processes. But the large KIE found in peroxone: HPR-O3/DPR-O3 = 19.6 +/- 4.0, is due to an elementary (O3 + HO2-) reaction involving H-O2- bond cleavage. Since the KIE for the hypothetical H-atom transfer: O3 + HO2- HO3. +.O2-, would emerge as a KIE1/2 factor in the rates of the ensuing radical chain, the magnitude of the observed KIE must be associated with the hydride transfer reaction that yields a diamagnetic species: O3 + HO2- HO3- + O2. HO3-/H2O3 may be the bactericidal trioxide recently identified in the antibody-catalyzed addition of O2(1Deltag) to H2O.  相似文献

Porphyrin derivatives having a galactose or a bis(isopropylidene)galactose structural unit, linked by ester or ether bonds, were characterized by electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (ES-MS/MS). The electrospray mass spectra of these glycoporphyrins show the corresponding [M + H](+) ions. For the glycoporphyrins with pyridyl substituents and those having a tetrafluorophenyl spacer, the doubly charged ions [M + 2H](2+) were also observed in ES-MS with high relative abundance. The fragmentation of both [M + H](+) and [M + 2H](2+) ions exhibited common fragmentation pathways for porphyrins with the same sugar residue, independently of the porphyrin structural unit and type of linkage. ES-MS/MS of the [M + H](+) ions of the galactose-substituted porphyrins gave the fragment ions [M + H - C(2)H(4)O(2)](+), [M + H - C(3)H(6)O(3)](+), [M + H - C(4)H(8)O(4)](+) and [M + H - galactose residue](+). The fragmentation of the [M + 2H](2+) ions of the porphyrins with galactose shows the common doubly charged fragment ions [porphyrin + H](2+), [M + 2H - C(2)H(4)O(2)](2+), [M + 2H - C(4)H(8)O(4)](2+), [M + 2H - galactose residue](2+) and the singly charged fragment ions [M + H - C(3)H(6)O(3)](+) and [M + H - galactose residue](+). The fragmentation of the [M + H](+) ions of glycoporphyrins with a protected galactosyl residue leads mainly to the ions [M + H - CO(CH(3))(2)](+), [M + H - 2CO(CH(3))(2)](+), [M + H - 2CO(CH(3))(2) - CO](+), [M + H - C(10)H(16)O(4)](+) and [M + H - protected galactose](+). The doubly charged ions [M + 2H](2+) fragment to give the doubly charged ions [porphyrin + H](2+) and the singly charged ions [M + H - protected galactose residue](+) and [M + H - CO(CH(3))(2)](+). For the porphyrins where the sugar structural unit is linked by an ester bond, [M + 2H](2+), ES-MS/MS showed a major and typical fragmentation corresponding to combined loss of a sugar structural unit and further loss of water, leading to the ion [M + 2H - sugar residue - H(2)O](2+), independently of the structure of the sugar structural unit. These results show that ES-MS/MS can be a powerful tool for the characterization of the sugar structural unit of glycoporphyrins, without the need for chemical hydrolysis.  相似文献

The CH2Cl + CH3 (1) and CHCl2 + CH3 (2) cross-radical reactions were studied by laser photolysis/photoionization mass spectroscopy. Overall rate constants were obtained in direct real-time experiments in the temperature region 301-800 K and bath gas (helium) density (6-12) x 10(16) atom cm(-3). The observed rate constant of reaction 1 can be represented by an Arrhenius expression k1 = 3.93 x 10(-11) exp(91 K/T) cm3 molecule(-1) s(-1) (+/-25%) or as an average temperature-independent value of k1= (4.8 +/- 0.7) x 10(-11) cm3 molecule(-1) s(-1). The rate constant of reaction 2 can be expressed as k2= 1.66 x 10(-11) exp(359 K/T) cm3 molecule(-1) s(-1) (+/-25%). C2H4 and C2H3Cl were detected as the primary products of reactions 1 and 2, respectively. The experimental values of the rate constant are in reasonable agreement with the prediction based on the "geometric mean rule." A separate experimental attempt to determine the rate constants of the high-temperature CH2Cl + O2 (10) and CHCl2 + O2 (11) reaction resulted in an upper limit of 1.2 x 10(-16) cm(3) molecule(-1) s(-1) for k10 and k11 at 800 K.  相似文献

Compounds that contain the anion [MeReO(edt)(SPh)](-) (3-) were synthesized with the countercations 2-picolinium (PicH+3-) and 2,6-lutidinium (LutH+3-), where edt is 1,2-ethanedithiolate. Both PicH+3- and MeReO(edt)(tetramethylthiourea) (4) were crystallographically characterized. The rhenium atom in each of these compounds exists in a five-coordinate distorted square pyramid. In the solid state, PicH+3- contains an anion with a short (d(SH) = 232 pm) and nearly linear hydrogen-bonded (N-H.S) interaction to the cation. Ligand substitution reactions were studied in chloroform. Displacement of PhSH by PPh(3) follows second-order kinetics, d[MeReO(edt)(PPh(3))]/dt = k[PicH+3-][PPh3], whereas with pyridines an unusual form was found, d[MeReO(edt)(Py)]/dt = k[PyH+3-][Py](2), in which the conversion of PicH+3- to PyH+3- has been incorporated. Further, added Py accelerates the formation of [MeReO(edt)(PPh3)], v = k.[PicH+3-].[PPh3].[Py]. Compound 4, on the other hand, reacts with both PPh(3) and pyridines, L, at a rate given by d[MeReO(edt)(L)]/dt = k.[4].[L]. When PicH+3- reacts with pyridine N-oxides, a three-stage reaction was observed, consistent with ligand replacement of SPh(-) by PyO, N-O bond cleavage of the PyO assisted by another PyO, and eventual decomposition of MeRe(O)(edt)(OPy) to MeReO(3). Each of first two steps showed a large substituent effect; Hammett analysis gave rho(1) = -5.3 and rho(2) = -4.3.  相似文献
