Quantum image processing has been a hot topic. The first step of it is to store an image into qubits, which is called quantum image preparation. Different quantum image representations may have different preparation methods. In this paper, we use GQIR (the generalized quantum image representation) to represent an image, and try to decrease the operations used in preparation, which is also known as quantum image compression. Our compression scheme is based on JPEG (named from its inventor: the Joint Photographic Experts Group) — the most widely used method for still image compression in classical computers. We input the quantized JPEG coefficients into qubits and then convert them into pixel values. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the compression ratio of our scheme is obviously higher than that of the previous compression method.  相似文献

凸面光栅成像光谱仪图像数据量巨大,给数据的传输和存储带来了压力,因此要对图像数据进行实时压缩。首先根据成像原理对图像数据的特点进行了分析,得出去除空间相关性和谱间相关性的压缩途径;然后,进行了压缩算法分析,提出了在谱间进行一阶线性预测、谱内进行JPEG2000压缩的三维压缩方案;最后,设计了基于FPGA+ADV212的实时压缩系统,其中FPGA用于逻辑控制和预测算法实现,ADV212用于JPEG2000压缩。分析结果表明:该系统具备无损和有损压缩能力,能够实现图像数据实时压缩。  相似文献

Soft compression is a lossless image compression method that is committed to eliminating coding redundancy and spatial redundancy simultaneously. To do so, it adopts shapes to encode an image. In this paper, we propose a compressible indicator function with regard to images, which gives a threshold of the average number of bits required to represent a location and can be used for illustrating the working principle. We investigate and analyze soft compression for binary image, gray image and multi-component image with specific algorithms and compressible indicator value. In terms of compression ratio, the soft compression algorithm outperforms the popular classical standards PNG and JPEG2000 in lossless image compression. It is expected that the bandwidth and storage space needed when transmitting and storing the same kind of images (such as medical images) can be greatly reduced with applying soft compression.  相似文献

探讨了基于JPEG的有损压缩方法在相移法位相解调中的应用前景。简介了当今流行的JPEG有损压缩技术和相移技术。针对三维测量中的相移技术,使用专业软件对四步相移法中拍摄的图像进行各种压缩比的压缩,解压后再解调出相位,与未经压缩的原图解调出的相位进行比较。指出图像的压缩对于相位的解调是有影响的,尤其是对于图像的边缘部分,变化较大,噪声较强,压缩丢失信息,解压后解调出的相位误差较大,但随着压缩比的下降,压缩质量的提高,解调出的相位误差不断下降。  相似文献

适于星上应用的高光谱图像无损压缩算法   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对常见基于预测、变换、矢量量化及其组合的高光谱无损压缩算法压缩比低、压缩算法整体耗时以及硬件实现困难的问题,提出一种适于星上应用的高光谱图像无损压缩算法。首先,沿光谱线的第一谱段图像采用中值预测器进行谱段内预测,其他谱段图像采用谱间预测。谱间预测采用两步双向预测算法,第一步预测采用双向二阶预测器得到参考预测值,第二步预测采用本文提出的改进LUT搜索预测算法得出4个LUT预测值,然后将参考预测值与其比较得出最终的预测值。最后,使用XX-X空间高光谱相机的压缩系统试验设备对该文提出的压缩算法进行了试验验证。结果表明,压缩系统能快速稳定地工作,平均压缩比达到3.05 bpp,与传统方法相比,平均压缩比提高了0.14~2.94 bpp。有效的提高了高光谱图像无损压缩比和解决了压缩算法整体实现困难的问题。  相似文献

In this paper, the authors analyze in more details an image encryption scheme, proposed by the authors in their earlier work, which preserves input image statistics and can be used in connection with the JPEG compression standard. The image encryption process takes advantage of fast linear transforms parametrized with private keys and is carried out prior to the compression stage in a way that does not alter those statistical characteristics of the input image that are crucial from the point of view of the subsequent compression. This feature makes the encryption process transparent to the compression stage and enables the JPEG algorithm to maintain its full compression capabilities even though it operates on the encrypted image data. The main advantage of the considered approach is the fact that the JPEG algorithm can be used without any modifications as a part of the encrypt-then-compress image processing framework. The paper includes a detailed mathematical model of the examined scheme allowing for theoretical analysis of the impact of the image encryption step on the effectiveness of the compression process. The combinatorial and statistical analysis of the encryption process is also included and it allows to evaluate its cryptographic strength. In addition, the paper considers several practical use-case scenarios with different characteristics of the compression and encryption stages. The final part of the paper contains the additional results of the experimental studies regarding general effectiveness of the presented scheme. The results show that for a wide range of compression ratios the considered scheme performs comparably to the JPEG algorithm alone, that is, without the encryption stage, in terms of the quality measures of reconstructed images. Moreover, the results of statistical analysis as well as those obtained with generally approved quality measures of image cryptographic systems, prove high strength and efficiency of the scheme’s encryption stage.  相似文献

在认真研究算术编码和算术加密的基础上,提出了一种基于改进零树编码的图像联合压缩加密算法.使用密钥对图像压缩产生的原始上下文和原始判决进行修正,实现了图像联合加密.阐述了上下文修正和判决修正算法的规则,对其安全性进行分析.结合比特平面编码技术,可以使用不同密钥对不同小波分辨率的系数分别加密,实现分辨率选择性加密,以满足不同应用需求.对零树编码进行改进,加入自适应算术编码,并对联合压缩加密算法进行仿真.结果表明:相对原始图像压缩算法而言,所提出的图像联合压缩加密算法具有基本相当的压缩效率;相对区间分裂的联合加密算法而言,所提出算法具有更好的安全性.  相似文献

针对多光谱图像压缩算法现存的时空复杂度高、光谱特性利用不充分等问题,研究了多光谱图像的谱间稀疏等价表示及其聚类实现途径,进而设计了一种基于谱间自适应聚类和小波变换的多光谱图像压缩算法。算法利用吸引力传播聚类产生多光谱图像的谱间稀疏等价表示、在低复杂度下去除图像的谱间冗余,使用二维小波变换去除稀疏表示成分的空间冗余,采用分层树集合分割排序算法(SPIHT)进行压缩编码,并通过误差补偿机制提高多光谱图像重建质量。实验表明,该算法在保证较低时间和空间复杂度的基础上,较SPIHT等同类经典压缩算法,在相同的压缩比下,明显提高了重建图像的峰值信噪比,是一种通用有效的多光谱图像压缩算法。  相似文献

For efficiency and security of image transmission and storage, the joint image compression and encryption method that performs compression and encryption in a single step is a promising solution due to better security. Moreover, on some important occasions, it is necessary to save images in high quality by lossless compression. Thus, a joint lossless image compression and encryption scheme based on a context-based adaptive lossless image codec (CALIC) and hyperchaotic system is proposed to achieve lossless image encryption and compression simultaneously. Making use of the characteristics of CALIC, four encryption locations are designed to realize joint image compression and encryption: encryption for the predicted values of pixels based on gradient-adjusted prediction (GAP), encryption for the final prediction error, encryption for two lines of pixel values needed by prediction mode and encryption for the entropy coding file. Moreover, a new four-dimensional hyperchaotic system and plaintext-related encryption based on table lookup are all used to enhance the security. The security tests show information entropy, correlation and key sensitivity of the proposed methods reach 7.997, 0.01 and 0.4998, respectively. This indicates that the proposed methods have good security. Meanwhile, compared to original CALIC without security, the proposed methods increase the security and reduce the compression ratio by only 6.3%. The test results indicate that the proposed methods have high security and good lossless compression performance.  相似文献

针对空间遥感图像数据量剧增的问题,提出一种改进的BP神经网络图像压缩方法。该算法利用Levenberg-Marquart算法提高神经网络的收敛速度,利用算法提高神经网络的泛化能力。比较分析了新算法和标准BP算法对同一幅图像进行压缩的结果和性能误差函数。实验结果表明,实验结果表明,标准BP算法在图像压缩比为1/2时,均方误差(MSE)为343.3750;改进后的BP算法在图像压缩比为1/16时,MSE为69.5796,图像压缩比为1/8时,MSE为20.9561,图像压缩比为1/4时,MSE为5.5123。并且利用改进后的算法压缩图像的峰值信噪比均在30 dB~40 dB之间。改进算法已用于实际工程中,满足实际需求。  相似文献

针对实时数字图像的无损压缩方法进行了分析,采用三级5-3整数提升小波变换,小波变换的高频和低频系数分别采用不同的编码方法。进行了基于DSP和FPGA的压缩系统结构设计,提出了软、硬件并行的方法。进行三级小波变换时,硬件结构能够实现在对当前级小波变换的同时进行前一级小波变换的高频系数编码,提高了压缩系统的实时性。并对压缩系统的关键技术进行了研究。可以对80MB/s的数字图像进行无损压缩,压缩比可以达到1.68~1.8左右。  相似文献

针对多光谱图像存储和传输安全性问题,提出一种将混沌思想、小波变换和KL(karhunen-loeve)变换相结合的多光谱图像压缩加密算法。首先,采用K-means聚类方案将多光谱图像聚类为通用像素,通过选择合适的K值使算法的性能最优,同时便于后续处理;然后对通用像素进行二维离散9/7小波变换,对变换后的系数进行Arnold变换以及加密处理,消除多光谱图像大部分空间冗余,减少压缩过程中的块效应;之后对产生的小波系数进行改进的KL变换,消除残余空间冗余和光谱冗余;最后采用差分脉冲滤波器对系数进行编码,并采用Tent映射对码流进行混淆扩散加密。通过实验可知,本算法的信息熵达到11.794 3(选取12位多光谱图像),信息熵更接近最大值12,优于现有算法,可以更好的隐藏原图特征;该算法的像素变化率(NPCR)和归一化平均变化强度(UACI)分别为99.81%和34.19,优于现有的其他算法,本算法可以更好的抵御差分攻击;输出比特流变化率保持在47.62%~47.71%之间,密文比特流变化率保持在47.45%~47.52%,本算法具有较好的密钥敏感性;在压缩比为4∶1~32∶1范围内,系统PSN...  相似文献

提出一种基于快速层次交替最小二乘非负张量Tucker分解的高光谱图像光谱信息压缩算法。首先,将干涉高光谱图像光程差方向的三维信息采用三维光程差方向提升小波变换(3D OPT-LDWT)进行分解,将三维小波子带系数看作三阶非负张量,采用快速层次交替最小二乘非负张量Tucker分解(FHALS-NTD)算法对进行分解,得到核心张量和模式矩阵。对每个模式矩阵进行量化,对核心张量采用比特平面重要系数编码算法进行编码,得出最终的压缩码流。结果表明,此压缩算法可以稳定可靠地工作。与传统压缩算法比较,平均信噪比提高了1.23 dB。有效的提高了干涉高光谱图像压缩性能。  相似文献

随着高光谱遥感技术的发展,高光谱成像仪已应用于航天航空方面,与多光谱图像不同,高光谱图像是以纳米级的波段宽度对目标进行连续的光谱成像,所获取的图像光谱分辨率非常高.但是,随着波段数的不断增加,光谱成像仪获取的数据量越来越大,要对这些数据进行存储与传输是我们必须面对的问题.随着小波压缩技术的发展,在图像压缩领域有许多人对图像采取EZW压缩并提出各种改进方法,本文将此方法应用于高光谱图像的空间维压缩,对于光谱维的压缩暂不涉及,从高光谱图像的压缩重构结果看,无论从峰值信噪比( PSNR)和光谱曲线比对,还是从人眼主观对原图与重构图的比较,效果都不错.如果先对图像进行光谱维压缩,相信压缩效果会更好.  相似文献

提出了一种基于运动补偿的三维小波变换和基于码块预测的码率预分配的图像压缩算法.利用干涉多光谱图像成像推扫平移特性,在小波变换中使用运动补偿来减少帧间相关性,并对图像组中各个图像小波变换和量化后EBCOT编码码块的有效比特平面进行独立的熵估计.以图像估计熵总和指导整个图像组码率预分配,以解决平均分配码率对重建图像质量带来的影响.实验结果表明:该算法在8倍压缩时,图像序列的平均峰值信噪比比3D-SPIHT提高了0.85~1.25 dB,比单帧JPEG2000提高了1.91~4.25 dB, 算法复杂度低,易于硬件实现.  相似文献

High resolution in space and time is becoming the new trend of thermographic inspection of equipments, therefore, the development of a fast and precise processing and data store technique of high resolution thermal image should be well studied. This article will propose a novel global compression algorithm, which will provide an effective way to improve the precision and processing speed of thermal image data. This new algorithm is based on the decay of the temperature of thermograph and the feature of thermal image morphology. Firstly, it will sort the data in space according to K-means method. Then it will employ classic fitting calculation to fit all the typical temperature decay curves. At last, it will use the fitting parameters of the curves as the parameters for compression and reconstruction of thermal image sequence to achieve the method for which the thermal image sequence can be compressed in space and time simultaneously. To validate the proposed new algorithm, the authors used two embedded defective specimens made of different materials to do the experiment. The results show that the proposed infrared thermal image sequence compression processing algorithm is an effective solution with high speed and high precision. Compared to the conventional method, the global compression algorithm is not only noise resistant but also can improve the computing speed in hundreds of times.  相似文献

We present a novel compression algorithm for 2D scientific data and images based on exponentially-convergent adaptive higher-order finite element methods (FEM). So far, FEM has been used mainly for the solution of partial differential equations (PDE), but we show that it can be applied to data and image compression easily. The adaptive compression algorithm is trivial compared to adaptive FEM algorithms for PDE since the error estimation step is not present. The method attains extremely high compression rates and is able to compress a data set or an image with any prescribed error tolerance. Compressed data and images are stored in the standard FEM format, which makes it possible to analyze them using standard PDE visualization software. Numerical examples are shown. The method is presented in such a way that it can be understood by readers who may not be experts of the finite element method.  相似文献

在光电设备中,高位宽红外探测器由于具有高灵敏度、低噪声的特点而得到广泛应用。而通常的显示设备或快速处理只要求8位数据宽度,所以需要将高位宽的图像数据压缩至8位位宽。但是如果压缩方法处理不当,可能会造成原有信息丢失,在显示图像中表现为图像细节的损失。通过对FLIR公司数字图像细节增强(DDE)技术的分析,比较了DDE技术与以往常用红外图像动态范围压缩算法的区别,总结并提出了符合DDE思想的红外图像动态范围压缩细节增强算法,该算法在全面增强图像细节的同时能够抑制图像背景中的杂波,增强弱小目标,既满足图像显示的视觉效果,又有利于在图像上进行目标提取。  相似文献

A joint lossless image encryption and compression scheme based on integer wavelet transform (IWT) and set partitioning in hierarchical trees (SPIHT) is proposed to achieve lossless image encryption and compression simultaneously. Making use of the properties of IWT and SPIHT, encryption and compression are combined. Moreover, the proposed secure set partitioning in hierarchical trees (SSPIHT) via the addition of encryption in the SPIHT coding process has no effect on compression performance. A hyper-chaotic system, nonlinear inverse operation, Secure Hash Algorithm-256(SHA-256), and plaintext-based keystream are all used to enhance the security. The test results indicate that the proposed methods have high security and good lossless compression performance.  相似文献
